        Let the redeemed of the Lord say so!  (Psalms 107:2)

Some of us live in environments where Christian testimony or Christian witness
meets ridicule, testing, and harrassment. Some of us desire a respite, and a
sanctuary where we may retire and share with others who worship our Lord in
Spirit and in Truth.

This net is formed to separate us from restraints which make us comply with
concerns outside our Christian testimony so we may concentrate on Christian
love and fellowship.  We are not in competition to local geographical nets
but offer an alternative to permit and encourage participation in computer
communications as Christians.  We function as a Region 300 in FamilyNet
International (Zone 8) and as Region 300 of the Agape Christian Net (Zone 70).  Membership
in either is voluntary as is your membership in CFN.  But if you elect a
limited membership you need to explain which net you do not wish to join.
Ordinarily we will assume you wish a full membership in our goals and
purposes.

As a starting point, we offer the following rules for association in the 
Christian Fellowship Net:

 1. Belief in Christ as LORD.

 2. Board must be dedicated to Christian witness, service, and fellowship.

 3. Your board must conform to general audience rating standards - (G-Rating)
and be above reproach.

 4. Association with CFN is voluntary and may be severed at any time by
 either party.

Since this association is freely provided to those who willingly participate
within the standards, the association may be broken as freely.  We offer the
following verses as guidance for your consideration.

      I Thessalonians 5:11-22

   'Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as
also ye do.  And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among
you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you; And to esteem them very
highly in love for their work's sake. [And] be at peace among yourselves.
Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the
feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all [men].  See that none
render evil for evil unto any [man]; but ever follow that which is good, both
among yourselves, and to all [men].  Rejoice evermore.  Pray without ceasing.
In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus
concerning you.  Quench not the Spirit.  Despise not prophesyings.  Prove all
things; hold fast that which is good.  Abstain from all appearance of evil.'

And the following is offered as reason for our existance:

  Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that   needeth not to be
ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (II Timothy 2:15)

  Be ready always to give answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the
hope that is in you with meekness and fear   (I Peter 3:15).
