              THOUGHTS ON TELEPATHIC COMMUNICATIONS

     Donald Ware was born in Richmond, Virginia in 1935 and raised
in Arlington.  He received a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1957
from Duke University and worked one year for North American
Aviation before reporting to the US Air Force. After 10 years of
flying F-100s and F-105s, he earned an MS in Nuclear Engineering
and subsequently worked as a staff scientist, teacher, test
manager, and program manager at HQ USAF Europe.  He retired at the
end of 1982 and has since done volunteer work for the Mutual UFO
Network (MUFON) as a Field Investigator, State Section Director,
State Director, and Regional Director.  He is also a Research
Associate for the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial
Intelligence.

     When I retired from the Air Force I offered my services to
MUFON because of their organizational structure and their fourth
goal.  It states, "Assuming that some of the craft are piloted by
beings (humanoid, entities), what can we learn from their
apparently advanced science and civilization through study or
possibly through direct communication with the occupants of these
vehicles that will benefit mankind on the planet Earth?"  When that
question was written, I doubt that many people realized that the
normal means of communication between higher intelligences is
telepathic.  I now accept the idea that INTELLIGENT LIFE IS
ABUNDANT THROUGHOUT THE UNIVERSE.  Extraterrestrial intelligence
has been interacting with humans for many thousands of years.
Communication by the direct projection of thought takes place with
many humans, especially while in an altered state of consciousness.
It may be a learned ability.

     I spent five years studying strange writing associated with
UFO cases.  Data on 35 cases indicates that about one third was
"automatic" or telepathic writing by people who have been on board
UFOs.  I learned little except that it resembled ancient human
languages more than any current human language.  It made me wonder
if some human languages had an alien origin.  My study did make me
more open to telepathic messages in our own language.
Telepathically acquired information, whether transcripts of
"channeled" messages and Q & A sessions or information filtered
through a human mind onto a computer keyboard, is often useful.
As with human writings, some is more useful than the other.

     I accept the idea that there are both physical and non-
physical aspects to the universe.  Our spirit represents our non-
physical aspect.  Since I learned to perceive the universe from the
perspective of my spirit, rather than as Donald Ware, I have
recognized that while in discarnate form we still need to
communicate, and we do not have vocal cords, ears, and eyes to
assist us.  Once you accept that we have a spirit that transcends
our body, it seems predictable to me that telepathy would be the
normal means of communication for our spiritual aspects and for the
spiritual aspects of more highly evolved entities.  There are
authors and lecturers in human form that I choose to expose myself
to, and many I don't, for various reasons.  The same is true for
information acquired through telepathy, no matter what form of
translation is used to make it understandable by other humans.

     I was sufficiently impressed by "The First Message of
Ishcomar" to investigate that message.  After reading a
considerable amount of other channeled material, I have found The
RA Material by Light/Lines Research, BASHAR:  Blueprint for Change
by Luana Ewing, and We the Arcturians by Norma Milanovich, Ph.D.
to be useful for myself and many other UFO investigators.  Also,
Visitors from Within, a 1992 book by Lyssa Royal, sheds light on
the hybridization program that has involved millions of people in
unusual personal experiences on board alien vehicles.  And now,
communications through these experiencers while under hypnosis is
becoming a more widely recognized phenomenon.

     Other major works of telepathically acquired material include:
OAHSPE, C. 1882;  The Urantia Book, c. 1955;  A Course in Miracles,
c. 1975;  and The Keys of Enoch, c. 1977.  A well-done study of
this type of communication is:  With the Tongues of Men and Angels,
a Study of Channeling by Arthur Hastings, c. 1991.

     The only message I have received directly from what may have
been a higher intelligence was one of 28 Jan 92.  I woke suddenly
at 2:00 am with two clear sentences in my mind.  There was no room
in my mind for any other thoughts, and the sentences would not go
away until I wrote them down.  They said, "Unconditional Love is
becoming a driving force on this planet.  I am trying to learn to
express Unconditional Love".  This wording was new to me, although
the idea was not foreign.  I would not normally have capitalized
that phrase. As a new member of a Unity church, I had been thinking
of unconditional love. Also, I was aware that RA said we are
undergoing a transformation from 3rd density to 4th density
positive experience on this planet.  He said the purpose of 3rd
density is polarization through free-will choices, and the purpose
of 4th density is to develop unconditional love.  Perhaps these
ideas were confirmed for me by a "spirit guide", because I had
already accepted it through my own seeking.

     Telepathic messages come to the ladies of EKG, Inc. in
Orlando, Florida.  Several years ago they drove hundreds of miles
to bring me a personal message that I did not understand.  I was
inspired to act on it.  Now, after further investigation, I find
that the message was of great significance, and my action was
appropriate.  It was apparently a message meant for someone at
Eglin AFB, encouraging them to stop bringing down alien vehicles
with a directed electromagnetic-pulse device.  The ladies at EKG
have helped many people in many ways, and they like to let the
messages speak for themselves, while they maintain a low profile.

     In the past four years I have received 14 other messages that
appear to come from higher intelligences.  They were brought to me
because they mentioned my name.  They came through seven other
people using three different telepathic processes.  One message
said, in part, "Individuals like Donald Ware have a mission whether
they have yet fully recognized it.  They are to show that science
and spirituality are two sides of one coin and cannot be separated.
If that seems too trite an analogy, then i will speak more
dramatically.  A man cannot live if you split him down the middle,
and yet that is what your earth men of science have done.  They
have separated the physical body of man from his spirit..." Perhaps
this was just one more confirmation for me, because I had already
decided that THE STUDY OF THE HUMAN SPIRIT IS A PROPER SCIENTIFIC
ENDEAVOR.

     BASHAR, channeled through Daryl Anka in California, described
the transformation now taking place.  He said we are changing from
being conscious that we are a member of a nation on planet Earth
to being conscious that we are a member of planet Earth, an equal
partner in an association of worlds.  He said this transformation
will take about 80 years, and it started in 1947.

         SUGGESTED BOOKS ON UFOS AND THE LARGER REALITY

1.   Walters, edward and frances. The Gulf Breeze Sightings.  New
York, William Morrow, 1988.  First hand account of 22 encounters
that produced 41 excellent photographs of three types of alien
vehicles.

2.   Good, Timothy.  Above Top Secret.  New York, William Morrow,
1987.  This renowned UFO researcher discusses the most important
UFO encounters in each of the major countries of the world, and how
those governments reacted to the encounters.  His 1991 book, Alien
Invasion, documents government interaction with higher
intelligences for over 40 years.

3.   Ten Dam, Hans.  Exploring Reincarnation.  Arcana, Suffolk, UK,
1990.  This book, translated from the Dutch, is an in-depth
discussion of historical and new ideas, experiences, conclusions,
and applications concerning reincarnation.

4.   Sitchin, Zecharia.  Genesis Revisited.  New York, Avon Books.
1990.  Through 40 years of studying man's earliest writings,
Sitchin found that the "Gods of Old" tried to teach humans much
that we misinterpreted as the languages changed over the centuries.

5.   Downing, Dr. Barry H..  The Bible and Flying Saucers.  New
York, Berkley Books, 1989.  The Reverend Downing has studied the
Bible from a more scientific perspective than other theologians.

6.   Hopkins, Budd.  Intruders:  The Incredible Visitations at
Copley Woods. New York, Random House, 1987.  Budd is the most
experienced researcher of the UFO abduction phenomenon, with over
300 cases personally investigated.  His first book, Missing Time,
followed the investigation of only 20 cases.  Of 20 subjects, 7
were born in 1943 and picked up in the summer of 1950.  Four of the
7 were picked up again 10 years later.

7.   Fowler, Raymond.  The Watchers.  New Jersey, Prentice-Hall,
1990.  This book details the experiences of Betty Andreason Luca,
the subject of two previous books.  She was recently told, "Now is
the time." to pass on to us much information from higher
intelligences that have taken her on trips several times since
1957.  Ray Fowler is MUFON's Director of Investigations.

8.   Elkins, Don and Carla Rueckert.  The RA Material. L/L
Research, P.O. Box 5195, Louisville, KY 40205, published 1982.
$11.50.  This book contains transcripts of the first 25 Q & A
sessions Don had with RA through Carla's telepathic-vocal process.
I think Don asked very thoughtful questions about human history and
the reality of the universe, and RA, of Egyptian Fame, gave many
profound answers.

9.   Anka, Daryl.  BASHAR:  Blueprint for Change.  Published 1990
by Luana Ewing, 4838 50th Avenue S.W., Seattle, WA 98116.  $13.95.
This book is a well-written presentation of recently-channeled
information on various ETs that are visiting us, and on the
transformation of our planet and of us.

10.  Milanovich, Dr. Norma.  We, the Arcturians.  Albuquerque,
Athena Publishing, 1991.  This is a scholarly effort by three well-
educated ladies to present information on human-alien interaction
acquired through the most recently developed process of
communication; telepathic manipulation of a touch-typist's fingers
on a computer keyboard.

     Anyone who chooses to read these 10 books will have their view
of themselves, the world, and the universe greatly altered toward
the truth.
