The Law of Respect is that principle of looking twice, or more precisely,
looking twice as deeply;
for respect goes beyond the surface appearance and superficial glances to
discover a deeper meaning,

THE COSMIC LAW OR PRINCIPLE OF RECONCILIATION

The Law of Reconciliation or the Principle of Reconciliation is that which
finds in differing qualities
unifying similarities that allows these differences to be brought together;
to accept the unifying qualities and diminish the differences, so that the
differences in the qualities become
less clashing and conflicting and the unifying qualities become more
binding.
This is to reconcile, to find common denominators in things that are
normally seen as separative,
and to emphasize and exaggerate and promote those common denominators,
thus allowing the differences to fade away, or fall into proper alignment.
The Law Of Reconciliation allows those things which are normally in conflict
to become harmonious in relationship to one another.

POWER TRANSFER TO THE US ATTORNEY GENERAL -TO BE EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2000

On April 7, 2000, Clinton's Press Secretary released a Memorandum that
transfers to the U.S. Attorney General the lead responsibility over the
Emergency Response Assistance Program commonly known as the “Domestic
Preparedness Program.”

The press release stated this program provides civilian personnel of
Federal, State, and local agencies with training and expert advice regarding
emergency responses to a use or threatened use of a weapon of mass
destruction or related materials, and for testing and improving the
responses of such agencies to emergencies involving chemical or biological
weapons and related materials. This responsibility is currently in the hands
of the U.S. Secretary of Defense. This transfer of responsibility is to be
effective October 1, 2000. (Why not leave this decision to the new
president, especially being that close to the national election and the end
of his second term? The "suspect" date is five weeks before the November 7,
national election and three months and three weeks from the end of Clinton's
second term in late January, 2001).

THE EARTH CHARTER

"We stand at a critical moment in Earth's history, a time when humanity must
choose its future. As the world becomes increasingly interdependent and
fragile, the future at once holds great peril and great promise. To move
forward we must recognize that in the midst of a magnificent diversity of
cultures and life forms we are one human family and one Earth community with
a common destiny. We must join together to bring forth a sustainable global
society founded on respect for nature, universal human rights, economic
justice, and a culture of peace. Towards this end, it is imperative that we,
the peoples of Earth, declare our responsibility to one another, to the
greater community of life, and to future generations."

The above quotation is from the Preamble to the new Earth Charter that was
unveiled by the Earth Charter Commission following their meeting March
12-14, 2000, at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris. Probably most of those
reading this have never heard of the Earth Charter Commission nor of the
Earth Charter, yet to read the official announcement on the Earth Council
website one would think that most people around the world were involved in
the process of drafting this document.

A quote from that announcement reads: "The Earth Charter process has been a
worldwide dialogue on shared values and global ethics to define a universal
code of conduct towards sustainability....As a result of the worldwide
consultation process, which involved thousands of groups in various parts of
the world..." At first glance the Preamble makes this document sound like a
panacea to the problems of the world, but upon careful scrutiny one finds a
few things to be concerned about. One needs to understand what such terms as
"sustainable global society," "respect for nature," "universal human
rights," "economic justice" and "a culture of peace" mean to the drafters of
the document. While to you and me those terms may sound like noble
sentiments to be desired by everyone, to the drafters of the document they
mean something entirely different.

They mean a totally controlled society wherein their ideas of what
constitutes such terms will prevail everywhere, if not through voluntary
compliance, then through the enforcement of international law by an
international police force controlled by an international governing body
(the United Nations, perhaps) that is NOT an elected body subject to the
will of an electorate. Their culture of peace means the edicts of the ruling
class go unquestioned and uncontested. Their universal human rights are
granted only so long as they are not inconsistent with the purposes and
principles of the United Nations.¹ Their economic justice means that
economies must be adjusted so that the wealth of the nations is spread
equally among all peoples (we cannot have nations like America hoarding the
wealth and living in luxury while others are in poverty).

leaders guilty of war crimes against Yugoslavia in the March 24-June 10,

mandated by Congressional committee and subsequently performed by Battelle
Memorial Institute with appropriate blinding and instructions that all
reviewers independent determinations be reported to this Committee. 2) We
ask that you order that the two waste products of the fertilizer industry
that are now used in 90% of fluoridation programs, for which EPA states they
are not able to identify any chronic studies, be used in any future toxicity
studies, rather than a substitute chemical.

Further, since federal agencies are actively advocating that each man woman
and child drink, eat and bathe in these chemicals, silicofluorides should be
placed at the head of the list for establishing a MCL that complies with the
Safe Drinking Water Act. This means that the MCL be protective of the most
sensitive of our population, including infants, with an appropriate margin
of safety for ingestion over an entire lifetime. 3) We ask that you order an
epidemiology study comparing children with dental fluorosis to those not
displaying overdose during growth and development years for behavioral and
other disorders.

We claim that autism is a form of mercury poisoning, based on similarities
of characteristics and on the known exposure to mercury of the majority of
US children. The exposure route is childhood vaccines, most of which contain
thimerosal, a preservative comprised of 50% ethylmercury by weight. The
amount of mercury a typical child under two years receives from vaccinations
equates to 237.5 micrograms, or 3.53 x 1017 molecules
(353,000,000,000,000,000 molecules), most of which is not excreted and goes
directly to the brain.

The amount is known to exceed Federal safety standards, but is still
considered a low level, such that only a small percentage of exposed
individuals will exhibit signs of toxicity. Affected individuals are those
genetically prone to mercury sensitivity, which is consistent with the
observed high heritability rate of autism. Furthermore, the timing of
mercury exposure via vaccines coincides with the emergence of autistic
symptoms. Moreover, mercury has been detected in urine, hair, and blood
samples from autistic children, and parental reports, though limited at this
date, indicate significant improvement in symptoms with administration of
standard heavy metal chelators. Thus, the four agreed-upon criteria used by
clinicians to diagnose mercury poisoning i.e., observable symptoms, known
exposure at the time of symptom onset, detectable levels in biologic
samples, and improvement with chelation - have been met

ASPARTAME-RELATED HEALTH PROBLEMS CONTINUE LONG AFTER INGESTION STOPPED

Read all labels!-- aspartame is in almost all diet sodas; many drink mixes,
instant breakfasts, cereals, cake mixes, yogurts, puddings, jellos, chewing
gums, breath mints, candies, toothpastes, laxatives, cough syrups, even
vitamins and medicines. Absorption through the skin in the mouth may be
especially strong.


Aspartame is sold by Monsanto Chemical Co. as NutraSweet and EQUAL, and now
under other names by other producers. Pilots have experienced grand mal
seizures in the cockpits of commercial airline flights and have lost their
medical certification to fly, and three have died this year from aspartame.

FDA has received more than 10,000 consumer complaints on NutraPoison, that's
80% of all complaints about food additives. Still FDA remains comatose and
has done nothing to alert the public, who assume that since it's so highly
advertised, it must be as safe as mother's milk. The FDA consistently
approves killer drugs as OMNI Magazine reported: "51% of FDA approved drugs
have serious risks and could cause adverse reactions that lead to severe or
permanent disability of death" [MAY '94] The CDC, Johns Hopkins University
and the New Jersey School of Medicine estimates that 80-120,000 Americans
die from prescription drugs each year.

This atrocity has everything to do with money and nothing to do with public
health. Monsanto reaps at least a billion annually from its Aspartame toxic
bonanza. This can and does buy a lot of bureaucrats! Does FDA mean FATAL
DRUGS ALLOWED? FDA works for industry, not citizens. Ronald Reagan's FDA
head Arthur Hayes overruled his own board of inquiry to approve NutraSweet,
then hired on with their public relations firm. Federal attorney Sam Skinner
was assigned to prosecute the G. D. Searle Co. For the fraudulent tests they
used get this poison approved, but Sam switched sides and went to work for
Searle's lawyers and the case died when the feds let the statute of
limitations run out. [Monsanto acquired Searle, original producer of
NutraSweet]

lower legs, loss of equilibrium, vertigo, anxiety attacks, crhonic fatigue,
vision loss, floaters, retinal detachment, seizures or heart palpitations

Aspartame is a molecule composed of three components: aspartic acid,
phenylalanine and methanol. Once ingested, the methanol (wood alcohol that
has killed or blinded thousands of skid row drunks) converts to
formaldehyde, then formic acid [ant sting poison]. Formaldehyde is deadly
embalming fluid, a Class A Carcinogen. Phenylanine and aspartic acid are
toxic when unaccompanied by the other amino acids in proteins. Aspartic acid
caused brain lesions in experimental animals. The FDA report listed 92
documented symptoms, including: Numbness Headaches Fatigue Vertigo Nausea
Palpitations Weight Gain Dizziness Irritability Anxiety Memory Loss Blurry
Vision Rashes Seizures Blindness Tinnitus Joint Pain Depression Hearing

A team of Finnish researchers found that children who had a sibling with
diabetes were more than five times as likely to develop the autoimmune
disorder if they drank more than half a liter (about three glasses) of cow's
milk a day, compared with children who drank less milk. The study findings,
published in the June issue of Diabetes, add to an ongoing debate over the
role of cow's milk in the onset of type 1 diabetes.

Or is it? Are we still an independent nation as declared and conceived by
our Founding Fathers 224 years ago? Perhaps it is time once again for us
