          Here we are at the beginning of a new year and what a year it
        will be!  In this edition we will recap and update you on some of
        the events we have featured in previous newsletters.  Be fore-
        warned - there is little in this newsletter that on the surface
        will appear to be of a positive nature.  This is because much of
        what the negative reality is doing has now become more visible.
        It is not our intention to frighten or create any fear but the
        facts keep mounting and all indications are that a more aggres-
        sive agenda to completely control humanity is now in affect.
          The flip side is that this intolerable situation is now being
        met with like cause and effect.  Since past warnings from the
        Hierarchy have gone unheeded, and the situation is now escalating
        in this country and around the world, the Hierarchical position
        of non-intervention now appears to have been lifted.  The forces
        in control on planet Earth are now on the defensive as the forces
        of Love, who are ALL powerful, will intercede and restore sanity
        and love to this planet.

                              TOM H. SMITH ASCENDS

          On December 16, 1993, our beloved friend of The Light, Tom H.
        Smith, made his transition from third dimensional reality.  Those
        of you who have been following our newsletter will recall that in
        January of last year we began featuring Tom's translations of
        telepathic communications with various entities including the
        Intergalactic Confederation, Christ, the Sun God and Ashtar.
          Soon after our last newsletter was sent out Tom was diagnosed
        as having an inoperable, fatty tumor which was affecting his
        liver and pancreas.  As complications set in, Tom underwent
        chemotherapy and various other procedures including alternative
        healing methods.  While having blood work done in the doctor's
        office he went into cardiac arrest, was revived twice, but his
        heart kept saying it was time.  He left behind his twin soul,
        Suanne, two grown children and an ex-wife.
          We know there is no such thing as death and have been reassured
        of this as Tom has made contact with several people since passing
        over.  He remains in support of all of us from up on the ships in
        the fifth dimension.  Tom stated to Scott, a channel, healer and
        close friend, that he made the grade - Ascended.
          We feel the void he left in many ways; we miss his smiling
        face, once a week phone calls, visits to Orvotron, as well as his
        constant support of both our efforts and of all Light Beings on
        Earth.  We had become very reliant upon Tom to pose questions to
        the Hierarchy and to receive answers which helped us to make
        sense of things we did not fully understand.  Perhaps that is a






        lesson in itself, as Tom constantly reminded us through his
        translations and own words that we must use our own discernment
        and seek our own guidance for answers.  Tom remains in our
        thoughts as our spirits are ONE and we will remember him as he
        was on this Earthly Plane, a Being of Love, compassion and hope.

                            1993 REVIEWED AND UPDATED

          In 1993 many people began to realize that something was happen-
        ing which was beyond their control.  As Light Workers we knew
        "what was happening" was that Earth was in the process of ascend-
        ing, and we knew that as the frequencies and energies on our
        planet accelerated the secret establishments would increase their
        efforts to block the shift in human consciousness each time it
        occurred.  We watched as they increased the use of their micro-
        wave technology, beaming it to Earth in an attempt to offset any
        positive affect the shift in consciousness was having on an awak-
        ening humanity.
          All of this is a secret plan for Global 2000, Eco-92, and
        Alternatives 1 through 5 to rapidly control and decrease Earth's
        population.  The technology in use was increased to induce many
        forms of physical and mental breakdowns in humans caught in its
        influence.  We began to notice more people getting sick both
        physically and mentally.  On top of that a directive from the
        Eco-92 meeting called for further control and reduction of the
        population, more control of the natural resources, society and
        the economy.  These plans are now being implemented in a more
        dramatic way.
          Recently, further verification was made as high, aerial atmos-
        pheric spraying was detected and reported on the computer net-
        works.  This was taking place on the Kentucky/Indiana border in
        the Fall of 1993 and continues this winter in other places.  This
        indicates a more radical form of population control has been
        instigated against an unsuspecting public.
          One clear day here at Orvotron I noticed an unusual formation
        of high altitude air traffic which was not normal air traffic.
        Afterwards, the clear, cloudless day was misted over from the
        many jet streams of these aircraft.  I cannot prove there is a
        connection, but several days later a flu-like illness quickly
        swept the county.  We did not come down with the symptoms and I
        attribute this to the fact that even though we have the purest of
        water on this mountain I seldom drink it without boiling it
        first.  If my suspicions are correct biological warfare is now a
        reality which is being secretly used on the public.  This is not
        news as this has taken place over the years and this was actually
        made public when it was detected.   It truly seems that every
        place is now under some type of new, distressing influence which
        is a part of the secret plans of those managing and controlling
        Earth.
          The plot thickens as information has been leaked that soon
        there will be an announcement about the ET's and we watch as






        plans for the New World Order are being implemented in line with
        this announcement.  The two are the same.  The plan is to unite
        the world using ET's as the motive and reason to do so.  But,
        will this work?  It may cause everyone to question all the
        changes now being pushed down their throats and this may become
        the reason for further mistrust of the world governments' roles
        in the "well being" of Earth citizens.  Or, it might be the spark
        to ignite the world when they realize who's running things and it
        is revealed just how covert things really are.  I can only guess
        as to why they might make such an announcement after a very long
        disinformation campaign which has used every tactic to confuse
        the public and create fear while directing everyone's attention
        away from what was really taking place.
          A lot of folks are waiting for this discloser from the govern-
        ment.  When and if this occurs there are many things that could
        backfire which will refute what they divulge in ways they have
        not, in my opinion, even remotely considered or suspected.   The
        biggest misconceptions are their beliefs in the public's inabili-
        ty to accept that extraterrestrial life forms exist on this
        planet and the fear it would create.  The opposite is true as the
        public is not that naive and are awakening to many things going
        on.
          Many of you are more aware than the average citizen because you
        read this newsletter and keep abreast of matters in other ways so
        you know that no matter what the controllers do it will not be
        done for the public's good but for their own personal agendas.
        In any case they are in a corner, one they cannot get out of,
        that they will eventually have to confront.  In the past their
        greatest fear was that a disclosure about ET's and their treaties
        with them would create anger and retaliation from the masses as
        it would also link them to many atrocities involving the use of
        innocent humans against their free will.
          I think the seventy times seventy forgiveness thing Sananda
        (Jesus) taught is wearing thin from the Benevolent ET's point of
        view.  Maybe fighting fire with fire indicates pushing fear back
        to those who created fear in the first place.  "What goes around
        comes around" could be the turning point they do not as yet see.
        Forgiveness is worn out!  Could it be the Golden Rule is now
        being invoked?  Could it be it will come back to haunt them?
          Directives and dialog exchanges are ongoing between the Confed-
        eration and the Reptilian factions who are in control of Earth.
        One agreement was that the children of God would not be harmed
        and could freely speak truth to the world's population but, we
        have learned that in Spain, France and Argentina the Family of
        God is being persecuted.  This directive and agreement has been
        undermined by an all out attack against those who represent the
        forces of love on this planet.  Some of the children of God have
        been murdered by these beings and now permission for intervention
        into this planet's woes may have been given by the Hierarchy in
        the Central Suns.
          Over and over again people are asking questions about the
        sightings of fire balls which are coming to Earth.  The only
        thing that pops into my head is that they are space craft.  Most,
        if not all, are hitting in sparsely populated areas of the pla-
        net.  Is there an unseen force gathering down here for a present






        or future conflict?  In any event folks this has occurred on this
        planet in the past and, in view of this planet's governing body
        and the state of affairs in man's inhumanity to man, this doesn't
        seem too far out in my way of thinking.  Since it's shrouded in
        so much secrecy and has never been divulged in any public infor-
        mation releases it's keeping the UFO groups guessing about what's
        going on.
          Let's face facts:  The planet's situation grows grimmer each
        year as the ruling body is not really making changes based on
        compassion or love towards humanity or this planet, our home. It
        worsens and gets more violent and it's hard to believe this is
        accidental and not planned.
          George Orwell's 1984 is becoming a fiction writer's reality in
        1994.  As Orwell put it, Love is Hate, Freedom is Slavery, Peace
        is War.  In an article about some of President Clinton's policies
        THE SPOTLIGHT added one more, Surveillance is Privacy.  This was
        over a spy chip called the clipper chip they wanted installed in
        many consumer items, TV's, phones, etc.  My thoughts were if it's
        being made public it's already being used and probably has been
        for ten years.  The article said that AT&T and other companies
        rejected using it in their products. Illegal phone taps are also
        on the rise.  According to one source in Michigan they are taping
        six thousand new phones a week. I guess they are hoping to get
        the latest gossip.
          A few years ago a file came across the computer network which I
        lost due to a hard drive crash.  It was taken from an article in
        a Spanish newspaper.  I would like to recap it here.  An old man
        was picked up by a UFO in the mountains of Colombia (I believe).
        He was sick with diabetes and taken to the Moon where he was
        cured by the ET's and after three days returned to Earth.  He was
        given a message for the Cardinal of Colombia and then President
        Bush.  Bush refused to allow the message to be deliver or accept-
        ed.  It was a stern warning that if things did not change they
        would show what real power was and intervene.  They further
        stated that afterwards the U.S. would be eating the crumbs of the
        third world countries which would become all powerful and this
        country would fall into complete ruin and poverty.
          Look what's going on now!  The U.S. has virtually lost South
        America as new political parties have come into existence over
        which they have no control, a new party is in power in Russia and
        revolution over NAFTA has started in Mexico.  The message which
        fell on deaf ears is now becoming a reality.  The Predator may be
        the EQUALIZER and is just a taste of things to come.  Everything
        it seems is going to change!  This year marks the beginning of
        big changes on this planet.
          The following file is one cause of concern the controllers
        have.  Glenda Stocks of Searchnet (your computer network, folks)
        snagged this off a BBS awhile back, sent it to me and asked what
        I thought.  I checked around, asked questions and then asked my
        guidance for help in piecing it together.











                                  THE PREDATOR,
                            A NEW PLAYER IN THE GAME

          You already know about the Reptilians, the Zeta Recticuli and
        the Benevolent Factors we represent.  What has been hidden is a
        fourth factor in the ongoing cover up.  This is the Equalizer
        played up as the Predator factor.  This factor scares those who
        are controlling the world scene because they cannot rationally
        determine what it is or where it came from, why it is here and
        what to do about it.
          We have been told this factor has been coming to Earth to
        offset the imbalance of power because the treaty directives have
        been undermined by the Reptilians who now have the upper hand
        over every group with which they are aligned.  This created the
        need for a retaliatory force to be present on the planet.  Each
        time the Reptilians beefed up their forces a counter force came
        in.  These beings, I believe are from Saturn.  They are an elite
        fighting force and are here to intervene if the situation dete-
        riorates further and turns against the Starseeds and the human
        race.
          What brought this to the attention of the CIA was an encounter
        in Colombia during a search and destroy mission while in pursuit
        of a Colombian military leader who fled into the jungle.  Since
        this incident more encounters like this have occurred in third
        world countries.  This will escalate and create a new scenario of
        concern for all involved and is becoming the negative reality's
        worst nightmare.

        Date: Monday, November 8, 1993

          My cousin works in the Pentagon, and, of course, they aren't
        supposed to discuss what goes on in there.  But, with a little
        bribery, I have gotten one good story out of him.  I'm not sup-
        posed to repeat this but, hey, how many will believe me anyway?
          He told me of a small group of marines that were to chase some
        escaped Colombian military leader in the 1960's.  They chased him
        into the jungles of South America.  Their extraction was 72
        hours, and no one showed up for it.  After their pickup waited an
        extra 12 hours, it left.  U. S. military officials weren't going
        to rescue them, but finally decided to send in a special forces
        unit to investigate.  They found the marines.  It appeared that
        they had died in a regular fire fight, but there were many clues
        that led them to believe otherwise, such as no shells around and
        very little f.d. (that's foliage damage.  This usually happens in
        heavy foliage, etc. when a fire fight occurs and bullets miss and
        go into the trees.  There are usually signs of this.)  After
        searching for a few more hours, they found the Colombian military
        leader, dead with his troops, after what appeared to be a fire
        fight].  Same clues.  Their extraction point was 4 miles north of
        their current position.  After about 2 miles, they came upon a
        small capsule, roughly 10 feet in length and 5 feet wide.  It
        looked like an aerodynamic tube.  It had crashed through the
        trees and made a crater 20 feet wide and 15 feet deep.  It had
        what appeared to be life-sustaining hardware inside.  They called
        for instructions, and were told to stay by it and wait for fur-






        ther instructions.  After 2 DAYS, they were told to leave it.
        The unit commander disagreed and they tried to move it.  They
        radioed in and told what they intended to do.  During the radio
        discussion, it sounded as if a fire fight occurred.  The men
        began yelling and the communication officer left the transmitter
        on as he opened fire.  A loud roar, which was described as a deep
        lions roar, drowned out all sound as it got closer to the radio.
        All communications ceased.
          Later, in 1984, a male secretary in the pentagon named Timothy
        Hampton came across the papers detailing the mission.  He made
        his own copies and snuck them out (somehow).  He sold the papers
        (with limited information) to the movie studio that ended up
        producing "Predator".  The filming of the movie began just 5
        months after the papers were sold.  Supposedly, Mr. Hampton was
        sent away for "rehabilitation".  My cousin knew Tim.  He has been
        told "not to worry.  Tim is getting better."  You figure it out.

          Kortron (My reply to Glenda on this post):  From a personal
        point of view I feel this being was part of a group from afar
        sent to protect certain people here on special assignment and off
        set the power imbalance of the Reptilians who at every turn were
        not keeping to agreements.  These beings are over eight feet
        tall, have the ability to become invisible and are positioned in
        strategic locations all over the planet.  They also protect
        Starseed in special areas.  We were aware of a presence at Orvo-
        tron a long time ago that we had always felt was here to protect
        us.  I feel quite at ease in this knowledge.  I cannot personally
        respond to the violence that occurred in the jungle unless the
        being had been provoked by itchy trigger fingers of both sides
        anticipating an ambush or encounter with the other.  In the case
        of the detachment sent in to find out what happened I can only
        speculate a higher degree of fear being present after finding the
        bodies on both sides and the spacecraft.
          After re-reading the above file and asking, I was told more.
        These beings are not hostile until provoked. Then there is noth-
        ing on Earth that can stop them once they are pushed into defen-
        sive action. They are a force that can handle any hostile situa-
        tion they encounter on this planet, including the negative
        presence aligned with Earth's elite power structures.
          Since coming to this mountain I have seen no less than eight
        fire balls which I was told were entering spacecraft.  If this is
        true then I would presume what we saw is but one small part of
        many more coming in on this planet.  I can only speculate as to
        there being a great force present on Earth of these beings.  I
        would assume counter measures are in place if genocide is insti-
        gated by the Reptilians and secret governments against the human
        race.  There have been objections to certain things taking place
        on Earth that have been sent to the Hierarchy in the Central
        Suns.  Much has been stated about the protectors in private
        conversations over the years during meetings not discussed pub-
        licly that would back up the eventual need of such a presence in
        the event things escalated turning more hostile towards life on
        the planet.
          There is another factor that even the secret governments are
        not fully aware of that has undermined all their plans.  We are






        aware of the difficulties of keeping the Orion Reptilians within
        the constraints of any treaty they make as they continually break
        agreements with everyone they are involved and violate Universal
        Law.  This continues to be stressed in meetings with the Reptil-
        ian factions present on Earth.  The only restraint they respect
        is power in terms they understand - a force equally as ruthless
        and fierce on the battlefield as they are. Things would indicate
        this force present fits the bill.
          This is the balance of power we speak of and the reason the
        Protectors are in the field if things turn violent against the
        human race.  Without this force in place on Terra negotiations
        with the Reptilians would be impossible.
          Glenda, in all probability you too may have a Protector near
        you that protects you.  I surmise this after our last and most
        recent conversation in what you revealed.  Hope this helps.

                              PHOTON BELT REVIEWED

          There has been additional verification by astronomers that
        there is a new found source of energy in space which they cannot
        explain.  This force is so great its sheer power mystifies scien-
        tists and astronomers who have viewed it through their tele-
        scopes.  This update was sent to us by Shana Lory who remembered
        the Photon Belt article we ran in  March/April, 1992, and have
        mentioned in subsequent newsletters.  Indeed, it does seem to be
        relevant.
          The following article entitled "Astronomers track explosion of
        space energy - Origin believed to be at edge of universe" by
        Kathy Sawyer of the Los Angeles Times/Washington Post News Serv-
        ice was taken from the April 25, 1993, U.S. Focus.

          The biggest winners of this year's Super Bowl may have been
        astronomers.  While earthlings watched football, a NASA satellite
        was watching the sky.
          Suddenly it was partly blinded by a violent explosion that,
        scientists say, may have originated near the edge of the known
        universe.
          Its location is being hotly debated.  But the "Super-Bowl
        burst," as it is now known, changed the ground rules for solving
        one of astronomy's great mysteries:
          Something in the depths of space is shooting gamma rays at
        Earth.
          Since the first sighting of such a burst in 1967, scientists
        have generated some 125 theories to explain the nature and loca-
        tion of the sources.
          Characteristics of the Super Bowl burst indicate that the
        sources may be even more monstrously powerful than previously
        suspected, up to 1,000 times more numerous, and located billions
        of light-years away.
          Emitted in focused beams: At a NASA briefing Thursday, scien-
        tists said this new evidence - from the Compton Gamma Ray Observ-
        atory, a $560 million, 17-ton facility put in orbit in April 1991
        - shows that these brilliant, unpredictable detonations are not
        the product of merely hot "cooking" objects but of particles







        being accelerated to near the speed of light and being emitted in
        focused beams, or jets.
          Scientists so far can only speculate about what objects might
        create such energies and why the radiation is seen only in gamma
        ray wavelengths.
          Gamma rays are the most energetic form of radiation on the
        electromagnetic spectrum, with the shortest wavelength, invisible
        to the human eye.
          Those of cosmic origin can only be studied from orbit, above
        Earth's atmosphere.  They can carry billions of electron volts of
        energy, whereas ordinary visible light rays contain about 3
        electron volts.
          Scientists said there are few objects violent enough to produce
        the types and quantities of energies in the bursts.
          Crunches into black hole: "The light the sun would give off in
        its 10 billion years of history, multiplied by a thousand, within
        10 seconds - that's all we need," said Stan Woolsey of the Uni-
        versity of California at Santa Cruz, a leading theorist on ex-
        ploding objects.
          His pet candidate is a hypothetical form of collapsing star
        that bypasses the normal explosive rebound phase and crunches
        directly into a black hole, winking out in a gargantuan cata-
        clysm.
          A black hole is a hypothetical object so tightly packed that
        not even light can escape its gravity.
          No corresponding objects: The Super Bowl burst, which regis-
        tered unprecedented spikes of up to one billion electron volts
        during its approximately one-minute duration, was one of almost
        600 such flashes seen during two years of mapping by the Compton,
        and one of almost 1,100 seen since 1967.
          No corresponding objects have been seen in optical or other
        wavelengths by ground or orbital telescopes.
          The Jan. 31 burst was 10 times brighter than any the satellite
        had seen, and more than 1,000 times brighter than any other known
        sources outside the Milky Way, scientists said.

                             BRAIN DEAD WITH A SMILE

          Prozac, the new drug which has been fully approved and is now
        being widely distributed makes people less hostile to change.  It
        takes the highs and the lows out of human emotion.  Hum!!  This
        would indicate a dulled out, unresponsive, no give a damn popula-
        tion that could then be led into God knows what.
          The One World Order's plans indicate the year 2,000 is their
        mandate for full implementation of all their plans!  But, is this
        correct?  I think not!
          In all reality (and I assure all reading this I'm in reality)
        nothing gets past 1997, or for that matter, will be anything like
        it is now.  Why do I make that statement?  Because events, cosmic
        aspects, and natural changes on this planet indicate this date.
        This system is headed for massive influences that will create
        change.
          We are going into the influence of a new sun.  It's no secret
        to astronomers.  They see it.  The affects this will have on this
        solar system are incomprehensible to any scientific mind that is






        aware this is going to occur.  Nineteen Ninety Seven was the
        projected date this influence would be felt.  I've heard many
        scenarios from many so called knowledgeable people, but the DATE
        that never falters in what I get is 1997.  Nothing on the planet
        will be the same by this date and those ready to go into the
        higher frequency will have done so prior to this being absolute.
          Is this the end and new beginning foretold in Revelations?  Is
        it the advent of the separation into two unique and separate con-
        scious realities?  The exodus to the higher frequency is a
        choice, and when this occurs there will be two separate worlds,
        each in a different dimensional octave.  Those already out of
        their physical bodies will, in their light bodies, become citi-
        zens on the new octave planet.  The higher octave planet will be
        sprouting many new forms of life as the spirit/material aspects
        will by then be joined in full awareness of the other.  Those
        still in body will be rescued and brought back to repopulate the
        new planet after they have made full adjustments to their higher
        frequency bodies.
          All plans based on creating changes up to the year 2,000 and
        beyond are based on not realizing or refusing to see the simple,
        truth or facts.  Nineteen ninety seven is the last year anyone
        will experience the present dimensional reality because it will
        have changed.  This will not only change the face of the planet,
        but will alter the surface so radically few will survive without
        help.  Negativity at this time will have suffered its worst blow
        imaginable and it will be a very long time before the planet that
        remained in a lower frequency is stable for any rebuilding.

                      TRANSFORMATIONS AND MORE TRANSITIONS

          For some years now we have been receiving information, inspira-
        tion and support from Guardian Action International based in
        Monterrey, N. L. Mexico.  They have been instrumental in spread-
        ing The Light and have made great strides in connecting the world
        through the Harmonics Convergence, Dreamspell Kits, books and
        networking.  In their last newsletter Lourdes, Jose and The
        Guardian Action Work Team encouraged us to be the butterflies
        that we are, assuring us that we are now free to shed our co-
        coons, leaving behind the old life patterns which hold us in
        bondage.
          As we continued to read this last communique we learned that
        Tuella returned Home on September 7, 1993, after completing her
        Earth assignment.  It seems that many of those that we have been
        inspired by are wrapping up their third dimensional missions so,
        it was not very surprising to be gently led to the announcement
        that "from this moment on Guardian Action International for Latin
        America; our name, the institution, group and the few members of
        the work team, cease to exist.  At this very moment in which you
        are receiving this letter, Guardian Action International for
        Latin America will have already ceased to exist."
          Indeed, "we have arrived at a time in which NO OUTSIDE SOURCE
        WILL BE ABLE TO TELL YOU HOW TO DO THINGS OR WHERE TO GO FROM
        HERE....the time has now arrived when we must allow our Divine
        Discernment to filter absolutely everything that we receive,
        without fear of making a mistake and without looking for the






        answers from others."
          We have consistently advised you to use your own discernment,
        to find your own truth and have doggedly defended your right to
        information which would help you to do both.  We agree that you
        should not look to others for answers, but this does not neces-
        sarily mean that you no longer wish to receive information in
        order to reach your own conclusions.
          This issue of the Bimonthly Newsletter begins our fifth year of
        actively networking our Family of The Light.  As we approached
        another year we examined the reasons for our dwindling subscrib-
        ers' list.  We realize that there are many voices, many newslet-
        ters, many avenues from which to choose and that one can read and
        support just so many ventures.  At the same time our list is now
        comprised in large part of folks who have followed our antics for
        years and who communicate with us by phone calls, letters and
        visits.  You have encouraged us and so we committed ourselves to
        continue bringing you the information.
          However, our support numbers have brought us dangerously close
        to discontinuing the newsletter and if the trend continues we
        will be forced to reconsider.  Our thoughts, when we read that
        Guardian Action had ceased to exist, were that it would be nice
        if they would pass on their list of names to us or other groups
        who wish to continue informing those who wish to be informed.
        Since they have closed out their post office box we have no way
        to contact them with this suggestion.  Perhaps one of our readers
        has a connection with them and will come to our assistance.

                           SPIRITUALITY VERSUS REALITY

          I often hear others voicing their opinions about what another
        should be doing in the Mission or what their behavior should be
        as Spiritual Beings Of Light.  Every situation dictates your
        individual, spiritual expression in your part in the Mission.
        None of us are alike and our jobs are different.  Some jobs dic-
        tate a soft spoken, mild mannered approach to those we help.
        Another might indicate a harder exterior which may be perceived
        by others as a negative approach.  Both are valid.
           I remember when I first became aware of the emotional similar-
        ities between third dimensional beings and those I encountered on
        the ships.  So above, so below was my realization.  Beings in
        other dimensions are at various levels of growth too and display
        unique personalities reflecting (to my surprise) similarities to
        us here on Earth.
           Do you know what counts down here?  In my opinion getting the
        job done is what counts.  Anything less and you are doing some-
        thing wrong or refusing to get off your spiritual pedestal to get
        your hands dirty, or your minds in gear, or refusing to look at
        things which might reveal why you aren't doing your part or
        supporting those that are.
           When Tom passed over I was happy for him because he did his
        best while here on Earth.  When he got over there a round of
        applause and out stretched arms were awaiting him in LOVE.  I
        often told Tom in confidence that I was tired, over worked,
        lacked this or that and it seemed few really cared and when I
        would express a high level of frustration saying I'd like to get






        off this planet he told me I was needed here, not on the ships.
        Tom respected me because I had accomplished what he always wanted
        to do and he understood it was done the hard way with little
        money and lots of hard work.  He wanted to being doing the work
        of the Mission full time like we were at Orvotron.
           So when I hear through the grapevine that folks I hardly ever
        speak to are saying that I won't listen, or I'm stubborn, or hard
        to get along with I wonder what the heck's going on?  Some of
        these are people I support, people within The Mission that are in
        positions to greatly influence others!  These very same people
        are basically on their own.  They never swap information, call or
        write, but I still support their work.
          A few years ago a fellow sent us a card after he arrived back
        out west from traveling across country visiting as many Light
        Centers as possible.  He wrote, "being at Orvotron was like being
        on another planet."   We took that as a compliment.  If we don't
        pull our part off it won't be from lack of trying but it will be
        a loss of a real team supported effort.  Suppose I had all the
        means to support all the rest of you out there.  What do you
        think I'd do after the great effort we went through doing what we
        had to do here?  Think about it!
          Soon we will pull the grounding wires on the pyramid and then a
        big part of Earth's ascension will be accomplished.  But there is
        still more to be done, because it was stated I'm needed here on
        Earth.  So, I will stay and do whatever is needed.  I will not
        let down my brothers working on the fifth dimension or those in
        need here on Earth.  Maybe it will become less labor intensive
        with breaks of enjoyable relaxation once in awhile.  Who knows,
        maybe I can rest in the sun instead being snowed in at twenty
        below zero each winter.  Hey, I might even get to go fishing.
        But what the heck, there is still the Mission and now that it's
        really happening down here I find myself getting really excited.

                            FUNDING IS BEING PURSUED

          We continue to pursue funding for Orvotron in addition to the
        revenues brought in through subscriptions and love donations.
        Our goal is to be in a situation of dispersing funds on a global
        basis rather than asking for them just to keep afloat here.  We
        are aware of so many folks who are doing the work of the Mission
        but are constantly frustrated by the lack of funds.  This puts a
        strain on their personal pocketbooks as well as limits what they
        can do to inform others.  We are hopeful that the powers that be
        on this planet will soon realize that the Lightworkers are a
        viable negotiating committee and are willing to be liaisons for
        them when they decide to rectify what they have created.
          We are looking at financial support from many angles, some of
        which we were aware of in the past and some which have recently
        come to our attention.  Another reason this has become a priority
        is that we are $5,000 in debt due to directives which needed to
        be done immediately.  At this point we can only speculate how
        this will be rectified.  We appreciate your past support.  It has
        gone a long way toward building a network that supports a global






        effort based on Love for the best outcomes for ALL humanity.  For
        those of us still in this dimensional reality however, there is
        much work left to be done and we must continue to coordinate our
        efforts and support one another.
          Much information is being shared on the computer network,
        Searchnet.  It is growing daily in contributors of information
        and membership (for which there is no charge) but this expansion
        means more time must be spent by Glenda Stocks to coordinate and
        organize the effort and her phone bill continues to rise.  We are
        trying to secure satellite space for our endeavors.  This will
        make it possible for more efficient exchanges around the world
        and will reveal things you would otherwise never know.  This is
        just another example of why it is so important for funding to
        continue and increase.

                       INITIATIVE FOR ECO-92 EARTH CHARTER

          There are a vast number of Light beings struggling to aid
        humanity but, for the most part, they are completely ignored and
        have no support for their efforts at all.  Who does this hurt?
        Surely it hurts every person victimized by insufferable condi-
        tions the world over.  Often, when aide is sent, it comes too
        little, too late.  We can feed the hungry forever but it will not
        prevent starvation.  The cause, not the symptoms, of starvation
        and man's inhumanity to man needs to be exposed and confronted.
        The cause is the faction that controls the wealth of the world,
        not the little guy who can ill afford to help but continues to do
        so in an effort to alleviate pain and suffering.
          If ALL is really ONE then we are ALL hurt when just one of us
        is left lacking.  The universe is limitlessly abundant, but the
        controllers have managed to convince the masses that this is not
        so.  Look around you.  As the HAVES get more, the HAVE NOTS in-
        crease in number.  We appeal to the Light Workers who HAVE to
        reach a little deeper into their pocketbooks, to share their
        wealth, to do a great good, to inform others and to create posi-
        tive change.  Supporting the doers is a must!
          Perhaps the following file will open a few eyes.  Here's what

        1. The Pressing Need
           a. The time is pressing.  The Club of Rome was founded in
        1968, Limits to Growth was written in 1971, Global 2000 was writ-
        ten in 1979, but insufficient progress has been made in popula-
        tion reduction.

           b. Given global instabilities, including those in the former
        Soviet bloc, the need for firm control of the world technology,
        weaponry, and natural resources, is now absolutely mandatory.  The
        immediate reduction of world population, according to the mid-1970's






        recommendations of the Draper Fund, must be immediately effected.

           c. The present vast overpopulation, now far beyond the world
        carrying capacity, cannot be answered by future reductions in the
        birth rate due to contraception, sterilization, abortion, but
        must be met in the present by the reduction in the numbers
        presently existing. This must be done by whatever means neces-
        sary.

           d. The issue is falsely debated between a political and a cul-
        tural approach to population and resources, when in fact, faced
        with stubborn obstruction and day-to-day political expediency
        which make most of the leaders of the most populous poor coun-
        tries unreliable, the issue is compulsory cooperation.

           e. Compulsory cooperation is not debatable with 166 nations,
        most of whose leaders are irresolute, conditioned by local
        "cultures", and lacking appropriate notions of the New World
        Order.

          Debate means delay and forfeiture of our goals and purpose.

           f. The U.N. action against Iraq proves conclusively that reso-
        lute action on our part can sway other leaders to go along with
        the necessary program.  The Iraq action proves that the aura of
        power can be projected and sustained and that the wave of history
        is sweeping forward.

          Will you take action now that President Bush has the political
        momentum or wait until you must convince America to fight a
        hundred Viet Nams simultaneously?   This is the time to save the
        Anglo-Saxon race and its most glorious production, the Anglo-
        Saxon system of banking, insurance and trade.
          We are the living sponsors of the great Cecil Rhodes will of
        1877, in which Rhodes devoted his fortune to: "The extension of
        British rule throughout the world . . . the colonization by
        British subjects of the entire continent of Africa, the Holy
        Land, the valley of the Euphrates, the islands of Cyprus and
        Candia, the whole of South America, the islands of the Pacific
        not heretofore possessed by Great Britain, the whole of the Malay
        Archipelago, the seaboard of China and Japan, the ultimate recov-
        ery of the United States of America as an integral part of the
        British Empire . . "
          We stand with Lord Milner's Credo.  We too, are "British Race
        Patriots" and our patriotism is "the speech, the tradition, the
        principles, the aspirations of the British race."  Do you fear to
        take this stand, at the very last moment when this purpose can be
        realized?
          Do you not see that failure now, is to be pulled down by the
        billions of Lilliputians of lessor race who care little or noth-
        ing for the Anglo-Saxon system?

                               ON THE WORLD SCENE







          It seems at this late date certain factions have found ways to
        profit by the genocide of following this directive.  A Canadian
        news program revealed that in Argentina, Buenos Aires street
        children  were being murdered for body parts to be sold as trans-
        plant organs.  One surgeon in Russia who was removing body parts
        from incarcerated mental patients and then selling them to this
        country was indicted.  Another incident revealed that the victims
        were retarded children in a hospital in South America who were
        held down and their eyes were removed with spoons.
          It seems that things are getting less humane in every area of
        the human experience.  With the passing of the Crime Bill in this
        country the Fed's now have at their disposal fifty new ways to
        justify killing another human being.  Some of the offenses that
        can get you executed are pretty vague and can be easily twisted
        around to imply any meaning to justify the result.  On top of
        that over 17,000 new laws were passed that resulted in our being
        guilty of crimes we might not even be aware of and ignorance is
        no excuse.  The tactic seems to be that if everyone is guilty of
        a crime the fear of prosecution this generates makes everyone
        easier to control.

                                     CATTLE

          A secret, 40 page document, "Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars" was
        recently passed through the computer networks.  The manuscript,
        "An introductory programming manual", is a formal Declaration of
        War by the Illuminatti upon the Citizens of the United States of
        America.
          It begins with a "Security" section which states, "It is pat-
        ently impossible to discuss social engineering or the automation
        of a society, i.e., the engineering of social automation systems
        (silent weapons) on a national or worldwide scale without imply-
        ing extensive objectives of social control and destruction of
        human life, i.e., slavery and genocide."
          "This manual is in itself an analog declaration of intent.
        Such a writing must be secured from public scrutiny.  Otherwise,
        it might be recognized as a technically formal declaration of
        domestic war.  Furthermore, whenever any person or group of
        persons in a position of great power, and without the full knowl-
        edge and consent of the public uses such knowledge and methodolo-
        gy for economic conquest -- it must be understood that a state of
        domestic warfare exists between said person or group of persons
        and the public."
          "The solution of today's problems requires an approach which is
        ruthlessly candid, with no agonizing over religious, moral, or
        cultural values."
          "You have qualified for this project because of your ability to
        look at human society with cold objectivity, and yet analyze and
        discuss your observations and conclusions with others of similar
        intellectual capacity without a loss of discretion or humility."
          The next 39 pages outlines (including skematics) how this
        control can be accomplished through economic, military, social
        and psychological means.  The last section "Enforcement" neatly
        wraps up the entire manual with six Factors:  Father, Mother,






        Junior, Sister and Cattle.  The latter says it all:
          "Factor VI CATTLE:  Those who will not use their brains are no
        better off than those who have no brains, and so this mindless
        school of jelly fish, Father, Mother, Son, and Daughter, become
        useful beasts of burden or trainers of the same."
          From our viewpoint this states we are nothing in their eyes, a
        NO THING!  We are beasts of burden or bluntly put, SLAVES.  They
        have the right and power to exterminate us, use or do with us as
        they deem fit.  We have stated over and over again that soon the
        trap would be sprung on the public in this country.  Although we
        had never seen this document before, it outlines the truth of
        those words and goes into details that no one can dismiss.  If

                              CORRECT WORLD ACTION

          We have told you many times what the Love based positive ET
        reality proposed to the governments of this world.  It appears
        they no longer wish to deal with these organizers, the controller
        factor or their ideas of corrective actions which have little
        regard for anything other than their own selfish ideas of power
        and the maintaining of control.
           In one of the latest council meetings a new agenda was pro-
        posed to the Earth based group which was in attendance.  Things
        now are about to go topsy turvy for the power structures on
        Earth.  In its place we must organize CWA which stands for Cor-
        rect World Action.  A plan is forthcoming that will unfold and
        direct all that is necessary for correct change on Earth.  In
        reality it is where we were going in our efforts to create Heaven
        on Earth, freedom and abundance for all.  It is to be people to
        people organized, funded and supported.  Let us know if you are
        ready to follow such a course of action.   More on this in our
        next newsletter as things are still surfacing for this to take
        place.  This is a world function of All planetary citizens.

              ESSIAC:  AN INDIAN HERBAL APPROACH TO CANCER AND AIDS

          Obviously, there are many pit falls to survival on Earth and we
        must counter these in order reach our higher frequency bodies.
        We offer the following information as a preventative measure for
        many ills associated with the changes occurring on this planet
        and the diseases that will affect many.  This one remedy I
        (Kortron) take myself and I can attest to its benefits.

          Essiac is an Ojibway Indian herbal drink.  In 1923 a Canadian
        nurse named Rene Caisse discovered that one of her cancer pa-
        tients, who had been officially declared incurable, made a com-
        plete recovery after taking Essiac.  Experimenting with other
        incurable cancer patients, Rene found that many of them recovered
        after starting a regimen of taking Essiac twice daily.
          Rene Caisse then began a 60 year treatment program of offering
        Essiac to cancer patients.  She documented thousands of cases of
        her patients who were cured of cancer.  In 1937 the Royal Cancer
        Commission of Canada conducted hearings concerning Essiac.  Rene






        Caisse's documented evidence was presented to the commission.
        The commission's conclusion was that Essiac was a cure for can-
        cer.
          The Canadian newspapers created such a furor about this one
        nurse's efforts that in 1938 the Canadian Parliament voted to let
        Rene use Essiac as a cure for cancer.  The vote was close, but
        Essiac failed by three votes to be approved as an officially
        sanctioned cure for cancer.
          In the 1960's Rene Caisse worked with the well known Brusch
        Clinic in Massachusetts.  Dr. Brusch was the personal physician
        for President John F. Kennedy.  After researching Essiac for 10
        years, Dr. Brusch made the following statement:  "Essiac is a
        cure for cancer, period.  All studies done at laboratories in the
        United States and Canada support this conclusion."  Further
        studies showed Essiac to assist in recovery from many terminal
        illnesses, such as AIDS, and lupus.

                                    SANCTUARY

          Right before Christmas we put aside all the house remodeling we
        were doing and opted to concentrate on more mental endeavors;
        answering mail, reading files on the computer, putting together
        this newsletter, discussing a brochure about what Orvotron is and
        planning the future of Orvotron.  The latter has been somewhat
        difficult to do as we know Orvotron is more than just those of us
        who are physically holding this vortex.  Orvotron includes the
        network of Lightworkers who support it in the third/fourth dimen-
        sions and it is also an interdimensional doorway - a link between
        a physical reality and a lighter, higher vibratory frequency.
          Long before Kortron was led to Stone Mountain and long before
        we were led to each other, this point of Light existed.  We know
        we are only caretakers of this little piece of Terra.  It cannot
        be owned and it really doesn't need our protection.
          The pyramid stands as a monument to Love, a beacon for awaken-
        ing and activation.  Its manifestation is but an illusion created
        by the thoughts and actions of many who are anchoring The Light
        around the world.  It need not ever be "finished", for in reality
        it never needed to be built.  In our minds' eyes it was there
        before it was made "real" in physical form.
          Many people have made pilgrimages here and many more will come,
        led by Spirit as we were.  We cannot control their movements, nor
        can we deny them what the vortex will awaken and activate in
        them.  I'll be the first to admit that sometimes I would like to
        "control" them - to make interaction with others be at my conven-
        ience or to limit how long it will take for them to get what they
        came here for.  But that is my lesson and I was plunked down
        exactly where I needed to be in order to learn it.
          During a recent meditation I asked what was holding me back
        from being all that I am.  The answer arrived in zingy, neon
        colors - TRUST.  One word replies are always frustrating and
        disconcerting to me.  First, I went through the usual ego based
        analysis, examining "who" I was not trusting, or who should I
        "trust".  I didn't like the answers I gave myself from this
        angle.  Perhaps they were too "right on", but I told myself it
        was because they weren't the correct answer and so I set aside
        the conscious control of seeking what was meant.
          Several days later I was overwhelmed by a warm, fuzzy feeling
        and an answer I found acceptable came through.  I lack trust in
        the Divine Plan.  If I am to be all that I am, I must cease
        trying to control what Spirit has in store for me.  I do not like
        being controlled by others, so why do I try to control Spirit?  I
        suspect the answer to that one is due to the illusion of separa-
        tion which I continue to see as a reality.  Intellectually this
        sounds good to me, but emotionally I feel frightened because I
        know more lessons will come my way until I have fully integrated
        the concept with the truth of it.
          Each of us has our own picture of reality and therefore indi-
        vidual images of what Orovtron is, could be or should be.  In es-
        sence, Orvotron is all these things:  It is simultaneously what-
        ever someone thinks it is, wants it to be, or needs it to be.  It
        was here before Kortron discovered it, the physical structures
        are but illusions, and others are brought here by Spirit.  Many






        Lightworkers have created it together because our individual
        spirits put us in search of each other in accordance with the
        Divine Plan.  Together, by unifying our thoughts and actions, we
        have brought LOVE into physical manifestation.  It does not
        matter if Kortron or I remain here, nor does it matter if you
        ever actually set foot on the property.
          Each winter Kortron and I tighten our belts a few notches.  We
        have learned that renewals and new subscribers to the newsletter
        are less this time of the year, that visitors are few and far
        between and that love donations are practically nonexistent.  In
        order to make ends meet we usually wind up going further in debt
        because the phone bill for the computer network still needs to be
        paid and the cost of putting out the newsletter remains the same.
        Each winter we wonder if it is time to eliminate the newsletter
        and seek a different method for passing information, but somehow
        we make it through to Spring, renewals increase and the visitors
        return.
          But, this winter is different.  As a matter of fact we began
        wondering about the future of the Bimonthly Newsletter last
        summer as we watched renewals reach an all time low.  I've had to
        purge the list of complimentary and trade newsletters in order to
        reduce the number of copies that are printed, new subscribers are
        not making up for those we have lost and we haven't received a
        love donation in almost two months.  Are we being told that our
        approach to informing others is no longer valid?  Is it time to
        say that we're sorry, but those who have subscriptions which run
        through 1994 will not receive what they have paid for?  Do we
        need to announce, as Guardian Action has done, that Orvotron is
        no more?
          It is obvious to us that the future of Orvotron is up to YOU.
        Seventy-Five percent of those who are receiving the "hard copy"
        of this issue of the Bimonthly Newsletter have paid in advance
        for something which they may never get.  This is not bad manage-
        ment on our part unless we simply have not been charging enough
        for the information we put out.  The business checking account
        clearly shows that I have consistently paid the phone bill,
        printing and postage costs and have bought little in the way of
        office supplies.  There have been no cash withdrawals which have
        bought "Mama a new pair of shoes".
          How can Kortron and I presume to plan the future of Orvotron by
        ourselves?  Alone, or together we can only create our own picture
        of reality, but then Orvotron will be only what Kortron or I want
        it to be.  As we strive to be one with All That Is and TRUST (in
        zingy, neon colors) the Divine Plan, we know we must allow Orvo-
        tron to evolve through combining our picture with your picture.
        Orvotron IS because we ALL want it to be.  When it is no longer
        necessary, it will cease to exist.
