Enclosed are transcripts of copies of the Koresh's letters which
Livingstone Fagan sent me.  Of note,  the person David Koresh is
identified only as a servant of God, which pretty well blows holes
in the "DK=God" government and media "econo-wash" (ie economic
propaganda intended to stir up business). Also, the prophecy, about
the Lake Waco dam, points to a fault line. The geodetic maps show
a major fault running across Texas: near Austin, under Waco, under
Dallas; out of state north up over Little Rock, and dips down again
toward Meridian, then up toward Birmingham and Chattanooga; takes
off northeastward along the Appalachians.  (see _National Atlas_,

Friends,


     I offer you My Wisdom.  I offer to you My sealed secrets.  How dare
you turn away My invitations of mercy.  I know your sins and your iniquities.
None are hid from Me.  When will you ever fear and be wise?  Your only
Saviour is My Truth.  My Truth is the "Seven Seals."


     Your're not rejecting a man by fighting against My servant, no, for
I have given and revealed My Name to Him.  Read Isaiah 45.  The Name Koresh
is My surname and all men are My sons and the work of My hands.


     Who are you fighting against? The law is Mine, the Truth is Mine. Will
you be acquitted in My judgment?  Will you turn back the punishments of My
hand?  No!


     Be it known unto you, Oh sons of men, My Christ died for man's breaking
of My law (not just the Jews).  But who will atone for your rejecting of My
Spirit?  I AM your God and you will bow under my feet.


     Do you know My seals?  Do you dare call Me a liar?  Look and see into
My "right hand."  I AM your life and your death.  I AM the Spirit of the
prophets and the Author of their testimonies.  Look and see, you fools, you
will not proceed much further.  Do you think you have power to stop My will?
I have spoken to My prophets regarding "time no longer."  My seven thunders
are to be revealed (Revelation 10:7).  Is it your judgment that time is not
now?!  Your judgment will not stand.  Read Psalm 2.  Do you want Me to laugh
at your pending torments?  Do you want Me to pull the heavens back and show
you My anger?!  Why not listen to your brother David, and see if he witnesses
to the truth of My hand?


     I AM your God and I love you for My mercy's sake.  I see your evil and
pride and yet you fear me not.  Do not fear the fear of man  -  fear Me, for I
have you in My snare (Jeremiah 50:22 - 25, Revelation 18).


     I will surely show you the meaning of Psalm 18, unless you open your
eyes and not your mouth.  Fear me and "the hour of My judgment," for it has
come.

     Learn from David My seals or, as you have said, bear the consequences.
I forewarn you, the Lake Waco area of Old Mount Carmel will be terribly
shaken.  The waters of the lake will be emptied through the broken dam.
The heavens are calling you to judgment.

Friends,


     Your young men do not understand.  Your fathers, your Mothers and your
teachers - those in whom you have trusted, all have failed to show you the
secret of My hand.  I begin to do My "strange work," "a work you will not
believe though it be told you."  Isaiah 28


     Ask My servant Moses, he tried to warn you in his song:  "See now that I,
even I, am he, and there is no God with me:  I kill, and I make alive; I
wound, and I heal:  neither is there any that can deliver out of My hand.  For
I lift up My hand to heaven, and say, I live forever."  Deuteronomy 32:39 & 40
I have lifted up My hand, for My Word rules heaven and earth.  The seals will
either save you or destroy you.


     Hear My servant Isaiah speak:  "Lord, when thy hand is lifted up, they
will not see, but they shall see and be ashamed for their envy at the people,
yea, the fire of thine enemies shall devour them."  Isaiah 26:11


     Jeremiah says of Me:  "Therefore behold, I will this once cause them to
know, I will cause them to know My hand and My might and they shall know that
My name is the Lord."  Jeremiah 16:21


     Hear Micah:   "And the remnant of Jacob shall be among the Gentiles
in the midst of many people as a lion among the beasts of the forest, as a
young lion among the flocks of sheep:  who, if he go through, both treadeth
down, and teareth in pieces, and none can deliver.  Thine hand shall be
lifted up upon thine adversaries, and all of thine enemies shall be cut off."
Micah 5:8 & 9


     Hear Habakkuk:  "And his brightness was as the light, he had horns coming
out of his hand:  and there was the hiding of his power."  Habakkuk 3:4


     Do I have horns coming out of My hand?  Is not the Book in My hand?  Is
not this a revelation of My Son?  Is not My Word - My Son, the Lamb?   How
many horns does the lamb have?  If he has seven (Revelation 5), then you know
who is to teach you My Seven Seals.  I warn you, do not hurt My Lamb (Psalm 2).
For out of His side will come "bright beams" and there is the "hiding of his
power."


     Who do you think it is in Revelation 10, that raises his hand to heaven
and swears by Me, "that there should be time no longer"?


     My hand made heaven and earth, My hand also shall bring it to the end.
Read Psalm 50 and learn to be wise.  Respect your brother David and those
who have learned of Me - from Him.


     Your sins are more than you can bear.  Show mercy and kindness and you
shall recieve mercy and kindness.

     The Seven Seals are the last prophecy to a lost world, consider it and
what it means!  You have a chance to learn My Salvation. Do not find yourselves
to be fighting against Me.


     "Wherefore my brethren ye are also become dead to the law by the body of
Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from
the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God."  Romans 7:4


     "And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were
the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, come and see.  And I saw,
and behold a white horse; and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was
given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer." Revelation 6:1&2

Hello Dick,


     As far as our progress is concerned, here is where we stand:  I have
related two messages, from God, to the F.B.I; one of which concerns present
danger to people here in Waco.


     I was shown a fault line running throughout the Lake Waco area.  An angel
is standing in charge of this event.  Many people, here in Waco, know that we
are a good people, and yet, they have shown the same resentful spirit of
indifference to our "warnings of love."


     I am presently being permitted to document, in structured form, the
decoded messages of the Seven Seals.  Upon the completion of this task, I will
be freed of my "waiting period."  I hope to finish this as soon as possible
and to stand before man to answer any and all questions regarding my actions.


     This written Revelation of the Seven Seals will not be sold, but is to be
available to all who wish to know the Truth.  The Four Angels of Revelation 7
are here, now ready to punish foolish mankind; but, the writing of these Seals
will cause the winds of God's wrath to be held back a little longer.


     I have been  praying so long for this opportunity; to put the Seals in
written form.  Speaking the Truth seems to have very little effect on man.


     I was shown that as soon as I am given over into the hands of men, I will
be made a spectacle of, and people will not be concerned about the truth of
God, but just the bizarrity of me - the flesh (person).


     I want the people of this generation to be saved.  I am working night and
day to complete my final work of the writing out of "these Seals."


     I thank my Father, He has finally granted me the chance to do this.  It
will bring New Light and hope for many and they will not have to deal with
me the person.


     The earthquake in Waco is something not to be taken lightly.  It will
probably be "the thing" needed to shake some sense into the people.  Remember,
Dick, the warning came first and I fear that the F.B.I. is going to suppress
this information.  It may be left up to you.


     I will demand the first manuscript of the Seals be given to you.  Many
scholars and religious leaders will wish to have copies for examination.
I will keep a copy with me.  As soon as I can see that people, like Jim Tabor
and Phil Arnold have a copy I will come out and then you can do your thing
with this Beast.


     I hope to keep in touch with you by letter, so please give your address.


     We are standing on the threshold of Great events!  The Seven Seals, in
written form are the most sacred information ever!
