  Contrary to Mr. Jacoby, I do not think Carroll Quigley was one "them".  I 
  think he was an agent of the Old World Order Vatican/SMOM/Georgetown 
  Jesuit power bloc which opposes the "modernist" New World Order plans of 
  the Anglophile/Eastern Establishment power bloc.
  
  That is why Carroll Quigley's expose applied only to the Anglophile, 
  Round Table, Conspiracy financed by Cecil Rhodes, saying nary a word 
  about the opposing Catholic-Continental forces. 
  
  Carroll Quigley's theories are best seen as an up-date of Father 
  Couglin's and Rev Fahey's traditional Catholic conspiracy theories.  
  Quigley simply stripped away the Catholic dogma and presented the theory 
  in "modern" dress!
  
  Now you know why the British are so angry at Carroll Quigley pupil 
  Willaim Jefferson Clinton and why Clinton is implementing the Pope's 
  geopolitics, not the Atlanticists (Anglophiles)!
