For many eons of time as you know it, the universe has spun in
it's cycles, changing, growing, creating, collapsing.  When a
star system collapses in upon itself, it becomes a black hole; a
place filled with reverse energy much like the negative of a
photograph.  These black holes have much to teach mankind on
planet earth at this momentous cycle in her development.  Much
has been written lately about the "change times" or the coming
cataclysmic prophetic drama that is unfolding as per ancient and
modern seers.  We of the Ashtar Command would like to lend our
energies to this auspicious time also, and hopefully correct a
few misconceptions.



Earth is not going to self-destruct.  Mankind might do his best
to accomplish this, but we who watch and monitor will protect
the planet from man's folly should he attempt to create his own
end.  Earth WILL change.  All life forms upon her surface, under
her surface, and above it will change.  The circle is coming to
completion and the joining of the ends will be the determining
factor.  The plan has been written by the hand of God and set in
motion before time began, and now it is being called on to
finish so the rest of the universe can get on with it...so to
speak.  We all, every one of us in the Ashtar plus myriads of
other "assistants", have joined you at this time to aid, to help
in the birthing of a new earth for these happenings do not occur
every day.  The grand play is coming to an end and a new one
stands waiting in the wings.  The old must make way for the new
and thus we step aside and herald it's passing with honor and
respect while joyfully welcoming the new earth.  It is always a
joyous occasion when a child is born, and this child is
especially precious to us as we have had a great deal to do with
her creation.  We of the planetary systems that interact with
yours, whether you are aware of it or not, take well deserved
pride in the child about to emerge and long for the birth to be
complete.  We are ready.  As midwives, we stand waiting to
gather the child into our arms and nurture it.  A fresh, new
earth...innocent, clean, filled with promise and looking for
guidance.  We are honored at being  selected by the Creator to
fulfill this role and we shall do so with gusto.


  Dear brothers and sisters of earth, our purpose at this final
hour is to reach those who have been on the outskirts of the
movement.  We address this book to those who have felt the
stirrings of change...have noticed something different in their
lives, but could not put a finger on what it is and so they
continue on in their daily tasks, pausing now and then to shake
their heads as a strange thought peeks into it saying..."listen,
the time is now...release your old thoughts and listen to the
new wave of love and light entering your reality".  Are you one
of these?  You may ignore us during the daylight, but you cannot
ignore us at night for when you sleep, we teach.  Your
consciousness leaves the body and joins us for schoolhouse
awareness.  "What is this", you ask, "what is this urging I
feel?"  "What is this nagging sensation that I have forgotten
something?"  What you have forgotten dear one, is who you are
and we are here to remind you.



Before your decision to come to this planet, when you were just
a spirit learning at an accelerated pace and enjoying it
immensely as the physical structure becomes quite cumbersome
once you have experienced life without it, you became aware of a
new energy surrounding you.  This energy was in the form of a
call...a call to volunteers who wished to become lightworkers on
a planet about to evolve from fourth to fifth dimension.  The
information entering your awareness said, "Come to planet earth
and be a part of the grand experiment's completion.  Come to
Terra and assist your brethren in awakening them to who they
truly are once the veil is lifted and the final balance between
dark and light is achieved."

What an incredible opportunity to balance karmic debts plus
taking part in the birth of a new star.  Since all information
is available via the band of cosmic information stored around
the planet, it is accessible to all in the higher dimensions,
and it was no secret as to the conditions on Terra.  All were
aware of her plight, indeed many had been a part of it while in
the physical form, and thus all who had taken part in her
development to this point in linear time were given the
opportunity to return and assist her in her hour of greatest
need and glory.  This call did not restrict other lifeforms from
joining in.  Quite the opposite, it encouraged other systems and
lifeforms to take part as earths new emerging would affect the
universe.



And so it was, and so it is at this moment.  Millions of souls,
sparks of the Creator, agreed to enter into the physical bodies
of earthlings and take part in the birthing process from the
planets surface.  Millions of others agreed to assist from other
positions in the galaxy and formed a Confederation of Planets
bound by mutual agreement and cosmic laws.  Among these laws are
the code of non-interference which allows for assistance when
requested, but forbids direct intervention with the karmic paths
of the inhabitants.



This, then is the position we find ourselves in now and it is at
times, quite frustrating for us.  We have been assisting for
eons, since your planet's inception, and now, when we are needed
the most, we are not allowed to directly intervene.  Yes, we
have interacted with some of our brethren in a physical manner
and been sighted by thousands of others, but this has been in
accord with the plan agreed upon by them prior to incarnation.
In other as words, we were asked.  Admittedly, many of the
brethren contacted did not remember their own game plan but we
did, and do and continue to act upon the previously agreed plan
which was to awaken the sleeping memories and activate them.  We
underestimated the density of Terra's dimensional field.  We
have not been as successful as we had hoped, and thus we are
trying another tactic, always remaining in the non-interference
mode yet striving to jar those who are still asleep as to their
purpose into awareness.



The sadness for us comes when some of you do remember, and use
your free will to deny your own choice in order to remain in the
illusion of earth.  This, of course, is your choice and we could
not and would not deny it, but it is a let-down for all of us
who have worked so hard to awaken you.  Try to understand please
and remember the grand scheme of it all.



Earth...Terra, was created according to the will of All That Is
as an experiment in free will as expressed in physical form.
That form was to be made up of elements of the planet itself
thus the being that emerged was part of the planet itself making
an irrevocable bond between them.  Although the being was to be
of superior intellect, this was to be used in cooperation with
the other elements of the planet.  He was to be a caretaker and
have dominion over the other life forms of plant, animal, and
mineral, but not in a domineering sense.  Rather in a nurturing
sense whereby he could assist in their evolution and his own.



It did not work out that way.  Of the many planetary species
that took part in the creation, some developed a plan of their
own contrary to the Creators design.  This was not done as an
act of disobedience, lest you get caught up in your old
theological nonsense again.  This was done as an act of their
free will and a wish to give the new life forms an opportunity
to learn by experience.  The original plan called for the earth
to be a perpetual garden of Eden  where the dominant
lifeform...man, would be the caretaker to assist in the other
lifeforms evolution.  This worked well, but slow and the others,
whom we shall call "rebels with a cause", decided to speed it up
a little by encouraging man to "eat of the fruit of the tree of
knowledge" which simply means he was encouraged to disobey his
mentors and leave the garden to see what was on the other side.
Naturally once he did this, the guardians were upset and did in
fact, leave him to his own devices.  They stopped feeding him
and protecting him from the elements and turned him loose.



Well, you can see the result.  Man did learn by experience and
in the process he has managed to accumulate negative karma to
the extent that the layer of it that surrounded the planet was
virtually impenetrable which meant that we, those who were the
original creators, could no longer reach the divine implant in
each soul.  It meant that man forgot who he was and why he was
on Earth.  This loss of cosmic awareness has caused the mess you
are in now.  Instead of knowing that you are yourselves, sparks
of divinity and therefore miniature Gods, you succumbed to the
demands of the physical vehicle designed only to house your soul
and became grounded.  Thus you have remained all these linear
centuries striving only to survive and nurture the body so that
you could enjoy the physical a little longer.



Every now and then we would send a volunteer of the highest
realms to attempt to awaken you to your true purpose, but you
usually resisted  this emissary and acting out of your new
god...FEAR, you killed his vehicle in various nasty means.  We
never gave up however, and the greatest of these volunteers whom
you call Jesus the Christ, is now our commander in
chief...Sananda, and it is He that is heading up the rescue in
the very near future.  He has been sending His energy to many on
the surface who are able to telepathically receive Him just as
Yvonne is and a list of His  messengers is at the end of this
book.  Other great beings are also joining in earth's
enlightenment thus you can now read the words of high Pleidian
contact, the Arcturian connection, the Siriens, St Germaine,
Mother Mary, and many others. These messages are all designed to
awaken those who  sleep while there is still time. Why?  What
will happen to those who do not?



First let us explain that all lifeforms are sacred to the
Creator for they are His own.  We use the masculine form with no
discretion intended for the Creator is both  and neither.  He
simply is All That Is.  Since all life is composed of energy
which never dies, no being shall pass out of existence.  He will
simply change form.  Man however, being one of the higher
lifeforms, has the opportunity to make a tremendous advancement
as planet earth afforded that opportunity.  The universe
functions in cycles and Terra is now at the end of one cycle.
This is irrevocable. This will be and it will happen at the
proper predetermined time.  All we can do is try to activate
those of our own family who have come to earth to assist and
gotten lost in her density.  All of earth's life forms will be
saved and placed where they choose according to their individual
soul's level.  We are simply trying to increase the harvest of
our own.



Eons ago, when earth was new and fresh, we were here.  We
answered the call of the Creator to be part of the grand
experiment to take place on Terra, the schoolhouse of the
universe.  Yes, schoolhouse is the correct term as that is
precisely what earth is and well has she done her job in
educating millions of souls throughout  her linear history.  You
see, only in physical form can certain lessons be learned and
terra, with her infinite variety of life forms and infinite
variety of opportunities affords the most acceptable realm for
soul advancement.  Karmic debts that have been acquired on other
planets may be balanced on Terra as in many cases, the
originating planets have long since disappeared.  Since the
universe is limitless, these debts may be balanced in any realm
of the soul's choosing and millions have chosen earth.  It is
unfortunate that these lessons have often been at mother earth's
expense, and instead of balancing their karma, many have
forgotten their promise to themselves and gotten caught up in
her density and created more debts instead of balance.  It is
time now to end this cycle.  The mother has had enough and cries
out for an end to it so she can move on to her promised reward.
The thousand years of peace; the thousand years of plenty as
prophesied in many of your books and legends awaits her.  The
second Coming of Christ in your Christian bible is the forecast
of this event.  It is true in the sense that the Christ
Consciousness will return and in the radiance of the Lord
Sananda's light, no darkness can exist.  This will be a time of
great joy not only for those who survive the change times, but
for those   who have been assisting and sending our love and
light to the surface for eons.  We think of earth as our child
and the child has grown too big to play with the type of toys it
now wishes to have.  Nuclear weapons should not ever have been
invented and will be taken away from the children lest they harm
themselves and their surroundings.  This will be done in the
very near future, for even though earth has made wondrous
strides toward peace in the last ten years, there are still
those few ruthless power-mad beings who seek only to rule the
planet with force.  They  not under the control of any nation or
government.  They are a force that has secretly wielded the
strings of the world for a very long time and now that peace is
making itself known in major nations such as Russia, they are
worried.  Peace is the very last thing they want as they make
their trillions by keeping the world in turmoil.  Manipulation
is the name of the game and they play it well.  Much of the woes
of earth stem from their bloodstained hands and they are not
finished yet.  Their days are numbered and they know it, but
they will fight to the last and many will suffer at their hand.



We say this not to cause fear.  Quite the opposite.  Fear is
what feeds the dark forces, and fear comes in many disguises.
It is not only the fear of death that they use as a weapon.
They promote the little, insidious fears.  The kind that one may
not recognize until it has done it's work.  Take the little fear
of insecurity for example.  How many lives are spent in hopeless
treadmills of working from dawn to dark at a spiritually
unrewarding jobs that separate fathers from their children and
wives which leaves them lonely and dysfunctional.  How many
children must be raised in the unwholesome environments of day
care centers where they learn fear and loneliness and survival
of the strongest.  How sad we are when we look down and see
these lonely little ones who do not understand why they cannot
be with their mothers and fathers.  Naturally they grow up with
scars on their little psyches.  They are taught fear
immediately.  All creativity is squelched in favor of blind
obedience so their "teachers" can have a few moments rest.  How
much better it would be if your work places opened their own day
care center staffed by mothers who know and love what they do.
The parents could visit during breaks and have lunch with their
children and all problems could be avoided.  We are pleased to
see this in some areas, but not nearly enough.  How much better
still if the mothers did not have to work, but could spend the
precious, life-shaping time with their children in the home
surrounded with love and security.


  Your economic system has been manipulated by the power-mongers
to keep you on the edge of disaster.  Now they are pulling the
strings that will unravel it completely and economic collapse is
imminent.



It is no accident that the banks and savings and loans are
failing. It is planned to bring this great nation to its knees
where they can step in with lies and force and control it
completely.  Do not allow this to happen people of earth.
Forewarned is forearmed and we are issuing this warning. There
is no more time for soft-pedaling.  Remember, we cannot
interfere therefore we cannot save your planet for you.  You
must do this yourselves.  Open your eyes and use your common
sense and your inner truth as a guide.  Every human alive on
planet earth at this moment has the means to end this type of
manipulation simply by being able to recognize it and use your
democratic systems to stop it.  We speak now of the major
nations as they are the leaders.  As they go, so will the lesser
nations go as they are the vanguards.



Start at the home level.  Treat all you meet with honesty and
respect.  Deceive no one and they will not deceive you.
Encourage natural abilities in the work place.  Do not force
boring repetitious assembly line jobs on workers simply by
offering them more pay.  Make the workplace happy.  Test
employees to see what they are suited for and what they would
like to do and then place them in that position.  A happy worker
will put out ten times more then an unhappy one.  There is
nothing wrong with the capitalistic system except that you have
allowed greed to rule.  Wealth should be evenly distributed.  No
one should ever go hungry or homeless.  You have the means to
feed and house your entire population if you could but
redistribute the wealth.  You have the technology to make the
desert bloom but you use it instead to pump oil for the rich to
get richer and more recently, as a reason for war.



You have an opportunity now to put this into action.  The Soviet
Union is in trouble.  Its people will go hungry this winter
because they have thrown off the yoke of oppression and are
reaching for freedom...that which is all soul's birthright, but
they will pay a price if they do not receive aid from their
fellowman.  Empty your storehouses of grain that lays there
rotting.  Feed the children of your brothers and sisters for all
of mankind is one with each other and all cells are part of the
same body whether it is of the foot or the head.  You must come
to the realization now that there are no individuals.  There is
individual souls, but they are not alone.  They are part of the
One that makes up the universe and as such they must attain
balance.  This penchant of yours to gather all the food or
material items into  one little group and exclude all your
brethren must stop as it is part of the negative energy once
again spawned by fear.  Fear of not having enough for your own
inner circle causes you to build fences, shut out others lest
they try to take something from you.  Learn from the ancient
societies of the world.  The Mayans of the Yucatan lived in
communal cities where there were leaders, but their main concern
was for the welfare of their people and not how much wealth they
could accumulate while their subjects starved.  This
civilization lived long before yours and lasted until it was
time for the cycle to change again.  They understood this and
made preparations for it.  The secrets of their civilization is
saved in the great pyramids they constructed for this very
purpose.  One who now has awakened is opening the power vortexes
and balancing their energies.  This will have a very powerful
effect on the earth as a whole as it will increase the flow of
positive energies around her circumference and add to the
enlightenment of all who have "ears to hear".  Soon all of the
ancient sites will be opened by our brethren male and female,
who remember their promises.  As this occurs, others will be
triggered and join in and the effect will reverberate around the
planet causing the negative ones to tremble.  Set aside your
fear dear ones, and know that this is going to happen...is
happening now and nothing can stop it.  Your only choice now is
which direction do you wish to take?  Do not be confused or
upset by these words.  Know that you have within you all that
you need to make the correct choices.  Ask your higher guidance
with truth and sincerity in your being and you cannot be
refused.  IT IS A UNIVERSAL LAW...HE WHO ASKS, SHALL RECEIVE
PROVIDED THE INTENT IS OF THE HIGHEST AND NOT CENTERED IN SELF.
One of the most difficult things for earthlings to accept seems
to be the reality of what we are saying.  You read our words,
believe them in your minds, but do not translate them into
action because you have not experienced the things of which we
speak personally.  Well dear ones, you soon shall and all doubt
shall cease to exist in the face of the "proof" you seem to
need.  We have no problems entering your realm in physical form
and will...when the time is right.  Our time, not yours thank
you very much.  So many of you demand that we land in your back
yard so you will then acknowledge our existence.  Dear friends,
whether you acknowledge us or not is not the issue.  WE ARE
HERE.  Our purpose is not to prove this.  Our purpose is to help
you grow and we must do this carefully for to push you too
quickly could be harmful.  If we did land in the scoffers back
yard, the affect might cause so much fear and shock to their
systems it could cause negative physical stress such as heart
attacks and trauma.  The very ones who doubt the most are the
most vulnerable as they are the most unaware.



Those who are of our own will know us instantly as their DNA
will remember what their conscious minds do not.  Those who are
not of our realm will be raised according to their own
individual levels of growth gently.  Most will not even know
what is happening and this is as planned.  All is planned.
There are no accidents.  Every moment of your existence is known
by you in advance.  Free will action results in experiences on a
multi-dimensional basis therefore, a choice made in one
direction which differs from the overall plan made for it prior
to incarnation, will cause an effect in another dimension.  We
will expound on this further.



        CHAPTER 2



You are at a crossroads.  You have a choice.  To go to the right
leads to a farmhouse with chickens and cows and ducks.  To go
the left leads to town.  You have planned, prior to incarnation
in this particular linear time, to be a farmer and learn from
those experiences.  Instead, your free will says no, and you
take the road to the left.  Now what?  You have not followed
your own life map and have diverged from the original game plan.
 The experiences in town will not be those you wished to learn
and you will feel something lacking until you get back on track.
 Simultaneously your multi-dimensional self will have taken the
road to the right and on another level will be completing the
experiences of farm life.  Both experiences will enrich your
soul's growth even though one will be more rewarding then the
other.  Since time as you experience it here... linearly, is an
illusion of this level, you may experience as many different
paths as you wish in your multi-dimensional form.  It may sound
complicated to you now but if you will allow it to enter and
settle in some, it will make sense to the inner self.



There are souls on various levels of development on planet earth
at this time which is the reason for so much chaos.  The
uniqueness of Terra has attracted a diversity beyond your
comprehension

and all are now rushing to complete their own chosen paths prior
to the shift.  Since the paths all go in one of two directions:
Service to self or Service to others...it is easy to see why the
energies are now polarizing.  Read your papers with new eyes.
Note how the negative seems to be overwhelming the positive, but
do not be deceived.  Your free press tends to print what will
sell the most papers and thus you do not hear much of a positive
nature.  It is there however.  It is there in the ecology
workers who fight for the rights of your ceton brothers.  Did
you know that the whales and the dolphins have souls such as
yours?  They are the only species on the  planet other then man
who has this gift.  Although man was given dominion over them,
they are far more advanced then you.  They came to act as a
sensor to the pulse of the earth.  They report to us on the
levels of pollution in the water and air and earth.  They do
this at their own peril for they are now being destroyed by the
thousands as are most of your species.  Do not be mislead by the
word...extinction.  There is no extinction in the universe.
Your missing species have merely vacated from a place that no
longer appreciates them and have found a new home elsewhere in
the universe.  Indeed, we have many of them on our ships at this
moment.  They bring us much pleasure and we know you will enjoy
them also when the time comes that you share our home away from
home.



There are light workers around the planet working in small but
effective groups linking up the energies of the planet along the
natural ley lines and power vortexes.  These light workers often
do not realize who they are, but as long as their acts decry
their virtues, they cannot be denied.  We know them by these
acts and thus we gauge the effectiveness of our own.  We see
what you are not permitted to.  The earth is changing, but not
for the worse, it is changing for the better.  This is not being
spread across your news media and it needs to be.  Your
technology is now sufficiently advanced that it could teach the
people en masse what they need to know so urgently.  Because of
the government controls and censure procedures, this cannot be
done so we are using other means.  Brave and gifted men and
women are coming forth and teaching truth in their own
way...ways that the government dare not stop.  Movies such as
those depicting life after death are very popular are they not?
Especially effective are those that tell the truth about your
history.  The recent film "Dances With Wolves" reveals the
actual account of the destruction of your native population, but
also teaches that this was known by them and was a chosen step
in their own advancement as a race.  They knew they would return
at the proper time and now is the time.   The rise in native
American and indeed, all native teachings is on the increase.
Those with open minds and ears listen to the wisdom of the
tribes indigenous to their lands.  The Kahunas of Hawaii stand
ready to teach those who quest after truth as do the aborigines
of Australia, the Eskimos of the northern lands, the Lamas of
Tibet and the dolphins of your oceans.  Yes, that is correct,
the dolphins are here to teach and they understand your language
completely.  They can respond to you if you but listen with your
inner ear rather then the outer one who hears only squeaks and
whistles.  The have much they wish to teach you, but they are
often too busy struggling to avoid your death nets.  We shake
our heads in amazement at what you allow.



There are teachers around the globe and curriculums written by
the ancients for this time and now they are being revealed.  You
will hear more and more of this.  Just at the native Americans
are now allowing their sacred paths to be taught, so will other
tribes release their knowledge.  Look around you and be joyous.
See what is not written in the papers or put on the six o'clock
news.  Feel the rise in energies for it is occurring as we
speak.  You need only to raise your AWARENESS to know what we
say is true.  You do not have to be a guru or a shaman or travel
around the world in search of enlightenment.  Enlightenment is
all around you.  It awaits your opening like a flower to it's
energies.  You have been taught for so long to listen only to
your external sensory system.  Listen now to your internal
system.  Find a quiet place.  Shut off the phone and the radio
and the TV.  Sit on the grass in your yard or a near-by park.
Feel the earth.  Touch her and know that she is real and alive
and filled with pain and longing.  Your bodies are made of up
her elements.  You are ONE.  Only your illusion of separation
has kept this from you.  Now you must release it and become what
you are.



Aren't you tired of the struggle?  We tire just watching you.
You tend to complicate things so.  We realize this is the result
of your programming and your society, but these things can be
changed. Just as they were created by you in the first place, so
can they be destroyed by you and be replaced with a new system
borne of love and light.  How do you think we feel having to
watch as you continue to harm yourselves and the planet while
all the while we know the outcome.  We can see the big picture
while you are limited to only one screen at a time.
Non-interference is a bitter pill to swallow for us at this time
as we love you dearly and cannot help as we wish to.  These
words are limiting.  Would that you could remember the thought
transference you once  knew.  A thought is much more pure in
it's content then these primitive words.  A thought is pure
energy.  Words must be formed by letters which best express the
thought linearly.  Much is lost in this method of communication.
 Since it is all we have to work with, we do our best.



So many of us are now reaching your people and this is most
heartening to us.  The books you are reading which are
"channeled" are for the most part,  reliable and should be used
as teaching tools.  Some are of the dark side as a channel, a
person who is able to receive the thoughts of other energy
forms, can pick up information in the ethers from many sources.
Discernment and common sense should be your guide here.  If the
information causes fear and tells you to do something that
offends your inner knowing...set it aside.  If it brings you
joy, if it awakens that inner knowing that you feel inside, if
it satisfies your need to know truth...then accept it as such
and proceed to follow the teachings and to transform them into
action.  Thoughts alone will not save the planet.  Action is
required, but action must take the form of positive movements.
Never use force or coercion to attain your goals even though the
goal is honorable.  The means do not justify the ends which is
contrary to what you have been taught.  To say that a war which
destroys an entire body of  water, pollutes the entire
atmosphere around the planet, and causes the lives of thousands
of innocent people is justified because it taught one dictator a
lesson is ridiculous.  You cannot believe this.  You cannot
serve two masters.  Thou shalt not kill is a commandment of the
Creator.  To willingly take what He has made is sin  and sin
only results in more negative karma.  Since the earth is about
to leave this level where karmic debts can be balanced, where
will those who are incurring more be able to do this?
Answer...somewhere other then earth which will make things a
little more difficult for their individual souls.  It is much
easier to balance karmic debts if one can return to the same
place they were incurred.



Although it is possible to assist the planet on other levels,
and we do encourage this, it is far more beneficial to take
action.  Note the people of the Soviet Union.  How bravely they
have fought for freedom.  Americans have become complacent and
indolent.  Experience is the name of the game on earth and
sadly, if you do not actually experience...feel the effects of
an action, you do not accept it as part of your truth.  We hope
that you will not have to undergo the loss of your freedom in
order to recognize how precious it is.  Your founding fathers
knew this well.  We spoke to them as we are speaking to the
writer and they listened.  The Declaration of Independence and
the Constitution were written with our guidance.  It was we who
pointed the writers to the Iroquois nation who had been using a
constitution of written rules which protected the rights of the
individual for years.  A copy of this came into Jefferson's
hands and much of it was incorporated into the American
document.  Return to this magnificent work in it's pure form.
Start over and learn the joys of true freedom.  Insidious action
by the big governments of the world have eroded away many of
your basic rights.  Just because it has not effected you
personally, does not justify your lack of acceptance or action
to prevent it.  You must learn that you are all part of the One.
 If your foot gets injured, do you cut it off?  Of course not.
It is part of your body and you need it to function as a WHOLE
UNIT.  Every action...every thought that leaves your body and
mind has an effect.  The law of cause and effect is a universal
law and applies on earth as everywhere else.  Since linear time
is speeding up, the karmic balance is coming around much sooner.
 This should give you cause to think before you think.  A
negative thought will have a negative effect and who do you
think is going to be the eventual receiver of that negativity?
The one who sends it out in the first place.



There is only one true sin.  It is a thought, word, or action
that deliberately harms another living creature whether that be
man, animal, plant or mineral.  All are forms of life and all
are of the Creator.  Thus you now have a very simple means to
straighten out the mess you have wrought over the centuries.
Teach yourself to pause for a moment before
thinking...speaking...or acting.  Ask yourself, "will this
thought, word, or action cause any living creature harm?"  If
the answer is yes you had better rethink it.  Not so complicated
after all is it?  We have been practicing this for eons so it
comes naturally to us, but do not let us sound superior for that
is not our intention.  We went through much of what you are
going through now so we do empathize.



        Chapter 3



Perhaps now would be a good time to explain further what the
"Group Mind of the Ashtar Command" represents.  The Ashtar was
formed to join together those planetary systems who served
others.  There are many of us, but for the most part, we enjoy
minding our own business and do not wish to interfere in the
systems of others.  Earth, however, is near and dear to so many
millions of souls who have spent linear lives on her surface
that now, this very special graduation time, has brought out the
need to express how much we owe her.  There is probably not a
single lifeform in our command that has not interacted with
earth at one point or another.  We owe you much dearest Mother
of the carbon based units, and we seek to repay our debt.  When
we speak of the "big picture",  we mean what you would term the
future of mankind which is quite apparent to us from our vantage
point.  We cannot tell it to you in detail, but we can advise
and direct when requested and thus we formed this group.  The
larger portion of Ashtar is physical and functions in this form,
but we, the group mind are just that...the collective thought of
the Command lead by Lord Sananda and championed by Michael.
Lord Michael holds a special interest in earth as it was he who
fought the final battle against the forces who were determined
that mankind be allowed to know all of the knowledge of good and
evil.  The founding fathers wanted a garden of Eden to cover the
earth and do away with duality forever as they were tired of the
constant conflict of positive and negative trying to balance.
Michael was the guardian of the garden, but his duties took him
elsewhere in the universe and when he returned, the deed had
been done.  Man was exposed to choice, to dark and light, to
learning by experience and he chose to embark on this journey.
Michael waits to bring peace once more to his beloved planet and
initiate the thousand years of light.  Do not think that the
years of struggle were the direct fault of those who showed
mankind the truth.  Nothing is ever wasted and this duality has
given millions of souls the opportunity to balance karmic debts
and set themselves on the path of enlightenment and progression
to higher realms.  The only true "victim" and we hesitate to use
this much abused word, has been the planet herself.  This was
not foreseen.



When we tell you that we can see the "big picture" this does not


mean that we can see details nor does it mean that the picture
is unalterable.  On a free will planetary system choices are
constantly being made which will affect the linear future.  Yes,
we can and do see the overall plan and it's completion, but the
path it takes to that completion is "up for grabs", so to speak.
 We do not dictate nor does the Creator except in the breaking
of cosmic law.  Destruction of your planet would be a breach of
cosmic law and therefore it will be prevented should this
destruction be of a nuclear means.  We cannot prevent it's
destruction by abuse, however.  That must be done by you or
mother earth herself.  She is in the process of this now.  She
has about ended her symbiotic relationship with those who have
forgotten their responsibilities as guardians and protectors and
have become users and abusers.  Whether or not she completes
this self cleansing depends upon the actions of those who have
brought her to this point.



The native peoples  of the continents are now rising to bring
the ancient truths to the majority of the populations of the
world.  It is the time for which they have long suffered and now
they rejoice in this as they know earth shall be treated with
respect once again.  It is their honor to be the teachers to
those who perpetrated this situation as all will be forgiven to
those who recognize the oneness of all.  The cells of your body
have different shapes and colors yet all are part of the whole.
The cells of the planet are of different shapes and colors yet
all are part of the whole.  Red, white, brown, black,
yellow...skin is skin and it covers the same beating heart.  Let
it beat in unison with one desire my brethren.  Peace on earth.
This is the only truth you need concern yourselves with now for
it is the most pressing of your time and we are here to do all
we can to see that it is carried out.



At this writing, your national holiday called Columbus day is
approaching.  The writer put a note on her calender this morning
and it said, "Day of Mourning".  We respect this in honor of a
race of wise ones which was all but obliterated by the coming of
the white man, however, it is not in our purpose to dwell on
mistakes of the past.  It is time to let go of all the old
hatreds and bitterness and move on into the light of the fast
approaching future.  We speak now to the native Americans, the
real people of North America, South America, Australia, the
Orient, and all lands that still maintain a true native
population.  Let go of your anger and do not seek revenge
against the awakening majority.  What is past is past and all
was meant to be.  Assist now in raising the awareness of your
brethren and rejoice that your sacrifice is ended and you will
be the teachers of the new world.  Who else can show the
children of the modern ages what has been forgotten?  For this
you stayed and suffered and were reduced to a fragment of your
former glory.  For this you preserved the ancient knowledge in
your soul memories and your sacred sites and now is the time to
release and share for the earth, your sacred mother calls out to
you to heal her.  Blessed are those who hear and acknowledge
without bitterness toward those who brought her to this point.
Your reward shall be a clean earth filled with the four-leggeds
and winged ones who filled your spirits with joy and will again.
 Teach your brethren dear ones, and we who know the truth of
your sorrow will rejoice with you.



That there will be some physical destruction is inevitable.  The
earth knows which areas cannot be cleansed any other way and
thus there will be vast areas that will disappear into the
earth's inner core for the cleansing of fire.  Others will be
cleansed by water which will wash over the shores and create new
land masses.  Those who are meant to survive, will and you must
be there to instruct them as to the proper way to survive
without harming the earth again.  These will be as children and
you the parents instructing them with love and compassion.  To
be wise is to pass on this wisdom to those in need.  Those who
wish to repopulate the earth in love and light must know the
methods to use as their previous lifestyles will not have
prepared them for what is to come.  Most will be city or town
dwellers who know little of self-sufficiency but all will be
chosen.  All will be those who have earned the right to be there
and all will be willing pupils for your knowledge.  This time,
brothers and sisters of the earth, the outcome will be
different.  This time, there will be a thousand years of peace
and the earth will vibrate to a new sound of harmony and beauty.
 Blessed are you who assist in this restructuring for you are
the prophets and you are the teachers and you are the healers
and the greatest teacher of all, Lord Sananda will hold you in
his arms and fill you with his light forever.



        CHAPTER 4



Let us dedicate this chapter to those of you who are just
beginning to open to the energies around you.  These are the
babes awakening to the peace of the Creator now being poured
down upon earth as never before.  The Harmonic Convergence in
August of 1987 was the beginning of this accelerated period of
exposure to higher energies, and around the planet millions of
you have felt it in your inner being, but have not been able to
make the outer connection which results in effective action.  To
those who find themselves in confusion now due to this increase
of energy we will offer some advise.  The symptoms of this new
and wonderful illness are as follows:  First the person begins
to question the status quo, ie. that which has been drilled into
them since childhood.  Strange thoughts come into one's mind
such as, "why should I have to pay taxes to a government that
wastes so much on weapons to kill innocent people and is run by
politicians who are themselves, corrupt?" "Why should I support
a system that demands I pay a large percentage of my earnings
into it in return for ineffective schools, unfair judicial
systems, big business favoritism, corrupt legal systems, and a
"big brother" attitude if one fails to cooperate."  "Why should
I support a religious structure that teaches blind obedience to
a God of sacrifice that the Christ came here to lead us away
from?" "What is this desire burning deep inside that says, 'be
free?'"



What is happening dear ones, is that the reason for you being
here at this time is becoming a part of your reality and is no
longer lying dormant in your genetic structure.  Like a tiny
time bomb, it is exploding with truth in your very being and the
resultant vibrations are shaking the earth with a new truth.
One pebble dropped in the silent surface of a pond will cause
ripples that carry to the edge and bump the shoreline which
carries the vibration around the world.  Never doubt your
ability to change the status quo for the status quo was never
meant to be immutable.



What does one do when these feelings arise?  Whatever you wish.
We cannot dictate, we can only advise and thus we are here only
to instruct you as to your own abilities to do whatever you wish
to do.  We would hope that the awakening moves you to do
something of a constructive nature, but there will be many who
will not understand the change of energies and will become
physically or emotionally disturbed by it.  It is a puzzle to us
that the very reason you came here is the single most effective
cause of your discomfort.  You came here to be caretakers which
means bring the earth back to the original state of being, and
yet when the opportunity arises for you to speak out or to act
in her behalf, you stop.  You look at what the consequences will
be to your little lifestyle and you retreat back into your safe
existence and rationalize by saying,"let someone else do it.  I
have a wife and children and a mortgage and I cannot be
concerned with the rain forest for the pollution or the
underground nuclear explosions or the nuclear waste or the
extinct of animals and plants and so on and on and on."  We
would ask you this question.

If not you, then who?  If you have no earth left that is
habitable, you will not need a mortgage.  If you have no threes,
you will not have any air to breath.  If nuclear testing causes
the tectonic plates to rupture, your land masses will shift and
with it, your precious home along with your wife and children.
If you truly love them, then give them a chance for a future
without poison in their air, water, land, and life.



There is no single human being alive on the planet at this
moment who was not aware prior to incarnation of the
circumstances that would be a part of his/her life.  Do you
understand?  Each and every one of you knew...KNEW...what would
be happening during this life that you CHOSE.  That you have
forgotten can no longer be a viable excuse for inaction as we
are here to remind you and you have now the choice of likening
or ignoring.  Ignore at you peril beloved for the planet will
move on with or without you.







All that you wish from your life awaits you for the asking.  The
trick seems to be your believing this statement.  That we who
await you on your proper level are amazed at this is due to the
fact that we were once where you are now and we have "made it"
so to speak.  Thus it is easy for us to say "you can do it" as
we know this to be truth.  We apologize if we sometimes seem to
make light of your present circumstances.  We are not
insensitive to the feelings and emotions of humans and thanks to
the sharing of these feelings and emotional input via receivers
such as Yvonne, we are learning more every moment.  There was a
time when we truly felt earthlings were lost in a mire of their
own making but we do not feel this way any longer.  The last ten
of your years has proven to us that you are indeed, all that we
hoped you would be and the energies beings received by you are
causing you to awaken.

A very special moment is soon to be upon you and we would hope
that this document becomes available to you prior to that date.
We are speaking of the doorway that will open on January 11,
1992.  The importance of this date is being proclaimed around
the world and we wish to offer our explanation.  As the Harmonic
Convergence was the beginning, this is the high point of the
opportunity that awaits you.  This is the moment when the cosmic
alignments are in their predestined order and thus a phenomenon
never before experienced on earth will take place.  A door will
open in the protective shield around the planet allowing the
emergence of energies the like of which you have never
experienced to enter.  This energy comes from the highest
source.  It is the energy of light.  It is the energy of love
the intensity of





which has not been brought to earth since the Christed one
walked on her surface.  This is the beginning of the ascension
of earth to the level of non-duality.  This is he beginning of
the end of the dark verses the light for the two must now
transmute into a wholeness...a purity of which the result will
be the thousand years of peace foretold by the one known to you
as Jesus and known to others as Mohammed, Buddha,  and Lord
Maitreya.  The plumed serpent of the Yucatan came to introduce
the meso American cultures to the truth and it is here that the
doors will open first to reveal the ancient wisdom that has been
stored in preparation for this moment.  The Wisdom-keeper is now
opening the sacred portals and the knowledge is emerging for all
to accept or reject as their particular level permits.  The
pyramids around the planet reverberate with the joy of
anticipation as the light of creation calls them to share at
last, that which they have to judiciously guarded.  Ask any
mother what she feels like when the child moving down the birth
canal crowns and you will begin to understand how mother earth
feels a this moment.



What is the procedure for all those who wish to participate in
this glorious event?  To receive the energies you must open
yourselves.  Because it is the pure energy of love that comes
from the Source of all, it must be received in a like manner.
Purify your being in the three areas of reception.  Cleanse your
physical body, balance your emotions, and open spiritually to
that which awaits you.  Do this in any manner appropriate to you
personally,  Those who wish to gather as a group will find this
process easier as there is strength in numbers, but for those
that cannot gather, no single light energy will be left out.  We
know who belongs to the light as you have a singular identifying
aura which can be "seen" by those of us assisting in this.  None
of pure heart will be missed.  To those who wish to form wheels
within wheels, this will be most effective as the universal
symbol of the circle  of life will shine brightly especially
when performed at the sacred power points.  By all means,
participate if you can, but do not be disheartened if you
cannot.  All will be touched in the manner in which they are
able to receive.  We do not wish this great event to be
presented as an occurrence for a select few for such is not the
case.  Even those who have never heard of the light of the
Creator and yet have a pure heart will receive this blessing for
that is what it is...a blessing from God to those who have
labored long in HIs service.



The doorway will remain open for 20 of your earth years and will
close in 2012.  At that moment all who have received the
energies and moved through will find a new earth.  Those who
chose not to accept the energies will remain at this level and
complete their own cycles in a place suitable to their
individual growth requirement.  There is no requirement other
then opening to and accepting the flow of pure energy.  Allowing
is the key word here.  Allowing the light to transform your
being into the stars that you are.  This must be a free will
decision of each soul.  The next 20 years will be the completion
of the cycle and will end in the glorious return of the Christed
One.  He will gather his sheep and heal forever the division
caused by the dualistic learning process.  Those of you who wish
to experience this will do so by your very thoughts expressing
that desire.  The light that shines forth from each heart chakra
will determine the entry.  Deception is not possible.  We would
suggest that during this 20 year period all lightworkers use
their resources to cleanse the planet and make this truth known
to all so they can make a choice based on knowledge.  Just as
the great teachers of the past tried to expose as many as
possible to the truth so will you be the teachers of the future.
 To be in the dark is often not one's soul's purpose, but
humanity gets caught up in the deception of the dark side and
thus blocks their own growth.  A lightworker brings light.  The
decision to accept or reject the light is the choice of the
contactee, but exposure to the truth forces this decision.
Blessed are those who bring the light to all corners of this
planet for all should have the opportunity to make an informed
decision.  Your present media allows this to take place.  There
is no portion of the planet that does not have access to the
communication systems available.  Use all systems to your best
advantage and let the good news be told.  Peace will reign on
earth once more and blessed will be those who brought this
about.  Do not play guru sitting on a mountain top for the next
20 years waiting for Nirvana.  Right thoughts precede right
action and right action is what it is all about on this planet
and in the universe.  You came into the physical form to
experience the temptations of the flesh and found them
delightful as they were meant to be.  Abuse of them caused your
problems and

perversion of the truth continued them.  Enough!

It is ended.  The grand experiment comes to a close and those
who participated will receive their rewards.  "In my Father's
house are many mansions"  and one awaits each and every soul who
volunteered to be a part of this phase of growth.



We are here and we will continue to assist until the moment when
we can do so in union instead of separation from our earth
brethren.  We long for this day and cherish each and every one
of you who will join us in union with the Creator.  Blessings
upon you dear ones for we who have guided and nurtured and yes,
sometimes controlled, now stand ready to witness the graduation
class.  The commencement address will be given at the moment you
consciously allow the truth to enter, and great will be that
moment.  Listen closely my brethren, for the truth often comes
in the whisper of a cosmic wind.  Let it not pass you by.  We
await you.



















































































        CHAPTER 5



We take great pleasure in announcing to all readers of this
document that the time of awakening has begun.  On November 11,
1991 the door began to open.  It will continue opening until it
is at its apex on January 11, 1992 which will be the moment in
your time when energies the like of which you have never before
experienced on earth will be pouring into your atmosphere.  This
energy will have its affect upon every living creature, plant,
bird, insect, animal, mammal and on the highest mammal of fall...

mankind.  At this point in your growth as a species, the highest
refers to linear measurement only, not advancement as many of
your animals and trees are more advanced, but this will soon be
corrected.  Mankind is on a roller coaster and the ups and downs
will be felt in increasing doses.  Please expect this so you are
not distressed or surprised at the effects of the energies
allowed in by the opening in the cosmic envelope surrounding
your planet.  These energies are of a multitudinous nature in
that they come from the cosmos, and are specifically designed to
raise the consciousness of all life on Terra.  This means that
each living organism will receive its own particular burst of
awareness and none will be able to perceive the others.  Plants
will hear their own chords and will respond while the four
leggeds will hear a different message.  The DNA in all cells
will begin to spin and the spiral will grow from two to four to
eight to finally 12 as was intended in the beginning.  This
process is happening now and in order to lessen  the concerns of
those who do not understand, we would like to ease the way
somewhat by describing what may, repeat...may occur in your
physical and emotional bodies.



Your cells know what the energies are, but have long since
forgotten how to respond to them thus the awakening must begin
there...  at the cellular level.  Since each human form is
individual and each energy form is individual, they cannot
become confused.  There is a particular vibration for each life
form and it will seek out its own.  Thus the experiences felt by
one individual will not be the same as that of another.  There
will be some similarities between humans however, and we will
explain a few symptoms that could be experienced.  Some
shortness of breath as the body adjusts to the new light forms
in the cells of the lungs and heart.  A drop in food cravings as
the body adjusts to the new digestive needs which will be
considerably less then those needed for the dense third
dimensional body.  Slight dizziness due to the increase of brain
energy .  When the process is complete you will be using much
more of your brain's capacity than now.  Some high blood
pressure may occur as the arteries react to the increased heart
production needed to fill the cells with oxygen.  Remember, you
are made of the elements of the earth thus earth, air, fire and
water will be in corresponding response         to the energies
entering their particular area of concern.  More Air will be
needed to oxygenate the cells, more water to provide the fluid
levels necessary to accommodate the change on cellular
structure, fire, or light will fill every cell of the body and
the carbon of the earth will change into the diamond of the new
age.  All of this will be on an uneven wave length depending
upon the growth of the individual and the position of the planet
in relation to the sun and the planets.  Thus we described the
"roller coaster" affect.  One day you will be on top of the
world and able to accomplish three times the norm and the next
day you will need four hours  extra sleep just to keep going.
DO NOT LET THESE BODILY CHANGES UPSET YOU OR CAUSE YOU TO RUN TO
THE DOCTOR FOR TREATMENT.  As long as it remains in an overall
moderate condition, it is norm for the times.  Naturally, if it
gets to be more serious, follow your own common sense for it
could be one of the many virus' attacking your systems at this
time.  Keep your bodies filled with pure water and adjust your
diets  as close to vegetarian as possible.  Red meats are very
difficult for the system to digest and were not intended for
food.  Your four legged friends were meant to be just
that...friends, not your food.  Your food grows in the ground
and on the trees and bushes that occupy the plant kingdom.  They
live to feed you.  This is their purpose.  They live also to
feed the animals which they do quite nicely for within their
structures are all the vitamins, minerals, sugars, amino acids,
proteins, and nourishment you will ever need.  We do not
advocate abrupt change.  This would be too much of a shock to
your systems.  Moderation in all things is the rule and as your
systems adjust to the new regime, you will feel the energies of
light fill your being and it will become that much easier to
break old destructive habits.  Be aware of these changes and
know that all is as it should be.



The planet will change also.  She will now begin the cleansing
so necessary for her ascension.  This will involve some
discomfort for her inhabitants as the pollution of her elements
must be cleaned.  You can assist her in this by stopping all
actions that add to the overall destruction of her elements.  We
do not wish to be repetitive but her air, earth, and water must
be cleaned so the fire of the sun can come through in its
intended force.  It is now altered by holes in the ozone layers
and pollution in the layer of breathable air surrounding her.
Be aware that she is now in this process.  We know that it is
possible for humans to become so saturated with bad news through
the media that they no longer cause an effect upon them.  This
is unfortunate for the media is the single most effective means
of correcting these situations were it used properly to its best
advantage instead of the "mindless drivel" so often observed
through Yvonne's eyes and ears.  The fact that earthquakes are
increasing around the planet should serve as a warning to you
that there is no more time for talk.  There is only time for
action.  She will respond to respect and loving actions in her
behalf, but should these not occur, she will cleanse herself and
mankind will feel the strength of her will in ways he will not
like.



Do not let these words cause fear.  Rather let them stir you to
actions that will prevent these cataclysms.  Do not be caught up
in the projectors of despair for this is not the time for
despair.  This is the time for rejoicing for the most glorious
time of your lives is upon you.  You were created to be of
light.  You were created to dance through your days and sing
through your nights and never to know fear or despair.  Now you
are returning to the original plan of the Gods who were inspired
of the Creator to share in His grand experiment.  You are not
ginnea pigs in a laboratory, you are the beloved sparks of the
Creator experiencing what you chose to experience in the density
of form.  The lesson is ending.  The school is closing to make
way for college and higher learning.  Allow them to close and do
not fear the movement for all the universe is in motion.  To
stop is to cease to be. The greatest gift you have is laughter.
Listen to a child as it laughs in delight at each new discovery.
 This is how it was meant to be and this is how it will be again.

        At this writing it is on earth, January 11, 1992. Yvonne was
nudged awake at 3:00 a.m. to write this entry.  The door is
open.  Your world is now part of the universe in a manner
heretofore unavailable to her.  What a momentous  occurrence for
all souls on her surface.  The energies spiraling down through
this doorway will activate the DNA and reassemble the original
twelve strands  which will bring you to the full awareness of
who you are and then...then dear brothers and sisters great will
be the joy in the heavens and beyond the heavens.  We guardians
have waited a very long time for this moment and have put forth
much energy to accomplish it.  Would that you could understand
the sacrifices of those who have made this moment possible.  We
have long awaited the time when our representatives on earth
awoke and joined to become the one true representative of our
Creator and now we shall be privileged to witness the fruits of
our labor.  The quickening is occurring as we speak.  Do you
feel it?

It begins as a tingle along the base of the skull and travels
down the spinal cord to the base chakra where it set the energy
of red spinning.  It then travels up the body to activate the
colors of the rainbow and awaken the hidden knowledge of the
universe.  Do no be frightened by this action for it is why you
are here.  All things have a purpose and to know one's life
purpose is the single most requested information we receive.
Now you shall know it for the veil is lifted and the vision
cleared.  No longer will you see life through a glass darkly.
Now your eyes are open and all that you wished to know is before
you.  This precious moment will stay with you forever.  Rejoice
in it.  Be grateful to those who made it possible for reaching
through he density of your planet has been no easy task.  We had
to receive permission from enough of you to open this door and
we have done so.  The beginning of the end is here and the long
awaited  New Age is upon you.  Say farewell to the system of
dualism for it no longer exists as a learning experience.  All
has become one and one it shall stay.  The various parts have
come together to form



the whole and the cycle is complete.  Amen and Amen.

        Chapter 6





What next?  Action...take action my brethren to bring those who
are not yet aware to the level at which they will become so.  Be
your brother's keeper.  Be that which you came here to be
because now you are free to act with unlimited energy.  Your
connection with your true self has been made.  You have all of
your capabilities and you may now work the miracles which will
save your planet and its life forms.  Use your energies to do
that which you have been prevented from doing due to the
suppression of those who have misused their power.  You are in
command now.  You have the strength and the wisdom to do all
that you came her to do.  Be bold.  Be brave.  Walk through the
valley of the shadow with confidence for naught can harm you.
These next 20 years years will see giants walking on earth once
again and you will be them.  What a glorious time.  Your light
shines so that we can see it clearly from our ships.   The
energies emitting from the apex of the great pyramid at this
moment are wondrous to see.  The vortex is open and fully
operational.  When the last of the ancient power sources has
been activated, the ascension will occur.  Blessed are those
whose task it is to activate these temples of wisdom.  We watch
over them and guide them to their destinations.  If you could
see through our eyes as we can through Yvonnes, you would see
now beams of colors you have not perceived through your human
eyes.  The color spectrum is far larger then the seven you know
of.  Energies dance and spiral with grace and beauty
indescribable.  It is as though the planet herself is rejoicing
for she knows that her deliverance is nigh.  Blessings upon you
beloved children of earth for we love you dearly.



We will be here standing by to assist in any manner possible to
those who are aware of our being and this number has just
increased a thousand fold.  Many newly awakened ones will need
counsel from those of you who have been in your  own knowledge
for some time now and we suggest you take your fledgling
brothers and sisters under your wings and nurture them until
they are able to fly on their own.  The energies coming in now
are of a different intensity then those preceding and they will
need some getting used to.  Do not be concerned if you feel a
little "spacy" for a while.  It is just your bodies adjusting
tot he inflow of light and color.  Be at peace with yourself and
know that this is as it should be.  Each of your physical
structures is unique therefore we cannot make a broad statement
as to what the symptoms of this influx will be but do expect
some minor adjustments to the nervous systems.  Expect keener
eyesight, more acute hearing, increased sensitivity in the touch
and smell.  The third eye will open now to reveal the auric
colors that surround your forms thus diagnosis of emotional and
physical illness will be easily discernible.  Physicians will no
longer need their primitive testings to see into the body.  The
aura will clearly reveal the problem areas.  Doctors will now
treat these ailments with light and sound instead of knives and
stitches.  Medicine will cease to exist as you now know it thus
ending the mega empire of those who feed off the pain of their
brothers.  What goes around has come around completing the
circle.  Look for new areas of learning to open to you.  Areas
you have not thought of as right for you will suddenly present
themselves and seem the answer to every prayer you ever made and
they will, in fact, be just that.  The days of living in
darkness are over.  When an occasion presents itself to you and
you know inside that it is right for you, act upon it with
boldness for your destinies will be clearly before you now.
Choices will be much easier as the density will have lifted and
the results will appear before the action is taken.  Do you
understand?  Now you can see the big picture.  Now you can act
in the knowledge that your action will have a specific result.
The guessing game is over.  Take this most seriously and be
discerning in all that you do for your energies are such that
control is necessary particularly because all will now be aware
at the same time.  This influx affects to the individual degree
of the receiver thus it is the responsibility of each of you to
use his remembered abilities wisely and with love.  Always with
love.  Do not repeat you past mistakes for in the new age,
misuse of power will not be allowed.





Now dear ones, let us speak of another affect of this new influx
of energy.  The earth also feels this and feels it with more
intensity then your physical bodies as her body covers a much
larger area.  The oceans are hers also and the creatures in
these bodies of water will respond tot he light in the manner
suited to them.  Expect those inhabitants of the deep to become
your friends and guides in a manner heretofore unexperienced.
the whales and dolphins are your brothers and sisters and are
fully capable of guiding you through this new age with wisdom
and love for this is way they are here.  They came to be a
balance between the antagonism of man toward the planet and the
love of the Creator stored in their bodies.  The destruction of
these magnificent creatures has lessened the amount of
assistance they can render thus we would suggest your primary
action at this time be the cessation of any harm to these
mammals.  They have the ability to teach you all that you now
need to know and are willing to do so but as with all
assistants, they must be asked.  Do not, repeat DO NOT attempt
to use these creatures to harm one another as with the
experiments now on going with your navy.  This species came here
to be of service to man...not to be used and destroyed by him.
They are all forgiving but you are wasting all that they have to
offer.   They can speak your language and soon you will
understand them completely.  The ears are opening to sounds of
the universe and you will be able to understand all languages as
though it were one.  The time of babble is ended and the
deceiver no longer will scramble your sound systems so that you
can only understand a language spoken in your own small area.  A
universal language is now in affect and will be transmitted to
all.  This will greatly increase the abilities of those here to
be peacemakers as there will be no need for translators.  This
language is already written and will soon be made available to
all. it is called Esperanto.  Watch for it and use it whenever
confronted with brothers of another country.



Language is not the only manner of communication that will be
changed.  Hearing will also alter.  It will increasingly
difficult for negative information to be made available via the
media as the very atmosphere is not charged with positive ions
and will reject deliberate lies being broadcast to the general
public.  Watch for unexplained transmission breakdowns when this
is attempted.  Truth is the rule now and although we cannot
directly interfere, we can predict the results of negative
actions in this new and loving energy.  Enjoy this dear ones,
for it is the light and love of the Creator who wishes you now
to be that which you came her to be.  Drop you shields for they
are no longer necessary.  Speak the truth whenever you
communicate and do not fear the results for all will be
supported by those of like mind.  Fear not ever again for fear
is outmoded.  Fear as a means of control is finished.  "And the
truth shall set your free" sayeth our beloved Lord Sananda and
now you are free.  How does it feel?



No different you say...if you are not experiencing that which we
have just described it is simply because you have not opened
yourselves to it.  You still have your free will and thus the
choice to receive or reject is still yours.  Choose wisely dear
ones...choose wisely.  Your brothers in Russia have chosen the
path of freedom and although the beginning may be a little
rough, the choice is blessed and will be rewarded.  Change is
sometimes frightening in your dimension but in ours it is a
constant and thus we look forward to the next moment with great
anticipation.  It is the reason the word boring is not in our
vocabulary for we are never bored.  The reason so many star
children are easily bored on earth is because it is not their
native element.  They are used to continuous action and
creativity.  To be restricted in one position or one occupation
or one area is cause for extreme discomfort.  Movement is the
key to the universe.  Change should be welcomed as the precursor
for the next grand adventure of your life.  Expect it.
Recognize it.  Rejoice in it.

Beloved, we have attempted through this imperfect method of
communication to relate to you the reader the following
critically important information:



1. We are the Ashtar and we are here

2. Our purpose is to guide and assist

3. We have been here for eons and will be here until we are no
longer needed.

4. We have chosen to communicate in this manner at this time to
spread the truth of who you are that you may know your reason
for being.

5. We are not here to give answers but to ask questions and make
you think.

6. We are not here to rescue the world from it's own problems
lems.  Only you can undo what you have done.



7. We are here to tell you that this is possible and can be done
and we would be willing to assist you in this cleansing.

8. should you choose to ignore us and all other light beings now
interacting with your species, then we are here to warn of the
earth's actions in cleansing herself.

9. We will rescue our own.  We will not rescue those who choose
to continue on in the third dimensional, dualistic system for
that would be interference.

10. We will be seen by the inhabitants of earth on an increasing
level and soon all will be unable to deny our existence.

11. We acknowledge the messengers of this information with
gratitude and love and much appreciation for they are the "town
criers" spreading our message by any means possible.  We have no
regrets for this is our chosen task and we rejoice in it.  Those
who have ears to hear ...will.
