Many people can feel, even if only subconsciously, the
tremendous bottleneck of energy that has been building
up within human consciousness. This manifests physically
in many ways, but most overtly in the daily increasing violence
around us. People wonder what they can do to prepare.
Most importantly, however, people want a reliable time frame
to place this inner experience of pressure for change in
perspective.

CAVEAT

I make no claim here to be a great seer. I seek no ego
validation, nor do I say these things will happen exactly
this way. These words are offered because they are
what have survived years of conscious study and meditation,
as well as many, many psychic experiences that lend them
credence based on past experience (at least in my own
awareness). I enter trances only rarely, and those are
usually "lowered" upon me in the middle of the day.
These experiences move me into a different realm of
perception, one I have to work at hard in order to
remember specific details.

Otherwise, most of my information is divided into two fairly
continuous streams. First, of course, there are dreams.
These have "flavors," meaning the energy of dreams that have
actual relationships to the external world possess a different
quality of consciousness than personally oriented imagery.
These latter type of dreams are completely separate from the
former kind, and are easy to tell apart. Second, there is direct
perception. My innate psi-functions have been very strong
since birth, even if clouded from time to time by my personal
growth issues, and they have shown themselves to have
a high reliability index over the years.

On that basis, I am going to offer the following post. I'm sure
there are countless people out there who could do better than
me. But since they have not done so, and until they do, this
is just what is to hand.

GENERAL CIRCUMSTANCES

First, we are headed toward global catastrophe. Big news.
This is not some New Age or Nostradamus-inspired comment,
but a direct perception of energies that have now reached the
breaking point. Not *will* reach, but already *have*. As much
as it would be nice to say there's always an exit, a choice
about what happens--and there may be in personal terms--
the human race as a species is about to be harrowed. The
modern way of life based on energy consumption is to be
shut down.

Specifically, there will be no more oil shipments from the
Middle East to power the European habit. Meditate on this.
Look at the details. Understand the results. Prepare for
the consequences. Although I suspect that the technology
will not disappear entirely overnight, I can tell you in full truth
that gasoline will START at $7-10 a gallon and go from there,
if you can find it at all. Home heating oil will be prioritized,
but even so people will be freezing to death where there are
not alternative forms.

The electrical grid will crash in most places. While much of
this will be brought back up in America, for example, it will
be in greatly diminished ways and those will be allocated.
Meters will be installed to prevent overdrawing, and from what
I can psense I see enough for a couple of lightbulbs and maybe
a frig. Forget air conditioning. Rationing will be in watts, not
kilowatts. Forget television. We'll be lucky if we still have
radio, although there is a possibility that some version of
the net will survive for the lucky elite. This has more to do
with atmospheric interference for broadcast, but more on that
below.

Agriculture is going to crash. In addition to the consequences of
abuses of pesticides and monoculture, there will not be the
means to power the great machinery system from cultivation to
delivery. Unless you are in a metropolitan area with close
farm access, I'd consider moving as quickly as possible.
In the United States, the military will take control, but that
is only a short term solution. Local regions, particularly the
northern American midwest and southern Canada will suffer
from the cold but continue eating.

You get the general picture from this. Most of this has been
talked about for decades. There are the survivalists, et al,
who represent the extremes, but the reality will fall somewhere
in the middle. People, I believe, will show themselves to be
basically goodhearted; at least I hope so. Community may
take strange new forms, but it will still be community.

SPECIFIC EVENTS

In a global sense, it is hard to identify a single main current,
as all seem equally horrible and overwhelming.
Genocides like those in Africa and the former Yugoslavia
are only the tip of this iceberg of self-destruction. The rising
incidence of deadly virii is another. The karma of arms
manufactured by the West and sold to developing nations is
inevitably going to come home to roost. There is simply too
much innate evil at work to break one in pieces and thus
shatter the constellation of events already underway.

However, some things do stand out. To my deep personal
sadness, the earthquake on the West Coast of the US is
seemingly inevitable in the very near future. If we get past
this spring without it I will be surprised. And the economic
effects will cause an inward turning of the US, and the rest
of the world will fall apart even faster. This earthquake is
so massive that I cannot see its limits. It is not confined in
effect to just the West Coast, either. I have repeatedlly
psensed that this event will prevent the 1996 presidential
elections and eventually bring down the US Federal government
as we know it.

This withdrawal of the US into self-repair will open the floodgates,
war, both religious and economic. The Middle East will explode,
but so will countless other areas now simmering. You don't
need me to draw you a map.

Several conjoint volcanic events of enormous magnitude will
contribute to a devastating weather pattern. This will pollute
the atmosphere to such an extent that both broadcast and
satellite transmissions will become erratic and unreliable.
Although I did not psee it at first, I can now recognize that
some of these will be in the northwestern US. There was
something about great forest fires I did not understand, but
the two seem to go together in energy psense. Wood will
be worth its weight in precious metals in places.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

There will be two years without much of a harvest, making
canned or dried foods go at a premium. You figure it out.
If you like tea or coffee, better stock up. Canning materials
will be quite useful, as well as valuable. The basics, like
sugar, and so forth, will be rationed, so whatever extra you
have on hand is a plus. Imported goods will not be totally
gone, but will be so expensive that they might as well be.
A supply of candles, soap, toilet paper, toothpaste, etc,
is a nice idea. Buy basic things like scissors, thread, needles,
cloth, and so forth.

If you own paper assets, like stocks or bonds, get out of them
as soon as you can. The financial crash of 1996 will be
an extraordinary event. If you have cash, gold, or barter,
you will be able to buy, for example, luxury goods like
artwork or antiques at a fraction of what they were formerly
priced. Books will become much more valuable, and harder to
get. Electronic media will fade from use except for those who
can afford it--and have access. Use your mind.

You know what you need, and what you use. Think about this,
but also act. Canned goods are really quite inexpensive, and
so are dried beans, rice, etc. So are garden seeds. Plan
ahead. For a moment, accept this warning as real. Imagine,^?
just for the exercise, what you will need. And buy some of
it. You'll still need it, anyway.

THE GREAT DEATH

If you are in America, you will not hear the screams as loudly
then as you would now. But the medical system in America
is already fragile and stretched too thin. All over the world,
billions of people are going to cast off their bodies and flee
this destruction. The ecology of the earth will simply not
support the numbers of people now incarnate. With the loss
of the fossil fuel driven economy, disease and war are going
unchecked. This will be true all over the planet, not just
in population concentrations like India and China. This will
take 50 years to end completely, but the beginning, already
now underway, will be the hardest to bear--and bury.

In the next five years there will be repeated nuclear explosions
in war. This will pollute the atmosphere even further, and drive
many people into underground homes. There exists technology
now going into production for light sources that can grow food underground.
This will be necessary, and I am glad that someone in
government was bright enough to act. Plus underground
shelter is easy to heat.

CLOSING NOTES

I take no happiness in writing this. I feel almost compelled
to do so. I do also know, however, that things will be better
for most people who survive these times. Life will be more
peaceful, and eventually the earth will be a healthier place.
I weep for the loss of species and especially birds. But^?
perhaps their Higher Spirits will take care of them.

Take heed. I want nothing from you and have nothing to gain
by sending this out in the world. Prepare yourselves by
acting, not suspecting. We have less than a year before
this process will be crystal clear for even the dullest of minds,
and less than two years before the hard life sets in for the
duration. Blessings.
