Basically, follow this [ a bit dodgy because it's fairly complex. ]

1) Imagine yourself facing west between the 2 pillars. Black on the right
2) Imagine a golden aura concentrated around Kether
2.5) Vibrate the name.
3) Imagine the aura moving down permeating your body until it reaches Daath
4) Vibrate the name.
5) Imagine it moving down to Yesod
6) Vibraete the name.
7) Imagine it moving down to Malkuth
8) Vibrate the name.
9) Formulate Qabalistic Cross
10) Meditate.

That's vaguely it.

It might be in MITP, but dont count on it. It's in any of the books pertaining

MIDDLE PILLAR EXERCISE
----------------------

1. Imagine yourself standing in the temple, facing WEST. The Black Pillar of
   Severity will be on your right - the White Pillar of Mercy on your left. You
   will make the middle pillar as you stand between them.

2. Imagine now that the Black Pillar isreflected in your right side - the White
   Pillar in your left.

3. Take a deep breath and raise your consciousness to Kether above your head
   & vibrate the name EHEIEH - which means "I am". Imagine the Light flowing 
   down through Daath ( at the nape of your neck ) to Tiphareth.

4. In the same manner, establish Yesod in the name SHADDAI EL CHAI, & Malkuth
   in the name ADONAI HA-ARETZ.

5. Make the Qabalistic Cross to indicate that you have called down the Light of
   Kether & balanced it in your aura & see it oval & clear, pulsating with the 
   glow from Tiphareth.

QABALISTIC CROSS

1. Take a steel dagger in the right hand. Face EAST.
2. Touch thy forehead & say ATEH ( thou art )
3. Touch thy breast & say MALKUTH ( the Kingdom )
4. Touch thy right shoulder & say VE-GEBURAH ( & the power )
5. Touch thy left shoulder & say VE-GEDULAH ( & the Glory )
6. Clasp thy hands before thee and say LE-OLAM ( for ever )
7. Dagger between fingers, point up & say AMEN.
