RIGHT-WING EXREMIST MILITIA TERRORIZES TENNESSEE
A special report by the Anti-Defamation League
Story by ADL Special Investigative Reporters,
Ben Dover & C. Howit Feels
DATELINE: KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE
A gathering of over 2,000 right-wing extremists in Knoxville,
Tennessee, was infiltrated by yours truly. After seeing an
advertisement for "Cornette's Militia" to be appearing at the
Knoxville Civic Center, we purchased tickets to the violence inspired
get-together. These crack reporters can only speculate that the funds
generated by these ticket sales are used to further arm and equip this
private army.
The leader of Cornette's Militia, is self-proclaimed "General" Jim
Cornette. Appearing in a helmet with four stars and camoflauge, his
attire was decorated with many medals and awards. Cornette was
accompanied by his top lieutenant, Tommy Rich. Also in attendance,
were Terry Gordy (who openly brags of his "power-bomb"), Al Snow, and
two unknown bodyguards known only as "The Punisher" and "Una-bomb." We
are currently trying to determine if our sources are correct in that
"Una-bomb" helped construct the 500-mega-ton truck-bomb with Timothy
McVeigh to destroy the federal building in Oklahoma City and kill
innocent, law-abiding, completely trustworthy, non-racist ATF and FBI
agents.
We were surprised to see that this Militia gathering had huge
support by the 2,000 attendees who paid to see "General" Cornette
verbally assault his detractors. It went as far as for Cornette is
sic his large, musclular militia-members on some of the brave
individuals speaking out against their hatred. To our shock, the
attendees cheered as these militiamen struck the innocent non-
culturally biased people. To our horror, the attendees cheered even
louder as the militia picked up chairs to flail the outspoken people.
As the bloody, beaten victims crawled from the center stage, roars of
support for the militia errupted. We were sure that we would be next
as we feared for our very lives sitting in the middle of the violent
pro-milita crowd.
Thankfully our federally-funded training in inflitration kept our
identities hidden from the dim-witted pro-militia mob, and we quietly
slipped from the building.
Back at our hotel room, we turned on the television to relax. To
our dismay, there was Cornette's Militia! We quickly deduced that the
company known as "Smokey Mountain Wrestling," is really a front
organization to promote the Cornette Militia. SMW gives an extreme
amount of time and attention to the militia-members to express their
warped beliefs on their syndicated television show. "General" Jim
Cornette frequently appears in his battle garb denouncing all those
that oppose him or his beliefs. SMW secretly supports Cornette and
his private army. A former militia-member, Buddy Landell, has
informed us that SMW actually pays Cornette and the militia for their
appearances and actively promotes and advertises their extremist
beliefs.
The Anti-Defamation League is sending this Special Report to all
law enforcement agencies in Tenneessee and surrounding states. A copy
will also be sent to the ATF, FBI, and DoJ. It is hoped that through
our dilligent effort that this radical armed group will be stopped
quickly. Our inside informer has already told us that Cornette's
Militia, through their front group of SMW, is and has expanded to
several surrounding states, including West Virginia, North Carolina,
Kentucky, and Alabama.
Because of our insider's information, Buddy Landell was violently
attacked by Cornette's Militia in Barboursville, Kentucky. He
suffered many lacerations and had to seek hospitalization. We have
refered Mr. Landell to attorney, Morris Dees. Mr. Dees, of the
Southern Poverty Law Center, will seek criminal and civil charges
against "General" Jim Cornette and each member of his militia.
It should also be noted that when the militia found out about this
report, "Una-bomb" has went into hiding. It is believed that he is
being moved between pro-militia "safe houses" and is working on
another act of explosive terrorism.
To help continue our very dangerous mission to expose these violent
right-wing radicals, we need your help! It takes a considerable
amount of funds to gather this type of information. Please send your
most charitable contribution to:
