ISSUE 10 The Bi-Weekly News and Comment of the
Ascension Movement

Ascension, UFOs, Channeled Entities The Big Picture-Part 2 by
Jason Dunlap

In part 1, I attempted to give you a glimpse of the players and
some of the functions they are responsible for, as well as, how
it all fits into modern and ancient prophecy.  What we are
talking about here, is "the end game scenario."  Many people,
that I talk to, hate for me to refer to what's going on, as the
"end," as if we could just ignore the severity of it, and just
look at it as if it wasn't an end of things.  Yes, it is!  Come
on, you guys.  Get rid of your fear and see it the way it is.
Life, as we know it, is going to end.  That is what Ascension
brings.  Fear of something ending is only a wish for things to
remain the same.  Obviously, when something ends, something
different begins, because it all goes on forever.  I want "this"
to end so we can go on to something bigger, greater, and better.
 I believe that Ascension is just that.  The Planet Earth is on
the verge of Ascending, and everything on it, including humans,
are going to Ascend as well.  What that is going to be like for
us depends on a lot of variables.

In 1992, Sheldon Nidle began receiving information from a Sirian
named Washta, who informed him that he, (Sheldon), was a
representative of the Galactic Federation and was to begin
informing humanity of the great change that was about to happen.
 What a coincidence that I happen to know Sheldon personally.
In brief, here's the story:

There is this thing called a Photon-Belt that is coming our way.
 It is a huge, donut shaped, band of "light", several light
years thick that our solar system passes thru about every 26,000
years.  This is not from someone's imagination, but can be
verified astronomically.  What our astronomers don't know is the
significance of it.  The energy in this enormous field of light
will have profound effects on our consciousness, as well as, our
body.  If nothing changed, and humans went about their
characteristic living on Earth, then most of us would be killed
when it arrived.  It will arrive, sometime in 1996.  It will not
be moved, or stopped, or manipulated, or in some magical way,
put off till later, like so many prophetic events of the past
have.  It is real, and it is going to happen.  That's item one.
Read Sheldon's book, "You are Becoming a Galactic Human," for
the details.

In order for most of humanity to survive this event, divine
intervention must take place and that's where the Galactic
Federation comes in.  The Federation is made of many different
species of beings, from many different planets and star systems.
 The main players are the Sirians.  Until the Sirians came, our
planet was under the direction and protection of the Pleaidians.
 Pleaidians apparently don't believe in intervention and are all
about Karma.  However, since we are a "free will" planet,
anybody can do whatever they want to and that must include being
abducted, confused and abused, by various other aliens, (namely
the Grays), against our Will.  How that makes sense is a mystery
to me.  Not knowing the wisdom of these vastly superior races,
my opinion is, that if the Pleaidians have been in charge, they
have done a Galactically stupid job of it!  Even us
unenlightened humans know that having free-will doesn't mean you
can do whatever you want!

When the Sirians arrived, (and they are here), there were some
problems. At that time, there were Grays, from Zeta Reticuli,
Pleaidians from the Pleaides, Reptoids and Dinoids and several
other ETs, coming and going as they pleased.  In fact, reliable
sources say that the Zeta's had made deals with the governments
around the world, including the USA, as early as the 1940s.  The
Sirians claimed to come with the authority of our Planetary
Angelic Hierarchy, which included Jesus, the Christ, St.
Germain, and various Arch Angels, who take their orders directly
from God.  Consequently, the other ETs, that didn't belong to
the Federation were given the choice of joining the Galactic
Federation or being driven from the area.  In 1994, nearly all
negative forces, not loyal and cooperating with the Federation
were gone from the planet and dramatic changes were taking
place, preparing us for divine intervention in the form of mass
landings of Federation ships, supplies, and teachers.  Many
astounding things happened that we are unaware of.  To the
surprise of many, various factions of Zeta's, Reptoid and Dinoid
ETs joined the Federation.  For the most part, the Pleaidians
have joined and are cooperating with Federation plans.  However,
everything doesn't seemed to be in perfect balance.

Who can you Trust?

For many years, the Pleaidians under the command of the Ashtar
Command have been giving various humans, revelation and
direction regarding their inevitable encounter with the general
population.  Several people, Barbara Marciniak, Barbara Hand
Clow, and others have given us wonderful and enlightening
information, channeled from the Ashtar Command.  Those of you
who read, know that such channeling often begins with, "this is
the Ashtar Command, and we are in control"......  There is even
much confusion regarding what or who the Ashtar Command is.  One
person told me that they got their information directly from a
son of Ashtar.  Another tells me that the Ashtar is actually not
an entity but a collaboration of many 5th dimensional entities
that are more like Angels than anything else.  I am convinced
that it is fruitless to try and find out, because such
contradictions are going to continue.  Is the Ashtar Command in
control and not the Galactic Federation?  Are they one in the
same?  Did Ashtar have a kid?  Does it matter?

More confusion......  In 1982, the Ashtar Command had a large
following of individuals and they were told that the "rapture"
was imminent.  People were told that a major disaster was going
to hit the West Coast of California, and it would be the
beginning of the Apocalypse.  They were told to pack one
carry-on bag and be prepared to be "beamed up" at any moment.
Shortly, after that, a telephone-chain began calling everyone
who was associated.  As one lady related to me, "that evening we
got a call from someone in Texas.  They told us that tonight is
the night!  Get ready, it will happen sometime around midnight."
 Needless to say, she and her husband waited, and waited......
nothing happened.  There was no explanation or news for several
days.  Then the Ashtar Command announced that it had only been a
"dry run."  This person also told me that before that event,
there had been many predictions put out by the Ashtar Command
and not one ever materialized.  The excuse was always that the
consciousness had changed or something else, just as obscure.
Frankly, I don't think you can trust the Pleaidians, and it is
their own fault.

When you read "Earth", by Barbara Marciniak, you learn that the
Pleaidians believe they are clever at tricking and confusing us,
all in the interest of helping us think, and become enlightened.
 They are truly foolish and stupid beings if they believe that
is a useful teaching approach.  It shows how stupid they are and
know little about free-will beings.  I don't care if they are
10,000 years ahead of us!

Have things changed?  Are the Pleaidians truly cooperating with
the Galactic Federation, now?  Could it be just another tricky
scheme of theirs, in order to stay in the game?  Perhaps, they
do want to join the Federation, but only because they believe
that if they are given the chance, the Federation will come
around to their way of thinking.  People connected with the
Ashtar Command are being challenged by Sheldon and many other
channels.  Sheldon is not the only person claiming that the
Photon-Belt is arriving in 1996, and that landings must happen
before that time.  The Pleaidian connections are still saying
that it is not going to happen so soon, that 1997 would be the
earliest, but that it is not important to consider it.  They
also say that the Photon-Belt is not any big deal, and that if
necessary, it could be put off indefinitely.  What's going on
here!  If you know, get on the phone and tell me!  I don't know.

I talked with Sheldon about this.  Sheldon never gives me a
vague or ambiguous answer.  Often he won't tell me stuff, but
when he does, he talks straight.  I don't sense a big ego trip,
like I do with some others.  Sheldon told me that the Pleaidians
have always been, "Tricksters."  He won't come right out and say
they can't be trusted, he just says you have to be careful how
you interpret what they say.  Does this mean their messages,
which are channeled, are not clear, or are easily misinterpreted
and they don't give clarification?   Or, could it be something
less mysterious?  Could those that channel the information, have
their own ideas about how things should be and only pass on what
meets their expectations?  One thing I do believe, messages are
being given and the sources of those messages are not from
people's imaginations or just malevolent lies.  ETs are
communicating with humans, and humans are doing their best to
pass on the information.  If the information is wrong, then the
source is at fault, not the channel.  Granted, the channels may
misunderstand and misinterpret, but the sources know this, and
unless you believe these channels are just lying to us, then you
have to believe they are doing the best they can.  Why is it
that when the Pleaidians predict something that is verifiable,
they are always wrong, but have some lame excuse?  The only
verifiable evidence I have ever got from the Pleaidians are
photographs of their ships.  I know they exist.  So what? Let's
Not Be Too Hasty

Wait a minute, though.  Before you write off the Pleaidians as
unreliable, there is something you should know.  Not all the
Pleaidians are the same.  There are various factions with their
own agendas, and apparently, those agendas are not necessarily
in accord with the Federation.  These Pleaidians are often
referred to as "the renegades."  Pleaidians societies are in
somewhat of a transition, and not everyone is in favor of
joining the Federation.  The problem is that they are not
policing their own.  One faction doesn't seem to want to
contradict the other or tell us we have been given wrong
information.  Why?  Could it have something to do with their
ideas of free-will and Karma, or just an unwillingness to
confront contradictions?  Frankly, I don't know, and I don't
know how you would find out.  I do know this much.  When there
seems to be a contradiction, Sheldon is willing to say the other
guy is wrong and gives you a straight answer.  The other guys
never do!  They always seem to dance around the controversy
giving ridicules answers like, "One must examine their heart and
find the truth of these things."  That won't work.  I am sure
Barbara Marciniak and other Pleadian channels have as much faith
in their source as I do in Sheldon.  The fact is, until
something substantial takes place, neither can be considered
without doubt.

The Other Players

Then, there's the Arcturians.  The Arcturians have arrived to
bring to us, (among other things), old and new knowledge about
Galactic Time.  In days gone by, they claim to be the source of
the Mayan Calendar and the 13:20 time cycle.  Jose Arguelles is
a messenger that implores us to begin using the Mayan calendar
and become synchronized with Galactic time.  Jose feels so
strongly about this that just recently, he began giving out
information that suggests that if we do not change our calendar
system, it will spell doom for us all.  More on that later.
Anyway, the Arcturians bring a message that is loving and they
seem to be emotionally stable in their intent.  They neither
claim nor make reference to being "in charge," but rather have
come to teach us.  They claim to have much experience at helping
civilizations evolve.  According to Sheldon, they are in
complete agreement with the Federation plan.

As for the necessity of synchronizing with the Mayan calendar, I
am skeptical.  If Jose Arguelles is right, then we are certainly
doomed, because unless there is dramatic intervention soon,
there is no way we will be using the Mayan calendar, this
decade.  It has been over twenty years since the US agreed to
convert to the metric system and we still aren't there yet.  It
took longer than that to come to the agreement, and the metric
system is easily translated, and makes a lot of sense!  No one
out there has a talent at explaining the Mayan calendar, let
alone convincing us that it is so necessary.  Jose should have
started last century!   We are not doomed, though.  We humans
have a knack of rising to the occasion, or coming up with a
better solution.  After all, it's pretty astounding, what we
have accomplished, being spiritually blind, and missing 80% of
our DNA.

However, if we must, we will.  It does seem that understanding
the 13:20 concepts will awaken our intuitive abilities and help
us understand what is happening.  I know that if it is so
confusing to me, it must also be unfathomable to many.

The Arcturians seem to be most interested in helping us raise
our consciousness so we can be more aware of spiritual and
cosmic realities, and teaching us how to become a loving, and
cooperative society.  I would like more information on the
Arcturian agenda, and their function so as to determine where
they fit into all this.

Besides our extra-terrestrial visitors, there is a myriad of
unworldly characters that enter our reality and become involved,
by being channeled, such St. Germain, Arch Angel Michael,
various Ascended Masters, Jesus, Mary, etc.  For the most part,
those that channel such entities bring information that is
relevant to the individual, or is so general it has no
verifiable value.  Most of the relevant messages tell us that
the Photon-Belt is coming, the Coming of Christ is at hand, and
that there are extra-terrestrial brothers, here to help us
Ascend.  I have not heard anyone channeling material that claims
the Ascension scenario is bunk, and that Jesus won't be coming
for hundreds of years.  In fact, there is more consensus in this
information, than ever before.  Assuming these entities are who
they claim to be, then there seems to be every indication that
something big is happening and Earth changing events are on the
near horizon.  However, another characteristic of these
entities, is that they are much less specific than the ET
messages, and always vague enough that they can never be right
or wrong.  One such exception, is Kryon.

Kryon echoes a message that many other channels have alluded to.
 Kryon is more specific, and speaks authoritatively, and
unequivocally.  He told us that the killer asteroid Myrva was on
its way, that it had been broken into several pieces so it
wouldn't destroy the Earth and that our scientist would prove
him right in a few months.  He was right.  In Feb. 1995, several
of the events and circumstances that Kryon had previously
discussed were verified by our scientist and astronomers.  He
tells us to get rid of our Karma, he tells you how to do it, and
promises that Ascension is imminent.  He describes our
circumstances in the year 2000, as being quite bizarre compared
to now.  Our body, mind and spirits will be going through
dramatic changes that will bring about the incredible
transformation of Ascension, sometime after the turn of the
century.  Getting from here to there is not some instantaneous
event.  We will go through changes, and they are bound to be
quantum, every year, from now on!

Regardless, of how general, or how unbelievable the other
channels may have been in the past, they have been telling us
the truth.  Kryon is among those that back up much of what the
others have said, as well as, giving us verifiable evidence to
support our trust in what he says.

Kryon's time window is between now and about 2003.  He gives us
an idea what preparing for Ascension is going to entail.
Sheldon's time window is between now and 1996 for the first
quantum shift, (mass landings), and all the way through the
Photon-Belt for 17 years and arriving nearer to the star, Sirius
around 2011.  By then, those that survive, will be 5th
dimensional beings.  Regardless of whom you believe, everyone,
including the Pleaidians, are telling us that an event called,
Ascension is taking place and will close this age of humanity
and begin a new age for the Galaxy.  In every sense of the
words, "The New Age is upon us."   How do we Respond?

There are only a few things to do about it.  You can wait for it
to happen and observe events as they unfold.  When you begin to
lose control, you can seek out someone that knows what's going
on and get help.  Or, you can intend to take an active part in
working with the rest of humanity, help them cope with the
incredible transitions.  Finally, you can determine yourself to
resist and aggressively fight against any such change.  If you
do that, you will probably get sick and die, be killed by
someone else, or commit suicide.  Therein lies our free-will.
None of those choices is right or wrong.  It's just that which
ever point-of-view you decide on, will have a profound effect on
your spiritual growth.  If you are done playing, "living and
dying on planet Earth," then you will Ascend.  If you are not
done, living and dying, you will most likely die, again.

Next newsletter, I will discuss preparing and organizing for
Ascension.  If the way I am presenting this information is
useful to you, I would appreciate your comments, and questions.
I am not speaking as an authority, but merely as an inquiring
mind, and a willful spirit.

COA Denies CIA Connection By Jason Dunlap

        To our friends in Stone Mountain, GA:  We are not associated
with the CIA.  Apparently, there was some skepticism on their
part, because they couldn't figure out how we could put out such
a professional looking newsletter, every 13 days, without
superior resources, such as the CIA.  Well, the fact is, we do
have superior resources.  First, is the staff.  Barbara has a
lot of know how and energy regarding business and finance and
good computer skills.  Wayne and I are both electronic engineers
and have a high-tech background.  The three of us make up a
highenergy team of experts in several fields, plus I have a
strong background in psychology, hypnosis, and mind control,
Wayne has been involved in metaphysics, channeling, and the
mystical for over 20 years, and so has Barbara.  It has only
been recent, that we have found an outlet and relevance for our
talents and abilities.  Then, there are the computers and
high-tech equipment that we've invested in that makes it all
easy.  So there you have it.  It's no secret, and we're not the
CIA.  We bring you the most up-to-date information we can, as
fast as we can.  Frankly, I don't think our newsletter is
anything special, really.  There are lots of other people
putting out stuff that's prettier, and more professional.  Heck,
we don't have time to edited, we even have misspelled words.

Friends, Blessings!  Have found C.O.A. newsletters interesting -
Thank you.

The best reprint so far is the Pope John XXIII predictions -  I
am grateful to have this - will share with many.

Several friends whom I've shared C.O.A. with are curious about
you all!  One even suspects you to be CIA or some sort of
Government group!!!!  This was a shock to me - my consciousness
was not on same channel!  So please answer a few questions to
relieve my friends concerns.

1.  Why advertise and support Nidle and Marciniak?  When Nidle
calls Pleiadians bad guys and Marciniak refers to them as the
good guys?  I want to know why we are still doing this "good
guy, bad guy "stuff anyway - if we are all one in spirit?

2.  Why did issue 8 have a computer bar code on bottom of
mailing address page?  That takes computer program - data base
work - also address label appears to be set up so you can access
by zip code,  name etc.  This also is a big job - We find it
hard to imagine you producing this kind of mail out every 13
days and still hold full time jobs and do all this (except
Barbara now - congrats! Barbara!).

My one friend does a news letter every 2 months and can not
imagine how you can do this much,  this fast and this good!
(Aren't all of us Multi - talented & Multi - dimensional
beings?)  It is a wonder to me, too!

Oh, and someone noticed each newsletter is Perfectly folded and
printed for mailing and can not see how  that's possible for the
average person to do - every time, so well and still get this
size and quality paper out.

I admit the ideas do strike a chord - I've done a lot of mail
outs and folding - printing etc. is never perfect!  Does your
computer do it?  Or are you really Gov't. folks!  If my tax
dollars are paying for you guys I am OK with it actually!  Tho'
my friends aren't!

Overall,  I find it exciting to read your adventures and ideas
every 13 days.  I do hope you aren't CIA ---------  respond in
newsletter if feasible.  Many Thanks!

Joy & Success & Abundant Prosperity to you all!

        I found this letter very interesting!! First, the "good guy,
bad guy" scenario.   We have asked several people this very
question.  The answer from EA (channeled by Paula Peterson) was:

Question: Why do the entities,  the different entities,  the
Sirians, the Pleaidians, Orion's, the Arcturian's  so on and so
forth,  why when we discuss or ask questions of people who
channel them,  why are they not in agreement with each other?  I
thought they were suppose to be working together with the
galactic federation and everybody working together now,  but
there seems to be discord with them.. EA: We can share with you
....  that even though there are other civilizations out
there.... beyond your own Earth... that does not mean that they
share the same perception or manner of doing things ...
Ultimately  those that are in .. shall we say ... affiliation
with what you call the Federation do have a particular main idea
or focus that unites them ... however ... their agendas may be
slightly different.  Do you understand that?   In that they have
a particular plan to reach a certain segment of the population
that can hear that particular story the best .. In which it
allows them to go through certain particular experiences that
will allow them to move through  certain life  changing events
... that will get them  to where they are desiring to go .. and
where shall we say ....  the Federation would desire  that they
go in the over all scheme of things ..... yet recognize not
everyone adheres to or is attracted to the same story yes?
(Yes)  So... recognize they will not be able to hear it in the
same way, in the same way there are so many ways to, shall we
say  to reach  God Yes? (yes) Ultimately ...  God is the same
for everyone yes? (yes)  Yet there are many.. many ..  paths you
might say to the top of the mountain ...  It is very similar in
this regard ...  that the extraterrestrial civilizations are
just as varied ... in some of their culture expressions  and
methodologically and strategies of dealing with your kind as you
have in your  own world.  Where  your own culture differences
creates differences in perspectives and learning abilities yes?
(yes). It is the same in that regard,  that those that have
ancestral connections with certain  specific planetary  and star
systems will able to hear the story a certain way ... Those
from other planetary  and star systems will hear it another way
and so on and so forth ...  Ultimately it will bring everyone to
the same shall we say goal  yes? (yes) Is this helping you to
understand that? (yes) So recognize how you can use the
information for your own purposes ... Listen to it take it in
and ask yourself ...  Does it  this resonate with me?  Does it
help me create greater joy greater fulfillment in my life?  Does
it help me to live my life more effective ... more productivity?
 Is there more love and understanding in my life because of it?
Ask yourself that  and it will not matter where the information
comes from.. Do you understand that? (Yes) You must always
empower self ... no matter where the  information comes from ...
no matter who the entities say they are ... you must always
empower yourself yes? (yes)  And that is also one of the ideas
as well ... with all the different opinions ..  it is generating
confusion ..   we are hearing this quite often, "we don't know
who to believe" the idea is to believe in yourself ...  be
willing  to take in the information and use your inner wisdom
... learn to trust yourself the more you do this the more you
empower yourself the more you raise your vibrational frequency
and whaala attract an Et contact ...  that is what they want you
to do anyway.. come from an empowered  place ... let go of the
fear ... let go of the victim hood ... you are creating your own
reality ... GET WITH ... IT WILL YOU!  Meet us face to face!
Meet us as equals!  Stop thinking yourself beneath us because we
have all this technology or lack of technology ...  We just
dream our reality purposely and consciously ... deliberately!
Allow yourself to move into the new millennium with a totally
new perspective and a willingness to take in those ideas you've
never even thought of before...  For the new millennium is all
about those things you do not yet know about do you understand?
(Yes)  And so the more you can  allow yourself to open to this
flow ...  to the abundance of good living ...  love ...
enjoyment ... creativity ... the meeting of many cultures from
not only of your own Earth but from other ET civilizations there
is much astounding experiences yet to come!   So,  embrace the
potential and unlimitedness of that. Enjoy your lives!  Live
your lives fully!  Serve one another!  Grow in self love and
self appreciation and you will be exactly where you need to be
in the exact moment and  so with that we thank you .......

I will print Merlin's response next issue!  Along with
Sheldon's! And anyone else who would care to answer the
question!!!!

Why support both teams???  We attempt to give you all the
information we receive ... You are the one's who have to decide
what feels right for you ... How can you have good without bad?
Light without dark? Joy without sadness?  We keep an open mind
about all the information that comes through and so should
you!!! We are all working together! Yes even the CIA,  FBI, NSA
and whatever other Gov't agency you can come up with.  Just
because they have a different out look on how to do things
doesn't mean they aren't working with us!  They just don't know
it yet!  They show us  the way we do not want things to be!!
This in its self helps us to raise our consciousness to a level
of awareness that we need a change in our system.  Think about
it!  It is our system!  We support it,  by going along with
whatever they decide to do.  How can you change it?  Another
good question!  Become more aware of who you are,  what your
values are?  Clean out the cob webs!   Whether we recognize it
now or not, we are all on the same planet and sooner or later we
are all going to experience an event that we change life as we
know it. (What? Not in your life time!  So be it!)   Isn't it
better to know what the other team is thinking?  Rather than be
blinded by only one opinion or perspective!  Open your heart and
mind. Feel what is right for you! Don't be a follower!  Take
charge of your life!  Allow yourself to love yourself .. You are
special!  We are all special. It's time we took responsibility
for our own lives. I'll stop babbling and get on with the next
question.

I don't know why issue #8 had a bar code on the bottom of the
page. I will call the post office and ask if they put it on.
The newsletters will got back did not have one. This is a
mystery.

We have a mail list program that will sort by any field. It
serves our purpose.  I picked it up at a discount computer store
for $30.

We have made mistakes. Spelled names wrong used the wrong zip
code etc.

As far as getting the newsletter out every 13 days!  This is a
big task as well.  The hardest part is trying to decide what
information to use.  And it is people like you who help us
decide.  We, Thank You!

I will say that when I first read this letter, I was shocked
that anyone would think we were connected to the CIA or Gov't.
People are actually questioning what they read?  That is what we
are all about!   Love & Light

BARBARA, LET'S THE CAT OUT OF THE BAG!

        Jason has written a book!  It is one he wrote a long time ago
(Back in the olden days!)  He happened to be going thru a box
(he has many!) and found it.  He tried to hand it to me and I
refused. The box had not been sealed and the cob webs etc. were
hanging off it.  I asked him to read it to me instead.  At first
I thought it was a children's book and as he kept reading, I
realized that it was profoundly enlightening.  Jason,  will have

YUCATAN PART 2

        I'm back among the living!!!!!!!

        3/22, Wednesday, Tone Seven, the Resonant Chamber, for
Attunement of Service to Action -- the symbol residing there is
Yellow Star (LAMAT power = Art Beautifies Elegance) -- which
pulls power also, from the past (Sun/AHAU power = Life
Enlightens Universal Fire), which pulls from the past (Human/EB
power = Wisdom Influences Free Will), which pulls power from the
past (Star/LAMAT) where resonance is reached.  This resonant end
point was also the day (3/2) I had the first vision of the
crystal skulls.  (See newsletter #9 page 3)

We had an early breakfast and some networking time before the
1st round of conferences began.  During one of the breaks I saw
Dennis sitting in the hall.  I asked him to give a message to
Barbara Hand Clow when he saw her next.  His expression of how
will I give her this message and when, said it all.  I laughed
and said it will flow, and off I went to deliver my message to a
few others.  (The message was, "tonight, a possible meeting with
the crystal skull, and the Tibetan Lamas, and several of the
primary speakers for the conferences, time and location unknown
at this time")

About 5 minutes later I was back and saw Dennis signaling me,
(Barbara H.C. was sitting beside him and several young beautiful
earth mothers were sitting on the floor at their feet).  Dennis
was still sending SOS help!  On my way to help Dennis Dr. Rob
intercepted me, "here, you need to talk to Wayne, he has already
addressed this issue".... Dr. Rob was handing off another young,
beautiful, but irate earth mother...  I reached out and took her
arm gently, but grabbed Dr. Rob to  quickly give him the
message, with a time of 8pm (set by Hunbatz Men) with a request
that he obtain a suitable meeting room.  To Dr. Rob's question
of "What is a Crystal skull?", I simply smiled and said, "Be
there and find out!"

I began talking with the young woman as I guided her over to the
others on the floor.  We sat down with the others.  Dennis & I
had a speed talk conversation without being obtrusive, and
Barbara began her exit, lovingly and diplomatically.  It was
clear though, these people were not happy troopers.  They wanted
into the conferences, and did not like being told no, or pay the
tall price.

This was the situation I had foreseen many newsletters ago.  Now
that I am facing the actuality, . . . what now?  I knew the
situation was serious.  These young people were from various
countries of the world, universally invited but 3-dimensionally
excluded from the conferences.   They held protest signs asking,
"How much does it cost to become a Galactic Human?"  The Hotel
guards were gathering close.  An ugly confrontation was
approaching.  One of the group leaders came over to warn me.  I
told him not to worry!  They were getting ready to leave.  I am
not sure he believed me.

I told the protesters, "Your point has been made, and recorded,
further confrontation is pointless.  Leave now quietly, find a
place near water to hang out till evening.  Then come back at 7
pm, and you would have the opportunity to meet the Lamas, some
of the speakers, and the crystal skull."

They brightened and the darkness lifted from the room instantly.
 We had done it.  We transmuted the darkness into light.  An
energy double had occurred.  Wow!!  The transmuted protesters
left, joyfully past smiling but puzzled guards, who had been
getting ready to toss them out.

Somehow Dennis and I pulled off the arrangements for the meeting
and it was a resounding success.  The fact that COA had been
involved in another unusual event did not go unnoticed.

3/23  Thursday, Tone Eight, Galactic Chamber, Action Attain
Form, resident symbol is Red Moon (MULUC power = Flow Purifies
Universal Water), which pulls power form the future and from the
past to resonate between Red Dragon (IMIX representing Uxmal)
and Red Serpent (CHICCHAN representing Chichen Itza).  The stage
was set for the link up between the pyramid in Chichen (Father
Spirit) and the pyramid in Uxmal (Mother Spirit).

Now by this time I had accepted my part in this cosmic play
unfolding and knew much of what was about to unfold.  I was not
sure who all the players were, nor did I know the exact details
of the script.  After my baptism by water at Chichen Itza, and
seeing the power connection again even stronger with water and
fire, I did ask that if possible, "Let my shoes remain dry."
If, however, that was not possible, then, "Oh well, let my cup
(shoes) runneth over!"

My shoes did remain dry thereafter, but I should have paid more
attention to the "Fire" aspects energy flow.  (Be careful what
you ask spirit for, because you will get it!!!!) If I had really
listened, I might have heard something like "Well, OK Wayne, the
water cooling is off, but you will have fried feet for a while."
 (over 3 weeks and many skin layers later, my feet are just NOW
returning to normal appearance).  The statement "Take off thy
shoes, for you are standing on hallowed ground", has increased
in meaning for me!

After all the group rituals had been completed.  Jane, Dennis,
the young earth mothers (the transmuted protesters from the
hotel), and myself gathered at the platform of the Jaguar in
front of the Temple of the Sun.  I knew the generalities of what
must happen next.  Jane and at least five other women along with
the crystal skull would ascend the platform and perform a
particular ritual that the Mother Earth herself would direct.
Other women may or may not join in but no males must come near
during this ceremony.  The task of Dennis and Myself was that of
heart transducers, and guards/warners, to any male energies, to
not approach past a certain point.  When Jane asked me what to
do I told her to "guide the women onto the platform and listen
for the Mother Earth to direct you.  You must not listen to any
male energies no matter how apparently benign, during this
ritual.  Listen thru yourself to the Mother of Everything that
IS"....  I did tell her that upon completing that ritual and
coming down, "The crystal skull will be holding all the
repressed, hurtful, hateful, female energy from the Mother
Earth.  It is very dangerous until transmuted and transmitted
back into the Earth.  (via the pyramid of the magician, also
know as the Temple of the Moon.)   I reminded Jane, to prepare
another woman to hand the crystal skull to, in case she could
not make it all the way to the top.

As Jane approached the top she detoured to one of the lower
temples, and then could not continue to the top.  She handed off
the crystal skull to one she had selected and the journey
continued to the top.  A problem developed near the top as she
approached too near a man.

A sword of light struck out of the skull toward the man.  I
leaped into the gap between, grabbed the light blade with one
hand and grounded the energy into the earth with the other,
attempting to be as transparent and transmutive as possible.  It
still felt awesome.  Imagine grabbing a lightning bolt!  Wow!!

The journey continued on to the top and around to the west sunny
side out on the platform waiting there.  As the women moved out
onto the platform I yelled down the tube, "Look out below, Fire
in the Hole!"...    Rick stuck his head out and said, "Good, I
just finished opening the gate.".. "Great!", I said, "But get
out of the way."  Then he left.  (the hand and glove operation
between Rick and myself since 1972/73 would fill a book.  I will
not attempt to say more on that now).

AS the women began positioning on the platform several other
women appeared from???? and joined them on the platform.  At
that point the leader selected by Jane, looked at me and said,
"I do not know, Jane said Wayne would tell me what to do".  At
that point I stepped as far out onto the platform as I safely
could, looked her in the eye and said, "I can only tell you
this.  You must NOT listen to any male energy after the ritual
begins.  You must reach within yourself for the Mother Spirit
within YOU.  Allow Her to guide you."  Then I stepped back,
reached back to Jane, (through the pyramid) with one hand and
reached out to the leader Jane had selected with my other hand.
I felt a jolt of energy  flow, saw the Goddess take Her
position.  Then I released my direct connection, and the ritual
began.  It was perfect and beautiful.

Near the end, a guard approached from the side Dennis was on (we
had been warning all males away from the platform).  The guard
told Dennis it was time to leave (closing time), and Dennis said
we will be done soon.  The guard started to approach the
platform, I stepped up and said that no male could go onto the
platform at this time.  As he crossed to the side I was on, I
could tell he was not happy.  He felt ownership of this area,
his "machismo" was smarting.  He yelled something at some other
people down below, his anger showing in his voice.  I did not
have time to explain this to him at the moment.  So, I used some
energy to gently sweep him to the other side of the pyramid.  By
the time he had come around again, he was in a much more
pleasant frame of mind, and in fact, appeared in no hurry at
all!  As the ritual finished, I thanked the guard for his
understanding and patience.  He was very smiling and tranquil.

Percival (one of the conference speakers) was very impressed.
Saying , "What has happened here is a miracle.  The World in
general and this pyramid in particular, will never be the same,
again.  I have directed several plays, and the choreography was
outstanding. You all are to be commended!"  I only said, "The
Mother Earth was in charge, NOT me.  I just tried to stay out of
the way and Let IT Flow!"

The bus trip to the hotel that evening seemed short with all the
exciting discussions about the days events and specially the
rituals with the skull.  Once again "Center of Attention" was
living up to its name.

3/24 Friday

At Breakfast people were in a buzz about yesterday specially
about the unusual and unexpected rituals with the skull, and the
semi-private meeting with the Lamas, and "what is the Center of
Attention?".

The conference sessions began without incident.  During a few of
the sessions, the audience moved thru many different and far
ranging feelings.  By the time the time Hunbatz Men and the
Mayan Elders came to speak there was a feeling of sharp
expectation and subdued anger in the air.  At the end of the
session, the air felt electrified, and the accusing questioning
began.  "Is this what we came to hear?"  cried someone, "What is
the sacred message held for 500 years?" yelled another,  "Who
are you to call yourselves The Supreme Mayan Council?" and
"Hunbatz Men!  What is your real agenda?" screamed others.

Dennis and I moved to the front and began to move and transmute
the energy flow of the near riotous situation.  After a few more
outbursts from the crowd and a couple from Hunbatz Men, things
begin to settle into a saddened calm.  Questions were fielded by
a panel of the primary speakers along with the Mayan Elders.

In observing the people, I saw that less than 1/3 had "gotten
the message", while most of the rest were confused,
disappointed, or angry.  Those that expected a comprehensive
summarization of "What was it all about?" in one nice neat 45
minute package were sorely disappointed.

There were some, however, that felt that the message was in the
experience.  The experience was multidimensional.  Total
understanding was not possible at this time, but would unfold as
each of us unfold into our multidimensional selves.

During the day and evening there were numerous spontaneous small
meetings.  Many were very emotional.  The near hopelessness of
the Maya in Mexico (they are not allowed access to the sacred
sites for performing their rituals) and other indigenous peoples
there and other places in the world, felt like and unbearable
weight to many of us.

"What can I (or we) do?" I heard over and over again!  I began
relating part of an earlier vision to a few.  "We have done
something very important here.  The rituals we participated in
-- whether or not we understood -- have begun a change that is
continuing.  What we are doing now is feeling that more needs to
be done.  We can do more by organizing small groups to come back
regularly (from all over) to various sites, to perform/learn the
sacred rituals, with/from the ones living there who still
remember or want to remember.  The tourist money will act a
grease in the wheels of governments, aiding instead of hindering
the gatherings.  Enlightened tourism with a purpose can bring
peace and opportunity to these regions, while
spreading/gathering enlightenment to/from all parts of the
world."  Some people seemed to understand and smiles began to
spread (they are contagious you know!).

The next day (the last for most prior to return home) was a free
day.  Some went to the beach, some shopping, others did other
things, and some continued networking.  Private meetings with
the skull were arranged, small groups for various purposes
(including channeling, healing, grounding, and other energy
work) happened throughout the day. End of Yucatan Part 2.  See

donate anything or not.  If you can't afford it, perhaps you'd
be more comfortable copying this and giving it to 10 other
people.  In this way, you help, and some of those people will
afford it. However, we insist that if you want to continue to
receive this newsletter, you must contact us and tell us to put
you on our mailing list.  It's a matter of free-will, you see.
It should be up to you to decide you want this.

In this regard, out of several hundred people that initially
received Center of Attention, over 50% of that number have
responded.  How about you?  Are you interested in playing the
most exciting, out-of-this-world, "I wonder what will happen
next," game and become one of the many that are being initiated
into the cosmic realms of Ascension?  Perhaps you had something
more exciting in mind.  Call or write, but take action.

        COA's mission is to gather and organize Lightworkers, help
develop Planetary Advocate Groups, and send people on missions.
It is time to create the integration tools we will need in the
near future.  I expect that things will begin to happen without
warning and COA can be in a position to send out the "word,"
make the call or whatever.  To begin the process, we want you to
fill out the attached form so that we can separate you from our
general mail list.  By filling out this form, you are telling us
that you want to remain involved, support what we are doing, and
won't mind if a COA representative contacts you.  If you sign
the form, you agree to become a COA contact person.  What this
means, is that your name and number will be given to anyone
needing to contact a COA person in your area.  This could be
someone that is on a mission, or just a new reader that wants
some moral support.  If you are a professional or have a
business, we might refer you to someone that needs your
services.  Signing the form is optional.

Legal Fees Fund Raising Project

        I am always concerned when I have to ask for money, but this is
a worthy cause.  We need to raise about $1000 in order to
incorporate and become a non - profit educational institution,
