Here is some information to show you how large a group it is
that Sheldon Nidle is dealing with, only one part of which is the
the people from Sirius.

New ways opened up for Federa-
tion to carry out its mission
This possibility opens up even more venues for how the Galactic
Federation can play its role in helping to spread the great light now
forming in this Milkly Way Galaxy. It has also led to new openings
for trade and an exchange of data bases with most of the other nearby
galaxies in this physical universe.
This rare opportunity was created by the Truce of Anchara and
promises to give the Federation an opportunity to quickly form
alliances with up to 24 galaxies in the coming months. At present
some 16 galaxies are formally negotiating treaties of confederation
along with some eight additional galaxies in the early stages of
diplomatic recognition.
New ways to expand Galactic Fed-
eration into Physical Creation
This new opening to expand into the vast regions of this physical
universe have allowed the Galactic Federation the capability to
increase its influence as well as its number of allies in this
physical reality.
In addition to those already mentioned, there are now some 2,000
to 5,000 additional galaxies that have sent representatives who have
just begun to present their credentials and to open their calendars.
At some future time an even more substantial series to talks as well
as a conference can be called that could led to formation of an
incredibly huge intergalactic Federation.
Changes in Solis system and Earth
make new realities possible
Those changes in the Solis system and on planet Earth can not be
underestimated for the effect that they have had on the other star
systems in this galaxy. Especially, the effect these series of
profound changes have had on those galaxies that are close to ours.
Because of these changes in spiritual energy, the Spiritual
Hierarchies and the accompanying Councils of Ascended Masters have
petitioned the Central Councils of the Elohim to give a dispensation
to the specially reunited Elohim Councils in The Milkly Way Galaxy.
This dispensation is necessary so that they could be able to
communicate with other galactic Elohim Councils.
This petition was given to Metatron's Council and a special decree
was issued to our galaxy's Spiritual Hierarchy. This special decree
was allowed to be given by the Main Spiritual Council of the Galactic
Federation to a special series of liaison groups that had been
created by the Truce Of Anchara. This decree has been brought before
a special session of the Main Federation Council.

These special liaison groups gave this decree to a meeting of the
Main Federation Council on October 12, 1995 (Yellow Electric Human).
This decree stated that because of the special status of planet Earth
in the Solis system the Elohim of this galaxy would be allowed to be
joined with some of the other Councils of Elohim in those galaxies
physically close to the Milky Way Galaxy.
These galaxies now number some 10,000 in total. This list was given
to the Main federation Council and it was asked to begin the process
of contacting these galaxies.
