Subject:  The Blackout And UFOs.               Nov. 24, 1995.

  In 1966 there was a time when a lot of the power of the US
eastern seaboard was knocked out and then it suddenly came back
on.  I would now like to give me my opinion as to what happened.
The following information was taken from a certain periodical 
and I will attempt to tell you what the space people said in 
their own words.

  We are the people from the planet Korina and we are called the 
Korindians.  One day while having a meeting in our underground
base in a remote area in Maine (JW I think it was Maine.), one of
our people who had been going among your people, because we look
very similar to you, brought up the following problem.  It seems 
that the people of the US have a grid system of distributing the 
electrical power .  When one grid or area gets overloaded it 
switches over to another area and gets the needed power.  This system
is such that if an enemy would come into to overcome the US, it 
could be done very easily by tripping one station, it would connect
to another station, which could be tripped electrically and the 
whole system could be knocked out be just tripping off a few 
stations.

  The problem was discussed as to what to do.  One space person 
suggested we go tell the people or the government.  We then decided
that that wouldn't work because most people on Earth didn't even
believe that space people existed, and the government would'nt 
acknowledged that we existed either.  It was decided that we would 
show them what could happen by doing it in a limited way.  We would 
place our crafts over the plants, trip the relays off and hold them 
off then go to one or more other plants and trip them off.  We hoped 
to do this without hurting anyone.  This we did.

  We then piloted one of our craft up to the side of a large hotel
to the window of a prominent actor and told him what we had done.
(JW  I don't remember the name of the actor.  He was not well know 
to me.  I believe he was a TV actor and played in a show that was
mentioned.)  We reguested that he tell the public and government 
what we had done and that they should install a fail proof system 
of something similar to overload relays or fuses so that would this 
would not happen again.  If these  corrections were not done then we 
would continue to do it till they were done.

  The actor did do what we asked and except for a few incidents in 
the US and other countries, we have not done this any more because the 
power grid system now works in the proper manner.  (JW  Some people
saw the space crafts over the power plants when this happened and they
did report this through UFO investigatory groups.)
