                        (CREATIVE ANARCHY DAY)
                      A CALL TO INFORM DEMOCRACY

       Wednesday November 22, 1995 at 12:30 PM CST (1:30 PM EST)


Purpose: A CALL TO ACTION. TO ALL CONCERNED CITIZENS. To show 
displeasure and  dissatisfaction against the annulification of our 
democratic system 32 years  ago by a Secret Government of The National 
Security State, and in commemora-tion of the anniversary of the murder 
of our 35th President, John F. Kennedy, on Nov. 22, 1963, by 
conspiratorial forces of the CIA, US Military  Intelli-gence, the FBI, 
the Secret Service and other Federal, State and local law en- 
forcement agencies, and the same's complicity in the murders of Robert 
F. Ken-  nedy and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.(and other 
assassinations, as well), and  TO PROTEST the subsequent decades-long 
cover-up by the above mentioned govern-ment agencies. A CALL TO END 
THE LIES served to the AMERICAN PEOPLE and promu-gated by the 
Congress, the Executive branch, the Injustice Department, the US 
Military Establishment, all government law enforcement agencies and 
the Media. 

Plan of Action: To vote by protest on Nov. 22, 1995 at 12:30 PM CST 
(1:30 PM   EST)-- the time that President John F. Kennedy was 
murdered-- by stepping-out of your workplace or home, nd going out 
into the street; or, if you are in a motor vehicle, in traffic, by 
parking (or stalling) your vehicle, and honking your horn, ringing a 
bell, blowing a whistle or horn (bring one to work that day); by 
stepping outside of your home(or sticking your head outside of your 
door or a window), and banging a pot, singing or whistling, chanting 
or shout-ing ("Freedom", "JFK, RFK, MLK"); or by acting out any other 
form of creative nonviolent expression or protest that may suit your 
individual, or group mood or temperament, FOR A DURATION OF AT LEAST 
10 OR 15 MINUTES, A HALF HOUR, OR LONGER (whatever suits you). 

Preparation and Organization: START TODAY, DON'T DELAY! COPY AND XEROX 
THIS NOTICE. SHARE, HANDOUT, MAIL, POST (on buildings, public utility 
poles, com-munity and school bulletin boards), FAX and E-MAIL THIS 
NOTICE (to City Hall, community radio and television stations, 
newsrooms, activist organizations, cooperatives and collectives, 
clubs, etc.); INTERNET THIS NOTICE IMMEDIATELY ON EVERY BULLETIN BOARD 
YOU CAN, under any and every subject and heading that suits your mood. 
eg: under "US Government", under "Law", under US History', under 
"Voting and "IRS", under "News" and "Sports", "Community Events" and 
"Holidays", "Militia", "US Army Recruiting"(thay need to hear it), 
"Theatre" and "The Arts", "Jobs" and "The Workplace", etc., etc., 
etc.; Ask your child-ren's school principle(s) and teachers, and your 
church pastor, to RING THE SCHOOL AND CHURCH BELLS, ON WED., NOV. 22, 
1995 at 12:30 PM CST (1:30 PM EST), SO THAT FREEDOM WILL RING ACROSS 
THE LAND. 

Precaution: REMEMBER, there are elements out there that are adverse to 
a free democratic society and process (like this notice), who will 
delete this notice from the Internet(make it disappear). CHECK THIS 
NOTICE PERIODICALLY, and RE-POST THIS NOTICE ELSEWHERE on the 
Internet.  ENCOURAGE EVERYONE YOU KNOW,  to POST THIS NOTICE on as 
many Internet bulletin boards (under as many subjects) as they can. 
REMEMBER, ONE PERSON CAN MAKE A DIFFERENE. DON'T DELAY. START TODAY!
