 To All the Governments of the World and to All Extraterrestrials:
      If you are trying to tell us something and/or you want us to know some-
 thing in particular, e.g., that the E.T.'s are here, then just come right out
 and tell us!  The direct approach is the best!  Stop wasting our time!  I'm
 tired of the bullshit!  I bet there are many other people who also feel the
 same.  Look, we know that you (E.T.'s) are here and you know that we know and
 we know that you know that we know, so just cut all the bleeding nonsense and
 acknowledge what we already know!  I'm tired of the games and most likely so
 are innumerable other people.  What do you want?  Tell us!  Be direct!
     As for the governments of the world, stop wasting our time and our money
 with all your bullshit and idiotic red tape.  If you think you can pull the
 wool over are eyes, then you are the ones who are stupid, not us!  We are the
 intelligent ones.  After all, we were smart enough not to get involved in or
 work in/for government!
     Yes, I'm challenging you both to reveal all and come clean and be direct!  
  Are you both up to this challenge?  Do you have the courage that is needed 
  to meet my challenge?  Do you have what it takes?  We'll see, won't we?
     If not, and you both insist on playing your games, then SOD OFF!
