This is a prophecy that is to take place befor Jesus returns.   Ask 
God for a miracle today!  "We ask for a miracle and the Lord directs 
the mind to some simple remedy.", Selected Messages Book 2 page 346-
347  "I am alarmed as I see the great lack of faith among our people.  

We need to come right into the presence of Christ believing he will 
heal our physical and spiritual infirmities.", Selected Messages 
Book1, page 83,84  "Natural means, used in accordance with God's will, 
bring about supernatural results.", Selected Messages Book 2 page 
346,347   "In every trial, plead with Jesus to show you a way out of 
your troubles then your eyes will be opened to behold the remedy and 
to apply to your case the healing promises that have been recorded in

"We cannot expect the Lord to work a miracle for us, while we neglect 
the simple remedies he has provided for our use which, aptly and 
opportunely applied will bring about a miraculous result.  Therefor

"Many have expected that God would keep them from sickness merely 
because they have asked him to do so.  But God did not regard their 
prayers, because their faith was not made perfect by works.  God will 
not work a miracle to keep those from sickness who have no care for 
themselves, but are continually violating the laws of health, and make 
noefforts to prevent disease.  When we do all we can on our part to 
have health, then may we expect that the blessed results will follow, 
and we can ask God in faith to bless our efforts for the preservation 
of health.  He will then answear our prayer, if His name can be

"Christ sought the people where they were, and placed before them the 
great truths in regard to His kingdom.  As He went from place to place 
He blessed and comforted the suffering and healed the sick.  This is 
our work.  God would have us relieve the necessities of the destitute.  
The reason that the Lord does not manifest His power more decidedly is 
because there is so little spirituality among those who claim to

In every city where we have a church, there is need of a place where 
treatments can be given... A place should be provided where treatments

"All are bound by the most sacred obligations to God to heed the sound 
philosophy and genuine experience which he is now giving them in 
reference to health reform.  He designs that the great subject of 
health reform shall be agitated, and the public mind deeply stirred to 
investigate; for it is impossible for men and women, with all their 
sinful, health-destroying, brain-enervating habits, to discern sacred 
truth, through which they are to be sanctified, refined, elevated, and 
made fit for the society of heavenly angels in the kingdom of glory.

their intemperance, and take drugs to relieve them, may be assured 
that God will not interpose to save health and life which are so 
recklessly periled.  The cause has produced the effect.  Many, as

request the prayers of the elders of the church for their restoration 
to health.  God does not see fit to answer prayers offered in behalf 
of such, for He knows that if they should be restored to health, they 
would again sacrifice it upon the altar of unhealthy appetite.",

member today is to do... At this time, when the end of all things is

"His disciples in this time are to pray for the sick as verily as the 
disciples of old prayed, and recoveries will follow; for the prayer of 
faith shall save the sick.  We have the Holy spirits power, the calm 
assurance of faith that can claim God's promises.  The Lord's promise, 
they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover (Mark 16:18) 
is just as trustworthy now as in the days of the Apostles.  It 
presents the privledge of God's children, and our faith should lay 
hold of all that it embraces.  Christ's servants are the channel of 
his working, and through them He desires to exercise his healing 
power.  It is our work to present the sick and suffering to God in the 
arms of our faith.  We should teach them to believe in the Great

"Into whatsoever city ye enter... heal the sick that are therein, and 
say unto them, the kingdom of God is come nigh unto you. ", Medical 
Ministry p253

To do all that the Apostles did, you will need to seek a lot of gifts 
of the holy spirit.  

"These things I write unto you, so that ye come behind in no gift." 1 
Corinthians 1:7

The gift of wisdom:  "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, 
that giveth to all men liberally.", James 1:5 

Knowledge:  "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge ", 
Proverbs 1:7 

Faith:  "Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.", 
Romans 10:17 

Gifts of Healing:  "They shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall 
recover." Mark 16:18 

Working of miracles:  "If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye 
shall say unto this mountain, remove hence to yonder place: and it 
shall remove, and nothing shall be impossible unto you."  Matthew 
17:20 

Prophecy:  "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a 
shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:  
and the dead in christ shall rise first.... Wherefor comfort one 
another with these words. "  1 Thesalonians 4:16-18  You have been 
asked of God to fortell this part of the future. 

Apostles:  "All the Apostles did, every member of the church is to do. 
"  Testimonies Volume 7 page 33 

Prophets:  "For ye mall all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, 
and all may be comforted. " 1 Corinthians 14:31 

Teachers:  Part of a prophets work is teaching.  ("that all may 
learn.") 

Helps:  All are called to help the church

Governments:  Our father which art in heaven is King of kings, 
therefor the children of God are princes and princeses.

Discerning of spirits:  

"Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they 
are of God:  Because many false prophets are gone out into the world.  

Hereby know ye the spirit of God:  Every spirit that confesseth that 
Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: and every spirit that 
confesseth not that Jesus is come in the flesh is not of God 1 John 
4:1-3  "Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the son of God, God 
dwelleth in Him, and he in God."  1 John 4:15
