Blatant plug here.

The FTP site at ptero.soar.cs.cmu.edu is beginning to expand!  I have
added a bunch of new Thelemic files, as well as created the new
occult/chaos directory where I have put a bunch of files on Chaos
Magick.

In addition, I am in the process of putting in catalog files in the
more crowded directories which list what's in there, for example,
occult/thelema/LIST, which contains a 1-line synopsis of what each
file is, to make your life easier in finding stuff.

All this is taking time, but progress is being made.  If you have
anything interesting, feel free to toss it in our incoming directory.
