I believe you've mixed up your ages here:  the sons of God mated with the
daughters of men, producing giants and beasts, et al. (the offspring of
legends and myths - centaurs, giants, other genetic combinations gone
haywire) during the second race of entities on this rock we call Earth but
known to the wiser as a spiritual entity (Gaia) far more advanced and
powerful than mankind today collectively.  Noah and recent recorded history
(5,000 B.C. to 12,000 B.C.), depending on sources one takes authentically,
was part of this race - the fourth or fifth (again, depending on sources one
takes) whereby modern man was already fully developed, but restricted
spiritually (as a result of the last race of man - Atlantis and remnants of
Mu) and sensually.  It is a proven scientific fact that we only use
approximately 12% to 15% of our brainpower and we only utilize five senses.
All ancient teachings dictate that man has thirteen senses (utilization of
DNA/electromagnetic interactions along with manipulation of endocrine system
(pineal gland, AKA third eye) and sound.  All religion-philosophical systems
in place all have myths/stories of the flood so Noah was not the only to
survive.  Christianity does not have the monopoly of the flood myth,
although they would like to think they do.  The infamous flood occurred
approximately 12,000 years ago, during the last polar shift.  Noah is a
parable;  do you really think that he and his few sons could build an ark to
hold all as told in the short time available?  Not - we would have a problem
doing so even with our materials and technology today.  During any polar
shift two terrestrial locations remain "safe".  Quite obviously they (Noah,
family and many breeds of animals) located and found refuge in one of these
two places.  Was the "Ark" one of the great pyramids?  Egypt was one of the
resulting stable places which is why the majority of the survivors of the
previous race (Atlantians) migrated to same and instituted the Golden Age of
Egypt, building the pyramids and basically introducing astronomy,
agriculture, respect for the female side of humanity, math, and all other
aspects of culture that ultimately led to the development of 'civilization'
and knowledge as we know.

The Nephilim, or Watchers, are/were a class of angels.  Their job "during
the days of Jared" was to teach, comfort and help the new race of mankind.
The Watchers are mentioned many times in the Bible, mostly the Old Testament
book of Daniel,  and even more so in books that were not included in the
bible.  Such texts as the Book of Daniel, the Books of Enoch and the Books
of Adam and Eve, and the Book of Jubilees deal extensively with the Fallen
Watchers and their many sins upon Mankind, the animal kingdom and the Earth,
not to mention their sins against their Creator.  According to Myth &
Legends among other sources, 200 Watchers descended upon Ardis, the summit
of Mount Hermon and took human form.  They then carried out their plans of
breeding with the "daughters of men" and to teaching their Earthly mates and
Man(kind) the secrets of the Heavens, i.e., Magic, Divination, Spells,
Weaponry, Metallurgy, Cosmetics, Jewelry, Abortion, Astrology, Herbalism,
Writing and many other secrets.

The Nephilim are sometimes thought to be the Watchers, or most likely, the
Watchers children.  The word "Nephilim" comes from the root word, "fallen
ones," but in a violent, unnatural way, even so far as to mean "aborted
ones," "bully," "tyrant," and "untimely birth."  The Nephilim are the newest
class of angels.  They are those angels that fell with Satan in the first
fall of angels, the 1/3 of Heaven that was cast down.   Many of these were
already present on the Earth at the time of the Watchers descent to "help"
mankind.  Realizing this would only further their cause, the Nephilim
readily agreed to help the Watchers any way possible.

The Children of the Watchers are identified as Giants and/or Monsters.

The Giants are humanlike beings who are famous for their superior
intelligence, stamina and strength.  They have been equated with the Titans
of Mythology and Hero's such as Hercules.

The Monsters are the children of the Watchers.  Each offspring produced was
unique unto itself.  Whether the Watcher's genetically manipulated their
children while still in the womb (or perhaps egg), or if they just let their
superhuman sperm work its magic alone, is unknown.  Perhaps this was done to
bring mankind to a brotherhood with the animal kingdom? Or, perhaps a more
sinister reason.  Either way, the Grigori (a.k.a. Nephilim, etc.) were
formidable and deadly in the extreme.  They are sometimes equated  with the
Egyptian Gods, such as Bast (a goddess with the head of the Cat), etc.

The Watchers taught their superhuman children the "Secrets of Heaven", such
as magic, spells, herb crafts, astrology, etc.
The Holy Watchers still in Heaven were outraged at what their brothers had
done in revealing the Heavenly secrets.  This is the possible reason as to
why and where the major split/war/faction/rift would have occured.

This is conjecture on my part, but my feeling is that they were never
satisfied from hunger because of their hybrid nature (1/2 Earthly - 1/2
Spirit Creature), since their Spiritual side was never fed, since El had no
desire to accept these unwelcome offspring of the Watchers.  They were
considered no part of his Creation Scheme and therefore outside of his help,
and they would not be able to take advantage of any redemption plan.

The angels associated with Satanel were already on the Earth when man was
placed in Eden.  Some teachings dictated that the Watchers came 'during the
days of Jared', i.e. 3,040 B.C.E. however this is highly questionable.  How
long they remained probably varied with the individual angels, but the
Watchers were collected and placed into their "prisons" before the great
flood of Noah or destroyed during the deluge.

Note that recent quantum theories now regard the event commonly referred to
as the "Big Bang" (creation of dimensions and the material universe)
responsible for the creation of 26 dimensions, 16 of which are enfolded and
inseparable; beyond time, space and unlike the other ten dimensions which
have distinct functions.  They are unknowable to us and constitute the
stepping down between the absolute (or "God") and the lower ten dimensions.
Their functions are uncomprehensible and have no effect on the material or
lower ten dimensions.

If you take the Alpha and Omega (the highest and the lowest away from the
equation), you have eight dimensions: 1/3 of the "heavens that were cast
down".  We've been taught that the first dimension is a point, a dot from a
pen or pencil on a piece of paper.  This is a bit misleading as a true one
dimension has no length, breadth or width - it is a singularity that science
(thanks to Hawking) has discovered is eternal and beyond time or space.  It
gives birth to galaxies and creates black holes; truly awesome power way
beyond the atomic forces known to mankind.  The Alpha so to speak.  As you
rise up through the dimensions you find increasing less creative power
(choices, free will, etc.).  The second dimension, commonly known as a line,
consists of length and width and, in combination with other lines, is quite
creative indeed.  All geometrical shapes are formed by same and lie outside
of the time/space continuum - when quantum probabilities transform into
definable particles, they do so first by transforming into this dimension
(on their way to being 'slower than light particles' to the third
dimension).  A line has limitless possiblities as opposed to a cube.  The
third dimension is when sub-molecular particles complete the process of
limitless probablities to a material definition by ceasing to travel faster
than the speed of light, no longer acting as waves but as particles.
Bounded creative power but more free will.

Our reality is defined by molecular structures that are possible only when
their quantum components are traveling slower than the speed of light.
There is some question as to whether the time-space continuum is the fourth
dimension or whether time is merely an attribute of the third dimension.
Time is merely an illusion but gives the most opportunity to exercise free
will with the downside of providing the least creative power.  The next
dimension is referred to as hyperspace, beyond time and, accordingly, is a
dimension of the mind, or consciousness.  Less free will but more creative.
Many call it the astral plane which is experienced in dreams, out of body
experiences and trance states.  It is not possible for us to truly know the
higher dimensions however we do get glimpses of same from time to time.

Esoteric teachings tell that the higher the dimension, the more causal and
creative but less free will due to combinations of entities, or souls, and a
purpose that is unquestioned but described as joyful, loving and
evolutionary, in a learning sense, the end result being reunited with the
One, the Tao, Nirvana, God, Allah, Jehovah, the "Superstring", or whatever
you identify as the end all.

Quite obviously "Spirit shall not strive with man forever" as our bodies are
merely containers for the soul, or spirit.  When we die, that which is
within us that is eternal ceases to be of man.

Quit taking the Bible so literally;  perhaps you should bone up on the true
roots of Christianity, which is no more than a synthesis of hundreds of
pagan religions all in agreement;  different names for same entities but,
none the less, a common thread throughout all.  Peruse the most recent
translations of the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Nag Hammadi scrolls.  Read a
bit about recently channeled info from reliable sources and check out recent
discoveries from quantum physics, genetic research (Human Genome Project)
and astrophysics.  Truth is irrefutable and constant - it will appear
copiously (in this instance physics, ancient religions, genetic research,
geological findings, astrophysics, ancient esoteric teachings and recent
channeling).  Remember - history is always recorded by the conquerors - and
in our recorded history, the conquerors almost always weren't necessarily
those with honorable intentions.

Truth can be found by reaching within.  Recent scientific and other
discoveries only validate, but can not be relied on for peace, serenity,
salvation or contact with that which is eternal in all of us.

Another thought:  If "God" is so omnipotent, eternal and exists in all that
is, why would he create something he later decides to destroy?
Puh-lease....Read Jung's thesis 'Answer to Job'.  I think you'll find it
enlightening.

Sorry to be so argumentive but I grew up in an atmosphere of die hard born
again Christians and have spent the past 20 years researching all I can find
on these subjects.  Your statements have no solidity, sense or verifiable
proof other than the Bible (as we know it today) which any somewhat serious
scholar of same knows is none other than a product of mis-translations,
deliberate obscurations and huge ommisions (Council of Nicea, Pope Clement,
the homosexual, Ra or sun worshipper, not to mention a flagrant hedonist)
such as the books of Ruth, Enoch and others.

Christianity today has evolved, since 200 A.D., to be none other than
religious/political system designed to control the masses, keep them stupid
and illiterate (thank Whoever/Whatever for the Renaissance!) and hide all
spiritual contact from the civilized world via subjugation of woman who,
with their superior capabilities of intuition and nurturing (i.e. LOVE) were
a serious threat to the new institutions known as political entities
(starting with the Greek city-states).  Woman were always the revered
shamans and spirital links to the Absolute until the Holy Roman Empire
consolidated most civilizations into their governmental, political entity.
What, other than true spiritual knowledge, can overcome same?  If the masses
realized that money, power and social status truly mean nothing to what is
Real, how could an Empire or political system exist?  What would happen to
the Catholic religion and the Vatican (who, by the way has more wealth than
all countries except the U.S.) if it became common knowledge that Mary was
not a virgin, Mary Magdalene was a wealthy socialite, not a prostitute, who
married Jesus and bore him several children, and that Jesus survived the
Crucifixtion and lived his later years in France?  There is much evidence
that these statements are true.

The Jewish people (especially the Gnostics), the people of Jesus' time
commonly believed in reincarnation and thought of Jesus as none other than a
militant who made a conscious effort to fulfill many prophacies.  None of
his teachings are original and many are strictly verbatim quotes from
Persian and Eastern avatars (Krishna and Zoroaster).  In Jesus' time the
term "messiah" meant, quite literally, a miltant terrorist (Jesus was
connected to the Zealots too).  And he came from the weathiest sector of the
Jewish population - the Essenes, as did Joseph of Arimathea (Jesus was
crucified on his personal estate).  Why was he crucified, a punishment
reserved for thiefs and prisoners of war?  He should have been stoned but
had that happened, it would have been impossible to fake a death.  A
crucifiction on a huge private estate was unheard of and only a limited
audience was allowed on same.

Sorry for sounding off here but it simply amazes me that many follow on
blind faith and don't investigate the validity of what they're taught.
Blind faith has never made much sense to me and is all this patriarchal,
falling apart world is holding onto.  Dogma, doctrine and silly rules (i.e.
food consumption dictates, tithes, confessions, sacraments, et al.) are
truly the opiate of the masses.  Too bad Marx didn't utilize same - the
U.S.S.R. might have survived if they were given some sort of hope for
salvation.  Agnosticism certainly didn't provide same.

The info is out there should you have the gumption and belief in yourself,
and truly want to evolve into a more advanced entity, an open mind and the
commitment to dig deep into what will ultimately shock the _hit out of you
(if you were raised All American, be it Catholic, Jewish, Protestant,
Lutheran, Presbyterian, Mormon, agnostic or other).  Especially the
validation of ancient, esoteric beliefs, Eastern religio-philosophical
systems by quantum and nuclear physic discoveries, theoretical mathematics
and recent archaelogical findings (why won't the Vatican release more than
30% of the Dead Sea Scrolls?), not to mention the copious channelings in the
past fifty or so years (which have now, in the past decade, geometrically
progressed copiously).

I welcome any comments and/or constructive criticism....
