This was posted at Cliff Carnicom's Chemtrail site.  Those of you that follow 
Chemtrail  information will be happy to know that they are FINALLY getting 
attention by at least one Congressman.  Senator Udall of NM has called for 
Congresional hearings.  He has notified the DOD and Los Alamos National 
Laboratory that he wants an explanation for the Chemtrail phenomenon and he 
has also passed the information on to the Transportation and Infrastructure 
Committee requesting Congressional hearings.  

The following speech is long, but absolutely a MUST READ;  and I'm afraid it 
won't make your day any brighter, but it's stuff you have to know.  Note that 
the speech has a short two paragraph pause for "product promotion"; it then 
resumes. I mention this, because I was slightly confused by it, and, I do not 
want you to stop reading at the product part , there is too much information 
you can't afford to miss in the latter part of the writing. I have to break 
this into two parts as it's too much for my email system.

The next speaker is Peter Kawaja, as the program does not say because he was 
not listed in the program his time, on purpose, and you'll know why after you 
hear him speak. Peter 
Kawaja will cover as much as he can, which is only an hours worth of course, 
on the subject of the Gulf War Syndrome. So we're happy to have him here with 
us with more inside information and information that you very seldom get on 
that subject. And he needs, as we all need, a warm welcome this morning for 
Peter Kawaja. If you will please. 


Peter Kawaja: 


Thank you. Good morning. I'm honored to be here to speak before you. I'm not 
a professional presenter so takes me a little while to get warmed up. I do 
this because my heart is in it. And I guess because God put me in this 
position. I didn't elect to do this on my own. Now you've heard some very 
well documented evidence presented in the last few days by various credible 
persons. They all have a common theme and the same names and alphabet soup 
entities' names are being repeated over and over. Most prominent, or 
frequently repeated, are the names George Bush and the New World Order. 
You're now going to hear a continuation of that but something that's going to 
disturb you very greatly. There's a tie in all of this. All the things you're 
going to hear. There are several plans or strategies to accomplish the goal 
of the New World Order. Mass mind control, instil in us the fear of a common 
enemy, prop up a national threat, and inflict plagues on the people that will 
convince the masses that they should go along with whatever drastic measures 
the government is going to institute. All in the supposed name of protecting 
you. 


What I am about to discuss is not second hand information. I didn't research 
this. I have been researching its since I got been involved, but I didn't 
just pick up on the story, I was actively involved in it. This is first hand 
information I am going to present to you. I don't have my slides that I 
normally bring, but the evidence exists and I'll explain to you where it is. 
Some of my evidence is filed in a court of law in a law suit that I've filed 
against federal agents, agents, U.S. attorneys and agents of "FINCEN" the 
federal economic computer investigators. Other portions of my evidence still 
remains blocked by U.S. national security pronouncements today. Still 
classified as national security. 


This is the fifth anniversary of the Persian Gulf War. DefCon 1, Defense 
Condition 1, was declared in Iraq January the 17th, 1991 at 0245 hours. You 
say, you've heard some of our Gulf War veterans are sick. And that's a real 
shame, Peter. What does that have to do with me, Peter? That was five years 
ago. We're sorry some of the Gulf War veterans are sick, you know but I got a 
lot of problems of my own to deal with. Why should I be concerned about this 
Gulf War Syndrome that we're hearing about? Has nothing to do with me. You're 
dead wrong. This is Peter Rabbit. (Holds up doll) Was given to me by a sick 
Gulf War veteran. Their daughter is sick, if she dies, I will I'm not sure 
what I'll do but she's a very dear person to me because I've come to meet a 
lot of Gulf War veterans and their kids, the ones that are still alive. But 
this one's real special to me. I carry this where ever I go. This is a 
picture of my wife, Eileen. She's dead. Murdered by the New World Order. 
That's my flag. It will not be raised again until the tyranny that I've been 
made to live under, and the Gulf War veterans have come and gone. 


There's a new movie out called Twelve Monkeys. I don't know if you've heard 
about it with Bruce Willis, and Brad Pitt. Something about a plague in 1996. 
Where someone from the future, Bruce Willis, comes back to the year 1996 to 
investigate why there are only a handful of people left in the future. That 
somehow this mysterious plague wiped out five billion people in the world 
Very timely. Peter Arnet was seen just recently on the Communist news 
network, CNN. Broadcasting from the Gulf, and Peter Arnet made a statement, 
we believe it's a leak, that many of the people in southern Iraq are sick and 
that they believe they were victims of chemical and biological warfare. 
However, Hanoi Jane Fonda (wife of Ted Turner who owns CNN) couldn't afford 
the camel fare for Peter Arnet to go to southern Iraq to investigate it, that 
sure would have settled a lot of the issues surrounding the controversy of 
Gulf War Syndrome. 


The DOD (Department of Defense) states that Gulf War Syndrome doesn't exist. 
They say that it is in their heads. Yet, 489,400 (70+%) of the initial 
697,000 that deployed to the Persian Gulf have been discharged from the armed 
services. Almost half a million. In another document, 489,400 have been 
treated, that's what they call it treated, have showed up at the V.A. 
hospital for medical treatment. The V.A. gives them drugs. Sends them to 
needlecraft and tells them it's in their head. Now why would the government 
lie? Are they lying? 


For those of you who do not know the United States of America is not an 
entity. It is not this country. The United States of America is a 
corporation. It is the U.S. of A., Inc., otherwise known as Big Corp. or The 
Company. We're not a democracy. We're a republic. 


And a fraud has been perpetrated against the American people for a very long 
time now. This has been perpetrated by the rich men of the earth. By the New 
World Order Luciferians. The Federal Reserve has nothing to do with the 
federal government, other than they're a thief, but it is a private banking 
entity. The I.R.S. and B.A.T.F. are registered in Puerto Rico. I.R.S. is a 
collection agency. I'm not here to give a lesson in the Constitution, but I 
need to preface some of what I'm going to say to you because you're going to 
say this guy's a conspiracy nut, you know. He subscribes to a lot of this 
stuff. Why is he saying this? I want to make sure you understand who you're 
dealing with. Perhaps you've asked yourself the question: Why is it in U.S. 
national interest to be in a foreign nation? Why is it always that America is 
the policemen of the world? Why is it that we've got to go and shed our blood 
in foreign nations? When the President of the United States Corporation, the 
President, says that it is in U.S. national interest to go to war with Iraq 
or to go to Bosnia. He isn't lying. It's probably the only words of truth 
that you have ever heard out of their mouths. What they are saying is, it is 
in the interest of the international bankers. It is in the interest of the 
corporation, that they are trying to cut a deal with a foreign nation and 
they're not playing ball. Or they are acting as a mercenary force to take 
over another government of another nation because we want the oil rights or 
something that is happening there and we declare war. So it is in the 
interest of the corporation of the United States, but not in the interest of 
the people of the United States. There's a big difference. 


I'd like to read you a one page document. Does anybody here know who U.S. 
Arms is? U.S. Arms operates out of the Pentagon. U.S. Arms, "We are the 
world's largest arms dealer". This is a speech from President Clinton to the 
shareholders of U.S. Arms. You see when you become President of the United 
States you also become the CEO of U.S. Arms. Isn't that a little 
contradictory? I mean the United States claims to be the white virgin of the 
Nile, the peacemaker. We're so wonderful here. The people are, please, make 
no mistake, do not be offended when I talk about them, I don't include you, 
us, we the people. But ah, this is a speech from the CEO of U.S. Arms and if 
you close your eyes, or if you can envision this, you're going to think 
you're at a pep rally for IBM, or pick a name of any company other than a 
weapons dealer. "Strong growth in lean years is the hallmark of 
competitiveness, and U.S. Arms has had a very competitive year. Some 
shareholders were worried by my campaign promise to press for strong 
international limits on the dangerous and wasteful flow of weapons to 
troubled regions. But I assure you that I have held fast to the course set by 
former CEO's Ronald Reagan and George Bush. The end of the cold war has 
caused a drop in both domestic and global arms demand. U.S. Arms has 
responded by spending shareholder money to develop export markets in Asia and 
the Middle East. As a result our share of global conventional arms agreements 
rose from seventeen percent in 1988 to 70 percent in 1993. And thanks to our 
marketing team, the majority of our 1993 sales were to a promising new 
market: the developing world. 


In order to insure stability, unelected governments, terrorists and 
developing countries feel the need to acquire more arms." They do? "We are 
reaching out to them vigorously. Where we once catered to Cold War political 
allegiances we now aggressively respond to supply and demand. With Russia our 
major competitor crippled, we can look forward to years of spectacular 
growth." 


It gets more disgusting when you go into the Secretary of Commerce, Ron 
Brown, U.S. Arms Vice President of Marketing. (He died April 96 when his 
plane mysteriously crashed in Bosnia while he was on an Economic!? mission. 
They don't tell us what he was selling.) And I can't read it all to you 
because of the limited time. We're not going to be able to go through this, 
but they said here that we believe that this view is unrealistic, talking 
about supplying weapons to other nations to use against the United States. 
And frankly, we do not live in a moral world. That's their statement. That's 
Ron Brown's statement on paper. We do not live in a moral world and if U.S. 
Arms did not fill global arms demand, others would. So we better do it. 


Let me pause here and tell you a little about me so you understand why I can 
make the next statements I'm going to make. I have a 28 year security career. 
I've always been affiliated with law enforcement and the military. In my 
youth I used to do wild, wonderful things like jumping out of helicopters in 
the water, in the ocean. Trained with Navy SEALS do Ditch and Dawn(?) and 
other types of things around submarines and whole host of other things I 
don't talk about. But doing Ditch and Dawn 147 feet underground in a cave. 
And that entails just a little bit of... that is, the ability to have the 
nerve to take off your tank and your breathing apparatus, leave it in pitch 
blackness 147 feet underground in a cave, and if anyone who is a scuba-diver 
understands that many people have died because trying to get to the top. You 
don't exactly always travel where your air bubbles go. Sometimes your air 
bubbles go this-a-way and you go that-a-way. That's where the top is. But 
anyway, it's another story. So I've enjoyed a lucrative business and a real 
good relationship with the U.S. government. 


I didn't know who the U.S. government was. Prior, like so many others, prior 
to 1990. I cruised in and out of military bases. Played tennis with some of 
the bird Colonels. The security at SAMSO Space and Missile Systems 
Organization. Patrick Air Force Base. A lot of other bases. I've been there. 
I designed and installed a lot of gates and access control systems. The 
security at a lot of the law enforcement buildings, up until a few years ago, 
was engineered by my company. So I had a real good relationship with the 
police and the law enforcement people. I trained the agents you saw if you 
caught, several years ago, Geraldo Rivera's Son of Scarface, and Ford 
intelligence gathering systems. I have a commendation from the organized 
crime division from BSO. Many types of plaques and all that used to be on my 
wall. So I was no stranger to law enforcement, and a lot of the electronic 
toys. My specialty was large building automation proprietary systems. Access 
control. The reader systems. A lot of the things you're hearing about. The 
human body implantable bio-chip, the mark (of the beast) that's coming out. I 
worked on that initially for... let's call it the POW situation, to be able 
to identify someone missing in action. There was always a good intended use 
of some of these products. Sometimes they are just are subverted. 


In 1988 I got steered to a contract to Boca Raton, Florida called product 
ingredient technology, P.I.T. It was a, or suppose to be, a food cherry 
flavoring plant that was going to be built in the heart of Boca Raton, 
southern Florida. Primarily in a residential district. Or a light office 
complex area. No plant could ever be built there. The laws, I don't know if 
you've heard of Boca Raton Florida, you can't paint the inside of the wall of 
your home without pulling a permit. O.K? That's how strict they are. Yet, 
somehow there was going to be this plant constructed there. I won a million 
dollar contract for security. It wasn't a burglar alarm to keep burglars out. 
Very elaborate security measures, computer based. 


Mainly to track everything that came in and out, and to do a lot of other 
things, to include 64 covert cameras to surveillance everyone in the 
building, including cameras in the showers and lockers. I had clandestine 
meetings to get the specifications. I later found out, of course, after the 
smoke cleared, after the Gulf War, that I was steered to that contract by a 
CIA. alphabet soup company. At the time I didn't know. I then found, after 
being contracted, that the true people behind the plant was I.B.I. Ishon 
Barbudy International (sp?). Doctor Barbudy. Builder of Pharma 150, the 
chemical and biological weapons complex at Robta les Bleau (sp?) in Lybia. 
Right here in the United States, as George Bush got on national T.V. to say 
we were going to go to Libya and bomb a duplicate of that same plant. Right 
in the heart of south Florida, the same Doctor Barbudy was building such a 
plant. 


I was then asked to install a hydrogen cyanide detection system. In a food 
processing plant. What made this very dangerous, not just that they were 
producing a byproduct called hydrogen cyanide, and the world's only natural 
or free cyanide non-synthetic, was that the strain of the cyanide called 
Prussian Blue was being tested on gas mask filters for mask penetration, two 
years prior to the Gulf War. Like the goody-two-shoes that I was, I said 
"wooah", I must have found something out U.S. intelligence doesn't know. I 
went to the CIA. I always dealt, you know, with the DEA, FBI, putting cameras 
in Miami up at the steel doors, even in the stairwells, they've got cameras 
out there so no one can come up the back way and put a grenade or explosive 
and blow the door and then come in with weapons. I've dealt with law 
enforcement. I mean, so who do you go to if you d think that if they went to 
the trouble of obtaining a War Powers Act search warrant that either you were 
involved in something yourself, or you had something real important, critical 
to national security. Well I did. But the evidence I had was not on 
international terrorists. Oh sure, I had that. But the evidence I acquired 
was on the perpetrators, they're what I call the real perpetrators of the 
crime. 


See I intercepted the C.C.C.B. and L. The Commodity Credit Corp Bankanational 
delavoro (sp?). You've heard of that little one. along with B.C.C.I. I 
intercepted those letters of credits. Wire transferred information from 
Switzerland. A lot of other information that came in via fax and other 
communications. Documents removed from Hydar Barbudy's offices in New York. 
And certain other evidence that I, 'til today, will not talk about. They 
sealed it as national security. It remains national security 'til today.


The war with Iraq took place. I had no control of what was to happen. Gulf 
War veterans started coming back and we heard them getting sick. I wanted to 
get the word out. ABC, Nightline came to me. They knew I wanted to get the 
word out. I was screaming to be heard because I knew I couldn't go to the 
officials of this country. And, of course, I didn't understand who the media 
really was. (The propaganda arm of the New World Order) 


Again, this has been a learning process for me. I was really green. I mean 
very naive, really didn't understand so much. In a joint venture with the 
Financial Times of London, headed by Alan Friedman, who is recently, since 
the Gulf War, has written a book called Spider's Web, a joint venture with 
ABC. They came and spent three months with me. Met clandestinely. And over a 
three month period they tried to befriend me. And tried to buy me. They 
bought one eight dollar meal. That is the max they ever did for me. I 
accepted nothing from them. But I was desperate to get the word out. And I 
did release certain information to them. They had thirty investigative 
reporters around the world checking out my information for three months. ABC 
finally aired three segments where I appeared with Ted Kopple on Nightline. 


Probably you don't remember it. That video footage is there. It's after the 
Gulf War. Has to do with chemical weapons, about I.B.I. and the C.I.A. So 
they aired several of those, but I was disappointed with the extent of 
coverage or the amount of what they released. When I asked them why you did 
not tell the whole story the answer was: We do not wish to topple the entire 
United States government. 


I now know that ABC came on a fishing trip to find out what I know. You see, 
they did the "what if" after they came with the search warrant. I was set up. 
It's a very long story you're hearing a part of it. And I started to try and 
leak information and so the C.I.A. knew, and the Pentagon knew that, or they 
had an idea that maybe they didn't get everything. At that point I became 
dangerous, because Gulf War veterans started dying. So I accidentally said 
some things and or produced some things to ABC. As a result, I was received a 
threat from the Pentagon which came by the way of Dave McMichaels*. I name 
his name, address, phone number. All of this I'm telling to you is documented 
evidence. I'm not just telling you a story. He has been, I'm not sure if he's 
alive or dead. He was subsequently stabbed after delivering, multiple wound 
stabbing, after delivering the threat to me. And then I received a telephone 
call from John Scibble*, on the subcommittee investigating the arming of 
Iraq. And he asked me just one question very sternly: Who are you more afraid 
of? That's a strange question coming from someone who wanted to get to the 
bottom of anything that went on with Iraq. Who are you more afraid of? George 
Bush or Saddam Hussein? I said, George Bush. He said, Do not try him in the 
media. Click. And hung phone up. 


Within three months my wife died. She bled from every part of her body. There 
are over twelve strains of Ebola. After she died, I received some 
communication to explain how and why she died. Some of this is evidence in my 
lawsuit. That shut me down for about two years. You either go away and you 
never regain your sanity, and you're terrified of what happened, or you come 
back. I came back and I'm here to stay.

Let me just read a couple, let me give you some highlights because we're 
really going to run out of time. George Bush, James Baker the third, and John 
Doiche*, now CIA Director, formerly chemistry professor at M.I.T., and on the 
defense science board which issued a secret report in 1980 urging U.S. 
production of bio-neuro* weapons. He had financial interests in some of these 
companies that transferred weapons to Iraq. If you've never heard of the 
Regal Report hundred and third National Congress, it is a fact that the 
United States transferred biological weapons to Saddam Hussein prior to the 
Gulf War. And more than that. Brent Scrocroft of the NSC consultant to the B. 
& L. was also on the payroll of Henry Kissinger. He's formally of D.B.A. 
Systems. Brent Scrocroft, another defense contractor. These people were 
behind the use and testing of biological agents used in the Gulf War. 


Our troops were subjected to tests of chemical and biological agents. A lot 
of this information is available from me and I won't be able to get to it 
all. But in the sealed affidavit by the federal agents in 1990, when they 
sealed the evidence of which I've been able to unseal. They didn't think I 
would live. I got some of the information unsealed but my evidence still 
remains locked under "national security." It states that they actually knew 
what would take place. The United States government federal agents never 
realized that this would be common knowledge or that the public would know. 
And in their sworn affidavit, under penalty of perjury, they presented their 
own evidence of what would take place in the Gulf War, of the use of Prussian 
Blue in mass penetration at the P.I.T. plant, of the crimes that Barbudy was 
supplying military items to Iraq. 


Janet Reno, if you've read the book, Vote Scam, who was a prosecutor in 
Miami, was moved to become Attorney General and covered up the Iraqgate by 
appointing John Hogan Special Counselor to investigate and report on the B. & 
L. John Hogan wrote and investigated this at the tune of millions of tax 
dollars. John Hogan worked for the Barbudy's. The Attorney General of the 
United States, Inc. hired John Hogan from Miami to investigate terrorists. I 
think it's page 83 or 86 the only section of the B. & L. task force report 
that is blacked out as national security is on I.B.I. The report obviously 
came in favorably. Nothing happened. Gulf War veterans are sick. Gulf War 
veterans are dying. Gulf War veterans died by the thousands. But more 
importantly for you THEY BROUGHT BACK A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE. Spreading worse 
than AIDS. It contains a modified HIV envelope. The United States needed a 
scenario to test chemical and biological agents. They needed guinea pigs they 
needed a shooting pen. The New World Order needed a vehicle to rein in and 
suspend the Constitution of the United States formally. There were many tests 
conducted in the Gulf War. 


I talk about them extensively such as "Abe" and "First Flight", two horses 
which were pastured in Minnesota originally, shot up with botulism to where 
they could take a hot toxin capable of killing a thousand horses with one 
shot and survive. They were transferred to Fort Deitrick, Maryland under the 
Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the herd expanded to at least one hundred. And 
it's from there they drew the plasma which then was then converted to vaccine 
for some of the troops. 


There were multiple tests given. The pardstigmied (sp?)* bromide pill, the PB 
pill that you hear about was not a counteractant to Soman* as the D.O.D. 
states. But a counteractant to the nerve agent G.F. The M.S.D.S. on G.F. 
originates at the U.S. Army Chemical and Biological Defense Command Aberdeen 
Proving Grounds, Maryland. The United States denies G.F. was found in the 
Gulf. Yet the nuclear, biological and chemical logs from Schwartzcoff's 
command prove Israeli military police finding G.F. What's even worse, is that 
67 percent of the Gulf War veterans' babies are born deformed. 67 percent are 
born with golden har (sp?)*. If you've seen the November 95 issue of Life 
Magazine...* The rest come down with all sorts of cancer and are dying. Their 
families are sick. Their kids are sick. Their friends are sick. The civilian 
population is now at risk. Doctor McGill states in her report on page 6. This 
is what happens if you come forward: cut brake lines on your car, arson, and 
burglary of records, phones tapped, mail opened, anonymous threats by phone 
and letter, manipulation of benefits, records, and releases, official 
psychological and emotional pressure, phony psychiatric diagnosis, 
withholding of autopsy and autopsy reports, loss and alteration of records. 


Have you heard of the Murra Building in Oklahoma? The evidence of Gulf War 
illness was transferred to the Murra Building. Accidentally(?), 
unfortunately, it was destroyed in the bombing. This is a document by Major 
Roger Orablanc,* Walter Reed Army medical, who is actively giving out bonuses 
to Red Cross, so that they conduct drives to get blood from active duty 
military and Gulf War veterans from the VA. And then this blood is being 
supplied to your hospitals. (Thus, infected soldier blood is purposely spread 
into the civilian population). Now, this is an affidavit by a Red Cross 
employee, William Costello. This affidavit was sworn out before Michael C. 
Rogers and Rebecca Olen*, Department of Health and Human Services. In here, 
he goes into the fact that the U.S., the veterans blood is contaminated. And 
that the U.S. military is actively, under General Blanc, is being pushed to 
collect the blood of these contaminated individuals and it is being sent out 
to all the hospitals! This document is available on my fax-on-demand. It 
exists. 


I've only got a few minutes and there's no way I could make this some sort of 
progression for you. Now we hear, I've got reports of the Bosnia troops the 
Somalia troops, by the way, are sick already. So this one can't be blamed on 
Saddam Hussein. The veteran, the active duty military they have stated now, 
even in the mainstream media, that over twenty-something thousand of them are 
sick. We've already had deaths over there. You have people who are hell-bent, 
and that's the appropriate word, hell-, bent on creating sheer panic in 
America for you so you will willingly accept what they call the medical ID or 
national ID card and the chip. The "mark of the beast." That is the way they 
will officially suspend the Constitution of the United States. 
(Plague-medical "emergency"-dictatorship to "solve" the problem they created, 
all to enslave you.) By accepting the medical ID. 


If you know anything about the I.R.S., and about 1040 label forms or 
contracts, you understand how you become a citizen of Washington, D.C. And if 
everybody becomes a citizen of Washington, D.C. I guess there is no need for 
a Constitution anymore. You've heard about HAARP (High Altitude Aural 
Research Project - Mind Control radio wave project disguised as weather 
control in Alaska). You've heard about these detention centers. (FEMA 
-Federal Emergency Management Agency- managed gulags in ten regional 
districts after states are outlawed and converted to unelected federal 
"districts", for Americans who disagree with the New World Order 
dictatorship). Let me assure you that it is all real. It is all very real. I 
know this is hard to accept. The thing that I must stress to you is I support 
a lot of the exhibits and the speakers I've seen here (Global Sciences). I am 
also in possession of Doctor Rife's technology. 


There are many things you can do to build up your immune system and there are 
many things and I support, the machines and Doctor Beck's work and many 
others, many doctors and people in alternative health care communicate with 
me now. The Chronic Fatigue CFIDS* people. [ Editor's comments; Feeling 
vulnerable? No where to run or hide? Nothing you can do? Well, knowledge 
empowers you, and there ARE knowledgeable solutions available: Politics. To 
understand more about Mr. Kawaja's political references as to concentration 
camps already set up for US citizens, HAARP mind control transmitters, etc.

But you need to understand something, that what you have is a warfare agent 
out there. More than one. And I won't get into a debate medically here, but 
it needs a lot of explanation that you are not just going to be able to get 
rid of this thing. It takes about two years to manifest itself. By the time 
you know you're sick, you've passed it on to someone else. It is 
communicable. It is airborne. I have been to the Shans* Hospital and Amoffit* 
Center. I tried to get a camera in there on the cancer ward. The nurses 
called me, they were terrified, because 95 percent, if not all, of the doors 
have the infectious sign of the cancer patients. And they are filled with 
young people. They've never seen the amount of young people having cancer as 
they have. I have reports from Fort Bragg. It's all over the United States. 


The clothing that came back the Gulf carries the microbes, and they will live 
for seven years. It came back in the clothing and on the vehicles. The 
Stevedores at the ports that loaded and unloaded the war materials are sick, 
including their families. Entire families are wheelchair bound, crippled, 
many of them are dead. A lot of the people that are buying from the ArmyNavy 
surplus stores are sick. You're not hearing this on the controlled nightly 
news. A chaplin called up on one of the radio shows I was doing the other 
day, he's the only chaplin left alive who served in the Gulf. And a part of 
his lung or larynx had to be removed. He's got cancer. Of all the nurses that 
were bagging the bodies in the Gulf, there's only one left alive! 


HR2768 (House of Representatives Resolution) will authorize the United 
Nations, and give the UN inspectors, and the police, powers and immunity from 
prosecution for criminal acts, even murder, committed on U.S. soil. They've 
already overstepped the bounds. Time is running out. I've only got about a 
minute or two, but time is running out for everyone. There is no one thing 
that they are going to do. All of what you heard here is all very real. The 
other presenters at this Global Sciences conference are really very 
professional, have done their work. And you may say to yourself, well there's 
nothing we or I can do, you know, this may have been "meant" to be. I don't

just American Gulf War veterans that are sick. I receive phone calls and 
evidence from veterans across the world. People who were there who have taken 
videos or photographs. People who were involved in the destruction instead of 
bringing back chemical and biologicals. 


And by the way, Stormin' Norman, who has also got cancer, who is not speaking 
up, and knows the truth, was given the authority to use our own chemical and 
biological weapons in the Gulf. Many tests were conducted. It is not new. 
You've heard of the radiation testing, without permission, on our own 
soldiers many years ago. The armed services are basically guinea pigs. You've 
heard of Agent Orange. Well, this one is the big one. This one is a 
communicable disease. I call it a disease, I don't know what else to call it. 
And you need to be terrified. I'm not here to just bring you terror but you 
better be scared out of your mind. Because the powers-that-be are not 
releasing any antidotes, and although you may have some technology available 
to you, they are moving forward with a lot of other technologies such as 
HAARP. 

(When this disease becomes so well known that fear is rampant,) Your 
neighbors are going to turn you in even if you possess (an electronic healing 
device or oxygen therapy ozone machine). In order to survive, those who do 
not believe what is really going on, (but only listen to and follow the 
government propaganda), are going to, they're going to accept the 
government's version, and then you're going to be considered a threat to 
society. They're not going to believe your machine works, obviously even if 
it could get rid of your diseases, I'm not here to debate that point, but 
even if it could, (their fear will prevent them from believing it or seeing 
it). 


So, I can only stress something to you very strongly. That you need to pay 
attention to the information that's coming out about the Gulf War. There's 
been a lot of T.V. shows airing about it now. A lot of propaganda coming out.

against these agents will be heard in their courts. They will not try 
themselves. The evidence remains classified by them as "national security".
