Hi Everyone
I am seeking information on the US government's HAARP project in Alaska.
This project would , in it's final form, entail blasting the ionosphere with
up 1,700,000,000 watts of radiated power from a site near Gakona I am also
seeking information on related subjects to HAARP, including but not limited
to...

the project known as RED AIR
the Brazillian ionospheric modification experiment (BIME)
   the Russian ionospheric heating experiments
terrestrial tomography with high power ELF/VLF
the EISCAT ionospheric heating experiment in Norway
upper atmosphere heating with focusing lenses created by ionospheric heating
brain chemistry and emotional effects of exposure to VLF/ELF rf energy
possible unexpected consequenses of ionospheric heating with high power
