*** Komrad Clinton : Agent of the IPS ?  ***

In a 9:00 EST program on WWCR's Dr. Norm Resnick program (5.810 Mhz),
former USGOV Intelligence agent David Prince blew the cover of the
Clintons connection to the communist Institute for Policy Studies
which is known more commonly as the IPS and which is interlocked with
other known Socialist organizations such as The National Lawyers Guild
( which has members like Ron Koby and William Kunstler who defend
terrorists like the alledged bombers of the World Trade Ctr., The
Christic Institute and CISPES ( Committee for people In Solidarity
with the People of El Salvador ).

These are all groups to which Hillary and Bill Clinton have made large
cash donations for 15-20 years and whose Directors and agents are
close personal friends. The IPS was founded in 1963 with a $1 Million
seed from the estate of socialist Samuel Rubin and based in
Washington, D.C. The FBI has investigated the IPS and members for
activities such as Subversion, Kidnapping, Terrorism, Arson , Treason
and Murder.

Derek Shearer of the IPS wrote a book around 1980 which influenced the
Governor of Arkansas to such a degree that Bill Clinton moved to the
Italian Province of Florence where he lived in Gramskist Communes and
studied the economic policies of Antonio Gramski ( a founder of the
Italian Communist Party ) known as " Economic Democracy ". This set of
values runs closely with Marxist-Leninist philosophy and foundates
Derek Shearers advice to Bill Clinton in economic decisions. He is
described by the liberal press as Clinton's " closest and most trusted
friend and advisor " according to Prince.

Immeadiately on being elected Clinton brought in Shearer as his
primary economic advisor and appointed him to head his new " Council
on Economic Security" which Shearer is using for the promotion of
Economic Democracy and it's basic tenets of state-run banking, health
care, and the seizure of all private wealth and redistribution. He is
assisted in this by his first cousin, Strobe Talbot ( who is credited,
in his power position at Time magazine, as having "saved the Campaign"
in 1991 as it faltered). For his service, Mr. Talbot ( a fellow CFR
member of Clinton ) was given the choice of Ambassador to Russia or
First Assistant to the Secretary of State. He chose both,
consolidating IPS dogma in Moscow and then moving to State to corrupt
policy there and Internationalize it.

Shearer's views have such a hold on Clinton that he was able to
persuade him to quickly push for the economic leveling of North
America via the NAFTA and has pushed him to sign the GATT ( General
Agreement on Tarrifs and Trade ) which will turn world trade over to
the World Trade Org. of the United Nations. Clinton also has appointed
IPS Director Ginetta Cole to a post heading Education, Arts, Labour
and Humanities from which she advises on policy in all these areas to
the Clintons. Cole was a former leader of Fidel Castro's Vinceremos
Brigade which was trained by the DGI ( Cuban Intelligence ) to
infiltrate American groups, subvert them and recruit " agent
provacatuers ".

In an article published in the Italian media by reporter Antonio
Socci, in the publication "Il Sibato", Clinton said the communist
philosophies he had studied on the Grimanski communes were his " plan
for the United States".

This blockbuster certainly proves that Bill and Hillary have close
ties with people assosiated with the far-left umbrella group. The
Institute for Policy Studies ( IPS ) , the most prominent of which is
Derek Shearer, a Clinton economic advisor who advocates "Economic
Democracy" as a eupehmism for socialism. However, this pamphlet fails
to note that IPS is probably an Establishment instrument designed to
guide, control, and use the Left as well as to infiltrate Soviet
groups. IPS was founded with money from the estate of James P.
Warburg, according to IPS's own literature.
