Greetings, All,

I'd like to share some astrological data with you and some trends that 
are already developing. 

Pluto was discovered in 1929 (or 1930). It was in the sign of Cancer at
the time. When mankind discovers a planet, it's first trip through the
zodiac is the toughest on us, because when it enters a new sign, we must
deal with that new energy for the first time. We cut the pathway, and path
cutters take the brunt. 

Pluto has just entered Sagittarius. A lot of unconscious stuff is being
hurled up. Sometimes, it can be overwhelming. Until we get the hang of it,
there will be much instability. We may feel out of control. Consequently,
we may look for a psychological, religious, or some other kind of
safe-harbor. 

The planet Uranus is moving into Aquarius on January 12, 1996. This will
bring a lot of excitement and serve as a wake up call to many. 

Aquarius is a fixed sign. Here's the downside. In this case, we have to
consider the instability generated by Pluto in Sag. When we choose a
psychological safe-harbor, chances are that we will think that it is The
Truth (as opposed to a model). This is a result of the fixed aspect of
Aquarius. We may lock ourselves into something that is not what we think
it is. 

In short, the general trend will be to latch onto something for stability
and claim that it is The Only Way. The drawbacks should be obvious: much
friction between sects and rigidity of mind. On the upside, we will have
the opportunity to focus our attention more singularly. We will blaze new
trails. 

For those who are focused on areas without much substance, this time will
be harder than usual. Concrete pursuits, on the other hand, will be
rewarded. For example, if we are dedicating ourselves to say,
conspiracies, this lacks substance. It is not concrete. At worst, we will
become more paranoid about Them. I am not recommending that we stop these
investigations, if that's what we are drawn to do. It's just that we may
suffer more for it during this time. 

An example of a concrete pursuit is service to others. The universe will
reward us for being focused on, say, service during this period. 
Aquarius, being a "dedicated-to-a-cause" sign, supports selfless pursuits. 

The point is: stay loose, don't think that you've found the One and Only
Truth (as opposed to a model), try to keep your feet on the ground, and
don't bs yourself. Like this, we can make real progress in the year to
come. All things pass; this is no exception.
