in April, 1994.  This document tells a story about why JFK was killed -
Agent Re'Marque reports that JFK was killed because he was going to
break the loan-sharking monopoly that the privately-owned Federal
Reserve Bank has over the US Treasury, and put us back on the silver

AMENDMENT OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO.10289, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE
PERFORMANCE OF CERTAIN FUNCTIONS AFFECTING THE DEPARTMENT OF THE
TREASURY

By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 301 of title 3 of
the United States Code, it is ordered as follows:

Section 1. Executive Order No. 10289 of September 19, 1951, as amended,
is hereby further amended-

  (a) By adding at the end of paragraph 1 thereof the following
  subparagraph (j):

  (j)  The authority vested in the President by paragraph (b) of
  section 43 of the Act of May 12, 1933, as amended (31 U.S.C.821(b) ),
to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or
standard silver dollars in the Treasury not then held for redemption of
any outstanding silver certificates, and to coin standard silver
dollars and subsidiary silver currency for their redemption, and

      (b) By revoking subparagraphs (b) and (c) of paragraph 2
      thereof.

  Sec. 2.  The amendments made by this Order  shall not affect any act
done, or any right accruing or accrued or any suit or proceeding had or
commenced in any civil or criminal cause prior to the date of this
Order but all such liabilities shall continue and may be enforced as if
said amendments had not been made.

Fellow Americans,

     In 1776 we kicked out the British soldiers, but we didnt

     kick
out the British Bankers and the Businessmen.

Our country is in DEBT because The U.S. Treasury borrows the money from
the PRIVATELY owned Federal Reserve Bank and has to pay INTEREST on
this money. The interest payment this year is 500 Billion dollars (more
than our entire Military Budget) which we could save if we went back to
a National Bank where each dollar was backed by gold or silver and we
did not have to pay INTEREST.

The J.P.Morgan Family and The Rockefellers have been the American Front
families for The House of Rothschild (Bank of England, Bank of France).
In 1913 Col. House (a Rothschild Agent) talked President Woodrow Wilson
into signing The Federal Reserve Act into existence. This changed the
control of our money from A National Bank to a Private Central Bank,
putting control of the U.S. Monetary System into the hands of the
European Bankers.  They have purposely run our DEBT up so high that we
had to allow them to take our Gold from Fort Knox and transfer it to
The Bank of England and to the valets 25 floors below the main office
of Chase-Manhattan Bank in New York.

Control a countrys Monetary System and you control the country!

The European Bankers have a CLUB called The Round Table Group (R.T.G.)
which has a subsidiary called The Royal Institute of International
Affairs (R.I.I.A.); their American subsidiary is The Council on Foreign
Relations (C.F.R.) .  The C.F.R. controls domestic and Foreign Policy
through its members in The National Security Council (N.S.C.) .

    They are milking this country dry, and our paper money is worthless
since it is not backed by Gold or Silver anymore. J.F.K. knew this and
issued Executive Order #11,110 which put us back on the Silver
Standard, and the bills would have on the front top edge United States
Note instead of Federal Reserve Note. It is very possible that this is
why J.F.K. was murdered.

     1945  The end of World-War II,  Nelson Rockefeller who was in
     Navel Intelligence  uses 200 Million Dollars of Rockefeller/Mellon
money to bring back 350 Nazi Intelligence Officers (under the command
of Reinhard Gehlen) to start his own  Network (The C.I.A.)  which he
planed to use for Business and Politics and international Banking.
Remember  Folks,  Who-ever controls The 3-M's of any country,  Controls
that country!   What are The 3-M,s?

      The Monetary System   The Military System,   The Media.


      Have control of these and you control any Nation!


OK here we go .......  JFK said that he was going to dismantle The
C.I.A.  in to a thousand pieces and scatter it to the wind!    Nelson
didn't like that!    JFK fires Allen Dulles and Gen. Charles Cabell
from Head of C.I.A.

Charles) Mayor   of Dallas was the one who changed the Motor-cade
ROUTE  to slow down for the two turns and pass by The Grassy Knoll (
where in the Orville Nix film two rifleman can be seen) this film has
since disappeared from the archives!!!!!!!!  I wonder why???????????
But for the beginning Physics student ,  you know that a force in
motion going in a certain direction tends to send another BODY in that
same direction! Hence, the Zabruder film  showing the fatal head shot ,
showing right front side of skull popping off and brain matter falls on
Limo floor, while throwing his head and body to the REAR LEFT!
Shots coming from FRONT RIGHT , where 60 eye witness's said they saw
smoke and heard the gunfire from behind the FENCE on The Knoll,
unfortunately most of those witness's have since died of mysterious
causes??????????????

       OK so JFK was gonna dismantle the CIA!   That's a MOTIVE in
       itself!

 Next,  he issued Executive Order # 11,110       This was going to take
control away from the PRIVATELY owned Federal Reserve Bank of this
country's Monetary System.  JFK issued this order to put us back on The
Silver Standard and each Bill would say UNITED STATES NOTE instead of
FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE.  Thereby giving CONTROL back to The U.S.
Treasury, thereby STOPPING   "The INTEREST payments" to The Fed. (which
this year are about 500 Billion Dollars.   500 Billion Dollars is
another LARGE MOTIVE  to have him Terminated via "Executive Action"!



      if you go into WHO OWNS THE CLASS A STOCK of The Federal
Reserve Banking System  you'll find family names like Rockefeller,
Mellon, J.P. Morgan, DuPont.   Remember, Who controls The Monetary
System, controls the Country!



   Note:  Nelson Rockefeller was the Head of HIS PRIVATE CLUB

   known
as THE COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS  (THE C.F.R.)   Which tells The
National Security Council what to do when it comes to Foreign
Policy.......  such as OIL deposits  in one country or another or where
we need to send our Military Forces or where we need to keep our
"OCCUPYING FORCES".........


  so when JFK refused to take ORDERS from Nelson  on Foreign
Policy  that just added one more  MOTIVE  why  "Jack had to go!"




  lets backtrack a little..........      Nelson started the

  CIA.
E. Howard HUNT  breaks in to Watergate, leaves tape on the door ,  to
get caught, to frame Nixon ,  where he has to step down,  and  give the
Crown to Jerry Ford,  who picks Nelson Rockefeller as Vice President,
and then Jerry goes skiing for the next two years, leaving Nelson in
charge of the countries  MILITARY, MONETARY, and MEDIA.


  are we starting to see the BIG PICTURE???????????????



some other interesting facts:  Nixon was working for Nelson, same as
Henry Kissinger, and same as E. Howard Hunt, not to mention The N.S.C.,
many Congressmen, Senators, and State Department Officials, and
Officers of The U.S. Treasury,  who are all MEMBERS of The Rockefeller
Council on Foreign Relations (private sector)  thereby constituting a
"Conflict of Interest" by  holding office in the Government Sector and
The Private Sector at the same time.   Like Secretary of The Treasury,
LLoyd Benson, who brags that he is also a DIRECTOR of The I.M.F. ( The
International Monetary Fund)........... who now has lunch with David
Rockefeller  and is a Member of Davids C.F.R.



 in Police terminology :   THEY ARE ALL DIRTY!

They are all doing something illegal!   They are breaking The Law! They
are going against The Constitution and  manipulating the System to
steal as much of the Tax Dollars as they can.   Like The S &L Scandal
where Bush's son RIPS OFF 100 Million Dollars  and  gets a slap on the
wrist, but never gave back the money!       What do you expect  his
father George was in the Drug Business with Noreiga!    And  why is it
that  Hunt, Nixon, and Bush are the only people in this country that
can't REMEMBER where they were the day  Kennedy got  assassinated ???


    Note:   at  the end of The David Frost  interview  with

    Nixon,
Tricky Dick nervously says :   " you can only be interested in who shot
John!  Well, gaw-head!"      What do you mean Dick?    Didn't  The
Warren Commission  prove that  Lee Harvey Oswald  shot John,  or do you
know differently Dick?????


    At this point in time most of the physical evidence has

    been
destroyed and most of the eye-witnesses are dead.   Nelson is dead.
And I doubt that Tricky Dick or Georgie-Boy  will make a confession.
So, on one hand these people got away with MURDER.  But  we can try to
finish what  JFK  started to do by issuing  EXECUTIVE ORDER # 11,110
and that is to get RID of The PRIVATELY OWNED,      Federal Reserve
Bank,    which is ripping off the U.S. Tax  payers  money.   Your MONEY
and my MONEY!  (collected by The I.R.S. and given to The Treasury who
in turn give it to The Bankers who are behind The FED SCAM    or
Federal Reserve Gate!


   The whole System is CORRUPT and Constitutionally illegal,
therefore VOID of  any Legal Authority.     Hence you don't have to pay
taxes  or take orders from any Government  PERSON.  You my fellow
American have as much GOD GIVEN AUTHORITY  and RIGHT to LIFE, LIBERTY,
and THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS  as  any other HUMAN in this country!





 ATTENTION:    City Police Officers and State Police
Officers, and all Federal Agents,  look at your pay-checks!  Do you see
how much tax dollars these BANKERS are  stealing  from you and your
family????????
