Message from Sirian Regional and Governing Councils

Greetings! We salute you with this special joint message about
what is now occurring on and around planet Earth.

Role of First Contact Team

The First Contact Team is completing its final tasks necessary
for the mass landings to go forward as planned. The Siritual Hierarchy
has formerly scheduled a divine intervention for the period between
November of 1994 and December of 1996. In accordance with the
procedures now being utilized by the First Contact Team, let us
inform you of what is presently occurring above your planet.

On August 1, 1994, we sent your governments a message that its
standard procedures for interruption of our scientific mession
would not longer be tolerated. In addition, we have asked the First
Contact Team's special mass landing task force to begin its final
procedures of cooperation with the angelics in order to establish
final landing procedures. In this regard, we have two suggesttons
for our Earth family.

Important landing instructions

First, realize that this planet is now in the process of altering
itself from its present configuration to the first stages of its
final crystaline form. Therefore, our ships when they come into
Earth's atmosphere for landing must observe a special pre-landing
maneuver. This maneuver is being done to avoid disturbing the formation
of the new crystaline Earth and to ensure the safety of the vast
amount of ships involved in the landing.

We ask that you avoid running to these ships when they land since
it will take about 30 minutes to fully dissipate this radiation
into the planet's atmosphere and transmute it into harmless energies.

Please stay away from the craft until they are safe to enter.
The angelics that will accompany these ships will see to it that
no humans are put at risk by this requirement for landing. The
number of ship landing will be close to 15.5 million. Again, please
do not approach the ships before the 30 minutes has passed.

Second, we ask that all people of planet Earth realize that we
are here to sincerely aid them in a great transformaiton of consciousness
and the creation of a true galactic civilization. It is necessary
for everyone to realize that the time to see our Earth human family
is fast approaching.

Be assured that this visitation is part of a great reunion. The
great Earth experiment of the past 11,000 years is just about over.
Please be prepared for the great awakening in consciousness now
occurring on your planet.

This increasing of conscious energies is now about to be accelerated before
the landings can occur. It is necessary that all Earth humans
be aware of the changes occuring in their planet's surface, oceans,
and in the sky.

Our purpose is to aid your transformation

Our scientific observation craft and specially instrumented beamships
have been sent to prepare the way for a vast series of technologies
that will quickly alter the planet and allow it to esily slip
into its final crystalline form. We are here to provide for ithis
transformation of your planet into the true multidimensional living
entity that it is destined to become. You have to realize now
that the planet is ready for graduation into full galactic status.
The time has come for the Earth to be acknowledged for what it
truly is, the great and nurturing mother of all life on this planet.
Please work towards accepting such a concept of this beautiful
entity as your Earth mother and love her as much as you would love
your mother. The Earth's Spiritual Herachy is now posed to let
us alter their beloved one into her final form by the end of the
the year 1996. The year 1997 will mark the beginning of a glorious
age for all humanity and all living things on planet Earth.

Please remain aware of your responsiblities and be prepared for
the tasks that you will soon be required to perform. This planet
is now in a position that requires as many people as possible participate
in the Earth's great transformaiton. Please continue your formation
of planetary advocate groups and please be aware of the fact that
each one of them will eventually form a vital node of consciousness
for your planet. We are all cognizant of how many of you have an
ability to aid us in this vital effort. Therefore, we ask that
you do so as soon as possible.

Reason for our joint message

This joint message of our concils is a truly rare event and we
welcome this chance to show our joint allegiance with the people
of planet Earth. Our paths have crossed many times in the past.
Only now this time is very special. We are engaged in a series
of divine intercessions that will leave you solar system and the
Sirian star system in a very close proximity to each other.

It is our hope that this even will give us a chance to become
not only close friends, but also true brothers and sisters of a
quite extended space family. All of us salute you for your courage
and the immensity of your task. We know and realize that this reunion
can lead you to your true identity as a people. We also know that
this event will allow you to further your developement as true
third dimensional masters.

Just know and be cognizant of the fact that we love you deeply
and unconditionally. This love is the glue that has held all of
our extended space family together despite many immense difficulties
that have occurred in our past. This love has extended to this
period of time and just know that our mission is no more than the
extention of this deep love to yourselves.

We are joyous in our mission and know that soon the time of prophecy
will be at hand. We are now ready as a group of full conscious
beings to give you the guidance necessary to carry out the great
transformaiton that you must now accomplish.
