INTERVIEW BETWEEN Bill O'Reilly and David Schippers
(DEMOCRAT) on the O'Reilly Factor (Fox News Channel).
Jim Quinn's comments are in [ ] 


BEGIN: Quinn's commentary: [I'll tell you what, this
is such a devastating interview, and I'll tell you
something else, it's not the last time I'm gonna play
it. I'm gonna play this interview until you're all
sick of it, because you gotta understand what David
Schippers is saying here. He is saying that we have a
Gestapo. That the rule of law now only applies to who
the Justice Department says it applies to, and if it
doesn't--it doesn't. And if you haven't committed a
crime and they want to get you they're gonna get you.
We have a Gestapo...in America...now. Not tomorrow,
not next week, not down the road, not 'Gee, if we keep
doing this someday we're gonna have a police state
because'--  no, it's here, it's now, you've got it,
and your inattention to what was going on, and your
support for these criminals in the White House  over
the past six years has allowed it to happen. I'm gonna
play this interview again--tape it. Here it is.] 


David Schippers: Let me tell you, Mister O'Reilly, the
Justice Department is a monolith on Ninth and
Pennsylvania Avenue... 


[Quinn's commentary: Now, I want you to listen--very
carefully--to what Mr. Schippers is saying, and I will
translate it in words that he didn't want to use...]


David Schippers: ...they don't care about the public,
they don't care about the Congress, they have made 
the statement: "Nobody can oversee us because we're
too big..." 


[Quinn's commentary: They don't care about the law.
Now think  what that means...the Justice Department
doesn't care about the law. This means that when the
Justice Department comes after you, either because you
really have done something wrong, or because it is a
politically motivated attack--when the Justice
Department does that, you are dealing with a bunch of
people who have decided to become organized criminals.
You are dealing with a bunch of people here, who have
no moral authority whatever to come after you. These
are people that don't care about the law. Now, I don't
mean individuals in the Justice Department. I got news
for ya, there are individuals in the Justice 
Department who are appalled by what's going on, and to
them, I would say I am appalled that you are not
blowing the whistle. I know what happens to
whistle-blowers, that's right, I'm asking you to end
your career, alright. I know of a 
lot of people who have died for freedom--ending your
career ain't that big a thing. You're talking about
the rule of law, you're talking about everything this
country is built on, and you people in the Justice
department who remain silent because you're afraid of
losing your careers better start talking. And I know
there is a whistle blower law,  and I know, also, the
Clinton Administration and the current Justice
Department totally ignores that law too, which means
when you open your mouth you're screwed... I'm asking
you to make the sacrifice, this is bigger than you
are... Hear what this guy is saying--that the Justice
Department is a monolith that claims no one can
oversee it! Now, does that sound  familiar to you?
That's the attitude of this President--no one can
oversee me! It continues.] 



David Schippers: ...the Congress has the power, and
when we tried to do it, in Oversight, before Mister
Starr brought over his material, we would ask for
material, we would ask to interview people, and the
answer was 'No!' Now it is up to the Congress to
assert their power, to assert their rights and to use
their civil contempt power that they have to force
them to open up... 


[Quinn's commentary: Yeah, but they won't do it, you
know why? Because Hillary Rodham Clinton and Anthony
Marceca and Craig Livingstone and the people over at
the FBI who allowed it to happen--allowed 900+ FBI
files to be transferred over to the White House,
they've got everything they need on these people to
keep them out of their face. These people in Congress
are compromised, by their own behavior which is now
known to an administration who is more like the Fourth
Reich than it is like anything that we ever imagined
we'd have in this country. And now we have a Justice
Department to match. It continues.] 

Bill O'Reilly: They're not gonna do it... 


David Schippers: Somebody better do it... 


Bill O'Reilly: I asked John McCain on this air a
couple weeks ago, will you prosecute Janet Reno for
obstruction of justice, if you're elected President?
Will you hand it over to your Justice Department to
prosecute the woman? And he said no, because of her
health. 


David Schippers: Oh, out here in Chicago, we've had a
number of old-time politicians die while they were
waiting trial. Health doesn't seem to bother the
Justice Department or the prosecutors when it happens
to be just some poor citizen. But, if it's the
Attorney General of the United States, then health is
a very important matter. The whole thing smells to
high... 


Bill O'Reilly: It does, it's horrible, and I don't
want to put words in your mouth, but what you seem to
be saying is the Justice Department, right now, in the
United States of America, is an entity unto itself. 


David Schippers: Precisely, you aren't putting words
in my mouth, those are my words. They do what they
want and they answer to nobody. And they are so
arrogant that they look upon the Congress of the
United 
States as a bunch of mopes. 


Bill O'Reilly: Well, counselor, I think we're gonna
leave it right there... 


[Quinn's commentary: Do you understand the seriousness
of what David Schippers has just said? Sober up,
America, do you understand the seriousness of what he
just said? This is no right-wing whacko. This is David
Schippers, Democrat.

What he has said here is that we now have a Gestapo.
It's called the Justice Department. Ve haf a Gestapo.
And, see, they won't listen to anybody. And they won't
take any doo-doo from anybody. And Congress isn't
gonna do anything about it. Nobody's going to do
anything about it, cause there ain't nobody bigger
than they are. They're in charge. They run the show. I
bet you'd understand the barrel of a gun, though.
Folks, if ever anything pointed out why citizens need
the right to carry firearms, this is it. This is the
really uncomfortable truth about the Second Amendment
to the Constitution, and if you ever needed some kind
of an explanation as to why it is the government seems
to be afraid of moral, lawful citizens, and don't give
me that "It's for crime B.S.," or it's for children,
the government is afraid of armed, lawful, moral
law-abiding citizens. That's who they're scared of,
and the reason they're scared of us is because
THEY are the criminals.]
