>>All right. Well, well, we smile as we welcome you into this
message and into this thread. It is a pleasure and a joy to have
this moment with you; it is a joy. So often we conclude a weekend
or an intensive with saying that no matter the format, it is
always a pleasure, a joy, and a delight. Though few anticipated
this high-tech electronic format of cyberspace, it is that wonder
of which we speak. We smile as we love you. And we do love you so.

>>This is the time of engaging gratitude and triumph as the months
of August-September are a time of the narrows. What does that
mean?

>>We spoke of it in January. Within the consensus reality, it is a
time when the old structures that are already crumbling will
continue to crumble. Old structures crumbling: Old ways of
thinking can be too limiting and thus potentially debilitating.
The old ways of feeling can exhaust imagination and creativity and
thus dim dreams and visions. Too rigid and diminished, old ways
of learning and decision making can be less effectiveness and less
usefulness.

In the fog of such confusion, while many will want to "go to
sleep," it will be a time to awaken.

>>It means that there can be public national and private personal
exposures and disclosures. Disclosures and Exposures: Authority
breaking down or away outside can be reflections of the internal
authorities that are breaking down and away. Such exposures and
disclosures, whether public or private, can generate confusion,
fear, anxiety. Yes, they can generate dread. In the swirl of such
energy, while many will want to seek the safety that is called
complacency, it will be a time to build upon contentment and to
reach for the more-real that lies beyond the confusion and fear.

>>The fog of confusion and the swirl of such energy that comes
from such crumbling, shifting, exposing, and disclosing become
frightening when observed and thus experienced through the old
eyes of the consensus reality. They become frightening when the
measuring devices used to collapse the non-local wave function
into a very local current moment are twisted and distorted by
chauvinism and by the patterns and forms of the Past.

>>If you will change the measuring devices, the reality changes.
If you will change your personal measuring devices and your
private patterns of life, your reality changes. Fogs lift and
swirls subside.

>>Through the eyes of your Soul and of your More-Real Self, this
can be glorious time; it can be a sacred time of quantum-like
change and sustained growth. The time of the narrows can be
numinous  with the light of new reasons to begin again and with
the light of bountiful opportunities that are those new
beginnings.

>>Within the narrows there is great power -- a grand force -- of
change. There are profound insights that can generate change and
sustain growth. There are rare clues that can reveal more of the
awe and wonder of who and what you really are.

>>Remember: Crumbling, shifting, exposing, and disclosing are
forms. You determine what will be the functions of those forms.
Will they be forms of fear? Will they be forms of wonder? What
will you find within those forms? What will be the information
within those formations? You can crumble and shift what obscures
and dims; you can expose and disclose more of your destiny and
more of the happiness, joy, and success that emerges from your
alignment and attunement to that self-chosen destiny.

>>Through the narrows. . .. When confusion, fear, anxiety, or
dread stand upon our horizon, do not go to sleep nor turn away.
Hold your resonance and allow your resonance to be lifted with
gratitude and triumph. With your lifted resonance -- with your
light -- go into that which appears to be the darkness.

>>1. Level the playing field by being conscious. Define and
describe the specifics of what you find in the narrows. Define and
describe, what first appears to be, your prison. If you can define
and describe your prison, you can plan and chart your escape.
There is magic in the telling.

>>2. Engage the narrows. The secret of going through without being
trapped is to go through the narrows without self-pity and without
judgment. Move, step-by-step into what you find there without
blame and without righteousness. Cast off these that can trap and
snare you in the narrows. Replace them with courage, character,
commitment, and willingness. Replace them with love that is
enough precisely because it is infused with courage, character,
commitment, and dignity.

>>3. Fill yourself with gratitude. Gratitude can, at one moment,
still the waters and your glorious nature can be revealed in its
reflection. In the next moment, gratitude can ignite the fires of
your courage and conviction. Then the traps and pitfalls -- the
battles and the struggles -- can be consumed. Such is the nature
of resonance and its radiance. Gratitude: The more you feel it,
the more reasons you have for feeling it.

>>4. Fill yourself with triumph. Fill yourself with the
celebration of beauty and ecstasy that engages your mind and that
engages your Soul. Fill yourself with joy and rejoicing of your
presence and your grace.

>>5. In the standing wave of resonance -- within that resonance
that is more powerful than you or the gratitude and triumph you
feel -- throw out a grappling hook into the fog and swirl of your
confusion, fear, anxiety, or dread. Throw out a grappling hook to
that which lies beyond the narrows even though you do not know
what is there.

>>6. Hooked to what is beyond: The Unknown, the Possible, the
Future. Pull yourself and allow yourself to be pulled through.
Pull and allow yourself to be pulled beyond the narrows to the
radiance and the beauty that lies there.

>>7. Receive what is revealed. Receive and allow it to be real
enough.

>>Remember: You are not alone. Even when you pretend that you are,
you are not alone. No matter how convincing or convinced you are
in your pretense, you are not alone. Your Higher Self, your Truer
More-Real Self, and your Soul and Spirit are with you.
God/Goddess/All That Is is always with you. We will be
with you, if you so desire. You are not alone; you are never
alone.

>>Beyond the narrows there is a call. A heroic voice, a lyrical
voice, the many voices that become one voice . . . each and all
are calling you from beyond the narrows: Come Home.

>>Oh, dear one, we do love you so. The narrows can be the
beginning of glorious change. That is why they frighten you so.
Yes, the constricting and debilitating nature of what MIGHT lie
beyond the narrows can frighten you. The expanding and the
liberating nature of what IS beyond the narrows does frighten
you more.

>>Many within the consensus, seemingly lost behind their masks and
tangled in their disguises, will be frightened in this time of
narrows. There will be many who will encourage them to seek the
simple way out: To turn away and to go to sleep. You do not have
to follow the consensus nor the advice given to it. You are a
mapmaker; you are a metaphysician. You are strong and you are with
vision.

>>You can stand up. You can stand tall. You can  rise above the
din of turmoil that so many call real; you can lift and be lifted
above the temptation to make your personal tumult too real.
Committed, through the narrows you can transcend. Beyond that
which you can comprehend, you can transcend.

>>In your transcendence you will make a new map. As you remove
more of your masks and disguises, you can make it possible for
others do to the same. You are as a vessel of Her Light. Allow
your radiance to stand against the darkness. Allow your love,
filled with gratitude and celebration, to triumph.

>>During these days of August-September we offer this technique:

>>1. Visualize yourself moving through what becomes a deep gorge.
In the midst of your travel, find a river or a lake this is your
travail. It is filled with your confusion and fear; it is filled
with some -- not all -- of the confusion and fear in the world. It
is filled with your anxiety and dread; it is filled with some --
not all -- of the anxiety and dread of the world.

>>2. The river or lake may reflect these as fury with raging
currents and crushing destructive waves. It may express these as a
deceptive and eerie stillness hiding the suffocating sludge and
the seeming inescapable quagmire.

>>3. At water's edge, toss out a hook on the end of a line. Let it
sink deep into this that you find in the narrows.

>>4. Reel in the grappling hook and see what lies beyond the
narrows. What treasure, what clue, what radiance, what beauty do
you find? Let it in. Let it be.

>>5. Use what you found to cross the river or lake safely with
elegance and ease. Reach the distant shores with grace. Reach the
distant shores and the safety of its ever-shifting sands. Reach
the distant shores and the bounty that waits for you there.
Experience.

>>6. Return, bringing the resonance and the insights with you.
Return.
