NOTICE
Copyright Infringement
This catalog and all plans available to the public contained within
are copyrighted under the laws of the United States and all international
treatise. INTEC Investigative Technology takes a dim view of those
who purchase these plans for the express reason to reprint and/or
resell without our express agreement. The plans contained within are
available to you for your own personal use and not as a mode or medium
to skyrocket you to success in the plan/pirate markets. We investigate
all such reports and our attorneys move both to stop it and recover
the losses we estimate that have occurred through various formulas.
Our company, as of January 1, 1992, became the sole publishing source
for all John S. Wilson, Jr.'s plans. If you purchase a John S. Wilson,
Jr. plan from any other company, please report it to us at once.
Plan Piracy
Unfortunately, this does occur from time to time, primarily as the
result of unscrupulous individuals, or companies whose only motive
is an illegal and quick profit. In the latter portion of 1990 and
early 1991 our benefactor, John S. Wilson, Jr., investigated some
26 companies and individuals who had been reported to have jumped
on his bandwagon, having diluted the plan markets, and were illegally
marketing his plans without his approval in various forms, down to
even leaving his name in some of them. As a result, formal investigations
were conducted, evidence against those individuals and companies and
formal complaints of copyright infringement were filed with the Federal
Bureau of Investigation, Augusta Georgia Division, The United States
Attorney and the Postal authorities. Most of those cases have been
closed, with two still pending at press time of this catalog.
If it is your intention to purchase any of the materials within for
your own enjoyment and/or own personal use, fine. We welcome your
business and look forward to being of service to you. If it is your
motive and/or intention to latch into these plans to resell/market
and/or manufacture, sorry. We don't need your business and please
spare yourself the legal hassle that will surely follow the first
report we receive on you.
$5.00 Catalog Fee
- Refundable -
If this is the first catalog you have received from our company, please
subtract $5.00 off of your initial order to us. It seems ludicrous
for any company, even ours, to charge an up front $5.00 fee to look
at the material we have to offer for sale. You only need to be involved
on a professional level in either the mass media markets or publishing
industry to understand why we do this.
Each year millions of consumers will request free information being
offered, only to trash it or never order from the source that spent
their hard earned money to get it to them. By paying an up front $5.00
fee, all updates to this catalog in the form of flyers will be mailed
to you at no additional cost. At the same time, you get $5.00 off
of the first plan you order. What could be more fair?
By requesting and paying for this catalog, you have established yourself
as a viable customer who is a buyer of our type of product, and therefore
we will spend the extra money required to keep you abreast of the
introduction of new plans and periodic sales through our flyer system.
Construction Plans And Books In This Catalog
Each Wilson Construction Plan offered in this catalog is complete,
and consists of a full set of operational instructions, assembly charts,
component layout charts, and full schematic with voltage pin-outs.
Each contains both simplified instructions geared to the novice level
regarding building its circuit board, with that also included in the
plan.
Each Wilson plan is an original Wilson design, different from everything
that presently exists in the plan markets today. Wilson Designs have
been recognized as being the finest in the world today, and are in
fact continually purchased by governmental agencies, medical facilities,
advanced research labs, vice and narcotics officials, professional
private investigators, trade schools who teach electronics, electronic
engineers, electronic technicians, electronic experimenters, and down
to the complete novice.
Each Wilson plan, or in several cases books, is written on two levels.
This ensures that both the complete novice and the most skilled of
engineers can at the same time understand and assemble from a set
of instructions to a workable product. All Wilson plans and Wilson
books are printed in their original, first-run, un-cut and un-edited
versions. And unlike 98% of what is available to the plan markets
today, is not 20 to 30 years old. It is very modern technology that
has been introduced within the past several years.
Special Books Available
Although many, many books written in the marketplace today in various
forms of ads regard the subject of electronic surveillance, and are
in fact good ones, (Wilson says he has never seen a bad one), the
bulk of all of these books have been written for the arm chair type
of reader geared to a well rounded cap of the area, and more so make
for enjoyable reading rather than a ``meat and potatoes'' type of
format that one can sink his teeth into.
Wilson's policy has always been to carry in his line, as will be ours,
only those books that have been well rounded in a format that carries
both its text and subject at least 1000% beyond the goal post lines.
An area where most professional writers tend to dance around or come
to an abrupt stop, leaving its reader pondering ``the rest of the
story''. We will be happy to carry your book in our catalog for our
readers, provided you negate the goal post lines. However, to date,
only the Tyner Series that we carry has been given Mr. Wilson's full
endorsement.
Restricted Sales On Some Of The Plans In This Catalog
Wilson plans are sold in 16 countries and published in several different
languages through Wilsons' two companies, one located in Central America,
and the other located in the European nation of Sweden. Having been
awarded the publishing rights in the entire United States, Wilson
himself has requested that we place the below listed plans on a full
restricted status for sales in the United States.
It has never been the policy of the INTEC Company to restrict the
free flow of information and technology of his design. These plans
were sold on the free market and for a time, anyone could purchase
them and indeed, thousands of average citizens and builders did purchase
them.
The United States is at war! We are at war with the drug problem,
the criminal element, and those who have set out to destroy this great
nation. Over the past year, a number of very hard choices were made
by both the board of directors of the Enlow Company, Michael Enlow
himself, as the president of INTEC Investigative Technology, to put a
lid on these particular plans, primarily from the moral point of view
of keeping them out of the hands of those who would use them not what
they are intended for, but to achieve ends even to the point of affecting
the national security of the United States.
As an example below, plan number 00911, ``Wiretap Defeat'' in 1992,
no longer becomes an ``interesting device'' of 1991, and now in 1992
becomes an instrument of death regarding the enforcement officials
who are attempting to halt a major drug ring through legal, court
authorized wiretaps. Plan number 1000-A ``Bug Finder'' no longer becomes
an ``interesting device'' of 1991 to protect a corporate person from
interception of an employee attempting to steal and transmit secrets.
It now in 1992 becomes a true instrument of death to some young, dedicated
narcotics offices with a family and children sitting at home waiting
for the end of his shift.
Any orders for any of the plans shown on page seven must be received
on your departmental or agency letterhead. Anything less will be returned
along with your check.
Restricted Plans
The plans detailed below are no longer available to the general public,
although they are detailed as ``Enforcement Packages'' in this catalog
for those who the restriction does not apply. All orders received
on anything other than departmental letterhead will be promptly returned.
# 532 ``Atomic Microphone''

WHO IS JOHN S. WILSON JR?
And why are his plans any different from all of the other companies
that offer electronic surveillance construction plans through the
mail order markets?
We asked Mr. Wilson how and why he became involved in the electronic
surveillance construction plan business, and he related the story
to us which we would like to relate to you.
Seems like in 1974, he was involved in an operation in Huntsville,
Alabama, and needed special gear that he didn't have time to return
to his facilities in South Georgia to build. He set about ordering
two construction plans from a company in Hawaii. He had noticed an
ad in one of the electronic magazines for some years, however had
never really had a reason to order, since his expertise had always
been engineering and building his own. The two plans, ordered on a
``rush'' basis, arrived a few days later. Having already purchased
the gear locally that he needed to assemble these devices from a motel
room, he opened his package. The first plan was of a 2 page affair
that was supposed to have been a satellite up-link which turned out
to be that of a 15 to 20 foot dish that required the builder to grade
a hole 15 to 20 feet in diameter up on the side of a mountain, and
included in the plan was the drawing of a plywood template for grading
the curve of this dish before adding cement to its overall hole. Included
in the plan was a broomstick with a can mounted at the end, less any
type of electronics.
When he opened the second plan, which was supposed to have been a
form of infrared receiver, advertised as ``currently being used by
the Australian Government'', he was surprised to find a single schematic
that appeared to have been hand drawn by a 5 year old, and included
in the plan was an actual photograph of a 60 foot telescope actually
pictured mounted on a 60 foot flatbed trailer. The device, shown the
size of the head of a pin, was pictured at the end of the telescope.
Many of you ordered the same plans and will remember them!
Driving back from Huntsville a few weeks later, Wilson vowed that
the general public deserved better, and on retirement he would give
them what they pay their hard earned money for with a desire for repeat
business rather than going after the one shot con.
It is said in a number of books that have appeared in recent years,
and a host of trade publications, that Wilson is in fact the only
company to date that has produced ``the real thing''! Turn the page
and read his story!
THE JOHN S. WILSON STORY. . .
In 1959, some 33 years ago, radio license #6F5061 was issued by the
Federal Comm. commission to the youngest bonafide police officer ever
employed in the state of Georgia, John S. Wilson Jr., age 15.
The son and grandson of two well known southern police chiefs in the
40's, 50's and 60's, Wilson began his career in enforcement at that
young age. In a rural south Georgia city, Wilson was considered a
veteran officer by the age of 16. After a stint in the U. S. Air Force,
Wilson spent over 20 years as a professional private investigator
and held licenses issued by the secretaries of state in a host of
areas, including his native Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Florida
and Tennessee. From the back alleys of Birmingham (the 1st private
operator ever licensed in that city, under then Chief Parsons, Permit
#0001), the shipyards of Tampa, the ghettos of Miami to the musical
haunt of Nashville, Wilson utilized his expertise in intelligence,
gathering under color of law, living and operating in the razor edge
environment of the ``for hire'' professional, to those persons and
agencies who considered him the master of his craft.
Wilson is a graduate of Indiana Tech in the field of electronics,
holds and LLB degree in law, and is a graduate of the institute of
applied science, having majored in the forensic sciences. He is a
licensed pilot, qualified as a flight engineer on multi-engine aircraft,
and a Vietnam veteran with a confirmed 126 combat support missions
over Southeast Asia during the Viet Nam War, having been awarded the
Air Medals.
During his lifetime he has been employed in the main electronics laboratory
of General Electric Corporation, the test division of Grunman Aircraft
Corporation. His last employment in the electronics field was as the
plant manager of a major U.S. corporation involved in the design,
engineering and manufacture of video and computer terminals relating
to flight information systems and other special electronics.
Now in full retirement he continues to do what he did so well for
so long: the design and engineering of unusual, exotic, and unique
electronic intelligence gathering devices geared to his former profession.
A mythical figure or person with all of the experience, skills, talent
and background of the type that major movies are mad of? No! A real
company on American soil has actually lived the product he produces
for the common every day Joe and pro alike, custom gear in the form
of ``easy to build and simple to follow'' construction plans relating
to his former expertise.
Although Wilson has operated out of a mail drop located in Augusta,
Georgia for many years, he actually lives and works full time in his
electronics laboratory located deep in south Georgia.
Special Books Available
The following two books published by Trentland Press have been fully
endorsed and certified by John S. Wilson, Jr. himself, as meeting
the high quality and standards of his former profession. The type
of material that incorporates the ``meat and potatoes'' on the table,
regarding context printed 1000% beyond where most writers fear to
tread.
Special Books Written By John S. Wilson, Jr.
It is no secret in the industry that several major publishers have
gone after the Wilson account in the past several years, and have
failed. INTEC Investigative Technology has gained that contract where
the others have failed, and we will explain how by killing a number
of birds with one stone in this paragraph. In the latter part of 1991,
we met Wilson at the Holiday Inn in Savannah, Georgia to close the
publishing contract for our company to handle the printing and marketing
of his complete line.
At the meeting, he showed us the manuscript of his latest book, ``De-Tuning
Standard AM/FM Radios into the Spook Bands''. Our typesetter was present
and read over the material. After reading this new book, he shook
his head and made the following suggestions to Wilson: ``Mr. Wilson,
the material astonishes me to say the least! I would suggest you let
us type set the copy, justify the text to one inch borders, indent
and space the paragraphs correctly, and then double space the wording
to publishing standards. Last we will enclose the material in a slick
binder and then we come up with a professional book look of at least
200 pages in length that we can set up drop-ship deals with a group of
other publishers, therefore allowing us to increase our overall
profit threefold and higher.''
Wilson is not one to waste space on a piece of paper 8 1/2 inches
long by 11 inches in length and in fact will ``machine-gun'' his text
from top to bottom, where a normal publisher would turn that amount
of copy into four or five pages.
Wilson took one look at our typesetter and then replied to our editor
and attorney: ``Gentlemen, I once wrote an 800 page novel that, according
to the publisher I had approached, would make Stephen King a writer
of children's books. After editing, double spacing, justifying the
text and last but not least, indenting and spacing my paragraphs,
presented me with a cut down version of at least 60 pages total. The
reason you are here and I have spent my precious time negotiating
with you is my initial understanding that you would agree to handle
my printing and marketing of my ``original works'' without the so
called ``needed corrections'' of the industry.
To date, the Wilson company has many thousands of customers, as evidenced
by letters received based on the format of simplicity. Each writer
develops his own style and the Wilson style has been accepted with
many satisfied customers. Each writer creates his own style and that
is the thread that distinguishes one writer from another. You will
either conform to my original wishes or this meeting is over.''
INTEC Investigative Technology did not change a thing, and all Wilson
materials are original.

Special Report: #205 ``Antenna-DB-Watts.''
by John Wilson
A complete treatise written on the subject of decibels, antennas and
watts, and how those three subjects tie together. Totally out of the
realm of the complete novice, and written by John S. Wilson, Jr. for
the electronics student attempting to get a complete understanding of
the subject from one who has mastered it and, in this manual, printed
it in layman's terms. Treatise #205, ``Antenna-DB-Watts,'' $19.95 complete.
Construction Plans Available
Each plan is virtually a complete manual written around its content.
Each plan contains (1) a complete parts list for the project (2) a
complete and simplified assembly chart (3) a complete circuit board
layout with simplified instructions on how to build it, geared for
the complete novice (4) a complete schematic (5) complete operational
details. And last (6), a trouble shooting chart that allows you to
locate the problem should the device not work the first time you apply
power.
The construction plans listed in this catalog have been assembled
by many thousands of satisfied customers on a worldwide level. Hundreds
of testimonials received by the Wilson Company over the years will
attest to the ``worlds finest construction plans'', worth well over
3 to 5 times what they are priced at.
Each Wilson plan is an original Wilson design. Not some 20 year old
schematic pulled from an obscure library somewhere, and sold as a
complete plan or the type of material with ``designed in'' overkill,
masking the fact that it really does not work at all. Some of the
plans shown, such as the Wilson #904 Repeater actually, in research
time expended, cost over $18,000 to produce, and are engineered in
such a manner that it could be assembled by a 10 year old.
NOW, LET'S LOOK AT THE FAMOUS. . .
Wilson Plans!
PRODUCE CIRCUIT BOARDS AND ENCLOSURES
THE EASY WAY!
#55: ``Produce Your Own Circuit Boards''. Are you an experimenter?
Do you have a plan you have purchased from another company, only to
receive a schematic without any knowledge or set of instructions on
how to build it? Do you have a device you have invented that you feel
will sell in the mail order markets? Have you ever wondered how a
schematic is converted into a board? The John S. Wilson, Jr. plan
#355 is not a plan, but a complete manual that describes in detail
how to lay out and build ``any'' circuit from ``any'' schematic.
This manual will turn you into an expert in less time than it takes
to warm your car up on a cold morning. Based on Wilson's format of
how he does all of his plans in simplicity, this course is everything
you have ever dreamed of if you feel it is time for you to turn your
own bucks in the industry. This complete course shows you how to lay
out a board from any schematic and then build that board. Take it
at the very cheap price of $22.50. Manual #355 ``Produce Your Own
Boards'', $22.50 complete. Order your copy today.
5000: ``Produce Your Own Enclosures''. Are you fed up with paying
anywhere from $3.00 to $6.00 down at your local Radio Shack store
for hobby boxes or enclosures to put your ``special'' projects in?
Need something better that will fit the project, rather than having
to accept an enclosure ten times larger or smaller than what you have
built?
We were curious about this one, so we asked Wilson how he came up
with it. According to Wilson, he was on an authorized entry (having
been given the keys by the owner) to enter an office in a shipyard
down near New Orleans to retrieve a set of computer printouts out
of a walk-in safe. Since the owner lived in a northern city, he did
not have the combination to that safe.
Wilson made the entry and along with one of his employees (former
military intelligence type), stood back allowing his friend to open
the safe through methods of his prior training, less any marks. As
he was looking around the office, he noticed a model ship that had
been put together with index cards. Wilson said he went over to the
model ship and was impressed with what he saw, and further noted that
a portion of each section contained scaled down mathematics. The mission
was accomplished and when he handed his client the printouts a few
days later, he inquired into the ``paper ship'' model.
The owner gave him a complete course on the subject, and instructed
him to the fact that large ships start out with scale down models
being built from index cards. When the pieces are trimmed and fit
correctly, the engineer then scales up the card to the correct size,
and templates are drawn at what is called the ``mold loft.'' The templates
are laid on 20 foot sections of steel, then cut and welded on the
actual ship that is being built.
Further inquiry gained an understanding of metal brakes and how these
cards are bent with wooden brakes. Wilson converted all of this down
in his manual, one of the greatest pieces we have ever seen to allow
the hobbyist to ``roll his own enclosures'' to any size, for about
a nickel each! You don't want to miss this one. The cost of this plan
complete? Try $22.50. One hell of a deal. Order your copy today. ``Produce
Your Own Enclosures,'' $22.50 complete!
THE RADIO FREQUENCY REPEATER
904: ``Radio Frequency Repeater''. Cost $25.00. This device is a
radio transmitter that transmits its signal on a frequency of 108.2
MHZ slightly above the 88/108 commercial radio band, and of course
all tunable FM radios will tune slightly above its 108 cutoff so you
receive its signal in a clear channel area.
The way this device works is that it has a small 1/8'' standard phono
plug at its input. You plug this jack into the ``ear'' port of any
tape recorder or other radio, or whatever, and that audio is converted
into the 108.2 transmitted signal.
We were ``shocked'' to find out that several college students around
the U.S., those majoring in broadcast engineering, were actually using
this device as ``clandestine'' radio stations, and had actually connected
their room stereos, complete with microphone set-up, to the input
of this device, and actually broadcasted ``bandit music'' across their
college campus, and continue to do so, some major college types!
The original design was intended in ``spook'' applications where a
VHF signal was transmitted and received on a VHF receiver, and then
the VHF ``ear'' port was connected to the 904 unit and re-transmitted
at the lower 108.2 MHZ frequency to ``cloak'' the original transmission.
This complete plan was originally designed by Wilson under contract
to Samtronics Import and Electronics for worldwide marketing. Samtronics
initially began its marketing of the plan in the United Kingdom, and
experienced several problems getting the plan into England. So they
brought Wilson back to the table, selling his original design back
to him. Those details are mentioned in the next plan. A simple device
that has at least 1000 applications, or any application you can dream
up. Excellent range and a very high quality plan. One of Wilson's
finest!
More Wilson Plans!
016: ``Bug Sniffer''. Cost $19.95. A leading publication defines
this bug detector as ``the most powerful device on planet Earth''!
Having been originally manufactured and sold by Wilson in the 1960's,
this device has been upgraded to the 1992's. Cheap to build and ``the
first Wilson device'' that should be built according to another leading
publication. This device allows you to seek out hidden bugs and at
the same time, a device that will allow you to tune any Wilson transmitter
or transmitter you own or build in the future to its maximum transmitting
range. The device detects all radio frequency from about 10 MHZ to
well past 1.5 GHZ. It will even detect leaks from your microwave oven
and off of your television screen.
BUMPER BEEPER NO. 007
007: ``Bumper-Beeper'' Tracking Device. This device uses a standard
27 MHZ citizens band ``store bought'' crystal in its design. The crystal
frequency is multiplied times four, placing its received frequency
in the upper 108 MHZ band of a standard ``tunable'' automobile radio.
Once each second a ``beep'' is injected into its radio signal that
allows the unit to be used as an ideal tracking device. Concealed
beneath the confines of a drug dealers auto, it keeps him in ``electronic-
sight'' of your receiver for over a mile direct, or within a 3 to 5 mile
circle of the receiver tracking unit. Included in this great plan is a
simple to build ranging unit that will tell you how far away the ``target''
vehicle is located.
An ``electronic masterpiece'' design by John S. Wilson, Jr. that allows
the poor private eye the same tools as the ``big-guy'', only at a
much, much cheaper price. Don't fail to have this piece laying around
when you need it! Our price for this plan complete, which includes
``Operational Details''? A grand total of $19.95! Plan #007,
``Bumper-Beeper'', $19.95 complete.
CONCEALED TRANSMITTER
&
CRYSTAL CONTROLLED VOICE TRANSMITTER
150: ``Concealed Transmitter.'' An R.F. ``voice'' transmitter that
is adjustable in the band 152 to 160 MHZ, this device is said to be
the father of every wireless microphone on the market today in one
form of clone or another, much to Wilson's displeasure!
Wilson engineered a serious piece on this one, and incorporated a
resistive stage on its output to control. Its output to power? Received
on any ``all band'' tunable receiver, this wide band FM transmitter
has seen many hobbyist gut its backside circuit to incorporate an
additional stage of R.F. amplification to achieve levels and ranges
we don't even want to think about, much less put into print! Your
complete price to get your hands on this Wilson master design? Try
$18.50 complete, for the greatest wireless mike ever conceived! Plan
#150, $18.50.
VHF-158: ``Crystal Controlled Voice Transmitter.'' This Wilson plan
is of a small, low-powered harmonic transmitter that utilizes a standard
color-burst crystal available at all Radio Shack stores. The crystal
is multiplies many times to achieve an end frequency of 158 MHZ that
is received on a standard scanner. The VHF-158 was actually the first
VHF crystal controlled transmitter ever introduced into any plan market
anywhere. It still finds use among many hobbyists and experimenters
as a learning tool into greater things. An original Wilson great,
take it at $19.95 complete.
The 103 Series of Surface Mount Radio Frequency
``Voice'' Transmitters
This past year, a couple of the kit companies ``sent shock waves''
across America when they announced through their advertising, ``the
first ever'', surface mount FM voice transmitter.
The fact remains that in April 1990, John S. Wilson, Jr. introduced
not one, but five surface mount transmitters into the plan markets
called his 103 series! One of these plans (103-118) has been placed
in restricted status. However, the other four plans are available
to you. You will pay $35.00 to $40.00 for ``their'' kit? Why not ``roll
your own'' for under a $10.00 bill!
John S. Wilson, Jr. makes no bones about the power of his surface
mount line and has actually listed the field strength radiation of
these devices in his plans, and we have shown them here in this catalog
in each plan description. All of the 103 series is cheap to build
and if you have the complete plan, you can build as many of them as
you wish. Few parts are required to actually build these small transmitters,
and complete instructions come with each plan that will allow even
a 10 year old to assemble them.
103-119: A very small ``voice'' surface mount transmitter that is
tunable into the 96 to 143 MHZ range. Its board size measures 1 1/2''
X 2''. Its total weight with its battery, installed on the board itself
is 35 grams. Its transmission time before battery drop-off is 100
hours. Its field radiation strength measured at 100 Ft. is 130 UV.
One hell of a ``spook'' transmitter, and very small. Total price for
this plan complete is $19.95.
103-120: This is an extremely small ``voice'' surface mount transmitter
that we have named ``The Cruiser Special!'' Seems like narcotics officials
across the U.S. love to ``crumple up'' an empty pack of cigarettes
and drive by some of the groups suspected of drug use in parking lots
and throw out the empty pack within 30 or 40 feet of the group. They
then sit back at the other end of the lot to verify same! What is
in the empty, ``crumpled up'' pack? The 103-120, with its antenna
cut to 1'' and folded to the backside of the board. Total weight of
this device with its battery installed on its board is 20 grams. It
has a battery life, before drop-off, of 87.5 hours. Its frequency
is adjustable from 88 to 113 MHZ, and its total circuit board size
is a very small 1 1/4'' X 1 1/4''. It's field radiation strength measured
at 100 Ft. is 100 UV. A ``master'' Wilson design with a price tag
of only $19.95 for the complete plan.
103-121 & 103-122: Rather than sell these as individual, single
plans, we offer them both you at a package deal of $30.00 for the
two. You get both of these plans for one price, $30.00, and let us
explain why. The engineering design of the 121 and the 122 is identical.
However, the board layouts are as different as day and night. The
122 board allows us an extremely small device and the ability to push
the standard 121 design into the highest frequencies, since we did
away with much of the added inductance of the trace lines on its board.
The 121 unit uses an AA battery for maximum concealment. the specifications
for each are shown below: Remember, you get both of these plans for
a single price of $30.00.
The 103-121: 70 hour transmission time before battery fall-off.
Total weight with its battery installed on its board is 15.5 grams.
Frequency is adjustable from 88 to 112 MHZ. Its field radiation strength
measured at 100 Ft. is 40 UV. Its total circuit board size is 1/2''
wide X 2 1/2'' in length.
The 103-122: 8 3/4 HR. transmission time on its small hearing aid
battery before battery drop-off. Total weight of the device with its
battery mounted on its board is 5.5 grams. Frequency is adjustable
from 94 to 120 MHZ. Its field radiation measured at 100 Ft. is 60
UV. Total board size is 1/2'' wide X 1 3/8'' in length.
PARABOLIC REFLECTORS AND SHOTGUN MICROPHONES!
811: ``Parabolic Reflectors and Shotgun Microphones.'' This plan
not only gives you a simple formula for calculating the focal point
of any dish, down to the K-Mart type of plastic dish, but at the same
time shows how any dish can be used as a parabolic reflector in lieu
of spending the big bucks to acquire one of those dishes. It also
contains a complete plan, along with assembly and board layouts that
will allow you to verify your focal point findings through the use
of any cassette recorder that contains a VU meter.
Given in the plan are actual lab tests to show voltage gains from,
believe it or not, (1) a cats dish (2) Wash pan, and (3) a pie pan!
Wilson says he can do just as much damage with a wheelbarrow as one
can do with a $300.00 set up. We wondered about all of the wheelbarrows
we saw at his lab, and that makes us wonder. Given the information
and set of instructions in this plan, any curved dish combined with
the restricted knowledge could in fact achieve unknown ends. Take
this complete master plan for the cheap price of $15.50.

SUPER DISTANCE V.H.F. ADJUSTABLE VOICE TRANSMITTER
Hidden in his ``back burner'' files for over 17 years, Wilson has
updated this ``Super-Distance'' V.H.F. adjustable voice transmitter
to the 1992's. Others ``claim'' 1 to 3 miles with their toy kits!
Wilson, in this set of plans, actually gives it to you.
The size of a small pack of cigarettes, this ``super'' voice transmitter
can actually be received at one mile or better on a standard ``store-bought''
V.H.F. tunable radio that tunes the 147 to 174 MHZ bands. Originally
designed and built 17 years ago for a sheriff in the state of Tennessee
to combat corn-whiskey runners. This device was built into the sun
visor of a 1957 chevy, and those sordid details are included along
with the plan itself! One hell of a plan! We asked Wilson in December
to give us a new plan that would equal the claims of the 1 and 3 mile
kit makers.
Get This!
Not only did he give us a ``super plan'' here, but also ran 3 meter
testing of this new plan ``side by side of one of the most popular
1 mile kits on the market. Field radiation of the 1 mile job at 25
feet equaled 4,000 micro-volts! What did ``his'' new unit do? Try
35,000 micro-volts!!! He has even printed a full set of specifications
and all testing of his new device so it ``cannot be disputed''!
Don't Miss This One!
This set of plans are complete with all operational details, parts
list, and where to obtain those parts. Circuit board layout with simple
``easy to build'' instructions geared toward the novice, complete
assembly chart, schematic and much, much more.

R.F. Output VHF ``Visor'' / Voice Transmitter
SUGAR CUBE TRANSMITTER
0069: ``Sugar Cube Transmitter.'' This device is a ``voice'' transmitter
that made its original debut in the late 1960's. It has been upgraded
to the 1992's and was originally manufactured and sold by Wilson to
enforcement agencies in the preset frequencies of from 150 to 174
MHZ. It is actually the ``size of a sugar cube'', and has been reported
to work at the top edge of the standard FM band. It has its battery
on its board to conform to sugar cube size which is a small hearing
aid type. It is interesting to note that within 3 months time after
Wilson introduced this famous design in his product line, the classified
advertising of every major electronics magazine in America produced
dozens of ``so-called'' spook companies with ``very small sugar cube
kits and plans'' that ironically fit the exact board size and specifications
of the Wilson design. That's a fact! Although this device works at
the top of the commercial FM band, he in fact reveals the first ever
evidence that it is possible to ``cloak'' a device of this nature
in that band without being discovered, and all of that restricted
knowledge is revealed in this plan. Order your copy of this plan today
at the very reasonable price of $19.95. One hell of a cheap price
for the ``ultimate'' and original, smallest transmitter on earth.
Plans are complete with full drawings, etc. $19.95.
THE FAMOUS BLACK BOX!!
008: ``Black Box''. You have seen this type of device down at your
Radio Shack store, and of course they call it the ``Telephone Secretary,''
which makes it legit since it has been F.C.C. approved. Naturally
for the little women to ``record'' the old business calls. Of course
Radio Shack does not tell you that your ``Secretary'' is a parasitic
device that ``attunes'' both Ma Bell and the Feds the moment you connect
it to the line, ``sucking up'' little, or we should say ``big'' electrons!
John S. Wilson, Jr. cured this problem by introducing his 008 Black
Box, which does the same thing, however has its own power supply and
is engineered into a very high impedance so it cannot be detected
by the phone company. Attached to any cassette recorder, this device
remains dormant until the telephone is picked up. When the phone is
picked up, this device turns on the recorder and records both sides
of the conversation. When the phone is hung up, this device stops
the recorder. The old ``tell tale'' click from the ``other secretaries''?
Forget it with the Wilson 008 and a device designed for the ``super-spook''
or hell, plain old ``secretary'', to do what? Record the old ``business
calls'' naturally! Complete and simple to build plans. How much for
this ``exotic'' no-detection device? Try $19.95 for the complete plan!
#008, $19.95.
INTEGRATED CIRCUIT CHIP TRANSMITTER
&
ASPIRIN BOX TRANSMITTER,
AUTOMOBILE TRANSMITTER, TELEPHONE BUTTON,
TELEPHONE CLIP ON TRANSMITTER
1205: ``Integrated Circuit ``Chip'' Transmitter''. A couple of years
back, a group of professional private eyes issued a challenge to John
S. Wilson, Jr. to produce a high powered, small and sensitive radio
frequency ``voice'' transmitter that in the event of failure, could
be quickly repaired by the non-technical person who could assemble
the device from a set of Wilson plans given their format of simplicity,
but could not understand from the technical point of view neither
how it worked or how to repair it. The 1205 was the answer!
This transmitter has all of its critical circuits contained in a single
$1.00 common I.C. chip that is available in the mail order markets.
If it breaks or quits working, you simply ``change out'' the chip.
End of problem! It is adjustable in the FM/VHF aircraft band and its
audio is so sensitive it will actually hear a pin drop from a distance
of 20 feet away. The actual radiated field strength of this transmitter
has measured at over 10,000 micro-volts at 3 meters. Compare that
with the average 2 to 3 hundred micro-volt ``store bought'' job, and
then draw your own conclusions! This great plan, which is complete,
will cost you exactly $19.95. A must for the ``non-technical'' operator
that in the event of failure, can be back on the air in less than
1 minute. Plan #1205, $19.95 complete.
600: ``Aspirin Box Transmitter''. This plan, to this day, is the
only U.H.F. adjustable ``voice'' transmitter that has ever been offered
in the mail order markets, given its adjustable frequency range of
around 470 MHZ. It is the same device that is pictured on page 51
of Mick Tyner's ``The Spook Book.'' The device is actually built into
a small plastic Bayer Aspirin box and all transmissions can be monitored
on any ``all band receiver'' that includes the U.H.F. band. It was
designed for fixed location work rather than ``wearing on the body''
and the first ever U.H.F. sub-mini U.H.F. transmitter ever to be introduced
into any markets. This plan is yours at the very cheap price of $19.95!
The plans are complete, as are all Wilson plans, and this is one you
will treasure. Plan #600 complete, $19.95.
500: ``Automobile Transmitter.'' Designed to be concealed within
the confines of an automobile, this unit is a very small ``voice''
transmitter that is tunable from 108 to 140 MHZ. Range around 3 blocks
and Wilson's customers tell him. one hell of a wireless mike when
not used as an automobile transmitter! Order your complete plans of
this device at the cheap price of $19.95. A master Wilson design!
516: ``Telephone Button Transmitter.'' Ever see the private eye on
television unscrew the mouthpiece of a telephone and look for a but?
This plan is the original ``real thing'' that can still be built on
the backside of any carbon telephone button. This same design was
used extensively in the 60's and 70's, and on any present telephone
that utilizes a carbon button. Both sides of the conversation are
transmitted for about a block and the plan gives complete details
for adjusting into the frequency ranges, 88/108 MHZ - 108/147 MHZ,
and the 149 to 170 MHZ band. An original Wilson design of the 60's,
upgraded to the 1992's, complete with drawings and everything else
will allow you to both see how this device was built, and build your
own! The price of this vintage Wilson master? $19.95 complete.
100: ``Telephone Clip-On Transmitter.'' This small transmitter has
its own 9 volt battery so non-detectable by Ma Bell. It simply clips
across the red and green wire at any discreet location, transmits
both sides of the conversation for up to 1/2 mile depending on how
high it is installed in the pair, and if used with a fair receiver.
Frequency adjustable from 108 to 150 MHZ and monitored with any ``all
band'' tunable receiver. Complete price for this Wilson master plan?
$19.95.
WALKIE TALKIE CONVERSION PLAN!!
SECURE COMMUNICATIONS!
001: ``Walkie Talkie Conversion''. So you think your new ``super-duper''
triple modified three-element, 16 gang tri-trooper, inverted/converted
$300.00 super scanner will ``lock-down'' all of the clandestine and
narco traffic, huh? Guess again!
This method was actually engineered many years ago by John S. Wilson,
Jr. in this set of plans over 5 or 6 years ago for a narcotics squad
that wished to get totally out of the standard police band, where
it was known that monitoring was going on via the regular police channels.
A virtual book on the 27 MHZ citizen-band, Wilson brings out all of
the earmarks of the ``super-spook'', and describes channels within
channels that few people are aware of in the standard citizens band.
Using two cheap walkie talkies available at any nearby Radio Shack
store, Wilson tells you exactly how to put those two walkie talkies
into your own private frequency, and hundreds of those private frequencies
are available to you, considering the new 40 channel allotments.
Using his method, you actually ``cloak'' yourself on the band, but
within the band where no one else can hear you. How complicated is
it to do this? Try a ten year old status and about two minutes of
your time! Illegal as hell of course, but then we only offer the information
on how to do it! How much will this manual of ``restricted knowledge''
cost you? Try 25 big ones, or in layman's terms, $25.00. Plan #001
complete, $25.00 Secure communications at a dirt cheap price.
RECEIVER ACTUATED REMOTE AND
VOICE ACTIVATED REMOTE
527: ``Receiver Actuated Remote.'' A ``cream of the crop'' device
for intelligence operatives, this device is connected from the 8 ohm
``ear'' output of any scanner or receiver and into the ``mic'' inlet
of any reel to reel or cassette recorder. During the time that nothing
comes over the radio, the recorder is technically dead and does not
function. When a transmission comes over the scanner or receiver,
the recorder automatically starts and records that portion, and then
when the transmission stops, the recorder stops. An original Wilson
master, this complete plan is available to you at a very cheap price
of $19.95. Order your copy today. Plan #527, $19.95.
525: ``Voice Actuated Remote.'' The two outputs of this device are
connected to the ``remote'' and ``mic'' portion of a standard cassette
recorder. When a conversation starts, the recorder starts and records
the same. When the conversation stops, the recorder stops. Adjustable
sensitivity for ranges exceeding 50 feet. Complete price for this
Wilson master plan? $19.95.
LONG PLAY CASSETTE RECORDER CONVERSION
800: ``Long Play Cassette Recorder.'' This plan details a method
to allow anyone to actually slow down any of the ``el-cheapo'' type
of recorders that can be found in abundance in any flea market, at
any Salvation Army store, or currently on the shelf at most discount
stores. the more expensive cassette recorders that you see advertised
uses pulse circuits, etc, to achieve slowdown, and if you can afford
one of those, buy it! If you cannot, and desire to ``roll your own'',
this plan is for you. It requires a single 10 cent component to do
the job and the plan contains full instructions on how to do it. This
method was the original method used in early recorders of both reel
to reel type and cassette to slow them down, and a plan that should
be applied to the less expensive recorders that are unsophisticated.
It works, and recorder speed can be cut to at least 1/2 speed or better.
The complete price for this Wilson innovative plan is $19.95.
HIGH GAIN HELICAL ANTENNA
700: ``High Gain Helical Antenna.'' The most bizarre piece Wilson
has ever produced in plan form, this antenna is really the combination
of a Helical, Dipole, 1/4 and 1/2 wave antenna with a single 10''
X 10'' backboard reflector. This design came a few years ago on a
case Wilson was involved in, in Birmingham Alabama, when attempting
to receive a particular radio signal among a group of buildings. His
signal would not conform to line of sight, so he designed this device
to gather his radio waves off of another building. We actually built
one of these antennas using a regular 10'' X 10 backboard from standard
circuit-board material, since the supplier who originally carried
the thin board that was recommended was out of stock, and to our surprise
found that the gain of this antenna was some 30 to 40 times stronger
than the figure given by Wilson in this plan. We also found that the
antenna in the V.H.F. ranges of 147 to 170 MHZ with a grid dip meter,
found it to be highly directional and could be used to transmit a
very ``narrow beam'' of energy at that frequency. Could Wilson be
telling us the ``entire truth'' regarding this antenna and what he
actually designed it for? You build it and decide! This plan is complete
with full drawings and operational details, and actually costs under
a $10.00 bill to build. Our complete price for this ``spook'' antenna?
$19.95 complete. Order this antenna plan today. Plan #700,''High Gain
Helical Antenna,'' $19.95.
THE TELEPHONE MONITOR
010: ``The Telephone Monitor.'' You have seen this device in several
movies. This is the device where the good guys connect into the basement
phone panel, or along the road with a wire running down from the pole
into a van. This unit clips into a single pair of telephone wires
and allows both speaker and headphone monitoring of both sides of
the conversation. Also includes an output 1/8'' jack that can be connected
to a standard cassette recorder for recording that intelligence. An
excellent Wilson design, these plans are complete at the low, low
price of $22.50. Plan #010, ``Telephone Monitor'', complete plan with
full operational instructions and details, $22.50.
CENTRAL STATION INTERROGATOR
&
THE TELEPHONE IMPEDANCE SIMULATOR
0093: ``Central Station Interrogator''. (Establishes telephone sub-station
parameters). When a telephone is picked up, a latching relay is made
at the sub-station, activating that particular loop into the system.
this is a pro type device that allows ``interrogating that loop''
to determine the amount of current required in that particular loop,
that will activate the sensing relay of that for that loop. With those
or that parameters, gained through this device, the correct gear can
be selected for ``non-discovery'' to accomplish the objective. Plan
#0093, complete plans are yours for the small price of $19.95. This
plan tells you in detail everything you ever wanted to know regarding
the operation of a telephone and its network, and the ``spook'' viewpoint
of putting that system under attack! #0093 plans complete, $19.95.
0095: ``Telephone Impedance Simulator''. (A mock-up device that
will allow you to check any gear you personally design or any gear
that you have purchased to see how it will function under actual conditions
prior to installation in an actual loop). Functionally the same as
the 20 cycle ringing network of the telephone company and gives a
read-out on a meter allowing you to see ``exactly'' what the device
will do in the loop rather than ``what the ads claim''! An extremely
dangerous device from the safety point of view that generates 20 HZ
at over 200 volts A.C. Unless you possess technical skills and are
at the technician level or above, we ask you not to order this particular
unit, since improperly handled by an inexperienced person could accidentally
kill you. Plan #0095 complete, $125.00. A device totally intended
for the pro designer and not the novice or experimenter. Plan #0095
complete, $125.00.
THE LITTLE SAM 12-ANTENNA
904-116: The ``Little Sam 12'' Antenna,'' custom designed for the
904 repeater (the last plan). The antenna given in the 904 repeater
is a simple 12 inch segment of stiff wire, which is functional for
its particular design at 108.2 MHZ. Samtronics also contracted Wilson
to design the ``ultimate'' antenna that would boost the transmission
range of the 904 repeater to 1/2 mile or better. As a result, the
904-116 antenna came about.
This antenna is also 12'' in length, however it better than doubles
the range of transmission of the standard 904 design. It's 12 inches
overall in length radiates the same amount of power as if a single
full wave 108.2 MHZ antenna of 109 inches (9 feet) were connected
to the device.
Initially, Samtronics marketed the antenna itself, rather than the
plans for the antenna. Shortly thereafter, several of those antennas
were returned to the Samtronics company through the customs officials
in England for no apparent reason, and on an investigation conducted
through a source in the United Kingdom, the discovery was made that
``sources'' in that country deemed this antenna ``technically and
diplomatically'' a device that they did not want to see in their country,
for reasons we do not know nor could not find out. I mean let's face
it, an antenna?
Anyway, Samtronics, as in the case of 904, went back to the table
and also resold the 116 design back to Wilson. Wilson converted this
antenna down into a complete plan with full instructions on how to
modify it into other frequencies. It is center loaded and cost under
a $5.00 bill to actually build. This is actually the smallest plan
we have in our inventory, but we consider it the most powerful R.F.
radiator ever invented. A ``master'' Wilson design. Total cost for
this plan? $10.00!
HIGH GAIN INTELLIGENCE AMPLIFIER
6020: ``High Gain Intelligence Amplifier''. Wilson engineered a
serious design in this plan'' was the review of this piece in a
very popular book on the market written by a very famous author!
We asked Wilson where he got the idea for this plan, and he related
this to us. ``A few years back, I had a clandestine lab away from
the main lab that I would do work in when I was away from my regular
lab. It was located near the Augusta National Golf Course where they
hold the Masters each year and at the same time, about two and a half
miles away from the stadium, where the Augusta Pirates play baseball.
I'm a big baseball fan, but during the summer I had little time to
attend their games. However, I could hear the crowds roaring and the
announcer talking, but it was so faint I could not make it out. Looking
through my customer request, I noted that I had quite a large amount
of customers that wanted to see some form of ``super-amplifier'' in
plan form, so I set about doing the design. I achieved a design that
I could sit at my workbench and actually hear both the Augusta Pirates
playing and at the same time understand what the announcer was saying,
as if I were sitting in the stands. The plan was put to rest and marketed
as the Wilson ``High-Gain'' Intelligence Amplifier. It does in fact
qualify as ``The most powerful amplifier in 1992'' for ``distant hearing''
among anything on the market. It also includes an output jack so you
can ``record'' into a standard cassette recorder ``everything'' you
are listening to.'' The price of this plan? Only $19.95!
930: ``Transmitter Output Verses Antenna Gain''. One of the most
frequent type of letters that Wilson states is directed to him above
all others regards several kits which some of his customers have purchased
and built.
In advertising these kits, the companies who sell these particular
kits advertise them as 1 mile or 3 mile transmitters. This tends to
imply that you can receive these small kits at ranges in excess of
1 mile or 3 miles. Those who have purchased and built some of the
1 and 3 mile kits tend to indicate ``a different story'', with ranges
of a block to three blocks maximum.
What these companies have done by advertising in this manner should
border on being criminal since it turns many customers off, including
plan buyers. It takes a tremendous amount of power to transmit a signal
from 1 to 3 miles, and these small single stage jewels, although high
in quality, simply don't measure up to the advertising.
Now, had these same companies advertised these little jewels as having
possible ranges of 1 to 3 miles, given a sensitive receiver combined
with an antenna attached to them with ``X'' amount of DB gain, the
device would exceed 1 to 3 miles in transmission range, and a repeat
order rather than a ``ticked off'' customer would more likely take
place.
John S. Wilson, Jr. cannot save the world, given its present state,
nor can he explain ``methods of marketing'' regarding the bottom line
figures of these companies. But he can give you the truth from the
engineering viewpoint of exactly how it is possible to achieve those
type of ranges with little radiation from these small devices. Something
that ``they'' forgot to mention to secure your order! Can it be done?
Yes, and this well written treatise tells you exactly how to do it!
Order treatise #930 today at its very cheap $10.00 price! A true treatise
written on the subject by an expert in this area, John S. Wilson,
Jr. Total price of this treatise is $10.00.
RESTRICTED PLANS
Available only to: Bonafide Federal, State, & Local Agencies
All orders on official letterhead only: all orders verified prior
to shipment.
ENFORCEMENT PACKAGE ``A''
(1) #532, The John S. Wilson, Jr. ``Automatic Microphone''.
(2) The A-6 ``Radio Frequency Adaptor'' for the 532 Unit.
Total Price $175.00
Package ``A'' consists of the two plans above. Recently verified as
the ``most dangerous'' combination of two products he had ever seen
demonstrated, a former head of covert intelligence operations in the
big league, stated that the unit ``scared him''.
A long range ``audio pickup device''' this unit re-transmits that
audio to over 1/2 mile in the upper VHF bands. It does not require
an ``on premise'' plant, and can be located anywhere within 300 to
500 feet or better to intercept and re-transmit decibels as low as
a small whisper. It out does the large parabolas and smaller than
a standard size coffee can.
ENFORCEMENT PACKAGE ``B''
(1) 103-118, One year surface mount transmitter
Total Price--$75.00
Package ``B'' consists of the single surface mount transmitter above.
Originally rated at 5000 hours (208 days) by John S. Wilson, Jr.,
the unit does in fact transmit for over a year on its two batteries
that are contained on its board. Adjustable in the upper VHF band,
the device itself is not much larger than a pack of cigarettes, and
finds useful applications for long time concealment in a baseboard
or attic for distant monitoring, or being sealed within a desired
wall area.
ENFORCEMENT PACKAGE ``C''
(1) 00911, ``Wiretap Defeat Unit''.
Total Price--$75.00
Package ``C'' shown on the last page is of a set of plans detailing
complete assembly instructions for an inexpensive tool that will allow
you to connect any telephone loop, and in counter-intelligence operations,
revert that loop voltage toward its original sub-station voltage,
thus dropping out any wiretaps or other gear installed in that loop,
and at the same time allow you to hold secure communications, since
that equipment has been rendered useless. Used in major undercover
operations where a suspected informer, or whoever may have their line
bugged by other sources not connected with enforcement.
ENFORCEMENT PACKAGE ``E''
(1) 0094 ``Telephone Defeat''
Total Price:
This is a freebie! The 0094 unit was printed in the Trentland Press
book ``Surveillance Audio Amplifiers'' by Mick Tyner so the basic
operation, schematic and knowledge of how that unit works is public
knowledge. The plans for this device are in detail, and if you verify
in some manner you have purchased that book, we will send you the
complete plans free that are much more detailed. If you don't have
the book, we sell it. See page eight. Restricted knowledge is printed
in detail in this Wilson plan.
A simple photostat of the front cover of the book, combined with your
request on your official letterhead will be fine, and at no charge,
this complete set of plans will be mailed to you. That offer applies
to ``enforcement only''! Forget it if you are not in that bracket.
ENFORCEMENT PACKAGE ``F'' ``VOICE TRANSMITTERS''
(1) 033A: VHF ``Crystal Controlled Transmitter''. Small, 200 MW output
R.F. output power, ``suppressed harmonics'' rock hard stable.
(2) 096E: VHF ``Crystal Controlled Transmitter. Surface mount construction,
small and 100 MW R.F. output power''. Rock hard stable.
(3) 91-68: VHF ``Crystal Controlled Transmitter''. Concealed in a
small beeper enclosure, and currently in use by a number of enforcement
agencies under contract to Wilson for this type of gear. Rock hard
stable and extremely sensitive.
(4) 91-63: (Telephone Device). ``Crystal Controlled'', telephone ``off-hook''
actuated, both sides of the conversation transmitter. Clip on type.
Self powered and turns itself off when in an ``on-hook'' status. VHF
frequencies.
Total Price $1500.00
It's a fact! 80% of your restricted police brochures received in the
past seven to eight months will reflect at least one of the products
above. When you buy these plans, have a look at their detailed specifications
and then compare the specifications on the brochures you have received!
Check the manufacturing dates of the brochures received against the
copyright and original publishing dates of the plans above! The chances
are 50/50 that you have just paid anywhere from $1200.00 to $1800.00
for an exact clone of a Wilson plan that ``any of the above'' cost
less than a thirty dollar bill to build. Don't take our word for it.
Simply have your technician do a little research involving specifications,
copyright dates and manufacturing date against ``theirs''!
Considered a first class son of a %$@&*! by these manufacturers, Wilson
has never pulled his punches regarding the free flow of information
into the area of law enforcement gear. He said it, we did not!
ENFORCEMENT PACKAGE ``G''
(1) 91-66: Infrared Light wave ``Voice'' Transmitter. Long/short range.
(2) 91-67: ``Enhanced Mode'' Infrared Receiver.
(3) ``High-Current'' Infrared Pulser for optical alignment.
Total Price $250.00
Package ``G'' consists of three units. This gear was designed to use
during the nighttime hours. First, the infrared ``voice'' transmitter.
This device has two modes. Long and short range. Short range is designed
for less battery consumption, and in the long range mode, more current
is consumed.
The device, unlike anything ever conceived in this area, works on
the principle of two extremely high frequencies of measured amounts
of a pulse. The voices or audio being received is transmitted via
phase shift, rather than the usual AM modulation that is seen in all
of these devices at the present.
We asked Wilson why and how, and his reply was something in the area
of obscenity, so we dropped the subject. The ``enhanced mode'' infrared
receiver is a marvel of engineering, and has been catered to the transmitter
design, and we were ``shocked'' to see that he has broken the barrier
of infrared photo-transistor sensitivity with a 25 cent component!
The ``high-current'' infrared pulser allows easy alignment of the
receiver if a scope is placed on the receiver for distant monitoring.
This device works extremely well without any optics whatsoever at
measured distances of over 100 feet. With a simple rifle scope, distances
in excess of 1/2 mile can be achieved. The ultimate device for night
operation where an R.F. transmitter cannot be used.
ENFORCEMENT PACKAGE ``H''
(1) 91-58: 10 mile vehicle ``tracking transmitter'' VHF, crystal controlled.
Silent carrier. pulsed. 36,000 micro-volts of radiation, measured
at three meters. .24 seconds on/ .16 seconds off time.
(2) 91-59: Decoder for the 91-58 transmitter.
(3) 91-60: ``Pulsed Carrier'' crystal controlled ``animal'' tracking
transmitter. Received on any FM auto receiver. Plan 91-59 above can
be used to decode its carrier. 10,000 micro-volts of radiation measured
at three meters. Very small and usable as a vehicle tracking device.
Total Price $200.00
Package ``H'' above consists of two tracking transmitters and one
decode box, above. The decode box can be used to ``range'' the two
transmitters above, and that information is printed in the plans.
Any innovative police technician can convert the tone down to a frequency
to voltage affair either through meters, L.E.D.'s, or numerical read-outs
for an exact distance from receiver to target and use a couple of
1/4 inch wave antennas at the receiver front end for complete directional
tracking.
The 10 mile tracking transmitter has a line of sight distance of over
3 miles and the 91-60 better than a mile. Both cover a large signal
area when looking at a circle from ground ``0'' of the receiver. The
transmitters and decode box will function with your standard narrow--band
police gear of any make. All of the above is about a $6000.00 system
if you want to lay it up against what is out there now.
ENFORCEMENT PACKAGE ``I''
91-69: ``High-Impedance'' front end audio amplifier. Low frequency.
91-65: ``Telephone Actuated'' power supply.
Total Price $150.00
Package ``I'' consists of the above two plans. 91-69 is a ``high-Impedance''
audio amplifier that works in conjunction with a set of headphones.
It is frequency tailored and a device originally designed for ``safe
opening'' through manipulation of the tumblers from both the old models
and also the newer models. It also finds use in other areas.
Designed for the old ``harmonic pickup'' used on guitars, you only
need attach a standard ``crystal'' microphone to its front end and
tape that microphone to the source being probed.
Plan 91-65 is a small device that includes its own 9 volt battery.
It is clipped into a single telephone loop and its output is connected
to any 5 to 9 volt device power supply terminal, and when the is picked
up, the device will activate, thus supplying power to the device it
is attached to. The unit will supply 100 MA at 5 volts and as the
mill level requirement is decreased, the voltage will turn itself
off and disconnect its output power to the terminals it is connected
to. This device has an input impedance of well over 100,000 ohms,
so impossible for Ma Bell to detect. INTEC INVESTIGATIVE TECHNOLOGY
