Talking about Jupiter being the second heaven...  First of all you have
to understand what symbolism the ones who wrote the story were using.
You can't just count the planets out in order and assume that that is
what was going through the mind of the writer (who probably didn't even
know that order).  The Second Heaven is related to Mercury.

Here's the order:

The Earth Plane
1) Luna
2) Mercury
3) Venus
4) Sol (the sun)
5) Mars
6) Jupiter
7) Saturn
The Zodiac
The First swirlings
