The primary source of interaction/information relevant to this guide is
mail-based services. Many discussion groups also have related anonymous ftp
servers or USENET news groups. Services that do not support discussion are
marked [MR] for mail reflector. For the convenience of our World Wide Web
users, we have installed a direct e-mail link at the head of each entry in
this guide. Please use care to follow instructions in the corresponding
