I have been told that every word contained in the following
article is true, except that the person involved was sent
back from ********** to ********* because they would not
work on this project and they are leaving the service as
soon as they are processed out. I did not add that
because only three people returned from this site and it
would be too easy to identify them.

There are those of you who will recognize the style or the
content of this
article as mine and, thus, have a high degree of confidence
in its
contents. Others, who see it is posted without attribution,
will wonder if
the material here is true. It is; but, it is difficult to prove.
A few
items are checkable. For example, the robotic helicopter
mentioned is
based on the work done at Carnagie Mellon University and
that is easy to
check. No matter what you think right now, I urge you to
read and remember
this story. Then, as news stories break about how new
technology is
protecting our troops in battle, you will be able to see the
truth for
yourself. The Biblical prophesy of the Mark of the Beast is
chillingly
close and more terrible than anyone could have imagined.

I spent the weekend with a US Marine stationed at the 29
Palms California
military base and at the nearby training facility known as
Camp Wilson.
The base and camp sit out in the Mojave desert over 100
miles east and
inland from their primary base, the famous Camp
Pendelton that hugs 22
miles of coastline between San Clamente and Oceanside,
California. This
person told me that they were involved in developing
something called
Operation Sea Dragon (since it was oral I am not sure if it
was SEE Dragon
or SEA Dragon -- you will soon discover why it could be
either one). It is
part of a whole array of experimental programs that the
official literature
says will allow our government to "track and identify" our
troops in
action. This person claimed that after it was proven
effective with our
troops it would be introduced into the general population.
To that person,
this is the real Mark of the Beast and they are in the unit
scheduled to be
the first group it is used on. As a result, instead of
continuing with a
promising career in the Marines, they are leaving the
military rather than
submit to this process. It was their dream to serve their
country; but,
they will not do that at the expense of serving their God.

Step one is to create robotic tanks, helicopters, and other
vehicles that
can be programed to go into an area without endangering
the lives of our
troops and be able to follow them by satellite. The vehicles
would be
equiped with "pots" that contained computer chips that
could be read from
the sky and, thus, followed by satellite.

At least that is the story. As many of you know, all of our
nation's ships
(and many private ones and one's that belong to other
governments) already
have such technology. The war rooms on US ships have a
huge screen that
has a map of the world and its oceans displayed. Lights
indicate where
every ship is at the moment you ask to see them. You can
see all of them
or only the class, type, nation, etc. that you ask for. A CD
ROM produced
by Jane's in England and sent out on a regular basis
carries the
information for every ship including the Captain's name
and even the cargo
being carried.

Since this technology isn't exactly cutting edge at this
point, it seems
hardly experimental to put it into a tank or helicopter for
this purpose.
It is much more likely that an extra capability has been
added -- say the
ability to reprogram or control the vehicle from the
satellite. While I
was not told this was part of the project, it makes sense
with the next
element.

As I mentioned in the introduction, part of the project is a
helicopter
that will fly from Camp Pendelton over the mountain
ranges to 29 Palms by
itself and in tanks that will drive themselves even through
combat
situations. This is possible because of work done at
Carnagie Mellon
University. In 1994 a group of students perfected a
system that would
allow a vehicle to drive itself. That is, a truck (without any
help or
radio controls) drove from the university into town. It
stopped at all
lights and signs, didn't hit any stray dogs, cats, or people,
and
successfully followed an electronic map program to a given
spot. That you
can check -- you may even have seen it on a program
such as Beyond 2000 or
Popular Electronics.

The real challenge now isn't the tanks, it is the helicopter.
The CMU
technology has now been perfected to be used in a three
dimentional space
for flying. Unlike the Preditor robot observation craft, the
new
helicopter is able to make limited AI (artificial intelligence)
judgements
using fuzzy logic decisions and (they hope) will be able to
avoid other
aircraft, mountain ranges, and even flying birds. And it is
also this
application that makes me almost certain that the satellite
tracking chip
is also bidirectional and will be able to give electronic
commands to the
vehicles where it is installed. Surely, there is a safety
mechanism for
these helicopters. Just shutting them off, as you would a
car that was
posing a danger to life or property, wouldn't do anything
but create a
crash situation endangering those on the ground below
the bird. It needs
to have some sort of remote control device simply for

safety sake.

The third stp is to take these interactive devices and to put
them on
Marines. The unit which will get them first have been told
that these will
be "boxes" they will wear. While they are wearing them,
satellites will be
able to identify and follow each person, and presumably be
able to
communicate with them in some fashion.

The description of boxes seems a bit crude and must be an
interum situation
considering the next steps. However, it also is eerily
reminisent of
Biblical prophesy. Orthodox Jewish men put on teffillium
several times a
day to pray. These are little black boxes on long stings that
are placed
on the forhead and on the backs of the hands and then
tied on. It follows
the law that "thou shall put these words ... as frontlets
between thine
eyes...." . Likewise, the Mark of the Beast is to be on the
forehead and
on the hands -- surely a Satanic echo of God's law.

In any event, the government has plans to take it further.
Miniturization
seems to be the next step since nonviolent prisoners may
be implanted with
these chips to free up room in prisons and to see how they
would work in
the general population. The ankle bracelets now in use for
house arrests
only allow monitors to know if the person leaves their
home, not where they
go. With these new devices, those monotoring the person
would know where
the prisoner was at all times and might be able to actually
report on what
type of activity they were involved with; at least to the
extent of being
able to monitor audio conversations or pick up electronic
impulses from a
computer as one can with Tempest technology now.

OK, so they can track the person and see who it is; but,
what about the
two-way feature? If, in fact, it were implanted in one's
forhead and
hands, a signal could cripple them at any time. Its hard to
rob a store
when your hands are fists of pain from an electrical
charge. A research
nurologist tells me that a small shock to the frontal lobes
could disrupt
short term memory and/or the ability to make decisions
instantly -- thus
stopping any anti-social activity. It might even be possible
to
"reprogram" a mind to behave, and believe, however and
whatever the person
who controlled the chips wanted them to.

The person who gave me this information told me that the
step after that
was to implant the entire population. They said that claims
some troops
were implanted with such a chip during the Gulf War
seemed
not-so-far-fetched now.

There are a variety of ways the government is planning
on selling this
program to the public. They are already on the public
relations band
wagon to promote it so that each and every one of you will
not only WANT a
chip, you will vote extra funds to make the process
possible. Being able
to control crime is certainly one such motivator. I was
badly shaken when
a local television commentator reporting from a federal
court house said
that the limiting of access to the building and the heavy
security measures
that did not allow the public to attend trials there was a
small price to
pay for feeling safe.

The outcry against illegal aliens is another such venue.
While there are
real problems including monitary and public safety issues,
you must be
aware that calls for national ID cards that cannot be
coppied must be music
to the ears of those who want to promote this program.
What better way to
"ensure" you are hiring, selling to, teaching, or giving
other public
services to a citizen than such a chip. The signals could
easily be
scanned and a positive ID proven. It would not be able to
be
counterfeited. You wouldn't forget it at home in your
wallet and it would
be unobtrusive. All you'd have to do is pass you hand
over a scanner and
your checking account would be debited, your employee
records would
automatically be set up, and the Anti-Christ would have
you right where he
wanted you.

There used to be an anti-nuclear song that said in part
"When Einstein says
he's scared; I'm scared." In this case, when a person
involved in the
development of this program says they are scared, I'm
scared..
