 Hail Nick...

 If my memory ('cause i can't actually rely on my computer's one -G-)
 is not failing, you were the one who showed first an interest in my
 claimings stating that anyone can learn to see the etheric part
 of the aura...

   Many exercises existed to develop such an ability. I'll give here
 the technic which worked for me. I can almost garanty you that within
 a season, performing the following exercises, you should be able to
 get to see an etheric (I know... it sounds like a "do-it-yous-self"
 miracle recipe...G)

 1/ Gaze into the flame of a candle, concentrating on trying to see any
    blue part of it. A blue section can be easily seen around the wick.
    Over the days, try to enlarge your perception of it, seeing if it's
    not more important than it first shows. Exercise your-self in identi-
    fying the differents layers of colors in the flame.

 N.B. For this exercise as for all the others, beware of the phosphene
      which are ghost impressions on the eye's retinia. They naturally
      occur when we stare too long at a light source. To avoid this,
      always move your eyes around, being carefull to not fix for a long
      time the same spot in the same axis. If you want to study for a
      while a specific spot, moves your head a bit, changing your P.O.V.
      If a phosphene has been created, it will become obvious for it will
      follow your moves instead of staying in the place it fist appeared.
      All this is really important to remember for phosphene can lead you
      to false perception when will come the time to study an etheric.

 2/ After a while of exercise 1, start watching around the flame. You
    should see it's halo. Study this halo, concentrating on discovering
    the blue (or gray-blue) part of it. Work on grasping as much as you
    can of this tint.

 N.B. For this exercise, as for your first visual explorations of the
      etheric, to place a dark flat surface behind would greatly help.

 3/ When feeling comfortable with the previous exercise, start to enlarge
    your perception of the flame's halo lowering your attention to the
    candle itself. As now, you might have even noticed that from the candle
    as well, irradiates a halo of grey foggish substance. Once that seen,
    you can tell yourself that you actually grasp your first etheric.

 4/ Next, gaze around a part of your own boby the way you did it for the
    previous exercise (i suggest your arm or your leg and feet). You will
    notice that a faint grey-like fog surrounds your body. If you pay clo-
    ser attention, you'll notice that a kind of empty space rely between
    your body and this foggy liner. All this is, essentially, the etheric
    part of the aura...


  With pratice, you'll come to discover all kind of subtilities in the
  etheric. You'll notice that the tint of it might change from one indi-
  vidu to the other. You might notice that this layer can show rupture
  at some point. You might see your etheric grows when feeling a strong
  emotion. You'll discover that extremities of your body (eg. fingers)
  can emit some kind of ray (as matter of fact, they almost constantly
  do). You might even come to control those rays...


  ...The rest is personnal explorations...


  I'll soon post to Pen a more exhaustive message about the look of the
  etheric, its visible layers and their meanings. If you're interest, you
  can poke an eye to it. Don't hesitate to ask questions if you need to,

  exchanging can only be profitable!
