The youngest of the Norns. Skuld determines the length of all lives and
assigns their destiny. She frequently changes their more benevolent fates
given bu Urd and Verdandi.

Other Names or Forms:  Considered a water nymph in the Eddas, she is also one
of the Valkyries.
