Q.  What short term effects will we feel from the recent collision of
the Shoemaker-Levy Comet with the planet Jupiter and how long will
these short term effects last?

A.  There are many effects, one of them which we would like to speak
about is, and you can feel this now.  We will open this space of
energy if you would like to tune in now to that area at the base of
the head and neck along the spinal column.  And just for a moment we
will sit in silence with you and ask that you bring your attention
very easily to this point. Then we will show you a bit and don't worry
if you are not getting it in pictures or words, but we will, in any
case, transmit this information to you in a moment of silence here.
So if you wish to turn off your tape recorder now, this would be fine
and we will tell you when to re-engage.

Whether or not you aware of any particular sensation is not
particularly important, what we want to speak about here is something
that is taking place and outwardly the manifestation was what has been
called this explosion.  This is quite similar to what is going on
inwardly in the human matrix now at this point at the back of the head
and neck.  There a dynamic of energy that is being triggered here by
this external event in the cosmos.  And what is taking place is an
acceleration here in the mental body, in the mind, in the brain stem
and in the physical head.

This is very interesting because as this pulse is accelerating , what
is happening is that which is called "critical mass."  And by this we
mean that the vibration of this transmission that is being
transmitted, is the best way we can say it, to your planet right now
in greater numbers since this event, is in greater amount and
frequency.  What is taking place here is the triggering of this point
in the human body.  This acceleration then creates what is called a
"dynamic of critical mass."  And inside the head will come from this
dynamic of critical mass, an explosion.  It might be felt that the
energy is becoming so powerful and so strong and so focused that there
is an explosion that takes place.

It is very similar in force and movement, but of course is felt in a
different magnitude inside the human body as it is in the cosmos. Now
it is interesting here because now what is happening is as this is
happening in the human body there is that explosion and there is that
increase of frequency.  What happens after the explosion is that this
frequency is brought to a higher level.  There is a shift.  The same
is true what has happened in the so called outer world here.  There
has been this tension of dynamic with this propulsion of this energy
towards that which you call Jupiter. And then there is this explosion
and this acceleration of frequency that creates a shift in the entire
energy system of the cosmos in this area.  It is that more and more
beings are learning that we are in no way separate from that which is
moving and shifting and dynamic around us.

So in terms of the effects, how long will they be felt, they be felt,
well you could not really put a time on it.  It is something that
these triggers are going off and off and off all of the time, more
beings are coming into this cycle of energy and are being triggered in
this area here at the brain stem.  So it is continuing to change and
will continue to change because each time more beings are taking that
energy on, coming to critical mass, and shifting, it creates a whole
another change of events and movements.  So there is no time when it
will stop.  It will continue and will add to the acceleration of
energies and frequencies that are effecting both the earth plane and
the human being on its path of transformation.


Q.  Where did the pieces of the Shoemaker-Levy Comet come from?

A.  This is an interesting question and what we are showing here is
what we would call to you an "implosion" from space.  Now on your
media it has been told to you that it has come from  a particular
source that is connected with your space projects.  But what we are
seeing at a source and essence level is something quite different.  If
we were to show you it would be coming from an energy source that is
in the process, in the cosmos, of imploding. A movement of energy that
is turning inside and out.  And from this bending and this folding in
space there is a projection of energy.

Now it may be so that what you call Shoemaker and these various
satellites and metallics and things that are in space, are caught into
that pull and are pushed around.  But that is not the source. The
source that is being told to you is not the true source of the energy
that is pushing these pieces of metal into planets and causing these
collisions and these expansions of energies and motions and frequency
movements.  It is from an implosion deep in space, and that which is
bending in your space and time field.

It is really rather interesting and it shows how these various
movements, these various projections out of time and space as it
begins to bend and move in a different way what is effected in the
cosmos is the result of that.  This is not the first nor the last time
that you will see propulsions of your metal substances hurling around
space because there is going to be a great deal more of bending and
shifting in the time and space field, that which has been called the
"continuum."  And indeed there is a great deal of movement and
relocation going on as this bend of time and space continues.


Q.  Would the source be from what is called the Planet Maldek?

A.  Maldek is one such energy source and system that has been since
the beginning of physical worlds, been involved with quite a lot of,
it's as though you would say it's gathering steam and propulsion.
There is a very strong force in Maldek that comes from the very center
and the core of this energy field which is how we perceive it to be an
energy field and an energy source.  There has been some involvement
here but not exclusively.

We would say that it is kind of a group effort and there are the
energies that are involved in Maldek and many other systems, the
Pleadies, Cirus, and many of the other systems that are in motion,
that are part of what you would call this aspect of the divine plan
and are assisting with creating this propulsion of force which moves
things around and creates these folds and bends in space and time.  So
not alone, but you are on the right track and it is interesting too,
if you are curios about this, for you to ask for assistance and
guidance and tune into these energies of these "force fields", that
you would call Maldek or the Pleadies or any of these known as outer
planets or a stellar systems and begin to sense the energy dynamics
and how they may differ from that of the earth plane.


Q.  Can you tell us about the group that is called "the Guardians of
the Core, or Guardians of Creation?"

A.  There are, as we were beginning to discuss with Maldek, there are
what you would call civilizations of beings, what we would see as
group energy focuses, that exist within the core of all planets of
consciousness.  Certainly there is a great deal of energy in those
that assist in the energy management and flows with in your earth
core.  It is not difficult to contact these beings if you are in any
way resonant with their work.

It is known that many are in various places that are called "points of
power."  Mount Shasta, for instance, is a place where there is a great
gathering of entities within the mountain structure there. They are a
part of what would be called, "the Guardians of the Core and the
"Workers of the Inner Earth."  There are many, many group energy
focuses and beings who come and go who are not in what you would call
physical form, that are within and around various points in your
earth.  There is quite a focus here in your physical area and it is
clear to us that you have a curiosity here for good reason.  We will
allow you to understand something of yourself.

And that is that it is possible for you to gain greater access
directly into a doorway, into a core sector that you are invited into.
Now you will have to discover this on your own, because the point from
here to there is quite interesting for you. But we would suggest that
you align with your higher self and that you, from your heart and from
your soul, ask to be guided to the point of entry into this core
sector which you are indeed welcome and which you can access
information from in terms of energy codings and direct data and
information.  Do you have any further questions of this?


Q.  Are you teasing me now or do you want to give me the name of this
group that I am to have access to?

A.  We are indeed what is called enticing you because we see a great
deal of excitement for you and a great opportunity that is quite
beautiful and that will allow you to expand in your work that you have
come to do.  So it might be like we would act as a parent to you and
pushing you out the door a little bit and giving you a gentle but firm
shove, as you say, because there is a little bit of the rational mind
pulling back and saying, "this is a little too far out for me and a
little too, maybe a bit wacky and I don't know if I can really do
this, if I really have the skills to get in there and journey into the
core of this Earth's sector.  And I don't know if I know how to do
that" is some of the doubts of the rational mind that are quite
developed.

Now so yes, in a sense we are teasing you and we are holding the
carrot right above hopeing that you will grab for it.  Now indeed, we
will not give you the name of these beings and entities.  This will be
found out to you on your journey and you may begin your journey at any
moment, for indeed you are prepared, indeed you have been given all
that you need to find your way back into, now this is a key, back into
a point in the core of the Earth which you have already come out of.
Now we will give you another little hint here and say that an aspect
of your multi-dimensional self, an aspect of your future self, is
involved with these entities in this particular core sector already.

Now the trick will be for you to connect through your meditations and
through your yearnings and through your prayer to this aspect of
yourself.  For in a very true sense, you are already there and you are
already doing a part of your Earth service in this, what you would
call, location, energetic location in the core.  All you have to do is
come together as though the train is pulling into the station and you
are welcoming a very old friend, which we will tell you indeed is that
aspect of you which is already holding this knowledge and waiting for
you to come and meet once again with that which you already know.  Now
this is not as complicated as we are making it sound.  It is quite
easy.  Much of it will come to you with your intention.  It will begin
to be prompted to you in what is called your sleep state.

And we would suggest this to you, as it is time for you to lay in the
sleep at night, that you clear your mind first of all distractions and
that you perhaps not have something so heavy in the system, like any
of the dairy or meat products, before the bed at least one hour, a
clearing before, even if your showering wight before the bed, a
general clearing of the body and a preparation to receive information
of a higher energy source and a higher frequency intent.  What will
happen is this will start to come to you and ask, before you are
sleeping each night, that your higher self and that aspect of your
multi-dimensional self come together with you and teach you and show
you your way back into and through this doorway.

Ask that it be so and this will be a way that you can being to
integrate this energy in a time when it is not perhaps so threatening
for you. And then follow your prompting, if you are prompted to drive
somewhere in particular and sit there in the earth for a while, if you
are prompted to pick up a stone that you see along your walk, whatever
it is.  If you are listening just a little more quietly when your are
outside, then follow these little hints and this will be your
preparation.  This is quite an exciting journey for you and we
encourage you to enjoy each step of the way.


Q.  Well let me say in that regard, these entities can reach me easier
than I can reach them so I'll invite them in the same way they invited
me.

A.  This is certainly true and when you are open to receive, by all
means, they have already been in your presence, in your energy field
and are already drawing much nearer to you.  So the time is indeed
coming closer for the next stage and the next phase of your
preparation.  For as things are accelerating in what is called your
outer world, so too are they accelerating in the inner world.

In other words, we are seeing a greater desire within human beings to
connect with their future self, with their higher self, to connect
with their soul and their mission and purpose in life.  And we are
seeing a greater speeding up in this and a greater yearning in people,
so this is indeed what we would say to you as you are on the right
track and this is very exciting for us to observe your movement closer
together with what would be called a very dear and a very close aspect
of your earth and beyond earth family.  And do not be surprised if the
energy of Maldek is showing up a bit more frequently in your curiosity
and in your energy field.

For we will say to you this, "that this particular group of entities
which are currently working with you in preparation and who are very
familiar to you as a multi-dimensional family, do indeed represent
sectors of the universe that are well beyond and inclusive of the
Earth.  So it is like there is a council from many energy sources and
from many sectors of the universe.  So you will greet once again
friends from what would be called the far reaches of the galaxy. And
this is quite interesting as well as we learn to expand and open our
hearts to a more multi-dimensional consciousness.  For this indeed is
one of the next steps for human evolution.


Q.  Do the entities called the "Guardians of the Core" live on a
certain planet in our solar system?

A.  They are in many fields, they are not strictly in one particular
planet.  In some areas there is what would be called a higher focus or
a higher stream of this particular consciousness, what you might see a
more beings in one place or another.  But they are indeed would be
called a race of beings which do quite a lot of traveling and movement
depending on the shifting going on in the overall grid work or matrix
that effects all of the planets in the system.

So no, they are not ones that stay in one place longer than they are
finding it necessary for their energy focus to be there, to assist for
stabilization or the direction of a new flow or stream of energy.
There is quite a lot of movement in this group and at the same time
there is a lot of cohesiveness.  They work very much in harmony and
this is one of their primary focuses to create a greater flow of
harmony and balance within any given system.  That is why they move
quite a lot wherever the need is because this is as we said, a great
focal point for them to create that balance as things continue to
shift.


Q.  Are they involved with the planet that is known as the Eleventh
Planet?

A.   There is at this time what we are seeing and what would be called
around the sphere. If you were to see something as a sphere, around
the external perimeters of the sphere, there is a great focus of this
energy.  Then we would also see that there is a great movement in
through the center.  So yes, at this time there is a lot of energy
focused in this way, both directly inwardly working with the core,
creating an opening there and a stabilization, what you might an
anchoring and a central focus around the external fields of the
sphere.


Q.  What was the effect of the "Guardians of the Core" and what effect
did that have on the impacting of the Shoemaker Levy Comet on, in
other works what was the purpose of that impact?

A.   The purpose of the impact is to create a shift in the dynamic of
the energy which creates a greater opening in the field. Whenever
there is what is termed an explosion in any mass or any body of matter
or energy, there is a shift in the dynamic that can pass through that
field and this created a great opening in the energy field.  It served
quite a fantastic purpose from our perspective because to look upon
something that once held rather tightly and has literally been blown
open in various points along that mass, along the focal point of that
mass, there has created a greater flow, not only in between and
through, but along the, what you would call, the perimeters.

So there is always a great purpose to that which is shifting and
changing and in this time many things are changing shape to allow a
greater flow of energy to pass through and move around.  Now that
which you call the "Guardians of the Core" and their involvement here
would be seen like a meeting and a stabilizing the outward, what you
would call, a boundary, although it is not really a boundary as you
see a boundary.

There have been points set in the outward fields of this particular
energy stream called Jupiter.  And they have held the space so that
the energy first stabilizes as it moves out to a point. And then it
will continue to expand that boundary to allow that energy to move and
infiltrate beyond those original points or boundaries.  So their
involvement was very great here but not in what you would call, what
many see as stopping an event from happening.  No, that is not the
purpose.  The purpose is to create a greater opening for that energy
to flow and shift and for the dynamic to be changed.


Q.  Will the planet called the Eleventh Planet break up in the future
and have some effect on us here on earth?

A.  What is taking place now is a focus of energy on that which is
referred to as the axis shift.  This, what you call the Eleventh
Planet, is involved at this current time frame in creating a movement
from that which was what you call counter-clockwise to that which is
creating an axis shift and a rotation of a counter-clockwise movement.
If you were to look at the Eleventh Planet and imagine that it was in
a sphere, you would see the energy moving this way and then coming to
a point of hanging upside down.  And this indeed effects the planet
Earth because it is creating a shift of energy that is intensifying
around the equator.

There is a greater focus at this time of the increase of energy
magnitude around the equator and points outward on that same line of
energy, on that same energy grid work.  Now, this is assisting in the
movement of what is experienced also on earth of a turning upside
down.  This is what is taking place in the energy field, literally a
shift of the axis and a moving upside down, where people are beginning
to experience that when they are feeling that things are falling apart
in their life, that they are being turned upside down and shaken or
the term "topsy-turvy" that things that were up are coming down and
vice versa.

And this is very much what is taking place in the energy field.
Although it is happening gradually, there is a great deal of energy
that is focused from what you would call the Eleventh Planet.  It is
as though Earth will learn to mimic this movement and rotation of the
energy called the Eleventh Planet.  And it will help as their is a
realignment and a restabilization in the grid work fields to create
what we term as the new world dimension.


Q.  Can you tell us about "parallel universes" and the effect on our
planet or the effect of our planet on the "parallel universes?"

A.  What is taking place here is a coming together of time frames.
Many are having experiences of themselves in a parallel universe or
are hearing more of their future self or their past self.  And there
is a great curiosity to meet one's past self or to project one's
energy into the future and to meet one's future self. There is a
tendency, a desire that is propelling all what you would call
individual entities into a state of reunification with all aspects of
themself.

As each individual moves towards individual reunification, this then
creates that energy pull and what would be known as "outer time
frames" or "outer space" will be coming together and this is what we
were referring to earlier in the folding and the implosion in space
and time fields.  This is what is taking place within the human
physical body, there is an implosion and a turning in and a turning
out.  That is why many people are feeling such chaos because literally
they are being bent and folded into time and space.

Now parallel realities and parallel universes are coming together just
as ones individual perspective of the parallel life and the other
cells are coming together.  There is a great merging taking place here
with that which has been held as a separate focus, which that which
has been veiled with a separate reality, with parallels involved in
it. So this is indeed a great part of the divine plan that, as the
human being evolves and gathers back all aspects of itself and comes
into wholeness, this then sets the stage for that physical matter that
which is involved also in the creation of time and space in matter
coming back together, going through this folding-in process where then
you will see, it will not be the same what you now call an experience
as parallel reality.  There will be the opportunity for entities to
jump realities or jump dimensions and move beyond that which seen
currently as a parallel reality. But they will not exist in the same
way, the energy format will be quite different.


Q.  Do we then see one side of God in our universe and then the other
side of God in the parallel universe?

A.  What will take place then is a much greater ability to merge with
the unified essence of that which is God.  Now this, in current format
for humans, is quite difficult.  They may experience fragments or what
we would see as a strands of that which is called the God energy or
the true oneness of the creator.  But as the humans go through this
merging of the parallel reality and of the parallels and
fragmentations within their own experience of self, as this is brought
together with an received greater clarification, they will be, through
that process of clarification and purification of the individual
energy, a greater refinement.

And with that refinement, a greater sense of the wholeness of that
which is called God.  It will be more an experience of one's self
centered in that point of reference of oneness.  Now this is very
different because for you now, there is generally the point of
reference that I am here and God is over there.  There is that
separation still that takes place, not truly an experience of I am
that I am, I am within the oneness of God, I am a spark and a
refection of that oneness.  This will be more your experience as these
parallels and fragmentations are merged and harmonized.


Q.  When will this merging or folding of the universes be completed,
in how many years, or in what time frame?

A.  There is no set time for this because it is, and this a little
tricky here, on one aspect we will tell you that it has already been
completed, in the future, it is done.  But in the same aspect we will
say to you that it is open-ended and it is up to that which we see as
the intention of each individual.  As each individual aligns with the
higher will and the will of the divine within them, there is a great
movement of light, what we are showing her here is a, it is almost an
upper perspective of a complete gridwork where all the points of light
are coming together and there is a great gathering of the light.

Now when this happens, this is what might be experienced as a mass
ascension, a lifting up, and upliftment of the dimensional energy,
that which has been explained as the movement of Earth from third
dimensional energy up into the realms of fourth and fifth dimensional
energy.  And this is really what you are moving towards now, that
reunification of light, moving out of, and healing, your ideas of
separation from source and from each other.  So it entirely up to all
involved in this project, all who have agreed to come here at this
time on the planet and to use their light for the highest good that
this may be reached.

So many have projected specific time frames, and in a sense you may
use that as a frame of reference, but we would ask you not to hold to
it because then there becomes a delineation of energy when actually
what is happening is a letting go of that boundary.  Many have said
the year 2012, and we would not be opposed to stating this again as a
time in your time frame when there is a great shift of energy taking
place.  Now, all who are hearing that deeper call now, who are feeling
a greater sense of purpose to align with the spirit of God and to
allow their lives to be directed by this force, so that they may use
their light for the fullest.

This call is indeed intensifying.  And many are feeling a greater
desire to use their light completely as they are capable of. But we
would think that it would really just act as an incentive to give
dates.  But it is important and we always remind all that each moment
can be embraced as a part of the path of human evolution and the more
conscious you are on this path, the greater effect your light has.


Q.  Are you saying then that the unfolding can happen on an individual
basis and not necessarily a group basis?

A.  It is already happening on both bases. It is already taking place
within all individuals, conscious or not.  It is already taking place
in the group energy of the earth plane, both within what would be
called the mass consciousness of the human being and the consciousness
of the Earth plane itself.  It is already unfolding and this
unfoldment is indeed accelerating.  So it is ongoing.

It would be difficult for us to say when it started and when it shall
end, for we do not see it that way. We see it as a continuing flow and
expansion and movement of energy so it is not something which we would
delineate to you in a line from here to there.  This is not the way
that we observe this energy movement or the unfoldment.  Indeed this
is what you are moving beyond, this type of linear and polarity
orientation.  So it is indeed taking place, it has been taking place
since the beginning of your time and it will continue to unfold with
greater and greater magnitude of light and greater effect beyond time,
indeed beyond space.


Q.  Is this also then what is known as the ascension?

A.  It is what many are calling the ascension and ascension is quite a
good word.  We use both ascension and upliftment because this is the
feeling of energy, a lifting up.  And this is exactly what is taking
place, a cohesiveness in that which is felt, the individual light and
a coming together, almost at a point, as though all beings are
climbing the same mountain and coming up the point where they can see
as one.

When this critical mass is achieved, many may still be on their way up
the mountain, but there will be that unified focal point in the heart
of the many.  The one will have, how do you say, awaken into the heart
of many, many and the focus will shift to that of a unified purpose.
When this has taken place and as we have said, it is already
accelerating, then, what is called ascension, there will be felt more
of that great upliftment.  Many are feeling it already. They are
feeling that upliftment in their individual lives and on the group
energy.  But it will continue to become more dramatic as more and more
focus with greater intensity on the brilliance of their life and of
the contribution and the unique aspects of spirit that they have come
to express and to embody in the physical form.


Q.  So this will be a spiritual catching up or rapture if you will?

A.  That is a good way to describe it.  Rapture gives us the feeling
of wave of movement and motion of coming together and of a singing of
the spiritual heart within the physical body.  Now we stress that
because in times in the human focus there has been a kind of an either
/ or, you are either living in your physical body or you are living as
a spiritual being.  And now the challenge of, we would the challenge
of all at this point on their evolutionary path, is to realize that
they are both the harmonic blending and the creation of God as a
physical being as that which is spirit manifests within physical form.

And this is the great learning that is taking place here now when
there is spirit embodied and awakened within the physical form, there
is a natural rapture as you say, a nature movement into oneness where
the upliftment is becoming more clear and conscious. Many then would
be aware of themself as what would be called an Ascended Master,
walking the Earth plane and being fully awake and having the veil
completely removed and being aware that they are truly in alignment
with the will of God.  And expressing that and manifesting as their
very breath.


Q.  Can I then presume that at the ascension we will have the
spiritual catching up and also, through the cellular transformation,
will have the physical catching up of the body?

A.  That is precisely correct.  One lends to the other, the energy of
that which called the soul, the spirit awakening within the physical
body creates that higher vibration within the cells. The cells then,
if you will, teach the physical mass how to hold more light, how to
create a house for the soul and for that coming together, that
marriage and harmony of the physical body living as a vehicle for the
soul, fully awakened.   Then what you are seeing is, and we are seeing
it beautifully from our perspective, a thinning of the veil.  There is
no more a need for the veil that has been brought in with the birth of
the physical being.

Then so it is many things taking place at once.  A thinning of the
veil, a preparation of the body through that cellular transformation
and that holding of the light of the soul.  And then this effect
within the individual creates that outward radiance of this energy of
truth of the divine truth within the physical.  And then it is almost
like popcorn, or that effect of one hitting up against the other and
everything is becoming very dynamic and explosive.  And this is what
you are seeing that is catching on with beings who are holding the
light in their physical bodies.


Q.  Do you mean a thinning of the veil of death?

A. Of the illusion that one does die, correct.


Q.  And so if one isn't attuned to this and doesn't, so to speak, go
with the flow, then one has no option other than the illusion of the
actual death?

A.  They would continue to, what we call, play the game of death. Yes,
it would be, they would be manifesting their life through that vein of
illusion and they would continue on that cycle until they came to a
point where they prepared then to move beyond the veil and prepared
then to let go of the illusion of death. Beings will continue to play
the game of death and the game of limitation because it is what feels
safe and comfortable.  It is what their belief system projects and it
is how their body responds to that projection.  And this is truly to
be held in the hearts of all with understanding and compassion.
Because many will continue to play out the dramatic effects of getting
old and aging and dying.  And this will serve much teaching.


Q.  So then I presume what we are going to learn is what the great
masters of the past, and in particular Jesus, learned?

A.  And much more quickly.  This will be quite a challenge. It has
already been a challenge and it will continue to increase because we
there will be the great lessons of all the masters.  And that there
will be the challenge to stay open in the heart and experiencing and
expressing the divine love that the master Jesus has taught so well.
And each of the masters brought with them that quality of love. And
this is what is what be the challenge for all, whether they choose to
stay into the time of ascension or move on.

It will be the challenge primarily of remaining open in the heart and
understanding what it is to experience divine love and to act as a
being in alignment with the divine will, letting go.  There will be a
bit more battling in the ego as much of this is being let go.  Then
sometimes even the physical body fights back a little bit but all will
be coming into harmony when the focus is particularly centered in the
heart, in that space through which divine love may expand and
encompass all.


Q.  And I presume that this acceleration will happen during this
period we call the tribulation coming up?

A.  With increased acceleration, you can be sure.


Q.  We just have a couple more minutes before we take a break, can you
give me any closing thoughts, advice or hints that would be helpful?

A.  We would say then to connect on a regular basis with that which is
felt to you deeply within your heart as the energy of your soul, your
higher self.  Now there is your higher self is working with you even
as we are here now with that which is your crown center.  It is time
for you now to allow this to open here in the crown center so that the
energy of the higher realms may begin to come in with greater
precision into the body and to ground into the earth.

For we will give you another hint here and this is when you are
centered, opening to receive from the higher realms, focus in the
heart so this energy is integrating all through the body. You are not
tipping over from having too much of the spiritual energy and no
physical energy nor are you closing off the spiritual centers and
living in the lower part of the body.

There is this movement, this flow. And now the hint is this, as your
are practicing this flow and integrating this energy that comes in
from the open crown center, grounding into the earth, being aware of
the physical body as its holding greater light, then you will see a
greater, many will use the word, contact, from your friends from what
you have called the earth core, and they are already very excited
about your reunion.  And when they see that you have been doing your
homework, will they will be knocking at the door from the other side
with a little greater persistence. They will be calling over and you
might even be hearing these stirrings as you rest in the evening.

But this is the next stage of your preparation and indeed it is time
for you to begin to focus consistently, whether it is each time during
your quiet time of the day, or the evening whichever is the time you
are feeling at peace and have silence.  And in calling in your soul,
your higher self, to awaken through the heart center, you can use
visualization if you have tapes, whatever it is you like to help you
imagine and to feel, not to keep it just in the head, but to feel the
opening of the crown center.

We have given you the visualization this evening of imagining this
energy as a cylinder and don't get so tight where the energy is a
little tiny cylinder, smaller than your body.  Let it rally come where
it is going to come and don"t put a picture on how big or how small
it's going to be.  But allow your energy to focus on this cylinder.
And then you might imagine these discs, imagine they are spinning this
way or in this way, whichever you allow them to spin through your
conscious awareness of it, fickle as it will.  And you might imagine
each of your energy systems as disks that are spinning and then play
with this. They may all be going like this and what you are wanting to
do is to feel this movement together of the disks.

What is happening here is a resonance, is a harmony and light is
flowing very easily on the surface like a fountain when that spinning
is in harmony.  So now, just imagine that you can see your energy
system flowing in that cylinder of light, in that radiance and from
that very base, even at where your feet are, you can feel that disc
moving. And then keep going up. You might see twelve of them there and
this would be very exciting.

Another hint for you to look for maybe more beyond the seven and just
to stay open to shifts and changes, to stay very present and very
aware and not to get too far ahead of yourself now that we have
enticed you with what is around the next bend.  You are doing perfect
on your path and we would say that to all present here in the room, to
trust and know that, that which you are currently led to, is a perfect
unfolding of your spiritual awakening within the physical vehicle.  It
is most important, to each moment that you are catching yourself in
judgment, to then release that judgment and feel the love that is
underneath it.  For the love is the healing force that will beep you
move beyond all boundaries of limitation and pain.


Q.  Can you give a good explanation of the difference between Mother's
Love and Father's Love, or as some call it, "the two hands of God?"

A. In the dimension that you are in, there is a orientation of
polarity of that which is called left and right, and male and female.
So it is quite helpful for you to begin to sense what you call the
difference.  And what we see as merely movements of energies that are
involved in a harmonic dance.  It is quite different from our
perspective and if we were to describe those terminologies to you, we
would have a lot less boundary and definition.  Because truly we see
it as a dance and there is not such a delineation of terms from our
perspective.

From your perspective, what you are feeling as Mother or the feminine
energy is what many are getting in touch with now.  And that may be
described in terms of "essence".  By essence we mean the deeper sense,
the deeper signature of that energy flow, of that stream of universal
consciousness.  Now as you are tuning into that essence, as you are
joining that flow and that stream, you might feel that Mother, that
feminine energy as receptive as that which is a very soft flow of
love.

And it is quite interesting for you to move deeply into that flow,
into that stream and to experience that energy by being connected with
it.  Not just from the mind as it is often spoken about, the feminine
energy, or the right or left hand of God.  Often this is done from the
mind and we are encouraging the beings to go further into and enter
that flow through meditation and through their intention, enter that
flow and access that feeling.

Now, for you that would be a letting go, a moving into the space and
feeling the essence of love as it flows through your body from that
perspective.  That softness and that feeling of warmth and tenderness.
Now the same is true on what is termed the masculine energy or the
male aspects of God.  Now we would sense that there would be a similar
movement into that stream of consciousness and you would even feel a
shift of energy.  This is quite interesting and one of the reasons you
are engaged in polarity because there is an interesting awareness that
comes when you learn to feel a shift as energy flows.

Now as you are in that male stream of energy, that which has been
called the masculine aspects or the Father aspects of God, you might
feel a different energy signature, one where there is quite a lot of
motion and what we would term a different force of that power of God.
You might feel that it is a little more "amped-up" and you might also
feel that it is an outward flowing motion whereas there is the sense
in the feminine Mother of an inward flowing motion.

And as you experience both energies we encourage you to find the
rhythm of the dance, for here you are learning to both experience
polarity and to move beyond it.  And this is quite important because
indeed you are in the time of transformation when you are moving from
a dimension of polarity and separation, that is believed to be
separate, and you are moving into finding the greater rhythm and the
dance and the harmony between all streams of energy.  So play with
this a bit and open yourself up to experience these essences of energy
for indeed that is the very source and core of these flows.


Q.  Do you have any words that I can pass on to a friend in ______
named ________?

A. One moment, please.  When we are observing this friend of yours and
we look at their energy signature, what we are seeing is a broad
scanning in what we would refer to as static in the field. This we
have received a bit of information from you before about this and it
seems that there is quite a bit of information coming to this being
from many sources.  Is this correct?


Q. That's correct.

A. And, it is manifesting as what we would call a static in his energy
field.  When we scan and observe his overall energy, what many have
called the auric field, we see that on the horizontal lines
particularly, there is quite a lot of static up and down and that the
energy that he is receiving vertically from various sources is not
integrating.  There is a unsettling in his energy field because it is
that too much information is coming in and there is not enough time in
between this accessing where he is settling into and digesting and
integrating the information he has already received.

And this is causing what we view as a disturbance in the field or an
imbalance in the horizontal flow of his energy matrix.  It would be
recommended if you were to pass along advice to him from us that he
would take more time in the integration process before he continues to
open himself vertically.  And what we would mean vertically is
classically known as "receiving information from higher sources,"
information what would be called spiritual energy coming in from the
crown center along the spine and then this energy tends to move
outward.  With this particular being, what is happening is the energy
is coming in, but there is not enough of the grounding at the base of
the energy system in the physical body and it is creating an
inconsistent flow in that which we have referred to as the horizontal
movement of his energy gridwork.

We would suggest in practical terms that he spends more time with what
is known as "centering or grounding exercises," breath work would be
helpful for this being and also a type of what you might call a deeper
silence or a deeper meditation where he can find a flow and a place to
integrate the information that he has already taken in before he gets
himself back out there and, opens up again to another flow of energy
and information.  You might say that all of this different streams of
energy is "wacking him out" a little bit and creating  kind of a
"topsy turvy" effect in his energy.  It is wise that he takes another
look at the way he accesses information and begins to find greater
balance with more attention on the integration of what has already
been received and working more deeply with that information.


Q. Do you have any words that I can pass on to a friend named _______
in ____________?

A.  One moment, please.  What we are seeing here with this particular
being is different and similar to what we were just referring to.  If
we were to describe it to you it would look something like this, the
energy, a very large opening at the cone of the top and a very small
funnel at the bottom.  Now this is happening with quite a few people
as they get very excited on their spiritual path.  They open very
greatly in the upper centers, in the crown center, in the third eye
and particularly the throat center.  Then what happens is a type of
narrowing at the heart and further down with the lower centers.

The physical body is getting a little bit squeezed with all of this
energy coming in from the higher centers and from the higher realms.
And what is happening is a top, like a top that is gaining a great
deal of movement and then there is, it's not going all the way
through.  And we see this quite a lot with people is that they are
very excited and opening very wide at the top and then there is this
closing down from the heart down to the lower centers of the body.
This type of energy management or a lack of energy management as we
would refer to it is as we have said, common in these times.

But, it is very important that beings are made aware of the lower
centers of the base of the spine where the body is grounded here in
the physical plane.  And it is very important in these times because
the energy that is coming in through upper centers is a very refined
and very high energy.  And as we have spoken with you before, the
electromagnetic content is quite a bit higher than what has previously
been channeled in.

Therefore it is even more important that this energy be taken all the
way through the physical body and not, sort of stopped up, here at the
top, all the way through the base of the spine and really connected
into the earth.  In this way there is a grater channel that is opened
between the higher realms and the earth plane.  And what you are
seeing then instead of a lot of tipping over, and a lot of
irregularity in the energy flow, what you will get then with this
grounding, is really that which you would see as a cylinder. And this
image which you have of a cylinder is quite a lot more stable than
what we are seeing here in a lot of beings with this very narrow
bottom and who are likely to have what feels like a tipping over  from
side to side.

Now if we were to give a recommendation to this particular being, we
would recommend to him what we are recommending to many, a larger
intake of water in the body and a much greater connection with the
earth, particularly becoming aware of the base of the spine, that
which is known as the first chakra center.  And you might even have
him visualize his energy system, his body, working as a column of
light and a series of discs that are moving in harmony instead of so
much energy on top and a little bit of constriction on the bottom.

Imagine then that at the base of the spine there is an energy that is
moving counter-clockwise on the disc.  This is quite fun to do and you
can use this in your meditation to imagine that your whole body is a
column of light and along your spine at each chakra there are discs
that are moving in harmony on a counter-clockwise motion. For this is
truly the shift that is taking place in the energy field now.  This
would be quite a good visualization for him to work with as well as
many of the others that are coming in contact with you with imbalances
in the energy systems.


Q. Do you have any more words that we can pass onto a friend named
___________ in __________?

A.  On moment, please.  What we are seeing here is what we would refer
to as a, we would use the word, conflict, between the emotional body
and the mental energy system.  It is almost as thought there is a lot
to be worked out here between what the mind is telling the emotions
and what the emotions are needing to express in order to clear.  With
this being there is quite a lot of clearing and clarification and
purification that needs to take place in the emotional energy body and
the mind is having a little struggle here with allowing that to be so.
Because there is a lot of rigidity in the mental body, that is held in
the mental body, that says that it is not OK to express the emotions
in the way that they are needing to flow in order to create a
clarification and a purification of light.

So what we are seeing here is a need for what we would call relaxation
into the process of clearing and cleansing allowing that which is
manifesting to be.  And understanding the greater purpose that is
taking place.  Now this is something again that many are going
through, they are fighting with their mind to hold back that which the
emotional body must release in order to move to the next level of
transformation.  And what we see here is unless there is a loving
place set for one's self to release these emotions, what we are seeing
is more of a burst of what have been termed, "unacceptable emotions."
And then there is judgement again from the mind and then this gets
back into that whole cycle of judgment and criticism.

Now what we would recommend for this being is to visualize and ask for
assistance from the soul and the higher self to feel that great space,
that great body of love, that is within and around.  And tuning into
that energy of divine love.  And then from this space beginning to
allow the emotions to move outward.  There is a bit of restrictiveness
in the emotional body, a tightness that is being held with that which
needs to be released.  It is very important to move into that place of
love and allow the flow.

Now this may manifest in what some experience as a "deep weeping" and
a very deep crying.  What this does on an energetic level is shake up
that energy that has been held in the physical body.   And it is quite
a good clearing process so we would say to allow whatever is necessary
to manifest that release in the emotional body and to let the mind go
so that there is not that judgement in conflict.  Indeed to feel the
love that is present for that healing to take place.


Q.  One last question, don't our friends you spoke about think I have
been doing my homework for the last twenty four years?

A.  Indeed they have, but it is like they are calling from the other
side, and as we have done this evening, giving you a little bit of a
push.  It is quite easy when you are in the human vehicle to become,
what has been termed, I guess, complacent, or comfortable, is an easy
term.  Although you have been doing quite a lot of homework, we would
say that all beings can tolerate a bit of a stretch beyond their
comfort zone, beyond that place where they say all that is a little
too much for me, I'm going to sit down right now and watch the
television and forget it all.

Now all beings are pushed a little to stretch, just a little further
than they think they are capable of stretching. So indeed they are
very pleased with what you have been doing and are still knocking at
the door from the other side. And we would say you are as close as you
need to be, and it is important to continue with each step of the
journey without trying to leap over the next important stages.
