Today, in Paris, Yassar Arafat stormed out of the Middle East Peace talks.
Secretary of State, Allbright ran after him, yelling to the Ambassador's
guards, "Lock the Gates, lock the gates."

Arafat was prevented from leaving the residence of the United States
ambassador to Paris. Was he a prisoner? The State Department is making no
comment. The only reason we know about this is a Reuters reporter was
talking to an Arafat aide on a cell phone, and heard the whole thing.

On top of this, Saddam Hussein has said he can destroy Israel and stop
Zionism. He will do it in exchange for land next to Israel!!  He is calling
for a Holy Jihad.

Yes, the letter at the beginning of the document was written by me. I can't
believe I could write such a coherent letter at that time. Gunther had just
been forced to undergo open heart sugery. I didn't know for a week if he was

to the emotional nightmare I had just been through and was still living
through.
