 The following email material from Top View discusses and paraphrases
 parts of a purported secret 'report' which allegedly states with no
 equivocation that a worldwide environmental eco-catastrophe is now a
 foregone conclusion and awaits just around the next bend in the road.
 
 This report is said to be titled: 'Inter-Agency Report: Overview and
 Assessment of Vital Global Resources and Eco-Systems.' I have been in
 close touch with the Top View people and have made it known that I
 require personal source confirmation, if at all possible, on highly
 controversial material such as this.
 
 The alleged primary University faculty source in this case has
 reportedly been told to button down and stop talking...immediately.
 We've heard that scenario before. However, in this case, it seems a
 viable possibility and we believe the efforts made to secure a requested
 5 minute phone call to the source on our behalf were made in good-faith
 by Top View.
 
 We are posting the material because it will be showing up on various
 lists and sites and we want you to see it here, just as we received it.
 
 But beyond that, we feel the general thrust of the story is 100% true,
 if not the timing, and needs to be broached with the widest possible
 audience. Whether it is 24 months or 10 years, the countdown clock IS 
ticking.
 
 Let it be repeated: we can NOT validate the 'report' nor could we get to
 a direct source for verification, although we have tried; so read the
 emails about the 'report' with that caveat clearly in mind.
 
 A couple of observations before presenting the material...
 
 * Until and unless the 'human' race begins to cease thinking of itself
 as separate from the planet, the plants, the animals, and the
 environment, we seem destined to fall into the following scenario sooner
 or later.
 
 * World renowned environmental scientist and physicist, Adam Trombly,
 told me 7 years ago that the environmental destruction of the Earth's
 'point of no return' had come...and gone...in the late 1980's. He said
 the rate of physical decline would drastically increase over the decade
 until irreversible ecosystem and environmental collapse commenced in
 earnest. (Note - See editorial by Adam Trombly 'Does Anybody Really Know
 What Time It Is?' in following Headline story.)
 
 Is this the knowledge the international globalist corporate rapists of
 the planet use to justify their unending desecration of the Earth, with
 no overt signs of concern or care that they are obliterating our home?
 Or, are they just greed-driven evil vampires seeking to suck the world's
 resources dry to sate their stomachs, wallets, and their stockholder's
 bank accounts?
 
 Everywhere one turns we see signs of pending physical calamity and
 disintegration. From our dead and dying oceans used as the world's sewer
 and its military playground and laboratory, with its once-teaming sea
 life being vacuumed up and canned far faster than nature can restore
 it...to the melting polar caps, evermore toxic air, utterly poisoned
 drinkable surface and ground water supplies and bizarre and deadly
 extremes in our once predictable, if not bucolic, seasonal weather patterns.
 
 Add to this woeful list of destruction, bacteria and viruses which by
 themselves could ensure catastrophe and human destruction. In just the
 last 8 weeks, we have posted stories of not one, but two microbes which
 could end all plant life...and the majority, if not all, human life...on
 the planet. And those are just two microbes that we, the public, had
 been allowed to learn about. Imagine what may be lurking on laboratory
 shelves, freeze dried, just waiting for some psychopath to uncork.
 
 Let's not omit our nuclear power industry...with hundreds of plants
 around the world, each excreting into onset toilets the deadly liquid
 effluent and spent fuel of the 'miracle' of nuclear energy. This vile
 radioactive waste will (hopefully) remain there in holes in the ground
 until the day eventually comes when 'humans' figure out how to transmute
 it into less toxic substances. Just one earthquake or major geologic
 earth event would inject some of these materials, non-compatible with
 life, into the profoundly interconnected environmental chain of
 planetary life. And where they might stop, nobody knows.
 
 And then, most certainly, there is the hell-bent frenzy of genetic
 manipulation of everything from fish to humans...from food crops to
 trees...all being sold and marketed...and forced on us...in the name of
 improving upon the work of the Master Builder. Tens of thousands of new
 'life forms' and variants thereof are being patented (read: greed) and
 cast adrift on our small the planet. As these 'new' creatures and plant
 forms are spewed into the environment, intentionally and otherwise, and
 into our own bodies sooner or later, which one of them will start the
 cascading chain reaction which could signal the final fracture of life
 as we know it?
 
 This is the end of the line. Unless there is a 180 degree turnaround,
 we, as a species, face the distinct prospect of being largely erased
 from the Earth. Perhaps that is what it will take to begin the process
 of healing this once pristine and wonderful planet. Human beings do not
 inhabit the Earth, they infest it.
 
 Now, here are the emails concerning the 'report' that is allegedly
 circulating at the highest levels. Is it intel disinfo, or a modeling
 exercise to test public reaction? A new Urban Legend? Or, it is a real 
report?
 
 Remember, you will be reading emails which purport to paraphrase some
 sections of the report. Some of the language is barbed and laced with
 invective, but try to look past that and consider the general concepts
 being put forth.
 
 Again, even if this 'report' turns out to be less than genuine, that's

 Top-Secret Report: Massive Global Ecological Collapse Imminent
 
 The following is probably the most distressing article we have ever had
 to write.
 
 We have had made available to us the gist of an above-top-secret
 internal report, prepared by scientists working for the United States
 intelligence services and just presented to high-ranking members of the 
BushMob.
 
 The information presented in this report is so inconceivably shattering
 to every human being on this planet, so profoundly, absolutely
 terrifying, that BushMob leaders are not even letting most members of
 their own administration have even the slightest clue as to its nature.
 
 According to this report, the entire ecosystem of this planet is in a
 state of unilateral, fundamental, runaway disintegration and
 deterioration so deep and far-reaching that, in the estimation of its
 authors, human life may become impossible to sustain on this planet
 within the NEXT TWO YEARS. Incredibly, states the report, this planet
 may well indeed become completely unable to sustain almost any of its
 higher life forms within less than 24 months.
 
 Every single critical life-support system upon this planet is said to be
 on the brink of complete FAILURE/COLLAPSE. The interlocking, synergistic
 way in which the various severely-damaged, collapsing life-supporting
 ecosystems affect each other and of course all Earth's inhabitants, and
 the extreme degree of destruction that has been inflicted on these
 systems, makes it almost impossible for this ultimate cataclysm to be
 avoided, the report states.
 
 According to this report, there is every reason to believe that the
 tenure of the human race upon the Earth may be about at its end:
 primarily because of the greedy, rapacious, oppressive, exploitative
 terrorization of the entire planet, all its resources and all its life
 forms -- most CERTAINLY including the human race as a whole -- by those
 monstrous, demonic, demented, deranged, satanic vermin exemplified by
 such global power brokers as the head honchos of the Bush International
 Crime Family and the entire Brave New World Order juggernaut.
 
 It defies all rational logical thought that these galactic criminals
 would not immediately take any and all steps necessary at every
 imaginable level to attempt to prevent what this report calls an almost
 certain global environmental cataclysm of the most severe possible sort.
 After all, they have to live on this planet too, don't they? Yet the
 very fact this report is being kept completely secret seems to indicate
 that for whatever reason the global order will not undertake to prevent
 this worldwide catastrophe.
 
 Perhaps they believe that certain advanced technologies available to
 them will enable them to somehow or other avoid or escape the doom and
 apocalyptic destruction they themselves are responsible for calling down
 upon our planet.
 
 No words can ever convey how shattering utter horror depicted in this

 As more details emerge from other informed sources about the
 above-top-secret internal government report which describes the entire
 planet as teetering on the brink of utter, catastrophic, unilateral and
 irreparable ecological degradation and breakdown, it's becoming clear
 that certain critically-urgent corrective and preventive measures urged
 in the report as a last-ditch attempt to head off such a total
 collapse/failure of Earth's life-supporting ecosystems are being
 REJECTED and IGNORED literally across the boards by the global power elite.
 
 Either their completely insane lust and greed for every last cent of
 profit that can be squeezed from the Earth and its human and non-human
 inhabitants, or their overwhelming, delusional pride, egotism and
 all-pervasive belief in their own invincibility, apparently prevents
 many of these global power brokers from comprehending the TOTAL
 DANGEROUSNESS and PRECARIOUSNESS of their OWN -- AND of course everyone
 else's -- condition on this planet at this time. Or perhaps, these
 people believe that certain highly-advanced technologies which MAY be at
 their disposal will enable them, or the most powerful among them, to
 somehow or other escape the cataclysmic events that, according to the
 report, are all but certain to transpire upon this Earth.
 
 Such technologies could include anything from specialized equipment used
 to create massive, extremely fortified/impervious underground
 installations, to advanced space vessels capable of transporting numbers
 of people to pre-constructed life-supporting outposts on other planets,
 or even such things as interdimensional/time "travel", among other
 possibilities. Numerous researchers from many, many differing fields
 aver that some or all of these technologies do exist and are online.
 
 It's already a certainty that DESPITE constant, unending denials and
 nay-saying from the Bush administration and allies/cohorts on a
 near-daily basis that no such thing as "global warming" exists at all, a
 significant percentage of the chem-trails being dispersed 365/24/7 into
 the upper atmosphere of the planet DO contain REFLECTIVE MATERIALS such
 as ALUMINUM, for the SPECIFIC purpose of REDUCING the amount of sunlight
 reaching the surface of the Earth. This is being done in an effort to
 SLOW DOWN runaway global warming AT THIS MOMENT. So "they" DO KNOW that
 global warming, in and of ITSELF, is a MASSIVELY catastrophic condition
 that is worsening with each passing second, despite the non-stop
 self-serving denials.

 Our primary source of information about this report is an atmospheric
 physicist who works under contract to a government agency. He's also on
 the faculty of a prominent East Coast university. (We are currently not
 able to divulge the name of the institution.)
 
 This person worked directly on the "XXXX" team; one of at least six
 teams from different agencies that contributed to the report, which was
 entitled: "Interagency Report: Overview & Assessment of Vital Global
 Resources and Ecosystems".
 
 The report was one of several ordered up by the incoming Bush
 administration; and according to a couple of other sources, it is
 already clear that unlike their response to similar assessments and
 associated strategies on achieving total global power and military
 superiority, for example, the New World Order/4th Reich/Bush plutocrats
 have NO intention of implementing most of the remedial measures the
 eco-cataclysm report is said to urgently call for.
 
 There could be well more than one reason for this lack of response on
 the part of the global power elite. Certainly one reason could be that
 the (intentional?!) annihilation of vast numbers of human beings these
 high-level globalist elitocrats consider nothing more than "USELESS
 EATERS", by their eminently Hitlerian, ultra-fascistic world-views and
 agendas, is not a problem for them.
 
 Certainly the results of such a massively catastrophic eventuality for
 the most part fit squarely into the Malthusian, Kissingerian world view,
 in which certain elements of humanity, perhaps "blue-blood",
 "Illuminati" or some other elitist factions, survive to rule a world
 almost thoroughly cleansed of those considered racially inferior.
 
 The only flaw I see there is that I THINK the global power elite needs
 to breathe the same air and drink the same water as the REST of us,
 although some sources assure us that global versions of
 "continuity-of-government" programs ARE in place and WILL be effective
 in virtually any imaginable scenario. How LONG such installations, said
 to be as far as two or more miles beneath the surface of the Earth, can
 remain livable is still a question, however. The tremendous breakdown in
 global life-sustaining ecosystems as described in this report are not
 likely to correct or reverse themselves with any great speed, if at all.
 
 We HAVE received communications from several well-respected, credible
 persons who have stated that the 2003 target date made note of in the
 eco-cataclysm report DOES CORRELATE with classified or unpublished
 information they were already knowledgeable of. This date is NOT
 generally pinpointed in such a context in most published information on
 the general subject.
 
 NUMEROUS, interrelated, and interlocking vital eco-systems are said to
 be on the brink of imminent, catastrophic collapse and failure in terms
 of their ability to sustain higher life forms.
 
 It is said by one source that some of the report's conclusions are so
 shockingly dire, that emotional breakdowns and even attempted suicides
 have resulted among some of those privy to its contents.
 
 Our primary source, however, reminds us that although he DOES know the
 report has been presented to administration bigwigs, he himself has only
 seen a preliminary draft of the final version, and cannot state for
 certain what conclusions and associated pre-emptive, preventive actions

 Top View was first made aware of the internal; government document on
 the state of vital global resources and eco-systems by an acquaintance
 of Bob Anderson, former partner in NewsHawk.
 
 Bob spent about 5 years as a signal intelligence specialist for the U.S.
 Navy in the early 1980s and has retained a few contacts from those times
 who have since entered other fields.
 
 This individual, a faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania
 involved in a research project for a certain government agency,
 contacted Bob about the issue for several related reasons. This person
 STRONGLY feels that the most dire scenarios put forward in the
 government reports are NOT absolutely inevitable, ESPECIALLY if certain
 corrective and preventative actions SPECIFICALLY called for in the
 reports were to be instituted forthwith.
 
 This person IS aware that to date, absolutely NO such measures have been
 undertaken by top-level U.S. government and global power brokers and is
 deeply distressed by this fact. Moreover, this source is deeply
 distressed that no publicity of any kind is being afforded this report
 and its most urgent conclusions and recommendations. He had some hopes
 that Bob, via his connections to the demimonde of Internet journalism,
 might be able to bring the issue to public attention to some degree. And
 we're doing our best.
 
 Unfortunately, all three sources of information on this report have
 suddenly clammed up on us. Our original source has let it be known that
 due to such things as unmarked, matte-black choppers sporting
 blue-tinted windows and a NUMBER of unusual, bluish "landing" lights
 flashing peculiar patterns that buzzed his home repeatedly, he is
 uninterested in relaying any further information on this matter to us.
 
 Using Bob Anderson's notes and recollections about specific
 eventualities which the report calls almost inevitable, we have put
 together a brief list of the more prominent among these. As both of us
 are just about completely un-knowledgeable about these kinds of
 subjects, we can only do our best with the info we have.
 
 From what I'm able to understand, some of the more critical ecological
 problems cited in the report are: near-total depletion of unpolluted,
 drinkable fresh water on a WORLD-WIDE basis; WORLD-WIDE chemical changes
 in the lower atmosphere AND the upper atmosphere, resulting in such
 things as a TREMENDOUS increase in various forms of radiation reaching
 the Earth's surface, as well as a depletion of sufficient quantities of
 certain gases at lower altitudes; and a snowballing, domino-effect
 species die-off resulting from all the just-noted conditions. Other
 issues noted are a tremendous increase in manmade radioactive
 contamination of our entire planet's air, sea water, fresh (ground)
 water and soil resources.
 
 Again, we do hope that some additional information will be made
 available to us regarding the government's top-secret report on the
