"But Brother Blue," you may ask, "what on earth does this have to do with UFOs?"

A good question. This recent article from Norio is a rather puzzling
experiment in the manipulation of belief systems. I think we're all
probably pretty much agreed that the Reno Entity and it's gang of traitorous
thugs are some of the most foul Aliens in this sector of the galaxy but to
posthumously Knight BadBoy Bill Colby as a hero is perhaps stretching things
a bit. 8-/

And look -- who's that behind those Foster-Grants? Why it's ole Gordon
Novel of Aviary fame:

>From the ill-fated Garrison (JFK) investigation to the Blockbuster Video
FLIR Tape Dept. to the Aviarian Space Alien Obfuscation Biz to a new room in
the Bigelow Bunker -- where he's apparently been adopted into the extended
Bigelow Fambly -- Novel seems to pop up in the strangest places.

Ah well, roll up for the Magickal Mystery Tour -- see if you can find your
suedes!

Excerpted from THE AMERICAN'S BULLETIN, 9/6/97:

(quoting)

Note: In March 1995, in one of his bravest, most heroic acts,
former CIA director William Colby alerted the Militias through
intermediaries that Janet Reno had planned raids against them, to
commence in the early morning hours of March 25, 1995.

Agents of the BATF and FBI were to conduct the raids. Ft.
Bragg and other military installations were on 2-hour-alert status
in case things got out of hand. Heavy weapons were to be planted
on the property of known Militia leaders. The media had been
prepared to distribute anti-Militia rhetoric and was ready to
report whatever spin Reno asked for. William Colby recognized
Reno's plans for what they were: The outright obliteration of
constitutional rights of the citizens of the United States.

Because Colby acted, the militias were ready. The planned
raids became the subject of local and national radio talk shows.
Militia air traffic controllers and long-haul truckers were set to
report government and military traffic to regional centers. With
the element of surprise so clearly lost, Reno cancelled the raids
with only six hours to go. Had the raids gone on as planned, the
most bloody slaughter of federal agents in United States history
would have occurred, and many good American citizens would have
died with them.

Less than one month later, the bomb went off in Oklahoma
City. With absolutely no evidence to back their claims, the media
implicated the Militias in the bombing and unleashed their anti-
Militia campaign that has continued to this day.

William Colby was a true American and a constitutionalist.
He provided the FLIR (Forward Looking Infra-Red) tape you will
read about in the accompanying movie review. That tape provides
the most damning, irrefutable and overwhelming evidence that the
FBI intended to slaughter every man, woman and child in the Branch
Davidian Church at WACO, Texas. William Colby knew the truth: He
revealed that truth and he was murdered for it. We will always owe
a debt of gratitude to William Colby.

(End quoting).

STILL BURNING. WAS WACO A MASSACRE?
FOUR YEARS LATER, THE QUESTION HASN'T BEEN EXTINGUISHED

Excerpted from THE WASHINGTON POST, about the Waco video, 4/18/97:

You can't believe your eyes. But the man on the screen, a
distinguished scientist, makes it all seem true. He is pointing
out bright bursts that look to him like machine gun fire. You are
witnessing what could be a military-style slaughter of civilians --
My Lai in America. First they were gassed, then burned, then shot.
It all happened on April 19, 1993, according to a new documentary
film, WACO: THE RULES OF ENGAGEMENT.

"One of the most disturbing films you'll ever see", the SAN
FRANCISCO CHRONICLE said in its review. "It is the documentary
that will not go away", wrote a columnist in the BOSTON GLOBE.

The 165-Minute WACO documentary was produced by former CNN
newsman Dan Gifford, his wife Amy, and Mike McNulty. Its shocking
conclusion -- that FBI agents were intent on murdering Branch
Davidians -- relies largely on the opinion of an expert who analyzed
the FLIR (Forward Looking InfraRed) video tape.

(Dr. Edward) Allard: holds a doctorate in physics and is a
former supervisor of the Department of Defense's night vision
laboratory at Fort Belvoir. He knows what he is seeing on that
tape -- he says the weapons signatures (on the infrared video
taken over Mount Carmel on April 19) are so clear as to eliminate
all doubt.

In a federal court motion filed last October, former attorney
general Ramsey Clark argues that Allard's analysis "leaves no doubt
that the U.S. repeatedly fired gunshots into the church and at its
occupants".

After the FBI gave us a one-hour excerpt (but not the whole
tape), we showed that to local defense contractors who specialize
in interpreting FLIR. Four of the analysts contacted by THE POST,
who have extensive military and weapons experience, were convinced
that they saw bursts on the tape indicative of gunfire going into
the compound.

"The gunfire signatures are real", said Joseph Horn, an El
Paso, Texas, consultant on firearms evidence, who wrote a letter
pointing out five incidents that Allard had also deemed gunfire.

IAN: The FLIR video was first acquired by Gordon Novel (head
of investigation in Ramsey Clark's wrongful death suit) through
his long-time friend, the former director of the CIA William Colby.
Colby was found dead shortly thereafter.
