*** NOTICE ***

This has been a rather pensive month for me and the last couple of weeks
have been especially thought provoking.  I feel that Center of Attention
has a lot to do with my own personal process toward enlightenment, and it
is my hope to include you in my process in such a way that find some
guidance along the way. As I have mentioned in the past, I do not claim
to be a channeler or psychic, yet.  However, I do believe my higher-self
has its way of getting messages to me that cause me to ponder and
evaluate my often pragmatic positions. Therefore, at the risk of being
mystical I present to you some feature articles with the intention of
provoking thought.  I'll let you make of them what you will.

Mistakes Were Made! By Jason Dunlap

Once upon a time there was a group of beings that believed everything
they saw before them was of their own creation and did not believe in
God.  They believed themselves capable of creating a better reality if
they would just pay attention to details.  They reached a point where
they were immortal and could travel through  time and space.  One day,
someone went far into the future and discovered something that they
didn't like, and they knew it would never get any better.  They returned
to what was the present time reference and held a meeting with everyone,
in order to determine what to do.  They all decided it was best to go
back in time to a point where things went wrong and fix it.  The trouble
was, everybody had a different opinion about what to change in order to
make the future better.  So, having free-will and all, everyone went back
into the past and did what they thought was right until there were so
many time lines that nobody could figure it out, and the future looked
bleaker than ever.

Finally, someone decided to go way back in time where no one had gone
before -- to the beginning.  When he arrived, he saw himself in a large
group of people saying, "There is no God. Reality is created by our
thoughts.  We are Gods.  All we have to do is imagine it the way we want
it and it shall be so!"

Knowing what to do, he went even further back in time, before the
beginning, and changed a few things so that he never said those fateful
words, and God became apparent to everyone ............ forever.

Where's a Dependable Reference?

In Barbara Marciniak's book, "Earth", she mentions how the Pleaidians are
here to correct mistakes they made millennia ago, in order to create an
unlimited future for themselves, as well as us.  Frankly, it sounds like
they took a look at their future and discovered some problems.  Now they
are here to fix things. Can we be sure they know what they're doing?  How
could we?

Many times I have been admonished to "get off" my linear time concept
because it distorts things.  When I have complained that the ETs don't
seem to be able to give us a reliable schedule of events, again, I've
been told that I see things in 3D and they don't.  I'm told the problem
is not with them, but it is with us.  I'm confused!  "They" seem to be
telling me that the Mayan calendar is superior to the Gregorian calendar,
that "event oriented time" is the way things are, not linear time, and
that Galactic Time is necessary for us to understand and so on and so on.
Yet, as smart as I am, I don't get it.  It seems that they are having a
problem with dealing with us because we use linear time and want us to
change.  Couldn't that mean that we have a way of doing things that is
superior to their way and they can't understand it so they want us to
change.  What makes Galactic Time superior?

Event Oriented and Spirit Guided Time Concept or What's Wrong with this
Picture?

"All right men, this is a serious mission.  We are the last hope and we
must succeed!", said the burley Major Johnson as he secured his weapons
and special commando gear.  "Here's the plan.  Jones goes in first and
sets the charges while Smith and Burns enter the compound and take out
the guards.  Five minutes later the charges go off and all hell breaks
loose!  Phillips and Zachary will go in during the confusion and get the
prisoners and we're out of here!.  Now listen men, we're all here to
follow our inner voice and wait for events to unfold before you make your
move.  If you don't feeeel like moving, then things will wait for you,
(except the dynamite of course). When all hell breaks loose, don't let
the excitement upset you. If you get scared, well just go with the flow
and follow your heart.  Timing is not important.  What is important is
that we all have a good time, and let events move as God wills it. Okay?"

"Uh, sir?" questions young private Bonehead, "Shouldn't we synchronize
our watches?"

"What's wrong with you Bonehead!  We're on Galactic Time, are you still
using one of those antiquated 12:60 time-pieces! Geez!  Where do they get
these guys?"

Reality Check

If I stopped doing things my way and everybody else didn't do it their
way, what way would things get done?  How would it work out and what
impulse would you follow?  What would be left to lead us?  If everybody
waits to be moved by something other than themselves, would we discover
there is "another" source of motivation, or would we just all stand
around? Remember

Do you remember your Ascension?  Perhaps if we started before that, say,
ten years or more.  That would bring us to about now.

Now, start remembering.  And so, your future unfolds.  In the remembering
you will see things you may want to change.

There.....  that's better.  Remember them differently and your Ascension
goes smoothly.

Perhaps you'd like to remember it again?  Maybe you'll remember it again
and again.... just the way you want it, until one day you'll remember it
the way it actually was.  So....... from now until you Ascend.....  tell
me how it will happen.  Do you want to change anything?

To the Point

What with all the ETs hanging around with their various agendas and
inspiring rhetoric it is important to grasp what the point is.  Humanity
is being led, directed, and inspired to move into a new age of
enlightenment that promises to free us from the bonds of 3D reality,
confusion, and limitation.  Surely such growth doesn't depend, but is
only enhanced by, the presence of our space brothers and sisters.  I know
that I put a lot of emphasis on validating the reality of divine
intervention and extra-terrestrial landings.  However, let us not lose
sight of the fact that we must create spiritual growth within ourselves
in spite of what is going on around us.  That is the challenge. The
pressure to remain connected with the status quo is immense, yet some how
I believe we must find a way to handle our necessary daily lives and
still focus our attention on personal growth that will allow us to rise
above and transcend the hectic pace of this civilization.  Meditations,
reading inspiring books, getting away, and meeting with like-minded
friends is essential to this growth.  Let us not miss the point.  You
want to become more spiritual and have spiritual experiences.  Do
something about it.  Surely, there is something you can do.

Scalar Update:  Many have responded regarding the recent scalar articles.
You are not forgotten, but much is happening and information is pouring
in.  There are a few problems with presenting this information so I must
put it off till next newsletter.  We have made several working units, but
documenting the information will take a little longer.  The plan is to
offer information and plans for making your own units. Meanwhile, I am
working on developing a way to produce coils that you can buy for less
than $300.  Presently, the process is very labor intensive and I intend
to solve that.  After that, we will compile a lot of information into an
"Experimenters Handbook" that will sell for about $10.  So, hang in
there!

Seeing and Believing by Mary Lynn

I believe that a big part of our Work is to develop Eyes that See and
Ears that Hear...on the Inner Planes...inside ourselves. As we develop
Inner Vision we will be able to See an expanded Reality...the
interdimensional Reality of worlds within worlds that exist within us and
around us in every moment. The Masters are waiting for us to be able to
see what is right in front of us...they are waiting for us to Master the
use of Time, Space and Energy so that we can move beyond the 'illusions'
of the 3D world and begin to experience our True Multi-Dimensional Selves
and the True Multi-Dimensional Universe.

Some people can See crystal cities that exist above and beside our 3D
world. Some people can See Spirit Beings. Some people see auras. Some
people see spacecraft...at Mt. Shasta and beyond. I have not yet
developed that Full Seeing Gift in mySelf. Perhaps I haven't deeply
enough Opened my belief to that Seeing...even though I write to you here
that I Feel like I totally believe it. Perhaps I need to raise my
Vibration more and stay in that Vibration more consistently. I definitely
believe that I need to develop more Inner Peace...so that no matter what
is happening I remain centered in mySelf and in a State of Love.

I believe that as I raise my Vibration and deepen my belief...my
Faith...my Trust...that I will begin to See...Beings of all shapes and
sizes...spacecraft...other worlds...the Real Sky...Crystal cities...ley
lines...auras...other electronic patterns and much that I can't even
imagine yet.

I also believe that we are all given different Gifts...for the purpose of
our personal Spiritual development. For example, I can Feel Energy more
and more. I can sense Energy. I am becoming more and more Clairvoyant
(clear Seeing) with a sense of Knowingness even though I don't "see
pictures" the way some others do. Part of my Work is to believe without
Seeing...and to believe in what I can See and what I can Feel...the way
that I 'See' it and Feel it...until I have developed mySelf more...moved
into greater Self Mastery.

I have developed this ability to Feel Energy through the channeling and
channeling facilitation work that I've done for the past 2 1/2 years. I
have been "Being in the Energy" for hours every day. You can "Be in the
Energy" any way that you choose. There are thousands of paths to
God/dess...to Divine Connection. Whatever Spiritual Practice attracts
you...that is your path. Just do it...Be it...Become it... Become your
Fullest Self...Now.

You are needed. You Know you have chosen to be part of this Great Work
and your Time has Come to step forward into your Fullest Self...so that
you can lead and teach others. Awaken into your True Joyous Self. Rejoice
in the Gifts you do have...and Open yourSelf to All that is possible. As
Jesus said..."you will do what I did and more". You are the Wayshowers
now. You are meant to Work with the Light...to use that Light that
Radiates from within you to activate/awaken All with whom you come in
contact every moment of every day.

You Know that this Work isn't just about giving workshops or publishing
something or giving Bodywork or teaching a class ...whatever your

Spiritual outreach is...although that is a way to reach greater numbers
and be in the Energy at the same time. This Work is about continuing to
Work on You...to do the personal growth Work to Open to the Real
You...the True Self...that is a BeautiFull Electronic Pattern capable of
Radiating Bliss and Blazing Light to All Beings on All Planes in All
Dimensions...to All That Is. Was and Ever Shall Be.

I believe that we "received our instructions" in The Celestine Prophecy
Our instructions are to learn to Work with Energy...to Be in the Energy
as much as possible...to learn to See it and Feel it and use it for the
Highest Good.

Our Inner Vision and Inner Reception can be developed by raising our
Vibration...raising our Frequency...which will allow us to expand our
Consciousness and Connect with the Consciousness of All That Is. As we
Connect and Expand we will begin to be able to See and Hear that which is
Truly before us.

I believe that we are heard...in every moment. I believe that anyone who
has the Conscious Intention of Awakening is totally supported in that
Awakening...whatever form it may take. It may not always Look to us like
we are supported or heard. We need to ask ourSelves..."What is it that I
cannot yet See or Hear or Understand?"...How can I further raise my
Vibration and Expand my Consciousness so that I can See, Hear and
Understand more? And we need to have Compassion for ourSelves and others
in this process.

Raise your Vibration with any combination of ingredients that works for
you...raw foods, channeling, yoga, hugging, Positive Thought Creation,
singing, laughing, dancing, walking, breathing, journaling, dreaming,
meditating, firewalking, massage, swimming, Being, gardening, Tai Chi,
appreciating, Creating, thanking, reading inspired writing, writing
inspired writing...you Know what to do for You. Work in Concert with
Nature as you unfold your Wings...let Mother Earth guide you to be with
HerSelf and YourSelf more Fully...as you Create a Now-Future that
Connects with...is ali~ned with...your Highest Self and God/dess.

See, Hear and Believe in You. You Are God/dess. You are the Master...of
your own Destiny. Create what you want to See, Hear and Believe.

Realize, too, that we are All co-Creating our journey Home. Together
let's enVision ourSelves Receiving and Giving only Love. That is God.
That is All That Is.

Why Are They Coming? by Mary Lynn

The most common reason discussed for the Star Beings contacting us and
coming to our world is for them to share their advanced technologies with
us. Why do they want to share their information and Knowledge with us?
Focus on the word 'share'. Sharing is something that Friends and Loved
Ones do with each other...and something that a few people do with whoever
they see that needs help. So then, why do the Star Beings want to share
with us? Because they are our Friends...because they are our 'long-lost'
Loved Ones...and because they See that we need lots of help !

If we remember and believe that everything is Connected...everything is
related...and everything is communicating...then we'll realize that
everything affects All else. Therefore, the problems that we have Created
here on Earth with our careless use of technology are affecting other
worlds...are radiating to and polluting other parts of the Cosmos. So
part of the reason they are here is in their own Self-interest...and for
the benefit of All That Is. They are coming to help us Create a different
world.

With our permission the Star Beings are coming to teach us more about
Community...to help us Truly understand cooperation...synergy...working
together...to Create Heaven on Earth. Expanding our understanding of
Community means practicing Communion with ourSelves, with each other,
with our Mother Earth and with our Star Brothers and Sisters. This
Communion can be achieved by learning about and Mastering our use of
Energy...so that it is always used with LOVE. They are willing to
Lovingly Serve us by sharing their Knowledge of Energy...thereby helping
us to develop into our Fullest Selves...so that we can better Serve the
Highest Good.

Let us remember that Friendship is an exchange of Energy...so it follows
that their coming is not only about them helping us. What can we offer
them? What gifts do we have to give them? What is special about ourSelves
and our world that interests them? First and foremost is our ability to
LOVE...and this is part of our huge emotional capacity...our ability to
FEEL. Our ability to Feel and Radiate Love is Limitless...for we Truly
are Created in the image of...as a reflection of...as the representative
of...as the embodiment of God/dess. Our Love is one of the main reasons
that they are interested in our society.

They would like to propagate with us so that the experience of the Human
race will expand into the Universe and benefit All That Is. Our combining
with them is to be taken as literal and metaphor, much as the 'meeting'
of Cosmic cultures is taking place in Consciousness as well as
physically. We can combine, Connect, share, and exchange our Energies in
many ways.

Thus far our Connection/meeting with the Star Beings has primarily been
about the Energetic process of raising our Vibration (increasing our
frequency) and thereby expanding our Awareness...so that we can
communicate with them telepathically and meet them Heart to
Heart...Energy to Energy...and Feel our Connection with them and with All
That Is. Part of the next step (as well as the technology) is to allow
our genetic DNA makeup to expand into other worlds. Our DNA is much more
expanded than theirs...and includes the Feeling Love which is the literal
truism of being Created in God's image.

So our Connections with the Star Beings are part of the fulfillment of
Divine Plan...the fulfillment of the Infinite, Ultimate, Limitless
Expansion of Love to and for All That Is.

The focus of Ascension has greatly concerned allot of us,  to say the
least!

The confusing part is what do we do to prepare for this event?

Answer:  Go within!  I know,  you've heard that before.  What I'm saying
is,  look inside,  check out the programs you have been running all your
life.  Are they working for you or against you?  Check it out. Feel it!

The Earth is  moving into a higher vibration and this requires us to
raise our own vibrations. Those of you out there who keep saying "What's
taking so long?",  "When are the Space ships, where are the ETs that are
suppose to come and save us?"  Sorry folks!  You,  have to save yourself!

This is hard work and each individual (Yes! You!) is responsible for
their own growth.  OH!  Responsibility!  This is something we have been
avoiding for a long time.  We have been so wrapped up in blaming our
parents, government, etc. (and now we can blame other ET races for their
interference with our DNA) that we have lost sight of our own
responsibility in the over all plan.

How would you feel if you suddenly were given the knowledge that we as a
whole created this scenario called life on Planet Earth?

Let's face it,  this planet is the only one we have conscious knowledge
of, (at least some of us!) at this time!  What does it matter that our
ancestors came from another planet or that they dropped us off here,  or
that they created us in a laboratory? So their experiments went awry!

Believe it or not we are in control of the situation and that is the
scary part!  We,  who run around looking to the ETs to save us,  like a
bunch of little children lost and are unable to find our way. (what kind
of an example do we portray to our children?)

We are here!!  Living on this planet and it is our responsibility to care
for it and ourselves. It is time to stop whining, blaming, and wallowing
in self pity. Take action!  We are a race of emotions and  feelings!  The
root of our being is LOVE!  It's now time to go back to the our roots.
I'm not saying  this will be easy,  because it takes hard work and a
desire to change old patterns,  that have been embedded in our being a
very long time,  but the rewards are great and worth the effort.

We have avoided looking inside of ourselves,  because we don't like the
feelings that come up.  Our ego,  has created a program to block these
feelings from our consciousness to protect us! In this respect we are now
cut off from those feelings and this is where the feeling of being
disconnected or the feeling of being abandoned comes from. When you cut
yourself off from your feelings or emotions you have created a void in
your existence.

What use will the ego be,  if we let go of all the old programs and
hidden agendas?  Let's reassure the ego,  we are not out to destroy it,
only reposition it!

So, folks!  Intent is the name of the game now!  What do you intend to
do?

PREPARE FOR ASCENSION NOW BY Prem Raja Baba

For the past twenty years and even more,  many of us humans have been
assisting the planet Earth in her ascension.  This was necessary to
counteract the effects of all the unconscious humans on the planet.  This
assistance helped her in her ascension,  yet she would have ascended
without it.  Many perceive Gaia as a victim or powerless.  The truth is
that if she wanted to,  she could clear the planet of all humans quickly
and easily.  She doesn't want that.  She is a powerful,  and gentle
loving being that has chosen to ascend and bring us along with her.

In the past few years,  much has happened with the planet and the
inhabitants.  The most important events were the liberation of the planet
from Evil domination and the re - dedication of the planet to the Christ
Light.  This was done over the past two years.  The planet is now
controlled and protected by Gods/dess of the light and her ascension is
guaranteed and eminent.

The planet earth is THE NEW JERUSALEM.  Just as Jerusalem in the Middle
East was the spiritual center of civilization of this planet two thousand
years ago.  The planet Earth is now the spiritual center of this
Universe.  Just as there were many crusades and wars over control of
Jerusalem,  there is a war of many battles going on in the fourth and
fifth dimensions for this planet now.  The forces of the Christ Light are
much more powerful than the forces of darkness and victory is guaranteed.

So,  now you must be asking yourself what our role as humans is on the
planet.  Well,  in order for the gods/dess of the light to interact,
serve or assist beings or planets in the third dimension,  they must have
beings there that are requesting assistance.  We were those beings.  Our
human bodies are a reflection and extension of our God/dess beings.  Our
presence had great power and still does.  Now that the planet has been
liberated,  one human,  under the guidance of many divine Christ beings,
is acting on the behalf of all humans and Gaia.  This being is known to a
few on the planet and will be revealed to all when it is for the highest
benefit of all.  This being is a God/dess and makes commands when
necessary to maintain the planet and her inhabitants free from evil
domination and effect. The fact is that if the planet ascends under the
control of evil god/dess,  all of us that are not aware of this will
ascend as anti - Christ's.  Your ascended soul will de dedicated to evil.
As long as the planet is under the control of Gods/dess of the Christ
Light,  every soul that ascends will ascend as a Christ being,  dedicated
to the Christ Light.

So,  now you must be saying,  What do I do now if everything is being
handled by the Gods/dess of the Light?  Prepare for Ascension!

Gaia has retarded her Ascension so that she would be Ascended as a planet
of the Christ Light and Ascend with the majority of the humans on the
planet.  She is waiting for us.

So,  the next question is,  How do we prepare for ascension? Simply by
purifying our emotional and mental bodies.  I have met many who have been
quite involved with ETs,  saving the planet and others,  reading book
after book,  collecting information and going to workshops and seminars
to soak up even more information.  Much of these activities keep us from
being in our feelings and emotions and our hearts.  They can keep us in
our heads.  There is nothing wrong with knowing what is going on, as long
as it doesn't distract us from our primary mission.  It is okay to study
traveling with a Merkaba or going to sacred sites and mountains or
talking to ETs,  as long as our primary focus is purifying our emotional
and mental bodies.

All the spiritual teachings I have ever experienced had one common goal.
That is moving that 15 inches from our heads into our hearts.  We are
human beings,  not human doings.  It is time to stop doing and start
being.  This doesn't mean drop everything you are doing.  It just means
to make being and purifying your emotional and mental bodies the top
priority.  By the way,  when your emotional and mental bodies purify,
the physical body automatically purifies.  All that is being held by our
physical body is there in reflection of our emotional and mental bodies.

In the book,  ET101,  it says that the only thing worse than purifying
the emotional body is not purifying it.  As the energies of the planet
rise or Ascend in force and frequency, it becomes more difficult for us
to keep our suppressed emotional energies suppressed.  This is because
these emotions have more energy to feed off of.  Our thoughts also become
more powerful as the energies rise,  causing our contrary life
subconscious thoughts to manifest easier and quicker.  This will create
one's life to become quite intense.  The only way to avoid this is to
purify your emotional and mental bodies before it happens.

Most would rather avoid our suppressed emotions.  After all,  we
suppressed them because we made them wrong and didn't want to experience
them in the first place.  This means that you may experience some
resistance and fear to purifying your emotional body.  The only thing I
can recommend is to use the techniques in my book,  The Joy Book.  My
experience is that you will experience emotions,  but it will be only the
tip of the iceberg.  The bulk of emotions will release and integrate
without you ever having to experience them.  There are other techniques
and you may want to shop around.  I recommend you use your guidance.

Most use affirmations and subliminal tapes to purify their mental bodies.
Again,  I recommend the Command Subconscious Programs in my book.
Compared to affirmations and subliminal tapes,  it is like comparing the
space shuttle to the covered wagon.  Again, use your own guidance when
selecting a technique.

Some of us have heard that there will be starships arriving to take us
off the planet and ascend us.  We'll know whether this is true or not
when it happens.  If it does,  only those who have purified their
emotional and mental bodies will be taken on board the ships.  The energy
level on the ships is very high and anyone who hasn't purified their
emotional and mental bodies sufficiently will go to self destruct as soon
as they arrive aboard.  So,  whether or not the ships arrive to help us,
we must first and foremost prepare for ascension.

(Question:  Why would someone be taken aboard the ships if they had not
raised their vibrations to the proper levels?  Does this mean that the
ETs are going to come and swoop up everyone, whether they are ready or
not?  Hmmm! [B.B.])
