                             The Brooks Brown Police Report

                              A year ago before, Columbine High student 
Brooks Brown warned police
                              deputies that EricHarris was building bombs and 
had threatened Brown.

                              "They knew, they knew and they didn't do 
anything and because of that
                              people are dead," he said.

                              Sheriff John Stone has since suggested that 
student Brooks Brown may in fact
                              be a suspect in the mass murder spree.

                              Brooks Brown, a student at Columbine, has NEVER 
been mentioned by any
                              eyewitnesses at all in this case as having been 
involved in any way.

                              Mr. Brown is obviously NOT EITHER of the other 
TWO accomplices
                              described by witnesses as noted, NOR is he the 
man being taken away from
                              Columbine High School in handcuffs.

                              Is the sheriff (and surely other more powerful 
agencies behind the scenes)
                              looking for a scapegoat -- to help cover up the 
fact that witness accounts show
                              AT LEAST THREE OTHER PEOPLE besides Harris and 
Klebold involved in
                              the carnage?

                              In any case, Brooks Brown and his family have a 
great case for a lawsuit in
                              the making thanks to Sheriff Stone's reckless 
behavior.

                              In the meantime, here is the police report for

THIRD SUSPECT IN LITTLETON?

Authorities say they are investigating the possibility of a third
suspect in the attack
on Columbine High.

Some Columbine students at the school during the April 20 attack have
identied a potential third suspect, Sheriff John Stone said in today's
Denver Post. He did not identify that person. "There was quite possibly
one other person shooting," Stone said. "We do have witness statements."

LITTLETON, Colorado (CNN) - As many as 25 people, including TWO OF THREE
SUSPECTS, are believed dead in a Denver-area high school shooting,
police said.

Sheriff Stone later said the number of deaths could be staggering.
"There are possibly,as many as 25 fatalities," he said. 

Police also said that bodies of two suspects were found in the library.

"We had THREE NAMES, we've got two bodies that belong to two of those
names up there, and the THIRD NAME - THAT PERSON WAS NOT IN THE SCHOOL,"
said Jefferson County Sheriff John Stone.

"It appears to be a suicide mission," Stone said.

Wave after wave of students, led by SWAT teams,  ed the high school
where AT LEAST TWO armed young men allegedly had begun  ring randomly
and tossing explosive devices.

Police escorted ONE HANDCUFFED YOUNG MAN AWAY FROM THE SCHOOL. It was
unknown why he was detained.

     Now--5/5/99--Mr. Stone is suggesting that student Brooks Brown
may in fact be a suspect in the mass murder spree. Brooks Brown has 
been in the news from very early on in this case  due to the fact he
and his family had filed a police report about previous problems with
Eric Harris. It would seem inconceivable that Mr. Stone would have
only NOW become aware of Brooks Brown's possible complicity--or is 
Brown in fact the third suspect originally referred to by Mr. Stone,
as quoted above?

THIRD SUSPECT IN LITTLETON?

                       Classmate Identified as Possible Suspect
                       Jefferson County Sheriff John Stone has identified one 
of Klebold's
                       classmates, Brooks Brown, as a possible suspect. 
Harris saw Brown
                       outside the school moments before the attack and 
warned him to stay
                       away.
                            Brown has repeatedly denied involvement, noting 
his brother was in
                       the cafeteria when the shooting happened.
                            During an interview on NBC's Today show this 
morning, Brown
                       said he believed Stone was upset because Brown's 
parents criticized the
                       sheriff's office for failing to take actions a year 
ago when they told
                       deputies that Harris was building bombs and had 
threatened Brown.
                            "I am a smokescreen for him [Stone]," Brown said. 
"He knows
                       he's screwing up and he's going to look really bad."
                            NBC also aired a videotape Brown, Klebold and 
another
                       unidentified student produced six months ago that 
showed an animated
                       Klebold carrying his black trenchcoat outside the 
school. Harris was not
                       shown on the tape.
                            Klebold also was seen in the cafeteria, with the 
staircase to the
                       second-floor library in the background. Most of the 
students were killed
                       in the library.
                            "Watching that video, it's kind of painful. At 
the same time, it's
                       helpful, remembering the good times," Brown said. "It 
still doesn't seem
                       that Dylan could do this. This guy I've known since I 
was 5 is a mass
                       murderer."
