May 11, 1996

During the first half of May 1996, Alex Collier has again been 
experiencing physical communication with the Andromedans, who 
released the following data:

o Approximately two months ago (March 1996), a large mothership 
  was found by the Andromedans to have parked itself just outside 
  our solar system.  Current reconnaissance (May 1996) has 
  revealed a large number of reptilian soldiers in cryogenic 
  stasis on board.  While the exact number of these humanoids and 
  their intent is not known at this time, the Andromedans have 
  stated that the origin of the craft is the Ursa Minor system.

o Hale-Bopp Update: The Andromedans state that what appears to 
  be the Hale-Bopp comet is in fact a very large craft made to 
  appear as a comet, with other craft in tow within its extremely 
  long tail.  In addition, a second comet-shaped ship has been 
  detected and is heading towards our solar system, apparently 
  originating from an area in the constellation of Cancer.

o According to Alex, Visseus has been busy traveling throughout 
  the galaxy with others performing ambassadorial functions to 
  head off a possible Galactic War by negotiating some type of 
  treaty or truce.  The intended goal is to keep any conflict 
  from expanding out beyond as few systems as possible.  Groups 
  from the Pleaides, Procyon and Tau Ceti have been having con-
  frontations with those from both the Orion sytstem and the 
  Draconians within the outskirts of our solar system.  The 
  action is designed to maintain the quarantine in our solar 
  system.  It was reported that loss of life has occured on both 
  sides of the conflict.

o Furthermore, seven ships are currently parked in Earth's 
  atmosphere with the purpose of creating a blockade defense 
  system for Earth.  The blockade consists of two Andromedan, 
  two Pleaidian and three Procyon ships.  Procyon humanoids 
  have recently become strong partners in the effort to quaran-
  tine Earth so that we are given a chance to evolve on a natural 
  basis.  The Procyon humanoids have been liberated from the Dows 
  (Greys), so they are every supportive and compassionate regarding 
  the position of the population on Earth.

o A large armada of ships have been found amassing in the Sirius 
  B system.  Early information points to a possible conflict 
  between the humanoids from the Sirius B system and humanoids 
  from the Orion system over the quadrant in which Earth is 
  located.  Facts do however seem to support the existence of a 
  shaky alliance between the two groups that is maintained because 
  of a common interest in the population of the Earth.  Although 
  events in the continuum can change, at present it is believed 
  that the armada is due to come to this sector between 2003 and 
  2005.

o The Andromedan Council recently participated in a conference 
  at an undisclosed location, which included representatives from 
  Sirius B and the Orion Empire.  No Dows (Greys) or Draconians 
  (Reptilians) were evidently present at this meeting.  The 
  discussion apparently revolved around the subject of territorial 
  rights and quadrant title to certain parts of our Galaxy by 
  those from the two groups.  The Andromedans spoke on behalf of 
  those from this sector, and asked that Earth be left alone so 
  that we could be allowed to evolve.  They further stated that 
  their whole race was prepared to support the cause of Earth.  
  The humanoids from Sirius B became very upset at this prospect 
  and promptly left the conference after this statement by the 
  Andromedans, although the humanoid representatives from the 
  Orion system remained.  The final results of the conference are 
  not known at this time.

o Alex asked Morenae if the Andromedan race was capable of 
  taking on the entire Orion Empire on their own, and Morenae 
  replied that the Andromedans are not alone in their support of 
  the evolution of the sector in which Earth is located.


::: Andromedan Advisories for the Near Future :::

o (March 1996) Severe food shortages in the month of July and 
  August 1996

o (April 1996) As Texas gets closer to seceding from the United 
  States, the dangers of biological warfare that will be waged 
  against the population will increase.  This warfare will be 
  indiscriminate and will cross the border from Mexico.  The 
  "Mad Cow" disease will manifest itself here in the U.S.  The 
  new outbreaks of human disease will be new forms of incurable 
  TB and Anthrax.  There will be no cure for these, and this 
  trend will begin in June and July of 1996.

o (April 1996).  The next major event on the planet by the NWO 
  will be in the area of Jeruselem.  There will be news involving 
  extraterrestrial contact, and it will be stated that "they are 
  here to help us" and that they are from the Pleadian system, but 
  this will not be the truth.  They will be lying.  The alien 
  group will be aligned with the Orion group, and this will begin 
  the process of the introduction of the being posing as Maitreya, 
  a "false Christ".  This will be an NWO trump card, and will 
  occur no later than October 1996.  This event causes problems 
  with the global economy, creates confusion before the general 
  election in the United States, and affects the structure of 
  religious belief systems and mass consciousness.

o [May 9, 1996 1:20 AM].  The following information was received 
  from Morenae: "Alex, please share this probable prospect with 
  your nation races.  We feel a degree of alertness is necessary 
  to fully understand what your hidden government consortium is 
  possibly planning.  Alex, during your games of atheletes in 
  your times that are soon coming, the concern we see will be 
  water supplies.  That which is used for drink and bathing. 
  We see highest probability in your nation called Texas, as its 
  people are stretching their sovereignty to be free, without 
  manipulation.  This is probable area of great loss of black 
  fuel and resources.  Alex, our perspective at this moment is 
  that much of your nation-land has been given to the control of 
  a small group of men.  They are not of your nation.  This has 
  been done for paper, what you call currency.  Viruses are 
  spreading throughout your land.  This is not an act of God, 
  as many believe falsely.  It is those from Maldek that live 
  under your world and on your Moon.  The decrease of population 
  is concerning the agenda to contain consciousness of your 
  humanity.  This lack of respect for your race grieves us with 
  much concern.  Protect the water of your nation.  The dream of 
  freedom and true self-rule began with your nation and could end 
  with your nation, if your nation-race fails to accept self-
  responsibility.  Those small bands of people who cherish the 
  rights of individuals to sovereignty will be blamed for the 
  betrayal.  This will not be true.  This will be a mis-truth.  
  Your trust is being betrayed by those you did not support in 
  your elections.  Remember to look under the rocks.  Much is

  NOTE: In the usual orthodox tradition of releasing news articles 
  in the media to put the blame on someone else before an actual 
  event occurs, we see an article entitled "Germ Warfare: New 
  Threat From Terrorists" in the May 18, 1996 issue of Science 
  News Magazine (which totally avoids discussion of the fact that 
  the U.S. sold Iraq the bioweapons which now threaten the planet) 
  and in a newspaper article in the May 23, 1996 Tacoma Tribune 
  entitled "CIA chief: U.S. unprepared for terror attack", which 
  has CIA director John Deutch stating that the U.S. is unprepared 
  for a nuclear, chemical or biological attack.  He stated this at 
  a conference sponsored by Harvard University and Los Alamos 
  National Laboratory.  In a country which has been subverted from 
  within by factions within the U.S. government for the last 30+ 
  years, it does not bode well for the population in the coming 
  four years.  It is interesting in light of the apparent state-
  ment from the Andromedans that the article in Science News 
  Magazine notes that "Last year, an Ohio militia enthusiast was 
  arrested after he sent away for and received plague virus from

::: Why Feature the Andromedan Material? :::

Given the fact that we have let the alien matter effectively 
slide after publication of Matrix II almost seven years ago, why 
come out now and feature material like this on the Web Site?  It 
is a matter of record that many things we spoke of in Matrix II, 
our investigation into government-alien interaction and the 
abduction/implant paradigm, have been found to be the case, 
and there is so much general garbage out there with different 
material purported to be from "somewhere", that the time has 
come for a new examination of the issue.  Now, I am not a big 
"space brothers" type of person, and I hold much of the material 
that is out and about as mostly deceitful and calculated to 
mislead and manipulate the population of the planet.  There are 
plenty of examples of "Pleaidian" contactees out there who have 
written books that contain material that simply does not pass 
our analysis as being genuine and up front, and that smacks of 
a hidden agenda.  Just because some "alien group" says they are 
from somewhere does not mean that it is legitimately what it 
appears to be.  I mean, the human tendency is to "follow" 
someone, isn't it?  Not to become self-responsible and self-
evolving.  

Well, after having become familiar with Alex Collier, who has 
stated that he has been communicating physically with Andromedans 
for 31 years, I detected that this whole Andromedan paradigm was 
something else that had not been encountered before.  Well, let's 
take a critical look at WHY I bother with this:


o Many of the things that these people have said about events on 
  Earth have come to pass as stated, and after analysis, for the 
  reasons stated.

o Our current negatively-oriented government is interested in 
  what the Andromedans are saying.  It is also interesting that 
  some within the U.S. government have taken a sudden interest 
  in what is on this system.  Check the stats.  Whether the 
  interest is stemming from positive or negative factions within 
  the government is not known.

o After many hours of engaging both Alex Collier and the material 
  which he presents, I have come to the conclusion that he is an 
  impeccable individual, has nothing to hide and has no personal 
  hidden agenda.  He is not interested in ego aggradizement, nor 
  do I detect that he is being "used".

o The material that is coming forth is not just "positive in 
  nature", but is geared toward inducing individuals in the mass 
  population to become self-responsible and aware in ways that 
  have not been voiced before.  Whoever these people are, they 
  are not giving information that is unusable or can be used to 
  lull the population into a state of inaction.  That itself is 
  quite noteworthy.

o The material contains elements that synchronistically matches 
  and enhances our understanding of a quantum-based sociological 
  structure that is rapidly moving from a state of three-
  dimensional social disarray into a state of coherence.  

o We will constantly maintain a reflective posture with 
  reference to this material, and if we detect the slightest 
  "hiccup", we will immediately post notice of any discontinuity 
  on the web site.  Meanwhile, we will continue to monitor both 
  the situation and the material with an open, conscious mind.
