BeastNet Mission Statement
4 July 1994

Throughout history, people have struggled to achieve more than their
predescessors, to create for themselves and pass on to their children a world
that is better in every way than the one they inherited. Whether through
individual efforts or cooperative endeavors, it is an inherent drive of all
people to engender a human experience more positive, fulfilling and enlightening
than that which has previously existed. 
q Yet for every bold step forward
taken by individuals, organizations, societies and nations, there has always
been an opposing force that would seek to halt mankindÕs progress, to arrest
human development at every opportunity. This opposing forceÑthis dark, contrary,
beastly aspect of human natureÑhas manifested itself in many forms throughout
ages, and it is often only with the perspective of history that we can see
this  dark powerÑthis BeastÑfor what it truly is.

The great challenge facing humanity is not so much to use the hindsight afforded
by current circumstances to understand what this Beast has done in the past, as
it is to identify the Beast in current times and to act to counter its influence
on all that is decent and noble in the world.

The great social experiment known as the United States of America that was begun
two centuries and 18 years ago has brought to the citizens of the world new
standards of freedom, prosperity and justice, striking a devastating blow at the
very heart of the Beast. Yet since the founding of the United States of America,
the inalienable rights, liberties and responsibilities implicit in the covenant
o
f American citizenship have drastically changed. Many of those duties that
were once the sole obligation of individuals have now become the burden of
government, while rights that once belonged to the states or the citizens are
now claimed by a self-sustained federal bureaucracy.

In short, the utopian republic envisioned by our forefathers which was in large
part realized through decades of hard work, innovation and self-sacrifice has
been slowly auctioned off in small, seemingly insignificant pieces to the
highest bidders, which are always agents of the Beast. The unfortunate result
would seem to be an impending dystopia that would rival the darkest days of
human existence.

Yet this ostensibly eventual dystopia did not arise overnight. Rather, it slowly
grew like a cancer, fed by an unwitting conspiracy of complacency,
ignorance, apathy and arrogance. Sometime, somewhere along the way, something
happened in America. Her citizens forgot their hard-learned lessons of liberty,
abandoned their principles of freedom and surrendered their ideals of
independence. The very fundamentals of life and  qualities of character that
made the United States the envy of the world are now all but forgotten, and a
once-proud nation of pioneers, creators and risk-takers has lost its collective
confidence, giving way to a land of sycophants, cowards and parasites.

Our United States of America are not alone in their struggle with the Beast and
its agents. Yet, while other nations may enjoy higher standards of living, safer
streets or more efficient public works programs, there is no state on earth
where individuals are as free to pursue their dreams and follow their own
aspirations. If AmericaÕs torch of liberty is extinguished, it is unlikely that
the flames of freedom will long burn elsewhere.

While the situation is grim, a world devoid of individual liberty, personal
responsibility and singular creativity is not a foregone conclusion. Though we
are to some great extent at the mercy of others in our society, we still each
control our own destinies by the individual choices we make every day. Since all
power lies with the people, and the governments of the world can derive their
authority only from those rights and freedoms which their citizens voluntarily
or involuntarily surrender, it is up to us as individuals to realize the Beast
for what it is and work to counter its influence in every corner of the world.

To that end:

BeastNet has been created to inform and educate the American people and the
rest of the world about the true nature of the Beast, and to serve as a guiding
light for those seeking the freedom, liberty and justice they so righteously
demand. By serving as a clearinghouse for information, a reliable source of news
and a powerful means of communications, BeastNet aims to combat the Beast by
exposing its actions, illuminating its motivations and providing effective
methods of opposition to all who would work to oppose the Beast.

By using the Internet as a central communications infrastructure, BeastNet can
reach millions of people around the globe. Through soliciting information from
as many independent sources as possible, BeastNet strives to provide an accurate
and comprehensive account of the actions of the Beast based on first-hand
observatioÛns from individuals in hundreds of nations and thousands of
cities. Successful tactics for combating the Beast can be shared with any
interested party with only a few computer keystrokes.

The mission of BeastNet includes, but is by no means limited to, an effort on
the part of freedom-loving individuals to:

Identify and annihilate, through words and actions, all servants and deeds of
every manifestation of the Beast, which is that capacity for evil which lurks in
the hearts of men and women everywhere.

Work for a society in which all people are free to exercise their inalienable
human and civil rights, with no exceptions or conditions, and to create and
foster a society in which all people are free and equal in the eyes of the law.

Resist all attacks on the American people and the United States Constitution
from enemies both domestic and foreign.

Educate our fellow American citizens about the destruction of our Constitutional
republic and the rise of a police state.

Establish an economic system in which the sovereign citizens of the United States
are viewed not as cattle or slaves, but as active and valuable participants.
