UFOS have indeed been observed over Nuclear Missile silos, as we know from
the Dakota incidents in the 60's.  The commanders of two seperate bases got
together after the thirty-year ruling for witholding classified information
expired, and discussed the events that had transpired on these two bases,
which resulted in the shutting down of nuclear weapons systems by remote
means, which should not be possible.
On the NIDS site you will discover a detailed document describing and
mapping a large cluster of anomalous cattle mutilation, UFO and black
helicopter incidents which has taken place in the very same region over the
past year. What's going on? Why this particular location?

Concerning some ethical implications of your comment - 

      We are not 'safe' from our own stupidity, cannot, and should expect
to be 'saved' from nuclear self-destruction by intervening
extraterrestrials. This unfortunate 'saviour' mentality is the foundation
stone of the manipulating patriarchal religions, which, according to some
reports and viewpoints, the ETs were possibly instrumental in establishing
in the first place, for the 
purpose of maintaining control of the species they had genetically
engineered - us. Now it seems the baby is out of the bathwater, running
rampant.

Consider that we may be like ants to them, misguided infants, barbarians;
we may be seen as cattle to be harvested for our organs, tissues, and the
contents of our brains and psyches; we may be a million years behind them
culturally, technically, and in other areas. They may have agendas which
far so outstrip our comprehension in the current evolutionary state, that
we may never comprehend them, agendas which may or may not be beneficial to
us, according to the nature of the visiting species, which one suspects to
be multiple - consider also the prospect of multiple universes and
timelines. Picture a desert island with every grain of sand a universe,
seperated by an electromagnetic membrane from every other, and surrounded
by a dark, cold sea... but back to evidence for the ET's interest in our
nuclear capability;

     A glowing, elliptical UFO was observed over the crippled Chernobyl
reactor, and according to an on-sight technician witness, reactor rod
controls were similarly manipulated or shut off by remote means.

     In 1980, Bentwaters/Woodbridge, a remarkable, multiple-witness UFO
event on a military base (which deserves to be called the Roswell of the
UK, complete with a coverup and subsequent disinformation so
comprehensively documented that they, and the incidents themselves, are, to
my mind, beyond question genuine UFO events; as to the tired old lighthouse
explanation, you may be interested to know that Jenny Randles has changed
her mind THREE times already over the cause of the 1980 events; first she
thought it might be a UFO, then for years she toyed with the crashed plane
carrying nuclear devices theory, and now we're back to the lighthouse again
- not exactly what you might call decisive) She omits, or fails to address
a good many crucial points, some of which I will list below. 

During these alleged events a pyramid-shaped craft, with a light-emitting
surface reminiscent of smoky glass and warm to the touch, spanning
approximately nine to twelve feet at 
the base emitted pencil-thin beams of light which penetrated a hardened
nuclear weapons storage 
bunker, affecting devices stored there in contravention of international
treaty. A team was flown in from Germany to deal with the consequences.
Video film of the event was driven in a jeep by Commander Gordon Williams
(who, contrary to the protestations of Colonel Halt, WAS observed present
during at least one of the events - at six foot five he is not too
difficult to spot, even under reduced lighting conditions -)  ...to a
courier or plane where it was taken to Randheim base, Germany, before being
transferred to destinations unknown, probably Wright-Patterson or Nellis
AFB. According to witness testimony, Gordon Williams communicated,
apparently by telepathy, with three glowing entities roughly one meter in
height, whose legs could not be clearly seen, and which floated, rather
than walked. From the account provided, it would seem that Williams was
either prepared for this encounter, or possibly trained for it in advance.
These entities were not seen by all witnesses, by virtue of their position
with relation to the craft, and during the encounter a noise in the
vicinity startled them, causing them to retreat under a delta flange of the
craft, which was on the ground persumably on its tripod support, not off
the ground at this stage as some have suggested. One of the entities passed
right through the windscreen of a jeep parked nearby, causing the soldier
inside to freak out and smash the windscreen with his boot. The entity was
then seen literally to 'run' up a beam to a floating object or craft above.
During these events
that took place, a number of small lights or craft were maneauvering at
high speed in the vicinity. Lightall systems previously set up failed or
worked intermittedly, radios also failed 
during the time of the encounter. Seargent Penniston was incautious (or
brave!) enough to physically grab hold of the object, which moved
approximately twenty feet with him still clinging to it.
     Personnel experienced 'missing time', some experienced a complete
blackout during the events described, and some have recurrent nightmares
and drinking problems long after. One has allegedly committed suicide. One
individual allegedly disappeared altogether during the events and has not
been found since. Medical problems abound. Rendlesham had one of the
highest suicide 
rates known on an air force base. The events were a hot topic of discussion
among base personnel for some considerable time afterwards.
  
     Personnel, including Adrian Bustinza, Larry Warren, and others, were
on record as having
submitted statements during their debriefing. These statements were falsely
concocted by others, and typed - they should have been handwritten, to
prove that it was indeed they who had originated them.
Personnel denied having made these statements.

    During his debriefing Larry Warren alleges that he was first sprayed
with a immobilising drug or paralysing aerosol, bundled into a car with a
strangely glowing instrument panel, where he was pressed under someone's
knee to the floor, then forcibly taken to a large installation underneath
Bentwaters, where he saw, behind a curved glass window, a huge 
hangar/cave containing what appeared to be military UFOs of different
descriptions. He claims that he telepathically communicated with an entity
unknown barely visible behind a screen. As Colonel Halt has implied, there
is some evidence to suggest that personnel have been 'interfered with'
i.e., drugged, hypnotised, and possibly subject to unknown psychotronic
technology during their debriefing which may have selectively affected
their memories, at least in the short term.
In this hangar area Warren describes another craft bearing the SAME
characteristics as the one in
the Bentwaters forest event.
Did a military psychotronics team from the installation under Peasemore,
Berkshire, play any role in 
personnel debriefing? and did the military previously retrieve another of
these craft?

If that is the case why does an unknown craft operating at fantastic
velocities land in the same area twice? Unless, there is something about
the geometric location which relates to its mode of propulsion,
which may have involved travelling faster than the speed of light, which,
it is now recognised,
is not fixed at 186,000 miles per second but depends on other factors.

I propose that there may be geometric location factors unique to the area,
factors relating to gravity and the speed of light, that the military may
have sited the Bentwaters base taking such knowledge into consideration.
That's just a hypothesis, but it is possible to find out whether it is true
or not.

   Subsequent and previous to these events Warren has had other UFO
experiences and childhood experiences. One of these events was in New York,
where he observed a large object glowing like 'a floating rock concert
lighting system' was a documented multiple-witness event. Police witnesses
had previously observed the same object taking up water from a pond.

     Still film was taken of the Bentwaters event by at least one of the
(up to 30) military witnesses present. Some of this was fogged, presumably
by emitted radiation; some of this film survived, and later 'vanished' from
the personal effects of the personnel involved, (i.e., was stolen), as
Georgina Bruni describes in 'Sightings' (Check it out.) Fortunately some of
the original processed negatives from the stolen film were recovered, and
Georgina says that six stills of the landing site have survived, one of
these being useless.

promptly confiscated.

Further points:

a)  That the landing site at Capel Green was visibly discoloured, from a
distance, for years after the events took place; the soil taken from the
site was different in colour and texture to its surroundings. Matthew Moniz
of Springborn Laboratories analysed soil taken from the landing site, plus
two control samples taken fifty feet away (all well after the original
event), and found several anomalies, namely:

1)  There was visible colour and texture differences between the three
samples. (NOTE: This itself is not uncommon in a field, given the distance
of approximately fifty feet between each sample site, but it is noteable
given the other anomalies involved)

2)  Percent Moisture Factors of the three soil samples were taken. The two
control samples were  close in their percentages, whereas the noted landing
site soil dessicated very rapidly and had a lower field moisture than the
controls.

3)  Following Percent Moisture, rehydration was attempted. The two control
samples rehydrated
quite easily, whereas the landing site sample required a great deal of
manipulation to achieve homogenity. The water tended to bead up and roll
off of the sample.

4)  Close examination under a microscope revealed no noticeable differences
between the two conrol samples, whereas the landing site sample was visibly
different.

5) The landing site sample had a higher content of silica that is
indicative of exposure to high temperatures or energy.

6) The landing site sample showed no microbial growth of any type, as
distinct from the control samples, which showed normal microbial growth
including various colonies of different types of microbes.

Further points:

b) That a forestry survey team reported to Bentwaters base that the TOPS of
trees in the forest had been singed, by means not possible to establish.
They were told NOT to discuss this publically.
    The landing site holes were measured and found to form an equilateral
triangle twelve feet 
across. They were radioactive. Samples of radioactive bark taken from the
trees through which the triangular craft navigated, were witheld or
confiscated.
      
c) The three days (and it now seems that it may have been four) from the
25-28 or 29th of December 1980, during which Margaret Thatcher was in
power, and when the alleged events took place, were preceded by UFO events
seperatedly witnessed two weeks previous to this, and two weeks after the
event, in Rendlesham forest. Furthermore, in 1956 an anomalous radar event
involving a UFO travelling at 6,000 mph. took place at Bentwaters, and a
glowing object was subsequently observed at RAF Lakenheath - all documented
by an ex-NSA employee. The origin of this report is either the NSA or the
Air Force. 

d) Concerning Larry Warren's medical condition and general treatment after
obtaining an honourable discharge from the air force. His medical records
prove that:

   1) he was exposed to an unidentified source of radioactivity, which
causes recurrent heamourraging from the back of the neck.

   2)  exposure to a sudden flash of light when the red light exploded over
the
initially mist-like craft caused retinal burns which damaged his eyes and
caused him to wear
glasses.

   The Air Force concocted the ridiculously false medical condition that
Warren could not fully 
extend his right arm as excuse to discharge him. They ordered him to pay a
ninety-dollar fine
with no reason given. Attempts to inquire as to the reason resulted in a
failure to respond.

A number of professionals experienced with law and air force bureaucracy
attemted to inquire 
into the reason why Warren's request for resubmission into the Air Force
had been refused. Their efforts were consistently frustrated and blocked,
and it was not even possible to find any record of Larry Warren haven been
in the air force, even though he has documents proving this, that he was a
specially trained personnel, and was present during the period in question,
contrary to what Colonel Halt has stated. Warren's records were found to be
with the NSA, but not in the air force as they should have been. He was
also told that his code numbers for re-enlistment were nonsense and
'someone was messing with him.' During an in-depth conversation with
researcher Peter Robbins, Colonel Halt later appeared to accept that Warren
had documents proving that he had indeed been present during the time in
question. 
   It is likely that Colonel Halt was fed false documents by his superiors
to make it look as though Gordon Williams was not present during the event,
and Larry Warren was stationed somewhere else at the time and could not
have been present. In other words, disinformation.

Warren submitted his passport for renewal, and received a letter claiming
that the passport had been 'mutilated beyond recognition'. All attempts to
obtain a valid passport from the authorities failed, once it was known that
he wanted to talk publically about the incident in the UK. Finally, when a
former attourney general looked into the case on his behalf, the new
passport suddenly materialised.

Warren was approached by two NSA agents, including someone going by the
name of Jim Greenfield.
They attempted to persuade him not to discuss the entity aspects of his
witnessed event.
In an audacious attempt at a bribe, it was suggested that a pension would
be made available to him if he did not talk.
 
d) Soon after, or during, the period of the Rendlesham events, researcher
Georgina Bruni found herself seated opposite the former Prime Minister,
Margaret Thatcher, at a charity event. 
Margaret Thatcher was talking about the private things that made the
Conservative Party great, and Bruni told an attentive former Prime Minister
candidly about the military witnesses she had interviewed over the
Rendlesham incident. In other words, there was no escaping the fact that
she was talking about UFOs, and asked Margaret Thatcher her opinion on this
topic. Dennis Thatcher opposite the table leaned forward closely, obviously
keen to miss none of it. Margaret Thatcher, who listened carefully and
seriously, paused, then said, 'UFOs; get your facts right; you can't tell
the people.' She repeated this statement twice for emphasis, and that's all
she had to say about the subject. It is known that Margaret Thatcher had a
keen interest in Intelligence before becoming Prime Minister, and if the
allegations of an ex-Californian intelligence operative are correct, she
made use of ECHELON to spy on the phone calls of conservative wets.
These allegations received no comment by her office.

On a seperate occasion Defence Secretary Michael Heseltine, while evasive,
freely admitted to Bruni that the Rendlesham incident had taken place.

On a later visit to Rendlesham at night, both Larry Warren and Peter
Robbins had another multiple UFO encounter during which they observed a
team of security police in vehicles rush to the incident.

In July 1983,Graham Herring of Southampton observed an object hovering near
his home in Hinkler Road that fitted the description of the Rendlesham UFO
incident. He was subsequently paid a visit from men who said they were from
the MOD, who expressed great interest in his sketches of the craft, and
promised him they would show them to some experts. They promised him they
would return them - but never did.

On 17th July 1984, Gordon Levitt, Department manager, of Orford, Suffolk,
signed a statutory
declaraction declaring that he had observed a glowing, phosphorescent
object moving towards 
Butley, Rendlesham Forest, and RAF Woodbridge, which scared the living
daylights out of his dog.

Nick Redfern relates that a huge rectangular UFO was seen by a group of
fishermen to emerge from the water off the coast at Orford Ness.
 
The so-called meteor explanation event for the Rendlesham incident was on
the wrong night. The lighthouse theory flies in the face of the accounts of
all the known witnesses, including Colonel Halt. Of all personnel, as a
retired member of the Air Force, he would have most to lose by being too
forthcoming about the events that took place on the third night, and it is
possible that he is holding back on certain aspects to keep his pension
intact; also that he was purposely fed false information
on the exact dates of Larry Warren's participation, to discredit both of them.

Halt's dates are wrong, even though he should have got them right. This
could be a ploy to discredit the timing of the event, as Penniston relates
during his hypnotic session, during which he describes government
operatives, possibly Defense Intelligence, discuss how the dates were going
to be manipulated to discredit witnesses, and 'The media will do the rest.'

A UFO report from the States, from a witness entirely unconnected with
these events exactly fits the description of a UFO hit by a red ball of
light which exploded over it, then transformed it into a pyramid-shaped
craft or caused the craft to materialise.


What exactly happened at Rendlesham? This was not necessarily have been a
visit by extraterrestrials. Information gleaned from one of Linda Howe's
intelligence contacts suggests that this could have been a visit from us,
500,000 years or so in the future. There is 
something intrinsically unusual about the area, as UFOs have been observed
both on radar and off it, both before, and after, the famous (or infamous)
events. Is there a dimensional vortex of some description in the area? - is
it on a grid point, those described by New Zealander Bruce Cathie in 'The
Energy Grid'?

 The nearby village of Butley has the unenviable reputation as being the
source of Witchcraft in the UK. Druids practiced their rituals in the
forest. In 1987 a horrendous hurricane swept through the area, FLATTENING
the surrounding forest and strangely 
discolouring fragmented logs, etc.-  rare for a hurricane of that magnitude
in the UK, rarer still for one to flatten trees. A large area was cleared
by the military. It is alleged by 
Warren and an independant military witness that several cloudbusters, or
Reichian weather control devices, were kept on the base, and that there are
wells present on the base which could have acted as grounding for the DOR
'deadly orgone radiation' discharge. Did a weather control experiment go
disastrously wrong on this occasion, causing millions of pounds worth of
damage?
The other witness described a larger, MOBILE version of this device.

 The so-called 'Cornerstone of UK Ufology' is not 'crumbling', as has been
suggested on IUFO, but is still very much intact - we see that other
sightings have occurred in the area prior to, and after the event, that
disinformation has been purposely engineered to confuse the issue and
especially the timing of the incident in people's minds, and official
enquiries have been repeatedly obstructed.
