Here's my synopsis of Plan A:

Build consensus.  Poison the minds of the people against the media
and government spokespersons by demonstrating the falsehoods, the
unprosecuted crimes of the superstate.  Never lie.  Help people in need,
who will then become your friends.  Arm yourself and your friends.
When your friends are many and your enemies discredited, you will
be half way to victory.  Build a shadow economy using scrip or silver.
Ithaca, New York has a good system to emulate.  Many such local systems
could then interlock when they became sufficiently mature.  Strike
at the power of money.

When the atrocities of the federal governments are finally too great
for the people to bear any longer, the people will be willing, but afraid.
That is when you pull your trump card:  Mutually assured destruction,
in the form of Binary nerve agents forward-placed by covert operators near
the centers of power, New York, Ottowa, Washington D.C., L.A., Chicago,
Dallas, major military bases.  (Nerve agents are cheaper and easier than
nuclear weapons.)  Then secession.  Break the beast into pieces small enough
to no longer be a global threat.  When the beast is broken, disarm the
forward weapons.

Time is short.  Work hard.  Pray.
