To print a copy of the book "What Did Jesus Really Say?,"
do the following:

1) Copy the book.exe file to your hard disk and then 
   run it in order to expand it and extract the file
   book.doc
2) Start "Microsoft Windows 3.0" or better and then start
   "Word for Windows 6.0" or better, open the extracted
   file "book.doc."
3) From the file menu, select your printer, however,
   DO NOT print yet.  After you have selected your
   printer, select either "close" (if you have changed 
   your printer), or "cancel" (if you have decided to 
   use the printer already selected).  Once again, 
   DO NOT print yet.
4) Go through the book and check for widows/orphans
   (misaligned text like having a title on one page
   and the text on the next).  Fix such problems by
   adding extra spaces.  Also check for tables which 
   are split over the end of one page and the beginning 
   of the next.  Add blank lines to fix this too.  Do 
   this for all 600+ pages.
5) Go to the Table of contents at the beginning of the
   book and right-click anywhere on it using your mouse.
   select "update field" and then "update page numbers only."
   This will update the table of contents so that the page 
   numbers are correct.
6) Go to the index at the back of the book and right-click
   anywhere on it using your mouse. Select "update field"
   This will update the index so that the page numbers are 
   correct.
7) Go to the file menu and save this (updated) file.
8) Go to the file menu and Print the book.
