Subject: "Default" is really RAID ON FEDERAL EMPLOYEE PENSIONS -- REPOST

I see the budget "crisis" as the first step of a massive raid on US
deposits, pensions, assets and resources.
I think the budget "crisis" is a CHARADE. THERE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE
AN AGREEMENT. IT IS INTENDED TO JUSTIFY A MASSIVE TRANSFER OF US
ASSETS TO INTERNATIONAL BANKS.
IT IS INTENDED TO PROVOKE A CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS TO DO AWAY WITH THE
DIVISION OF POWERS AND MOVE THE US INTO A PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM. So
future Executive-Congressional "standoffs" cannot happen. A
Constitutional Convention would "solve" the problem.
Here is why I am very concerned near-term:
1) BOTH Clinton AND Gingrich are CFR/Bilderberg (Clinton=Bilderberg;
Gingrich=CFR). The budget "standoff" is bogus. They both do
EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE TOLD and THEY HAVE BEEN TOLD NOT TO AGREE.
There is not SUPPOSED to be an agreement. There IS supposed to be
a default, eventually.
2) Before the default, LARGE PORTIONS of US assets will be either
pledged as collateral or simply "borrowed" by Treasury Secretary
Robert Rubin to pay "interest" on the "debt". HE IS DOING THIS
NOW.
3) Media is not examining the details of the budget "crisis". Clinton
gave away the US Dollar Stabilization Fund to "support the Mexican
peso" long enough for the money to go to int'l banks.
4) Now Ruben is "tapping funds" from Federal Employee Pension and
Disability funds to pay "interest". Any federal employee who
thinks they'll have a pension is a fool.
5) Next could come private pension funds. A governor of the Boston
fed proposed this and Ruben and Reich endorsed the idea and say
they can impose federal set-asides of people's pensions on
"fairness" grounds. To help the "disadvantaged" who do not have
pensions. Pension fund investment will be federally directed.
Ruben/Reich have been making noises that they can do this NOW
without legislation. They have DONE SO ALREADY with insured
deposits at banks & S&Ls in Maryland.
6) AIRPORT TRAVEL CONTROLS are in effect due to "terrorist alerts".
New PASSPORTS ARE NOT BEING ISSUED.
Will national assets like parks, ports, inland waterways, watersheds,
etc. come next? These are pledged to the IMF anyway as collateral for
the "bankrupt" US Treasury from the 1933 Emergency Banking Relief Act.
