Here is the experience from last night that I had mentioned:   Last night
<10-Apr-91> at 10:45 pm :   I sat down in the middle of the floor with a good
CD and and one small light on directly behind me. I decided to practice
changing my vibratory rates, to see what it was like. It was an incredible
feeling and I remember moving my hands and seeing them leave a trail behind
them. I got up and walked down the hall and looked into a mirror and I got
this horrible feeling that there was someone else looking back at me (it was
too dark to actually see). I turned than and went back to my body and sat
back down and I looked at my shadow, and there were THREE of them. Two of
them were definately mine, the third was tall and skinny and very insect like
and was superimposed over my two shadows. Then these bubbles (the same as
from my last OBE) came dancing around me, which kind of distracted and
annoyed me. In any case, I got up and instead of letting them come to me, I
walked DIRECTLY into it. It was like walking through a portal, and when I got
to the other side I was at HIS house, out on the street. The bubbles
disappated behind me, and I very puposely and directly walked up to the
house, up the steps, through the door and down the hallway, and finally into
a room at the back of the house. It was sitting there toying with something,
and when He looked up he seemed...suprised. Not frightened or anything, just
suprised. I was pretty annoyed, and I told it straight forward that I was
sick and tired of being bothered by it and that if it didn't leave me alone I
was going to destroy it. Not banish it, not cage it, but completely destroy
forever and ever. It laughed at me and told me I didn't have the power to do
such a thing and so I told it to just try and test me. Just as I was about to
turn and leave, It lunged for me. I turned with my arm extended and shot
forth a strong force of energywhich through it back against the wall and I
held him there and told him not to make me angry and kind of smirked. He
laughed and called upon some force to give him power and then he tried to
fight my light (which I must admit was pretty strong) In any case, I
said,"Ok, now you've made me mad" and I called upon the force of Ra inside of
me to dispel It forever. And then a blue ball of energy shot from my heart
chakra, through my Ankh, and engulfed him. He began to scream horribly and
then the ball began in shrink, until it exploded into millions of little
particles. I then turned and walked out of the house and out onto the street.
The next thin I know I am home in my body, in bed, and it is almost 1:00 am.
Now this is the strange part , David says, that while I was out-of-body, my physical body got
up and faced South, and began chanting/singing in an unknown laugage. Also,
my arms were doing something, but he isn't exactly sure what. (He was
meditating and I believe in the middle of an OBE  when he saw me.)
I believe this because after he looked at me he "phased out" for a minute and
the next thing he knew, I had fallen on the ground. He picked me up and put
me into bed, and that's when I woke up.    I am sure there are going to be
questions about this, so just ask and I will answer them as best as I can.

with aliens, right? Well, remember the third shadow I mentioned? It was VERY
similar to the "aliens" from my previous experiences. Also, I believe the
"unknown language" I was using, was their language. Any thoughts on this? I
have been known to unknowngly channel, especially, when my astral body is
otherwise engaged.....are there any other cases of "aliens" taking over
